Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was so clean, great customer service, kitchens were well supplied with everything to dine in or grill out on the property. Also, it was right on the beach & fully supplied with lounge chairs and beach umbrella. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice hotel/service - Room okay
Custom service was wonderful! We were able to check in early and all of our needs were met. They brought us air freshener when asked. They even had feminine products when we realized we didn't.
The hotel itself was great, but the room could've been better.
Hotel was a great location and nice amenities. We really enjoyed the beach access and hot tub.
The room itself had a really weird smell that wouldn't go away. The AC was also SUPER loud.
Aside from that the room was nice.
Overall, it was a nice hotel/stay and we will be back.

Sticky Door.
The door to 408C was so sticky that I had to put my shoulder into it to get it to open (been painted one too many times). I had to use all my weight to pull the door open.
That room is also close to the maintenance room, so I constantly heard noise form there in the morning.

Hotel is great! They couldn’t find my reservation when checking in so it did take longer than expected, but they managed to get it settled without much hassle. Having to get the parking pass from another desk in order to try to book me for a timeshare presentation is the only downside. I know the employees are just doing their jobs, but I’m only here for one night, so I don’t think I’d be the candidate to try to schedule for it.

We loved being out on the porch and being able to see the sunrise and sunset. when we needed an item, it was delivered immediately !!!!!!!!! IT WAS PERFECT , and we will always stay there. We loved the Pools. C Millie Salomone.

Crushed - Not for you.
We love the Cove - for the cost and convenience it can’t be beat-located on the best part of the beach. This trip a few disappointments #1 Spectrum Tv - spent days trying to figure that mess out. #2 Crushed feelings from the Regular outdoor staff member, not naming names but he’s worked at The Cove for years and sometimes dresses up as a sea turtle - chairs are first come first serve of course - we arrived a bit late to beach about 10 am all were taken and we accepted that - but kindly in passing asked staff member if all umbrellas had been set up we were told ‘yes and to talk to management nothing he could do’ We really didn’t care all that much just thought let’s ask and see. We found umbrella/ chairs on pool deck near walk way to beach. No kidding within 20 minutes we witnessed ( heard and saw )3 other separate guests (not together ) in pool area ask if he had more umbrellas - his response ‘yes’ he ran into the building for each of them came out carrying umbrella and set up on beach - this happened 3 times in front of us. We are a quiet couple don’t ask for anything nor do we complain and have chatted with this staff member all of our visits- I hate to sound petty - it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I thought about this again today. Simply this was wrong. I will give kudos to all front desk staff house keeping and indoor maintenance. Another Plus parking voucher guy - he always goes the extra mile to share events happenings and where to go with kindness and a smile.

Always an awesome experience.
The Cove is always our go to resort. The rooms are always clean and well equipped. The front desk employees are friendly and helpful. Since the resort’s pool is so much fun, we love just spending the day by the pool and the beach.

Very outdated for $300 a night! Pool outside was a kiddie pool and inside was only 4 ft deep and looked dirty. There were no services provided such as our towels, refreshed coffee replenished. I understand it’s a condo, but I still expect some service.

We stayed here during Rockville and it was absolutely perfect. 15-20 min drive to the festival, plenty of late night pizza spots around and beach access. The suite was huge and comfortable.

Beautiful place. They are remodeling, so it’s busy. But the resort is doing an exceptionally good job keeping things quiet and orderly. The lazy river and free beach chairs and umbrellas are great perks. Staff is exceedingly friendly. We will be back!!!

Great hotel for kids
Beautiful hotel right on the beach. The pool was our favorite. It has a lazy river with floats. My son stayed in there most of the day.
The hotel is very clean and had everything that we would need. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
We will come again for sure.

Our stay from beginning to end was fantastic. My grandson and I were greeted upon arrival in a welcoming but professional way. Our room was furnished, equipped and supplied beyond what i expected. The pools and the beach access were what we came for. This was such a great stay, we will definitely return.

We just stayed here with our one and four year old and had a fantastic experience! My kids absolutely loved the pools and close access to beach. There are also a few great restaurants in walking distance so we never had to get back in our car until it was time to leave.

Stayed 2 nights and will definitely come back again! The room was great and had all the necessities of home. Having a dryer was a game changer as we could dry our wet towels and swim suits before going back out. The swimming area is perfect for kids with the lazy river and water dump part. Deepest part of the swimming area was 3 ft 6in. The indoor pool was 4 feet I believe. Check in and out was fast and easy.

