Great location, five minute walk to beach.

The hair conditioner was empty. There was only 1 regular coffee packet. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The room and whole hotel was clean.

Didn't like that the property needs rehabbing. Carpet looks old and outdated. Bathroom a good size but tub/shower was old,needed new shower head and the water pressure was "slow" in sink and shower.
Personnel were very nice! Breakfast was good!

The staff was so wonderful, the breakfast was good and they sat out cookies in the afternoon. Unfortunately at like 11pm my AC stopped working. They came right away to try to fix it even though they couldnt. While I dont know if they would have switched me rooms if I asked ( we had adjacent rooms and everyone else was sleeping) they did refund me without me even asking. It was an older ac unit in that room than the other room. But the rooms were very nice and clean. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it.

The people were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed in the room. The console holding the TV and amenities looked like it was falling apart and the pillows were some I would have gotten rid of long ago. Just not up to the standards I'm used to seeing at Hampton Inn. I've stayed at this hotel before and had no problems. Don't know why it was so different this time. Hope it's a temporary situation.

The service desk was good. The room had a bad odor. There was no bottled water as indicated. The bed was sunken on one side. The place didn’t look very clean. I know it is an older place, but it is not well maintained

This was a great hotel. Super friendly staff. The breakfast was good. We made waffles with fun toppings each morning, but had lots of options. There is an outdoor pool and outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after the beach. The room was okay, nothing special, but adequate especially for a beach hotel. It was not right on the beach, but is walkable- maybe not for elderly or little ones. We chose not to walk because the beach has free parking right there. You can even drive on the beach and park with a 4WD or AWD vehicle. You can find lots of shark teeth on the beach. There is a neat bar/restaurant right in front of the beach with music. We will definitely be back!

Appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was disappointed with my room. It had an overall feeling of dampness that pervaded everything. The bathroom was dirty and for some reason had only a small roll of toilet paper.

The staff at this hotel make it what it is. From all the small touches such as a welcome bag with water, afternoon cookies, and a treasure box with goodies for the kids this hotel goes above and beyond. They always had a smile on their faces and always willing to help and offer a friendly greeting. Very highly recommend and will continue to stay here when visiting family in the area.

The service team was incredible. From the time I arrived, everyone was very friendly. Great breakfast and loved having 24 hour coffee and tea station. The only negative is that my room felt damp even when running the AC to lower the humidity level. Also, the rooms are a bit dark (carpet/walls) but overall I would recommend the hotel.

Customer service at this hotel was top priority! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean. The beach and restaurants were a very short walk away. There was also a really cute surf shop and smoothie place down the street. Beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet at night. The pool was small but clean and well maintained.

They had a good selection of different items for breakfast but the quality of some of the food needs improvement. Our room was very dark. The bathroom floor was very dirty, after taking a shower and walking around we left dirty foot prints. There was dirt around the bag that the hair dryer was in and the bottom of the sheer curtains was very dirty.

We booked reservation with you last minute after several other plans had failed. We were So pleased with All aspects of our stay!! In Fact we have told friends and they were planning on coming also!! All the staff were so friendly and very forthright in offering help weather it was front desk, house keeping, or Breakfast Buffet.. which was the Best we have ever had !! So thank you to all your staff. We look forward to staying with you again in the future!!

This was a $69 motel not a $220 a night hotel. It desperately needs an overall. Friendly staff but there is only so much they can do. It reminded me of motels you rent by the hour. Room given was near the elevator, ice machine and excuse for a gym. Noisy. My companion who arrived before me should have immediately requested to be moved.

I stayed here from 1/9/23-1/13/23 for $100/night for a 2-queen size room (pretty sizeable). I'm sure that it was cheaper due to the off-season. The breakfast is great, variety and is from 6 a.m.-10:00 a.m. They have a large t.v., decent number of channels, very comfy beds (you can definitely tell the bedding is very clean), fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, closet, a lot of cabinet space. The bathroom is great, too: hair dryer, plenty of towels, has nice-smelling lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the walls (a large amount), makeup remover, mouthwash. The water pressure is a little low in the shower, but not a big deal at all. The staff were great. There is also a laundry room, small fitness room and outdoor pool. You can easily walk into the beach (maybe a 15-minute walk); or rent a car- ample spaces in the parking lot. There is a gas station, supermarket, etc. if you take a right and drive only a mile or so down Sadler Road. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay here. I could pick my room on the app and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room decor was very tasteful and restful. Great room facilities with a good size fridge and microwave. The beach was about a 5 minute walk and the property was easy to find. Parking was easy. There was a good supply of snacks/microwave meals/icecream if you want a quiet night in. I would be very keen to return!

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome I like the fact that they had turkey sausage because I'm allergic to pork a lot of hotels do not accommodate people with allergies. The young lady Sam at the front desk was very accommodating showing us several pamphlets about things that we could do in the area. I like the fact that there were chairs and towels available for you to take for free to the beach. The only problem I had was that the pillows were too soft uncomfortable sleep

A light in a dark time
We had a last minute booking due to travel related to the passing of a family member. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Mrs. Doris at the front desk went out of her way to pour love and kindness into us during our week long stay. We appreciate this hotel being a refuge during a difficult time.
