The room had a lot of space but definitely needs a makeover. Things need to be repainted and replaced. There was a used bar of soap still in the shower so I didn’t use the shower at all. Stayed the night and out first thing in the morning.

Probably the worst Best western that I had ever stayed at. Sketchy area, lots of sirens throughout the night.
TV kept asking for a passcode.
It was clean and convenient to I-85.
If I had been by myself and would have found a different hotel.

For $80 a night I couldn’t ask for better. All the amenities (microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, soaps in the shower), clean, quiet rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.

When I booked the hotel, I asked about free shuttle. They said yes and I asked the hours because flight came in at 9:05 PM.They said no problem.I called from the airport and they said no shuttle runs at night!
My room was on the 2 nd floor with no elevator!
Just old metal steps. A dog barked all night in the next room. The bathroom corners were not clean and the room smelled old. I was extremely disappointed!!! Never stay there-

Clean, basic hotel near Greenville Spartanburg airport. Perfect for catching a morning flight. I also took advantage of the park-and-ride save the cost of parking at the airport. And I had no problem coaching and Uber at 4 AM. It was perfect for my knees.

Check-in was quick and easy. There was trash all over the sidewalk right outside our room that was there for over 24 hours, and the toilet was unflushed upon arrival. But for the price, I didn’t have high expectations.

Horrible. There was trash and cigarette butts everywhere. At times the cigarette and pot smoke in the courtyard was so thick it choked me. There were wild parties on several nights while we were there. The dog park was disgusting -poop, trash, and even a used condom! It was not up to BW standards at all.

The ladies at the desk and staff m, we’re absolutely great. I guess when you get a good online it will attract some unsavory guests. Stomping down halls, music outside, kids running around. Just one of those things. The fridge leaked and the TV didn’t work either. Get what you pay for!

Made it to the hotel people we’re very friendly. Had a free continental breakfast of whatever you wanted it was very satisfying. If I had to go back I would stay there again there we’re restaurants near by location was not far from where I was going

Dozens of cigarette butts outside a lower level room. If someone didn’t smoke inside the AC must have sucked in the smoke. The room reeks of smoke. The AC compressor is loud and the enclosure rattles. The
Shuttle stops at 9pm. Not recommended at all.

The pet walk area was full of pet crap. I know responsible pet owners clean up after thier pets. Since there are many pet owners who are NOT responsible, the crew at Best Westren should occasionly clean the area.
The pet area also had several Fire Ant mounds.
A little more pet friendly would be nice.

Good value for the money. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Bed was good and no bugs. Area felt safe, and food was within a short walk. Didn't try the pool but it was clean and the pool area was nice looking. Traffic noise at night bothered me but I live in a very quiet area so I don't know if it would bother other people. The staff was really nice and helpful. I will stay here again if I'm in the area

No place to stay unless you have no other choice.
Rooms were dirty. Heavy cigarette smoke smell although it was a non-smoking room. Comforter had cigarette burns in multiple places. Sheets were stained. Road noise from the highway was horrible. Would have checked out before we did if someone was on duty in the lobby at 2am after not being able to sleep at all. When we did check out, the did refund is our full stay, so at least they understood the situation.

Although this property is older and does show it's age in some areas, that doesn't mean that much to us if it is clean and quiet, which our room was. The breakfast was a step above our previous night's stay, so we were pleased. The front desk lady was training a new employee and was very patient with him, which was nice to see. Being retired and nothing urgent looming, we were more than happy to wait just a little for this young man to learn his job.

It was a decent place for a great price. I will choose it again not because it is GREAT, but because it is GOOD with a GREAT price. Safe, basically clean, satisfactory breakfast, great access to I-85, etc.

No doubt this may be an older motel/hotel but the owners work at keeping it up. It is real convenient to downtown. The price is quite affordable. The breakfast spread was more than I expected. We wouldn't hesitate staying there in the future.

