You can tell the hotel is on the older side but it's also evident that work has been made to upgrade it. The breakfast was superb. Way beyond what I was expecting for the kind of hotel it is, with eggs, bacon, sausage etc. After a long day on the road, it was also extremely convenient to be able to select an easy and quick frozen dinner from their little on-site store.
The hotel was quiet and warm enough, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Some other guests were adamant about leaving because the hotel housed people who are new to the country. I commend the hotel for taking these newcomers in. I encountered not one issue with anyone, aside from the guest who demanded his money back upon learning of the newcomers staying there.

This is an older property, and the room is dusty from the heat/AC. The outside has some litter, plus an abandoned car in the parking area.

I found La Quinta to be a dated facility. It was reasonably clean and the staff was friendly. There is an Outback Steakhouse connected to the parking lot which was convenient. I found that noise from the highway was loud and persistent throughout the night. I recommend that La Quinta consider purchasing noise machines for the rooms to help drown out the sounds of the highway. Overall, I was satisfied with the affordability and location of the facility, but I feel the property is due for a renovation.

So, so
good location for us, we attend a wedding in the town of Princeton. But the room's carpet was dirty. Noise, (our room 111) the room across from ours had children crying and making noise, it was about 11 pm. A man came around 6:30 in the am and bang the door of that room like an alarm. The housekeeping cart is left outside by room 111. laundry room open. Not a good site to see, it should have the door close and the cart store at a different place.

I had my dog with me and she ended up going home with fleas. I only stayed there and took her out to walk on hotel grounds. Not sure if it was in the hotel or the property. Either way they should treat area

My family stayed at this hotel while we visited our son at holy cross. The condition of the hotel itself was poor. The ceiling in our room was significantly damaged, where a portion of it was unfinished with cinder block showing. The bathroom fixtures were outdated and the door to the room let a significant amount of light in. The service from the manager was on excusable. She was rude and discourteous to not only me but to other guests. The response we received was you can just leave I am not sure but I would assume that that type of response is not what is taught in hospitality . I will say the one positive was the breakfast and the breakfast staff the woman overseeing the breakfast ensured that everything was full and clean. She went around and touched base with guests to make sure their needs were met. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone , especially given the poor service from the manager, Kelly.

The front desk staff were very friendly, the breakfast offered above average and the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. My complaint is just the hallways, elevator and facilities in general are in need of updating and cleaning. Some of the guests in room next door were loud and disturbed my sleep but that’s not really the hotels fault.

DO NOT GET A ROOM.
It was horrible. The front desk staff was disrespectful. I told them that our room smelt like cigarettes AFTER I signed a release saying there’s no smoking in the room. They disregarded me and didn’t look at me the entire time. They just stared at their computer and didn’t give me the time of day. It was incredibly overpriced and I would’ve rather slept in my car than pay what I did for that room. Horrible.

Turn around and find another hotel...keep driving!
We were hoping the Wyndham name would guarantee a good hotel....but not in this case! It is an old hotel that has been slightly patched, not redone. The carpet is old and outdated, paint and woodwork were damaged and dingy. Shower was dirty and shower was not safe....it was slippery getting in and out of tub.... the safety handle was poorly placed. The noise level from the adjacent interstates was terrible and caused a long sleepless night.
Having seen the condition of the place, my husband didn't even want the breakfast. Worse of all....it was a $150 per night (we were only there 12 hours) and a $100 room deposit! This was more than we have paid for great hotel rooms on this trip.

Nice hotel and good location
I had booked a room with two double beds and when I checked in they had us in a room with a king and a pull out sofa bed. The person at the front desk was friendly and apologized but said they were completely booked so there was no other rooms available. The sofa bed was fine but it was a little inconvenient to have one of us sleeping on a sofa bed. Overall the room was nice.

I spent $200 a night and the first night i have spanish music blasting at 1am. We go down for the continental breakfast and theres a scoop of cold eggs and a half hard bagel left at 845. The one bed was completely uncomfortable and sunk on one side. Ive stayed in hotels all over new england for half this price that were a better experience.

Staff was excellent & allowed me to check in early as I was traveling via bike, but hotel housing literally hundreds of Haitian refugees made it noisy, dirty, and feeling of unsafe. I will not be using this hotel again.

Friendly staff...but NOT smoke free
The staff at the front desk and the breakfast crew were very friendly. The property is somewhat dated. The cleaning staff was abundant. The big drawback for our family was that even though signs everywhere indicated the property was 100% nonsmoking, it was not. Our room smelled like smoke. I feel the staff could enforce this so that the property is as described.

Staff at check in at nught was friendly. Check out staff was rude. Never looked up deom computer, dismissive.
The smeel of the room was horrible. A constant cigarette smoke and body odor smell. Corners and carpets heavily stained. The window wouldnt lock and i was on the first floor. I was only there a few hours for a training early the next morning a few towns away and got in late from a long ride or i wouldve thought of other options. The smell though, so gross.

The dog walk area was large with trees AND with convenient bag-disposals bins (bag holder was empty of bags, though). Very walkable to good restaurant next door. Hotel itself needs a deep-clean -- carpets in rooms, drapes, and even coffee pot in lobby.

The only plus of this hotel is the people at the front desk. I think there is a lack of maintenance and care in the building. When I got my room the door was open. Then the curtains were stained and the shower was clogged. This hotel has the most important of anything, people kind and with good customer service.

