Lovely small resort
We had a studio with queen bed. Place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night but if staying for longer would definitely pay for bigger space

Wonderful.
Although I am 78, and have extensive international travel, this place had the cleanest room I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly, informed, and helpful. This was a great place to stay.

What a delightful place. The room is so big and we loved having a kitchen. We enjoyed the pool. The only thing that was disappointing is that they don't supply beach chairs. I would stay here again.

Wonderful!
Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal. We were walking distance to several restaurants and shops and to the tram. We loved the beach access. Staff was friendly and informative.

Friendly and accommodating staff that gave us flexibility to check out an hour late and leave our car until early afternoon so we could hit the beach or go shopping. They provide beach towels and chairs,as well as a cute heated pool.

Awesome property, fittingly with a tropical feel throughout. Feels private yet you're not far from it all and so close to the beach. Staff was great at check-in and the entire property was clean and well taken care of. Tropical Beach Resort is well worth the stay and I hope to be back.

This is a very nice resort. Old Florida style which has been updated and well maintained. Great access to the beach.
Location is awesome at south end near some fun restaurants band night activity. Staff wee nice and responsive. Appreciated the free coffee in the office! Highly recommend.

Charming place steps from the gulf
We reserved the smallest room because we didn't intend to be in there much (except to sleep of course). It was a tight fit, but 2 of us managed just fine. The room was very clean, with refrigerator/freezer and microwave and a reserved parking space in front of the door. It is about 50 yards or so to walk to the beach. You can rent beach chairs from a vendor on the beach (we didn't), he was very picky about where we put down our towels on the sand and actually made us move them about 18 inches over, seemed silly. Staff was great, but friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite place in the whole world! Tropical Beach Resorts is so cute. Clean, comfortable, the grounds are gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and the walk to the beach can't be beat. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back for sure!!

Was charged an extra $76 to what I thought I was paying for. When asked what that was for it turns out charged for tax, $36.82 - well okay - but the wifi and car parking was advertised as free if self parking. All of those extra expenses should be made clear, so what was a very nice place to stay was tainted by a seemingly surreptitiously way of getting extra money. Shan’t go again.

Unit was nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bathroom. 2 nice pools. very short distance walking to beach. The only thing - water in shower took very long time to get to acceptable temperature, but that is manageable.

Steps away from everything you need for vaca!
The location of the resort was amazing. A couple mins walk to the beach and other stores, restaurants and experiences. The free trolly on the island was great too. Wish we wouldn't have rented a car. The Holiday lights on the grounds were magical. Highly recommend.

Great location with all the amenities I need. It’s a very comfortable and cozy space. The bed must be magic because I slept so well. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach nor the trolley. For the area, prices are reasonable, which happens to be an important factor when I book a hotel room. Thank you for your service!

Our second stay here and once again great. Efficient, friendly, clean, comfy bed, kitchen well stocked so are breakfast in. Publix ten minutes away and walkable small market. Great location. There’s a Siesta key trolley up to Siesta Village if you don’t want to drive or don’t have a car. He’ll be back.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. It was our 4th time here and we will be back ! everything you would want is there, walk to the most stunning beach, stores, shuttle to Siesta Village, restaurants, 7/11, even beach toys for kids. Highly recommended !

My mother & I felt very safe staying @ Tropical Beach Resort. It was a cozy little studio with a close walk to the best beach. The chair rental personnel were very accommodating & friendly. We loved the Wolf Gang Puck coffee in our room!!

Not a fancy resort but it is a very nice clean, quiet place to stay. Very friendly staff. Showers have plenty of hot water. Short walk to the clearest water and whitest sand. Short distance to great restaurants. Only negative are the mattresses. They are not very firm.

It is dated, could be cared for better! Not welcoming upon arrival, beach is beautiful, pools are small, half is shade so if you like the fun like we do it’s not always available can’t imagine having any time in a busier season!

This is a well run, classic Florida resort (mostly one story buildings, all rooms have upgraded modern conveniences), the rooms and the landscaped grounds are very well kept, staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. A great place to stay and a very short walk to one of the best beaches in America.

I specifically asked these people to reserve a pack n play for my son, which they confirmed they would do. When we arrived, there was no crib and they told us they accidentally booked them all out. What was really annoying, was them wasting my time saying they were "looking" for the cribs, which could have been spent looking for one at Wal-Mart or Target. My 10-month old ended up without a crib to sleep in the first night there....absolutely unacceptable. The rooms are also smaller than they seem in the pics. It did feel safe and close to a great location on a private beach. My recommendation is to spend up a few bucks for a beachfront condo with smart individuals running it and with more space in the units.

The staff was very helpful. We arrived a bit early but could change in the pool changing area and hang out at the pool before checking in when the room was ready. They gave us recommendations for dining. We love the Toasted Mango for breakfast! Lovely beach a few steps from the resort. Will definitely come back! Love Siesta Key!

Great place for a quick trip. The property is a bit dated, but very clean and in a great location. Two pools, new grills w utensils, quick walk to restaurants and a very friendly, helpful staff. And, of course, mere steps to the best beach ever!

From check in to check out nothing but positive things.
This is my new go to resort. It’s steps from the beach. The sunset is a must see, make sure you go ahead of time because some times it happens a few minutes earlier than posted. I ran the beach all the way down to access #5 from access#12
And it was nothing but beautiful views. This resort is one I picked last minute. The room was so clean and with a kitchen. I have nothing negative to say and I will be returning.

They were so accommodating! I arrived several hours before check in. I was given a slip for parking and was able to get checked in 3 hours before scheduled. I felt very welcomed and have had a wonderful time on an extremely beautiful property. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

Beds could be more comfortable , walls in rooms are pretty thin and there’s a bright light outside every room that can’t be turned off and filters light into the room all night . Otherwise great !

Stayed here last minute booking. Everything was beyond our expectations. Walk to the beach. Pool right outside our door. Water spout to wash feet before entering into our room was an added feature we loved. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely Will stay here again.

We loved the location, the appearance, the friendly people, the condition and layout of our suite, and the beach. The toilet paper and paper towels were of poor quality, and there was no curtain on the front window to block out the outside light at night. Blinds are not adequate for someone who cannot tolerate any light to get a good night's sleep.
