The manager was so incredibly rude and racially profiled by her we were charged $150 deposit and another person checked in and were charged $100 when I professionally ask the policy for deposit she refused to address the issue! And threatened to cancel our reservation, we simply wanted to know why we would be charged more. She demanded we have to house keeper come to our room “policy “ when we renewed our reservation. I have stayed at 5 star wyndam resort for many years and the place from start to finish was ratchete!

Very clean, but had problems with noize from other customers partying in the parking lot till 1 a.m.in the morning they were warned once at 10 p.m. but moved their party across the parkin lot an continued to be loud until 1 a.m. my fiancée an i only got like 4 hrs sleep as we had to get up to catch our plane as we had to get on a flight bk to Wisconsin at early morning hours, we were stuck way bk in the corner rm 276 2nd floor an they all had rooms next to ours it was very disappointing an feel we will not be staying there again!

The rugs and bathroom was very unsanitary. I found mold on the plastic mat in the shower. The shower was not clean because there was hair from a razor and soap residue on the walls.

This is at best a 2 star hotel. It was 326.00 and the room smells musty and is very outdated . It’s basically two double beds and a bit of walking space. For an airport hotel, they don not provide a shuttle to the airport and there’s no breakfast. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Satisfied. No expectations, No dissapointment.
This hotel is as bare bones as you can get. Not worth the price but all hotels are overpriced. I wasn't dissapointed, just underwhelmed. Horrible TV channel selection. Worst I've seen. It was clean but outdated and maintained on a shoestring budget obviously. Location was great. Easy access to everything. Safe and secure. Since this is my hotel price range, I would stay here again with no second thoughts.

It needs updated
The staff was very friendly. The biggest drawback is for the price I paid it needs to be updated. The bed needs to be replaced. Also Covid is over it’s time to start the breakfast back up.

Friendly hospitable front desk service at both check in and out.
Room marked no smoking, but cigarette smoke was imbedded in the carpet.
Old dated room needs a refresh to possibly attract more customers.

There were only a few guests at the hotel. To bad they could not seperate the guests. I was kept awake all night by the snoring of the person next door to me. It was loud enougb to register o
my smartwatch. Also air conditioner is really loud.

Good spot in general
Generally a good place. Front desk was great....room was in general nice. It's not a 5 star spot,so expectations should at the 3-4 star level. Only issues we had were the mattress,if hotels would continuously rotate and flip.mattresses they'd last longer and be in better shape. And then onto the shower, had nice remodel to it but,wow, the weakest shower I think I've ever had...remove the water savers out of the new showerheads...may solve some of the issue

The hotel floors are NASTY! it smelled SO bad in the room, like wet mold!!! I was scared to walk without shoes. I would not recommend this hotel at all!!

Disappointing Hotel Stay

Very clean rooms and front desk area. Bed was comfy. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Hotel could use a bit of an upgrade cosmetic and repair wise. The outlets in the room I stayed in were very loose to the point the plugs kept falling out. There was a noticable gap between the door and the door frame. Windows let in a lot of noise from busy Daniels Parkway a few streets over. Not a bad stay but probably wouldn't return for the price.

Decent room for the price of the area
The front desk was friendly and the staff/cleaners were friendly. The room was clean. It was pretty quiet. The hotel is outdated but that isn’t a big deal to us. The coffee was great in the morning!

Check in was friendly. I was surprised there wasn't an elevator so we had to haul the suitcase up a flight up stairs. Also, the light entering the room did not work as well as two of the outlets closest to the beds were loose so it we were not able to charge the phones on the nightstands.

We needed a last minute hotel stay in the Fort Myers area near the airport as we had an early flight. Definitely understand the whole "you get what you paid for." The hotel/motel was a bit outdated and felt dirty even though I'm sure it gets cleaned regularly after stay. The bed and pillow definitely needed to be updated. I barely slept because I felt unsafe and gross. I would just spend a little more and stay at the other hotel/motels near the plaza than this one honestly.

Our stay was ok. Front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. However, our room was in need of updating. Bed spread was really old, chipped door molding, very few outlets. The bed was so soft and unsupportive, it clearly needed to be replaced.

Staff are great, but property is not in great condition. Some of the very few electrical sockets and lights do not work, can either charge computer, or watch tv through socket on a lamp. Water pressure is extremely poor. When you hire the cheapest bidder to do your upgrades/renovations, you get what you pay for. No amenities; no breakfast, no pool.

They do not have an elevator. We were stopping in for a night, but had a lot of luggage from a big trip. It made it difficult to get to our room. They transition from carpet to tile between room and bathroom was severely damaged and easy to trip over.

We were getting dressed early on maybe the 3rd morning when we get a knock on the door, due to the maid smelling smoke coming from a room. She could obviously tell it wasn’t us when the door was opened. I go to the front desk to add another couple days and paid with my credit card. About an hour after we left the front desk calls my phone and said we need to put $100 deposit on the room (even though we paid with a credit card) and mentions the smoking incident again. We will never stay there again.

Hotel needs a complete makeover for the high pay
Need a complete remodeling job. Carpet smells bad. Roaches in room. Water does not get very hot. Had to take cold showers. Television need to be updated.

The room was very small. There were small bugs climbing the walls. My daughter had an easter basket with candy that we left on the table and when we returned to the room, the basket was covered in small ants. There were roaches in the room. Definitely will not return. I take responsibility for this because i did not research this hotel before we visited. Next time i will do the research.

They said i smoked in one of their rooms. I have a medical license to smoke Marijuana but i never do in the room. They obviously don't know the difference between smoked and just the stinch of Marijuana. Never again!!!
