It was my 1st time staying at this hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. He definitely went above and beyond. The hotel lobby had a slight smell like leftover mop bucket water. The room was nice and comfortable. They definitely provided enough pillows and towels as requested, which was great. The tv service kept cutting out so it was pretty difficult to watch movies or shows. Unfortunately the worst part was there was a giant cobweb under the window next to the bed. This just shows me that housekeeping does not do a "deep deep" clean of the rooms. Overall it was a decent hotel stay.

Our room was definitely in need of some TLC (wallpaper was torn/peeling, there was leftover tape on the walls, etc.), but it seemed clean enough. The staff was extremely friendly -- Heather at the breakfast station was very kind (she brought my toddler a ginger ale upon learning she was sick). The housekeeping was a little strange -- they only come every other day (which I guess is standard now in hotels), but they didn't really clean the room. They just left us fresh towels and emptied the trash cans (no vaccuuming, making the bed, etc.). Overall, for the price, it's not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Great place better cleaning
Customer service was great! Rooms are cute but not very clean. There was dust on everything and the bathroom could have used a scrub and a new shower liner there were mystery stains on it.

The bed in room 306 was sagging, was told by staff of hot breakfast wit different meats to create our own sandwich... No cups for coffee in room and no body lotion available in the hotel

Wet floor in the bedroom, breakfast bar open from 7-10 which is a little too late for those visiting on a business trip, disliked having to pay $5 on top of room bill to park there, coffee grounds in tea water, poor lighting over mirror for applying makeup... just a bunch of little things. But the staff were all amazing. Super accommodating folks.

It’s okay for couple days, old infrastructure, very tiny bath, bed was decent, it’s quiet at least, the area is good there is bunch of nice restaurants. The hotel kitchen does not have bacon/sausage just egg and pancake, they should improve that. Other than that I didn’t have issues, if you don’t like luxuries and pay cheap I would say it’s fine. 7/10

We have stayed in a king size room with a pullout sofa, bed and a sofa. Bed mattress was stained and uncomfortable and the sofa smelled like old rags was wiped on there. The pool was clean, but it had too much chlorine in it, and it was burning my eyes and my kids, eyes and my husband my husband has red eyes from the chlorine and their puffy. I stayed here before and I never had anything bad to say about it but this time it was different

We got to check in early which was great after an early flight into Chicago. The room was nice, comfortable, and staff super friendly as well. The halls smelled a little like mildew but other than that everything was pleasant.

The prosperity needs upgrading , the room furnitures are old and outdated, the sofa bed matters very old and worn out, the sofa covers stained, room door difficult to close and open.
Staff were very friendly and promptly responded when asked.
Overall the stay was below average due to the facility amenities.

The water pressure in the shower was amazing, bed was very comfortable but the pillows were all very soft, a mix of soft and firm would have made this a more enjoyable stay. Breakfast was ok, there wasn’t clear signage to indicate that breakfast was served in 2 areas and the area we were unaware of had much more desirable options.

They have started charging to park your car to avoid towing.🙁 overall we have loved our stays here over the years but breakfast choices have become more limited and paying to park my car while traveling is a bit frustrating.

I'm allergic to DOWN EVERYTHING, I called ahead an asked for the alternative. My room was clean, the bedding was comfy, fresh, and above all, I got a good night's rest. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable.

Handicap accessible room not well set up for a physically challenged person. The bed was way too high, toilet was very low. Rug not easy to roll over with chair or walker. Door to room took a lot of strength to open and keep open. Sidewalk from front door to handicap parking blocked by bench. Generally not well thought out for handicapped guests.

i have been to this hotel a few times now i happen to be a soccer referee i do soccer tournaments in the area very often and my USSF federation if i award a hotel for me it always gives me three locations and i happen to always choose this hotel it just suits I like its atmosphere quite clean rooms very nice professional staff and not the worst breakfast and I would like to add that many times I had check in or check out done by the owner of this hotel himself so apropos a very pleasant man devoted to his work and relying on the satisfaction of his customers.

Staff was friendly but we will never go back. The beds were dirty with hair on the sheets. The tub was gross with blood type stains. The key cards didn’t work. The website said free parking but we were charged for parking and told they just started charging. They did take the parking fee off at checkout. There is literally nothing around this hotel that people need to charge for parking! The carpets were gross and just overall nasty. Definitely not a room that I should have paid $175 for!

Staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower floor was tilted inward which was difficult to stand on and the large conditioner container in the bathroom was empty. Shower stayed hot which was nice.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good— there was a nice selection and it was warm. Check in and out was quick and easy.
The pool was heated but very cold. There was a beer bottle sitting out in the pool area unattended. Towels by the pool were almost gone at the beginning of the day which was weird. Phones were down the entire night and next day of our stay so the pack and play we requested my husband had to go down and get it from the front desk. (I had called ahead to make sure they had one and was told it will be in the room when you get there, it wasn’t) Then upon returning there was random luggage left in the elevator which was a little odd.

My family took a mini spring break trip and I specifically booked this hotel because of the location. In our experience, it was quiet and safe. I was bummed out that the pool was closed during our stay. Luckily, Water Works wasn't too far away.

Family staycation
Stayed here for a family gathering. The suites are a decent size: we had two double beds and a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed not so much. The pool was fun for the kids, and water was warm, but there is no hot tub. Surrounding area isn't much to write home about.

It’s My second time staying here and won’t be my last. The entire staff was friendly and prompt to meet my needs. Really enjoyed the continental breakfasts every morning and free parking. Only a 4-5 min drive to downtown Elmhurst shops & restaurants.

Loved hot breakfest, comfy bed and staff.
Bathroom needed alittle more attention toilet waaaay to low, and one trash can has a few things in it.
The couch was so low hard to get off of it with my arthritis. Very close to lots of restaurants, Elmhurst Hospital and highway easy accessibility. Loved the staff@

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a safe and quiet area, not far at all from downtown Elmhurst. Very easy to get around with quick access to 290.
The hotel itself is a little dated. It was clean, but a bit run down.
Pool needs a good update and exercise room was tiny. Was hoping to utilize these, but did not end up doing so.
Was good for the price.
