Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable, and the location was convenient and within walking to distance to everything I wanted to see. The lobby has a big beautiful fireplace which made it a warm and relaxing spot to sit and hang out. Lola is the restaurant attached to the hotel and is to die for. I am already thinking about when I can come back to Seattle and stay here again!

I would love to give this hotel a 5 star rating however the staff were horrible. As my boyfriend and I arrived to the hotel to check in, we were greeted very poorly as if we did not belong there. We are a very young hispanic couple and the receptionist looked at us as if we could not afford to book a room at this beautiful hotel. We then door dashed food as we arrived very late from our flight (which I kindly let the hotel know prior that we will be doing late check in) and when I came downstairs to get the food, I overhear the doorbell man and receptionist talk about they wonder what flavor my food was and continued to say ‘open it’. I then popped up and grabbed my food. This hotel is so beautiful! I just wish it was more welcoming to the people of color. I would love to experience high end places as I can afford it without having disgusting looks made at us!

Everything was great except for one thing… It would’ve been nice to have a free bottle of water instead of paying nine dollars per bottle!

Rooms are beautiful and spacious! Staff was helpful, but they seemed understaffed, which could just be the times. Had to track down valet upon arrival.
Our room also had very poor internet service, which could be fine but made it impossible to stream a movie or view the movie we purchased on the room tv. Again, normally wouldn’t mind, but our stay was a special slumber party movie night, so was a big disappointment for our particular stay. Lastly, there is no room service - I should have looked before booking, so it is my fault, but I assumed a large hotel would have had room service.
Would stay again if I wanted bare bones hotel that is nicely decorated and clean, but not seeking any extra amenities.

Great stay
Will be back for sure. Comfortable rooms, slept like a baby. Great restaurants, coffee shop right outside of the hotel. Short walk to Pike Market and needle . Beautiful lobby with cozy fireplace.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, staff was so friendly and helpful. It's walkable to SO much stuff, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, TONS of restaurants and shops. CVS right on the corner which was handy. My only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer, but we will definitely be back.

no room was available when i arrived at check in which disrupted my stay. could not access wi-fi as i did not have a room number to connect and missed an important meeting. no sign placed in front of the water but instead discreetly on top for $9. ridiculous

Loved the cozy vibes!!
Loved our stay here!! It was a close walking distance to Pike Place and the Seattle Center and everything in between! It was so comfy that it felt like a second home! We loved the layout of the room and how cozy it felt. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Room was incredibly cute and cozy. Nothing to complain about. Bed extra comfy with pillows to prop yourself up and down quilt bedding. Stocked fridge and snacks which was replenished during my stay. The lobby of the hotel was so inviting with a large fireplace and different places to sit. Excellent choice!

Hotel Andrew is what I guess you would call a boutique hotel it was nice the beds were comfortable but a little low to the floor there was no storage under the bed so when I sat down on it my knees came up you know pretty good there's an attached restaurant but no no free breakfast no attached bar to there either the nearest one is like two blocks away it is convenient to the monorail and to the Link rail light system so that was nice overall it was not bad but it would have been nice to have a free breakfast and an attached bar and the maybe the beds a little higher

The hotel is on a challenging block. Not overtly unsafe, but loud and definitely some police activity and loiter-ers . The hotel shares space with a cooking school, and walking in , there was an overwhelming strong food smell. Then going to our room (Room 310), there was this horrible buzzing sound (like an electricity type sound ) coming from outside that made it , in our opinion, not compatible with sleep. To their credit, both the hotel staff and Maria , from Expedia chat, worked together to get us another room, which turned out to be a huge upgrade to the Monarch Suite, which was huge and gorgeous.

First the service was exceptionally, friendly and great services. However the property was ok condition, small bathroom, old toilet, and small sink. The valet parking was inconvenient with expensive fees. It was misleading on the room with the view, i was put on fourth floor with the view of next building and air conditioning. The location was very good, close to Pike Public Market.

Roomy and clean rooms with Nespresso and lovely amenities. Very nice bed and quiet corridors. Check in staff was super nice, when we left the staff did not really say anything. Great stay!

Not a bad hotel, nice rooms & clean.
The main problem is that it’s extremely noisy, you can hear everything from every room above, below & beside. Also on a busy street & you can hear all traffic, people shouting & screaming all night. there seems to be very poor sound proofing on everything.

What we did not like was the valet parking rates. Once we checked in with a manager, we was told our daily rate would be $35/day. When we checked out by a manager, she charged us $45/day.(Total of $180) The manager would not chaged the rate BC, she said it was not a note posted, by the first manager. A simply phone call would have fixed this issues. This hotel just seem money hunger and did not try to compromised with us a guest in their hotel at all. Very disappointed. We will not use this hotel ever again, while in Seattle.

Corner room was very comfortable. Bathroom was small, but clean with great lighting. Towels were refreshed often, but I found the housekeeping to be uneven and strange. For example, we only had 'turndown' service on the first night and that was odd. Chocolates were sort of strewn on one nightstand and there was one set of slippers tossed at the foot of the bed when clearly our room had two people staying in it. Room had very limited clothes storage -- especially for two people staying three nights. Overall though, I liked the hotel. It was cozy and very inviting to return to after lots of sightseeing around Seattle. I would probably stay there again. Bed was comfortable. Just found the housekeeping services to be odd.