Not worth it
This was super disappointing for the price. I paid for two nights and ended up only staying for one. I tried to get a refund, but they said no. The floors are gross. The bed is uncomfortable. The hair dryer didn’t work. Half of the outlets didn’t work. There was some alarm going off at 2am for about 30 minutes. The elevator was out of order.

Don’t stay here.
This place really seriously needs to be totally redone. All the way from fire alarm that was covered in plastic to the holes in the walls it was terrible. To boot the place was packed with really nice people that needed a place in the area to stay.

This property was very poor. I would say this property was not representative of the La Quinta brand. Property was not up kept. Rooms felt like a cheap motel room. The toilet ran constantly. Very dated. AC would not turn on when we first arrived.
The only redeeming quality was the the shower head.

Second visit to this particular La Quinta...
Pleasant for the most part... breakfast was surprisingly wonderful, check-in and check-out was fast and efficient, and the room was clean. The only issue was the ceiling was messy and looked as though they were getting ready to do construction... ceiling was scraped in places and taped but not finished or even primed. This was my second visit at this facility and I'll go back...

Stay Away, terrible experience
The Clerk who checked me in was very rude! Acting like I knocked on her personal front door to sleep on her couch or something? She made it very clear the “RailRoad” workers had top priority and run of the the place? I’m 40 years old and by myself and she was treating me like a pack of high school kids trying to party after their prom? Oh and by the way this is at 11:00 on a Wednesday night? It was completely uncalled for and I will never stay there again!
The room was also run down and didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly, maybe picked up at best!

Room was dingy. We returned from our outing to find the whole 3rd floor where our room was smelling like Marijuana. They didn't find who it was till the morning. The ac in the room was so loud we could not sleep AT ALL!!! We checked out before 5am just trying to get out of there!! Not rested and aggravated made for a very dangerous ride home 😒

Amazing Stay!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us late checkout to help my teenage dancer a little extra sleep after a dance competition. They were some of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in and the free breakfast in the morning was delicious! We have food allergies and they were extremely helpful!

I left! I did not even stay. A refund would be amazing but doubt it will happen. The whole ceiling was patched up and not repainted. The toilet had an awful flushing, the door had a huge space, there was trash in the bottom of my trash cans with bags over it and the top issue was the blood stains on the carpet! Yes they were little like someone got a cut and walked to get a bandage… ummmm gross!!! At 11pm when trying to lay down just wasn’t happening, I left, returned home to shower!!!! Also whoever plowed their driveway did an awful job!

This was by far the worst hotels I have stayed at. The bathroom was horrible tub had stains, the towel rack was broken, toilet seats had stains. Bedding had blood stains. One of the dresser draws were broken. I requested another room but everything was “sold out”.

Nothing unique about the property. Zach, the man at the desk during check in, told me I needed to pay the $25 pet fee for my service dog. I stated he could call his supervisor that I was not paying a “pet fee” for my service dog and that it is illegal for them to charge fees for service animals. I did show him the Federal registration information on my phone upon check in. Then I was informed that I needed to provide a credit card for “incidentals” even though I booked on Expedia and the card should have been on file. I also informed him that I didn’t have to do so when I checked in for my previous stay which was only a few days prior to this one. I did a room inspection prior to bringing my belongings in and found it dirty and with damages. I took pictures and immediately went to the front desk. I was not offered another room or anything like a discount. I was only informed that he would make note of the problems and that he was unsure who had cleaned the room. The service from this man was very undesirable. I will probably think twice about staying here again.

I didnt like how dirty the room was. They had the nerve to put a card stating Megan cleaned room. She should be embarrased.also cups was not included. It was disgusting actually left early. Also, both adjacent rooms were loud with kids running around the hallway knocking on other doors and running away. never again!

Worst customer service to ever exist. Don’t place your tenants or family members here under any circumstances. The GM herself was the only decent one but the staff most specifically the staff ln the morning of 2/6/23 were disgusting and should not have jobs in this industry as they don’t know what they’re doing. Highly unprofessional. Felt like I was talking to a child. Thankfully there are other great hotels nearby like comfort inn with tremendous customer service and I relocated all six rooms of my tenants to that property.

Upon arrival staff was bickering about guest problems right in front of me, no acknowledgment that I was even there.
First room given had issues with toilet- later found out from management that room assigned was on no rent list. New room was not a king room as requested. Mold and mildew all around tub. I don’t think we’ll stay again although convenient to highway and free pet policy is a plus - that’s why we stay there. Won’t likely come back. Have stayed before , but property seems neglected and run down.

The moment we walked in the lobby there’s a smell of old carpet. When we got to the room the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, there was dust everywhere and the toilet paper rolls were empty. The complementary lotion, shampoo and soap were non existent. The bottles were empty. Water stains in the ceiling tiles.

Check in was pleasent enought but everything else was disgraceful, the spread was dirty and was clearly used by someone with a cat because there was lots of pet hair on it, the microwave and refrigerator was dirty, the floors were not only stained but handnt been vacuumed , the walls are so thin i was kept up all night by the guest next door who seem to be having some kind of party. The sheets seem clean but the bed smelled of smoke even though I signed a docnet stating it was non smoking . Check out was very disrespectful, the person at the disk didnt even bother to get off her cell phone to acknowledge me, I basically just had to leave the keys on the counter.........point of the story, you get what you pay for, it is truly a dump and I will return.

Highly enjoyable stay
My stay was great. I enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and the environment was calming and relaxing for my partner and I. Just what we needed! Staff were very sweet :) would definitely go back !!