Love the lazy river, the free beach chairs and umbrellas, the fact that there was no pressure to do the presentation. Shaun at the Front Desk was so helpful and personable! I felt the activities and events could've been explained better. We didn't know we needed to sign up early for the milkshakes and ended up missing it. The system of garbage and towel removal could've been explained better.

The outdoor area was excellent. The grills are new and excellent for grilling and the pool is great especially for kids. The direct beach access has a new ramp right to the beach. No stairs to climb. The room decor and appliances are a little dated but the furniture and beds were clean and in good condition. The floors didn’t seem clean. With that said it is a beach resort so with carpet in the bedrooms it is hard to maintain. The hallway carpet seemed quite dirty as well. Everything else was very clean. We had 3 sliding glass doors that led to an outdoor patio area. The door off of the living room did not have a working lock. We were on the first floor so that was a bit concerning. The door did have a bar but would have liked the extra security of a working lock. The parking situation was not satisfactory at all. We had a 2 bedroom that slept 6-8 people however we were only allowed 1 vehicle. It is impossible to get 6 people in a car. There were plenty of extra parking spaces every night we were there but we were told we would be towed if we parked a second car there. They did offer offsite parking behind a gift shop across the street however there was no lighting back there at all. The manager we spoke to about this was rude and nasty. All of the other staff were nice and helpful. This was our second stay and our family had a great time. I would highly recommend this property and with the full kitchen it is excellent for not having to dine out for every meal.

I highly recommend this property. The staff were amazing. Right on the beach, fun pool. They are doing renovations, but it didn't bother our stay. We were actually the first ones to stay in a renovated room and it was like staying in an apartment. I will definitely book another trip here. Great location, family friendly and we felt safe.

What an amazing time. You're right on the beach and everything near by is very convenient to get to. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff have us a small gift basket that was both unexpected and much appreciated. Alright we enjoyed spending time on the beach and in the hot tub the jewel to this hotel was the indoor heated pool. Since it's summer everyone was outside so we took advantage of the empty pool for our stay and had a blast. They are a kid friendly hotel and the staff was extremely helpful. Looking forward to returning at some point soon.

The property has a great location with ocean front and view units. We had a 2 bedroom & 2 bath oceanfront room with balcony. It was in excellent condition for its age. A 9/10 quality even before renovation.
Pool and lazy river were excellent.
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Close to shopping and entertainment.

The Cove was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the suite layout with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Convenient to the beach, great views, fantastic kid-friendly pool with lazy river and hot tub. Highly recommend.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Matt, who was setting up chairs and working by the pool was amazing! He was so friendly, caring, and attentive to guest! The pool was fantastic for kids! It’s not deep enough for adults to swim but it was perfect for adults like me who really love sitting in the water and relaxing! The access to the beach was very convenient! They provided chairs and umbrellas if you wanted them. The pool also had floats provided for the lazy river! The only negative thing I would say is the comfort of the couch bed. I mean I get it’s a couch and a pull out so it can’t be too comfortable but just keep that in mind if you are staying a few days and are using it! 😁

Matt saves the day
Upon checking in we were told elevators were out. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor but other people had to climb 7 floors to get to their room. The hotel room was very outdated and the views weren’t that great but in all it was blah until we met the pool guy Matt. Matt made it a point to make a big deal of my husbands birthday we were celebrating. He actually went above and beyond as to sing happy bday and rap a bday rap on the beach with a megaphone. My husband also received a bday gift from Matt. We will definitely be back to this location as long as Matt is there. Matt thank you sir you made our entire bday trip absolutely perfect!!

We booked a 2 night stay - our room was on the 5th floor with a beautiful oceanview however as we were leaving for dinner on the 2nd night we discovered the elevator was not working. We are in our mid 70’s with cardiac and respiratory Issues so it was very difficult for us to walk down and back up the stairs. The next morning we were checking out and the elevator was still not working so we had to walk down again. The staff did an amazing job carrying our luggage to the car. So I really hate to give them a bad review but it did put a damper on our stay.

The location is near everything you will need, restaurants and Daytona is right next door. They also supply you with what you need to enjoy the beach that is right out back of the property. Needs some updating on the furniture but it is do able.

Our room was nice, bed was a little firm for our liking, water pressure in the master bathroom shower was not great, appliances in the kitchen need to be updated. Gas grill doesn't cook evenly. Overall, it was a nice place, clean and very friendly staff. We would stay there again if we are in that area again.

I live in Orlando and was not planning on staying in Daytona, but the rate for this property I couldn’t refuse. The rooms are perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely my to go places when I’m in Daytona.
