The front office needs to be more visible and a contact person needs to be more available. Property is nice. Our bed was a bit lop-sided. Bath tub was a bit treacherous to get in and out.

Comfy and clean
This is our second time staying here. We love it. The beds are so comfy. The units are clean. Typically very quiet. This time the upstairs guest was making a lot of stomping sounds but other than that it was another great experience.
We will stay there again.

Stop scrolling & book this place!
The one bedroom condo looked nice in the photos, but once we arrived…Wow! The decor & bathroom was updated, the balcony is a completely private, screened in porch with ceiling fan & the views were gorgeous! Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meals & the place felt like home. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and calls you when your room is ready. The size of the room is outstanding and the screened in balcony was great for early mornings and evenings. The kitchen has plenty of utensils if you want to cook.

The condo we stayed in was dirty, especially around the laundry area. The kitchen floor sticky.It had spiders & other bugs in the condo.The patio area full of cobwebs & spiders. The living room furniture old & low to the floor hard to get in & out of & the toilet sat very low.

The condo was roomy, well equipped, and generally extremely attractive. It is very close to most shows and attractions and shopping.

The room was nice, but small. One of the problems was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around very plainly And, you could hear the next-door neighbors talking very easily. The TV was obviously very old and we wanted an extra blanket because the temperature would not stay consistent so it got hot and it got cold. There was not an extra blanket in the closet so I had to call after hours for a blanket and the man said that he would have to leave his house to bring me a blanket. We checked through the closet again and there was no extra blanket, even though the office man said there would be. He then brought a blanket. But, on the phone, he seemed irritated by my request. The pool area was nice and clean and the pool was a good temperature. Overall it was OK

It was very clean. Host was very nice. Good white towels. The bathroom is too small. Walls are thin. We could hear clearly every word from the adjoining room. They weren't there the first night so it was peaceful and quiet. I like the location. Not on main highway but close to everything.

I was very impressed with the amount of space for the price. We even had a private screened balcony. The bed was really comfy. It was very clean. The only negatives, the couch isnt very comfy but we barely even used it. The shower head is small and not best pressure. And wish checkout was a little later.

I was very impressed with our condo we stayed in a two bedroom with two king beds and a pull out couch. The shower in the master bathroom was huge. I loved it. The bed started off ok but got harder as the night went on. My son said his king size bed was very comfortable. Only problem I had was the bandaid taped to the balcony door. Now my son said the upstairs was hot. We will definitely check into this condo again if we go back.

Everything was excellent except for the paper thin walls. Our neighbors behind us really enjoyed their stay and made mega use of their microwave early every morning. They at least liked opening it and slamming it closed.

Very comfortable beds, very clean room. Water pressure in shower and toilet needs improvement. Difficult to wash hair in the shower due to water pressure. Difficult to have toilet properly flush due to water pressure or something. Carpet needs cleaning. It was pretty dirty or stained. Other than that, room was nice. Great location, very nice staff.

When we first arrived I was disappointed. I left a review about the check in. The manager called and said he could open another area to the room, which took care of my issues. Great manager and great stay. Also my disappointment was a misconception on my part, not the hotels.

Fabulous Property!
Everything was better than I expected. Friendly, easy check in. Parking right by our condo. Perfect location. Right of the strip, just one road behind the aquarium. The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed from kitchen items, laundry in the unit, bedding, towels. We loved it so much we wanted to stay longer. This is definitely our new place to stay in Branson. We have always stayed at another property for over 20 years. This property offers so much more. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo.

The amount of space for my husband and I was great. He had trouble sleeping one night and could go to the living room and resd without disturbing me. The kitchen was beautiful. The screened in porch was very nice. The two big detractors for us was the hot water for showering lasted maybe 5 minutes and we could easily hear the people above us walking around although it sounded like stomping. Even with the tv on and the ceiling fan on high we couldn't drown out the noise...and it was after midnight. My husband didn't care for the mattress, but I was fine with it. The sofa and chairs in the living room were hard as rocks. We weren't in our unit a lot, as we were out doing things most of the time, but had the noise and the living room furniture been more comfortable we may have felt like staying in more when it was cold and rainy outside. However, for the price, you really do get a lot. It just comes down to what you need most out of your accommodation.

Wonderful staff
When I checked in I discovered the unit I was signed to had actually a few items that hadn't been cleaned and one that wasn't working. Immediately the staff upgraded me from a one-room efficiency to a full one-bedroom condo complete with a screened-in deck. It was very clean, quiet, beautiful and comfortable. Thank you! I will stay here again.

Needs some maintenance and updating
Room was comfortable but outdated, curtains were falling off hooks and hard to close all the way, door was not very secure from inside and our toddler escaped the room once. Room was pretty clean although I found some candy wrappers and a toy under the bed and a table. Worst part was a roach crawled across my face in the night on the last night, was awake when it happened and turned on the light to see the roach on the bed which I immediately killed. Didn’t see any others during the stay and room didn’t look infested but it was a very unpleasant incident. Convenient location but unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.

First night we had to move to a differrent unit because of a bedbug infeststion. Moving at 3:00AM was not fun! Also most of the time the hot water wad not very hot . The place was not as clean as it shkould have been. I would not stay here again.