The couple next door was loud and threw trash and bedding out of their room and left it in front of our room. It was left there all night. They came in the morning cleaning that room and never touch our room

Nice way to bring people in with dog area, but it was filthy, and simply raked poop into edges/corner. Make it nice and clean for new folks coming in every day, take pride in it and mulch it in. Have it part of the staff's clean-up duties and check it periodically. Unfortunately, many folks dog clean-up after their dogs, don't leave it like that, maintain it please. Otherwise great place.

The room had two beds. The first had a hair on the top cover so I picked the other one. The was a hair on the back of the tub and another on top of the shampoo dispnser. The shower ma for outside the tub was folded on the edge of the tub but half of it was damp. There appeared to be a black substance on the sheet rock right above the shower head. Someone on the floor above and behind sounded like they were having a party for a while

The hotel was pretty run down, the rooms were not clean and they had a heavy smoke/marijuana smell.
Their computer systems were down and the staff was not knowledgable or professional, one of the groundskeepers/cleaners continued his conversation with the clerk while I was waiting to be seen and he was explaining that the last time he moved rooms at the hotel there were bugs. Yuck! Within minutes of getting into my room i had a headache from the smell and then the police arrived and started questioning the people in the next room! Save yourself the hassle and go to the holiday inn 5 minutes down the road.

Nice and clean
Overall a simple and good stay. Nothing surprising. I always wish that some of the train staff would be better. This made me feel that they needed more work on hospitality. Anyway, the rooms are very clean and I would assume that most of them are at least updated. It was everything at our fingertips for breakfast and quite busy while I was there.

Our non smoking room smelled musty (not smoking smell). The curtain at the large window facing to the isle couldn't close from end to end. We used the laundry pins we brought from home to close it to the door lock. Our room TV was not connected to the cable, we couldn't watch TV. Roadside construction workers stayed at the Inn were making noise at the parking lot and outside of their rooms. Someone was locked out from a room by his wife or friend or someone share the room with him and he was shouting and kicking his room door after 8pm. I told it to the check in counter employee but the employee didn't go and check it out.
The room size was good with a couch and a coffee table including an office chair. The floor, sink and the bath room were clean with multiple towels. The breakfast had a variety and nice.

Tv remote didnt work til i fixed tv. Checknin said no rooms available. Got on line a d booked room. 3 were available. Rooms were clean but tub and sink dont drain. Beds uncomfortable. Shuttle service was adequate. Overall. Very bad experience.

For the price it was ok hotel. They are remodeling the whole hotel so there was a lot of chaos, noise and tools and material scraps scattered in the hallways. Again, decent price for a room and I would be interested in seeing what it will look like when the are finished remodeling it.

Suspect bed bugs
We used to stay here years ago (preCovid) for the Clemson Football games. Unfortunately, things have changed and although we expected changes, I did not expect waking up with 5 huge bug bites on my belly. I went to bed without bug bites but I woke up with them. I can only assume they are bed bugs based on their distribution (they are all in a line) across my belly. They are absolutely awful and swollen and itchy.
The breakfast, however, was decent and the staff was pleasant enough.

Only stayed overnight. The room was clean and included all the regular amenities. We had our two Goldendoodles with us and were assigned a room near the fenced dog area. Really nice to have that nearby. Was disappointed in the entrance to the dog area. The trees kinda hid the gate and were IMO too close to the gate opening.

Motion sensor lighting in bathroom area?
My wife, 6yr old son and I were just crashing overnight before taking an early flight. I don’t have high expectations at a motel but the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the smoke detector was yanked out and for some odd reason they thought it wise to use sensor lighting for the bathroom and vanity space. So if you wake up to pee in the middle of the night you get blasted awake (along with everyone else) by the bright fluorescent lights…less than ideal for sure.

Very good for such a cheap room
Nice front desk clerk. Room is clean beds very nice AC worked fine. Very nice for such a cheap room under $100. Place was full yet I still found parking for my truck and livestock trailer. Waffle house next door. I'd stay here again it was quiet clean and cheap. They have free breakfast with a sign have to eat it there.
