A clean, nice enjoyable stay here.
As I walked into the lobby I was greeted by the General Manager, Raquel at the front desk. She was smiling and made eye to eye contact with me. Raquel was very friendly, nice and made me feel like family. With the above being said, I knew I had made the right choice for our stay.
Our room was clean, large and had plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable.We left early the next morning on the shuttle so we missed breakfast, but I would say it was great also. Without question, when staying in Nashville again, we will be staying here.

The newly remodeled hotel is beautiful, breed very comfortable. When i went to close the drapes the window was opened and the patch was broke. Made me very nervous. I kept expecting someone to come in thru the window. Also the mobility shower was poorly designed, water didn't drain properly and the floor was in 2" of water. I usually love this hotel, however this trip left me sleepless.

It took over 20 minutes to get warm water and even longer to get "hot" water .. the Beds are to small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably, and felt like I was in a valley. For comparison My Twin Select Number bed I set to 65 or 70. We didn't find the trashcan until we were checking the room to depart. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The breakfast bar was nice but the sausage patties were cold dry and tuff. The eggs were good, and you can't miss with the make your on waffles.

The shower still had hair in it from the previous guest, and the shower door wouldn't stay shut. So, some cleaning was missed, may be due to short staffing.

Stayed for one night in a very nicely renovated room but in the morning there was no hot water so I could not shower. The hotel did not provide any warning for the issue. I had to get to an early flight so I could not wait for it to be resolved. Other rooms had the same problem.
This hotel is in a noisy area.

Everything was nice. Room clean, staff was great and free breakfast was good. My only complaint was hot water for the shower. One day it was great but other days the water never really got hot.

It was very nice. The room was nice, with one exception……where are the towel bars?
There is simply no place to hang your towels. Especially, if you want us to reuse our towels, give us somewhere to hang them up. There was definitely room to hang a couple towel bars , next to the sink.

Great location, near by restaurants, Walgreens all at a walking distance. Breakfast was good, customers was great day/night.. suggestions install a shampoo, conditioner, & body wash dispenser inside the shower, rather than old fashion mini bottles.
My stay was great, but I haven’t received my deposit yet.. hmm.

Front desk person was exceptional !! Very helpful and friendly too ! Didn’t catch her name but she is a valuable asset for you . Place was dirty outside and the carpets were trashed. Cig butts everywhere outside on the ground and garbage cans full .

Great stay for a reasonable price.
We had a very nice stay. The hotel is conveniently located. It was clean and the staff was very nice. Although we didn’t eat breakfast, we peeked in and everything looked good and the area was clean. The only complaint I have is the water took a long time to warm up and it never really got hot. Not great for showers.

Enjoyed the stay
We couldn’t find the switch to turn off the bedside lights so the night attendant came up and helped us find the small hidden buttons. We requested a room for next time where the shower door stays closed when in it!

The staff was extremely helpful. Mariah went above and beyond her role of maintaining breakfast and gave us recommendations for activities, directions, where locals park etc. The next morning she stopped cleaning and made sure to ask us how we enjoyed the places we visited and gave us more recommendations. I did not get the lady's name that checked us in, but she was also wonderful. The building was recently renovated and has areas that still need attention like the gym, but it was a good stay.

Bath mat we moved after showering and it was filthy from the floor. Hair, not ours, on the wall by the toilet paper roller. Check in lady NEVER smiles or said hi welcome plain non smiling no customer service. Shower water was hardly warm. Will not be staying here agin

When we walked in the staff was not inviting, the bathrooms were locked and we asked if they could be unlocked and they said no someone made a mess and I’m not cleaning it. The lady helping us didn’t know how to do a couple things and the other lady was too busy in her person phone to help. When we walked in our room it smelled like bleach, the bathroom had mold in on the ceiling.

Very comfortable!! The breakfast in the morning is a nice touch that sets this hotel apart from the others that are in the same price range. The staff is also a huge plus!!! They are attentive to the guest's needs!!

Paper thin walls, got no rest
The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. However walls are paper thin, so if you are trying to get some rest, this may not be the one.

I selected the hotel based on its location near the airport. My son and I arrived around 9 pm and had to leave by 3:30 am for a 6 am flight so we really only were there to shower and sleep. I would not stay at this hotel for an extended length of time. While check in was easy and the room nice, the carpet in the hotel (in the hallways and the rooms) spelt like dirty socks which was not pleasant. Our room was clean and the bed was decently comfortable not a bad spot close to the airport.

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was really nice and so was the room. The breakfast they serve was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and will be booking there again.

This appears to be new property yet the entry doors, except main, looked worn, missing paint, scratched and could have been recycled

Hotel was very clean. The breakfast wasnt fancy but it was decent. The only 2 complaints that i have were they only put 1 bar of soap in the room so i had to wash my hands and use it to get a shower too and everytime i closed the shower door it would always slide back open. Still a good hotel and i recommend it

Not sure where the ‘remodeled’ portion of the hotel is. Hallways have dirty stained carpet. Elevator closest to room is still out of order. AC in the first room made a racket; staff gave us another room which is clean.

The check-in and check-out staff were very good. Picking up the shuttle was a bit of pain, as I didn't have a US phone and couldn't connect with my UK phone. No pay phones are available in the terminal.

The lady that checked me in was very nice even at 1am. The carpets were disgusting in the room and the hallway. I didn’t want to walk around barefooted. Only 2 towel sets for 3 people. The bathtub had a mat in the tub that needs to be removed. And the tub like sink in towards the middle. I’ve never seen anything like that. It felt really weird while showering. I’ll most definitely never stay there again. I used my hotel rewards. The room was most DEFINITELY overpriced!! It was almost like 190 which is insane for what we got!!

Older building, glad I was in a first floor room - had to use elevator to get to ice machine and it was quite old. Breakfast food was cold ( eggs, sausage, etc). Fridge with yogurt and milk was warm. But bed was comfortable! Rooms are on the small side.

Booked online, was unaware of “hold” fee for “damages” drove over two hours for stay to be in area for work the next day. Arrived, bank card has daily limit and had surpassed the limit, would not approve the “hold” fee. Had taken out cash before arrival so had plenty of cash, asked if I could just pay it all cash, “they don’t accept.” Asked if I left them my card or license or whatever if I could just pay upon leaving the next day “can’t do that sir,” ended up having to email form to wife back home to use another card just for the “hold” you know… in Case of damages! Honestly was at the desk for over 30 minutes Just trying to check in after already booking, all was merely a joke. I’m a stand up and honest and genuinely nice guy, but it was all a joke.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and said that they were remodeling, they did a really nice job. She also mentioned that she was just looking at our reservation as we came in. We requested the ground floor and she made she we got that! The room looks great, is roomy and clean. Perfect and a great price!

Good Stay! The breakfast wasnt the absolute best, but it was there and free. The bed was not too comfy, but the pillows were like clouds. It was in a good enough spot, close to downtown and not a far drive at all. We only saw room service once the entire week and otherwise had to go to the desk for things we needed. All in all, I would opt to stay here again because it was a clean hotel in a good enough area for what we needed.