The rooms were great! Plenty of space. Shower dirty. Hair still in shower from previous people.GROSS! Coffee maker didn’t work was replaced but it leaked everywhere. Toilet upstairs wouldn’t flush. TV quit working but they were quick to fix it. Maintenance was great, cleaning people not so great.

Located one a golf course a few blocks south of W76 (the main road through town). It is relatively new, well maintained, with modern amenity and is priced competitively.
Checking in is a little awkward - the office is in the golf course club house on the other side of the golf course. We read the instructions and checked in at the club house but we ran into several families who did not, and whose first impression of the facilities was wandering aimlessly looking for a nonexistent office.

We had problems, but Shelly saved the day
We were given a room with cobwebs, dirty dishes, and broken light fixtures. We called the front desk, and behind Shelly's leadership, they gave us a new condo without any issues. Neither room was renovated; the furniture was different than the pictures provided, and some of the TVs were box. Everything was comfortable, the condo was very spacious, the service was good, and price was top-notch. Overall, this is a good, affordable condo that, with a bit of updating (and more parking spaces), could be even better!

I always love staying here. Such a wonderful place. My only complaint is, when I came to check in, there was only one clerk for Greensview, and she was having to help a customer completely change her reservation, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes before I could get checked in. She was very apologetic and very helpful. But there should be someone else who could have helped me.

I liked the location which was close to most of the restaurants, shows, shopping, etc. It was clean & very comfortable & offered everything I needed. The elevator was a blessing when you were trying to bring in a number of heavy bags. The only negative thing was I stayed there last year & had a much better view. All I could see this year was bushes & the swimming pool.

WE have stayed here before and liked having the extra space over a hotel room. The unit we were in this time had a jetted tub with glass doors which made it a little tough getting in and out to shower. A little updating would help in this unit but overall a good place to stay in Branson. We especially like the location since we can get around on the back roads and not have to be stuck in traffic on Hwy 76.

Nice place but...
It was very nice. Convenient, clean, spacious, all the amenities we needed were there and much more. The pull out sofa was quite uncomfortable but that’s the only problem we had. The deposit is another story. I have been waiting over 2 weeks now and it has not been released from my card. I’m getting the run around because nobody feels it’s their area to deal with. Overall a great place to stay but I would not expect to get the deposit back in a timely manner.

A promising resort that ended with a mixed review
We were excited to stay in a condo after staying in a handful of hotels for prior vacations, and we walked away from Greensview with mixed reactions.
The room was very spacious, well-located, and private. The shower was enormous, the full kitchen was very nice, and the view was pretty. Wifi worked great. Premium TV great. However, the furniture seemed worn and outdated, and the TV in the bedroom had to be at least 15+ years old. Those were my only comments about the room, because we loved having more space available to us.
As for the service, we were very surprised at the lack of quality service we received. A computer malfunction delayed our check-in by about 30 minutes, though the employees at the desk were very apologetic and did take care of things. The front desk called us three different times within two hours of our arrival due to a mix-up of paperwork that proved to be their mistake. Being at a condo, we learned that daily room service was not provided, which was mostly okay because we're easy travelers that don't have many needs. However, when we called and asked for our trash taken out, we were simply told where the dumpster was located and to do it ourselves. It seemed like a disrespectful response to a guest at a resort of this price.
Overall, we enjoyed some facets of our stay, including the room and the great location. But the customer service will definitely be a factor when determining future hotel choices.

Lots of Space Just Straight Out of the 90’s
This 2 bed 2 bath condo has plenty of room but has never been remodeled. It’s like a time capsule from 1992 all in very good condition but dated. We liked the full kitchen and large living room. The upstairs bedroom was loft-like with no door and an opening to overlook the downstairs. It was clean and well preserved thou there was a dirty bath towel left on the master bath door hook. Both bedrooms and the living room have tv’s but they are ancient too. There is no elevator to get to the rooms and it is a two level townhouse. The large garden tub / shower would be hard to get in for anyone with mobility issues. Our biggest complaint was the outdated bedding, it’s not very comfortable. Still if two bathrooms and a full kitchen are priorities this would be a good choice.

overall it was a pleasant stay, i would recommend flipping the mattress in the condo i stayed in my i slide to the middle of the bed most of the night making it alittle uncomfortable it was alittle worn out we staying in 331 B,, We loved the view on the patio Saturday morning we watched deer run across the golf coarse and drank coffee in summer i am sure it is really pretty to watch the golfers and hear the creek running beside our condo. For an extended stay i would recommend it, it was easy check in at the Thousand Hills office i liked that , I would stay again .

A GREAT PLACE, EXCEPT FOR TV.
The stay was great. The room is perfect. The only complaint was the incredibly small televisions, including a 20 something inch in the living room, and a small 19" tube tv in the room. Come on. Fix this one issue and I would refer it to all my friends and family.

Wanted a special place for a special occasion-this was it. Our condo was clean, orderly and very accessible to all the activities nearby. It had a screened porch, (which you just don't find these days), that allowed us to see the sunset without mosquitos. Room was comfortable with plenty of room. Our own condo setting for just a few dollars more. Perfect place, we will return.
