Convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. This location is also walking distance to the orange line train line. There is a parking garage next to the hotel with reasonable daily parking rates but street meters are free from 8pm-8am. The higher floors have less noise from the foot and vehicle traffic beloŵ.

My stay at the row was incredible. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful decor, the bed is very comfortable and the staff was amazing. One of the wait staff went above and beyond for us but we didn’t get his name. We are very please with our stay and will return.

Beautiful hotel. We read a few bad reviews, and couldn't believe what we were reading. The people were either incredibly spoiled whiners, or plants by competitors. Highly recommend.

This Hotel is perfectly located on a new area. Hotel.is surrounded by stores, restaurants, cafes and parks. Hotel extremely clean and comfirtable.

I love that there was a microwave on my floor even though there was not one in my room.The guest area has cold fountain water to drink,a great coffee making machine,and other condiments.

The location of this hotel is the best part of it. Otherwise, my experience was very mediocre. First, when I checked in the women at the front desk named Ani was horrible. She told me the system had me in for Friday-Monday when I knew for sure that I booked Thursday- Sunday. I knew I did not make this error when booking because I did everything through Expedia so my flight and hotel reservation were linked. She insisted I was wrong, the system said Fri-Monday, and that there was nothing she could do for me. I even took out my laptop and was able to prove that my reservation was booked for Thurs-Sun. She continued to tell me to call Expedia since I booked through them and that she could not do anything for me since they are a Marriott (???) and I did no book through the hotel directly. Eventually someone else had to get involved and they were able to figure it out. Okay, I understand that glitches in computer systems happens. However, after everything, Ani at the front desk wouldn't look at me, apologize, or anything. The energy she exuded at that point was simply annoyance that I was right and was not going to just go away because she wanted me to. And then I get to the room and I am simply unimpressed. The fitted sheet was put on inside out, wallpaper around the toilet was peeling, there were stains on the blanket, etc. Overall, for what they are charging, the customer service and quality of the rooms needs great improvement.

lovely hotel, very cute little indoor pool. Staff was welcoming and helpful. loved the espresso machine in the pantry and hot chocolate in lobby. Very quiet and comfortable.

Basically in an outdoor mall with lots of restaurants, but a subway stop a block away offers easy access to downtown Boston. Rooms are very nice.

Superb customer care, excellent accommodations!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Warm welcoming staff. Easy valet and check in. I genuinely felt taken care of. The accommodations were awesome and thoughtful. My child was welcomed and addressed personally. The pool was perfect as was the location. Wonderful people all around! We will most definitely return!

Absolutely love the Row! I've stayed here twice now, and both times have been nothing but a pleasure. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling for work or pleasure. There is a ton of stores nearby, and a bunch of space to hang out. Magnificent view of Encore Casino right in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel - located right off the Orange Line. Very hipster locale with plenty of convenient shopping (if you forgot to pack something for your trip) and dining if you want an evening closer to your hotel.
Only gripe is that the pool is shallow - strictly for families with kids.

This was a very nice hotel in a great area. Tons of food and entertainment options nearby, and close to the Orange Line for access to Downtown Boston. Would easily stay here again.

Our only concern regarded the attitude of one receptionist who had less interest than ourselves in resolving a shortage of body wash for our shower, Housekeeping were great and resolved the issue going above and beyond our expectations

The bathroom started to flood all over and I couldn't take a shower and had to leave it all covered in soap and drive 4 hours after that. I did this to save the hotel room from flooding by covering it with towels all over. I went downstairs and complained to the desk and in response she offered to get something for free from their mini shop, which sells 2.5 chocolate bars. Very unprofessional staff. Because of them I was itching in traffic for 4 hours on the way back to New York.

Staff was so helpful, getting us ice for the coolers (soccer tournament) and the pool was small but perfect for cooling off. Our teens were able to walk on their own through the shopping district because it felt clean and safe.

Loved the hotel and front desk reception. Wish some of the guests were aware of the time and used their indoor voices when they spoke in the hallways. Especially the gentleman who at 7:00AM was talking so loudly while walking the hallways. I cannot believe how inconsiderate people can be. We will be back as we have family in the area. We are very comfortable staying there. Thank you

We like it. The service is great. The only thing we didn't like is you can hear everyone in hallway and they wake you up early by going for breakfast. Doors should be more noise-reducing.

Great new hotel
I stayed for one night with my daughter and was very happily surprised by the beauty and high standards the hotel offered .
The facility (design/comfort) is very well appointed and the staff was very professional and showcased a true understanding of what it means to be hospitable. Room was very spacious . And I recommend the breakfast buffet !
Will definitely recommend and be back ..!

In a great area too with lots of shopping and a parking garage right next door .. we paid 54 dollars for over night , not bad … front desk was very nice as well ! Had a full bar in the lobby too ! Room was very clean which I appreciate I can tend to be very nit picky about that ! we will defiantly stay here again next time in Boston!

front desk staff unfriendly, no doorman or bellman, we had to go get someone inside for valet parking. They should at least have a sign that instructs arriving guests to go indoors and find the valet on their own. otherwise, it was a good B quality hotel.

This property is well kept. We have stayed at this property several times now and it is one of our favorite place to stay. You can't beat the location. It is next to the Orange Line so you can get into the city very easily. The shops and restaurants around Assembly Square is great. You can literally do a staycation at this hotel and have plenty to do.

Wonderful hotel in a super location.
A wonderful stay.
After a few teething problems were resolved (like no bedding for our children even though we booked for 4 people) and then waiting a while for it to be sorted satisfactorily, we had a wonderful stay.
We did a lot of research before booking The Row and didn’t regret our choice. The hotel was fantastic, in a great location and ten minutes from downtown Boston by Uber.
The majority of staff were really great, friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was superb. We can’t wait to go back.

The check in staff was curt and incorrect re: incidentals charges of a full room rate (for potential property damage!). The building lacks natural light, the room had none and was located very far from elevator. The so called Pantry had nothing to offer but decaying fruit.

Stayed at The Row for a quick weekend getaway . The location is a perfect spot 10 minutes away from downtown boston. Away from all the commotion. But still in a lively neighborhood . Your in a small outdoor mall/ outlet area. Everything is walking distance . Cafe, brunch, lunch , dessert, bowling, shopping and a small dog park . The hotel is pet friendly. If your planing on checking out downtown boston its literally 12- 15 mins driving and like 2 stops away from the train. Everything is easily accessible. No complains my girl enjoyed her birthday weekend out there!

Really enjoyed my stay! Property was new, modern, and clean. Staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. They have their own parking garage for self-parking along with valet, so no street parking which is a plus! Excellent experience overall, would recommend!

Beautifully located in the heart of Somerville’s Assembly Row. Shopping, dinning and drinks all within walking distance. The lobby is expansive, a great place to enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate or grab a drink from the bar!