So sad- this hotel is excellent from the furnishings, designs to the shampoo and lotions BUT bc of the location- I wouldn't stay here again especially not on a Monday or Tuesday night. Turns out almost all the restaurants are closed for dinner including the hotel's restaurant. We heard sirens and screaming and yelling at least 3-4x during the night (enough to wake up my husband who usually sleeps through everything). Also, the walls are very thin- we could hear the conversation in the room next door.(not a huge deal)

A Perfect Lil’ Gem
Family trip to explore graduate school campuses in the area. Location was top notch, a 5 to 10 minute walk to dozens of coffee houses/restaurants and Pike Market. Front desk and valet presence were consistently available. Our room (and the hotel) was clean, quiet and comfortable. Quick and easy check in and out. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay!
We checked in early and our room was ready. Room was clean and spacious. There was a desk, cabinet, closet, mini fridge stocked with snacks and a comfy sofa with two chairs. I love this hotel and i have nothing but good things to say about it. Across the street is the best pizza restaurant and fantastic bakery. Definitely recommend this hotel

Property was central to Pikes Market but away from the homelessness and crowds. We felt safe. There was a CVS nearby to purchase water and snacks. All the tourist stuff were walkable and about less than 2 miles apart. We didn't have a car because parking at the hotel was pretty expensive. We used ride share instead. We also arranged airport transportation with the hotel which was great. Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We stayed over the weekend and we are super happy with the hotel overall and especially with the room itself. Not like an ordinary hotel room instead you feel like coming home to a stylish living room. The service was outstanding. Too much outside noise, perhaps you need better windows? No vending machine. The only water option is in my room. One container for $7 and I have 3 family members… great location and I love the style, but your a little overpriced for what is offered. Your restaurant and bar closed at like 2pm before we even checked in. Disappointing…
P.S. your toilet seat was broken when we arrived which was a bummer to find out.

The place is very convenient to all kinds of facilities and places.
It’s well maintained but the shower was my only issue.
Water puddles on the floor and it feels really bad.
You can hear neighbor rooms noises to the point of understanding words.
But overall it’s a decent hotel.
Not sure if I would come back.
Lola’s restaurant downstairs was a good restaurant.
And across the street the amazing “Serious pie”!

Our coffee maker did not work properly and was not replaced while we were there. The AC is on a motion sensor which is frustrating at night when it turns off while sleeping. We visited Seattle during a heat wave.

Felt comfortable and safe. Beds and chairs are low to the ground and may be a challenge to people with joint issues.
Great location. Great valet parking service but you do pay extra on a daily basis. The restaurant Lola served a surprisingly good breakfast. Across the street two fabulous eateries. Definitely recommend.

Hotel Andra is a must stay! The rooms are gorgeous and it is flanked by two restaurants (although breakfast is not included with your stay). Easy walking distance to all top attractions and shopping. Most of all, the staff are great and the Concierge (the fabulous Fabrizio) is a ray of sunshine and an exceptional person who makes you stay extra-special.

Uncomfortable heat
The hotel is nice. Friendly staff and beds are comfortable. However, our room was very warm. Maintance determined our AC was broken. Only thing they could offer us was another room that would only fit 2 of the 4 of us. So 2 would have to stay in hot room and 2 go to another floor. I didn’t want to split our family up. They brought 1 fan for 4 people. Very uncomfortable and we are from FL so we understand heat!

The hotel was very nice and modern. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger! It’s in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere! The attached restaurant, Lola’s was incredible - highly recommend for breakfast/brunch!

Front desk staff was very rude and not helpful. There is $100 security deposit per night, that I was not notified of until check in. Windows are very thin, making traffic and outside noise very loud and clear. Rooms are very small. Water in showers go in and out. You can hear the toilet flushing from nearby rooms.

Pros: great location, comfortable beds, nice shower, dimmable lights, excellent and friendly staff. Cons: when neighboring rooms’ doors closed, it sounded and felt like someone was aggressively slamming the doors. There was one period where it was happening every few minutes and it was incredibly jarring and annoying. Seems an easy fix (e.g. improved dampers/padding).

Our room was nice and comfortable. We arrived early and we’re able to check in. Everyone was very nice. We chose to only have our room cleaned once and they did a great job. Negatives. There is no room service. The carpet needed to be cleaned. No breakfast options.
We loved that we could walk to most attractions. The down side was the area. It did not feel safe, especially with a kid.

Pros-Decor functional and pretty, check-in staff super welcoming, walls keep out noise from above and below, the toiletries and shower salts smell so good and are aroma therapeutic, bed and linens are so comfy! Cons- couldn’t stream movies from our cell phones to TV, gap under the door let in loud conversations from the hallway, toilet has a loud flush- all simple easy fixes

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and all staff very nice and helpful. I know Seattle is home of Starbucks, and there are coffee shops on like every corner. But would have been nice to just have coffee at the hotel in the morning. There was no free food or drink. Not the end of the world but would have been nice. I also wish they noted something about valet parking only. I guess that's normal in a big city downtown area, but I was not aware of it and had a hard time getting to the hotel. Parked several blocks down the road and had to walk to hotel to find out how to park. Was simple once I knew, but then had to drive around for a while to find way back to hotel since downtown is all one way roads. Had a great stay and recommend hotel to anyone else.
