We stayed here due to an emergency that arouse. It was good for it was used for. Sleep, showeting and bathroom and kitchen accommodations. It was clean, the AC and the heater works especially when we got snowed in. Overall great.

The check in process was friendly, but a bit slow. The room was cleaned and smelled fine, but is showing its age from a little damage. Overall, not a bad place.

Horrible stay
This is the worst hotel to stay. The manager was rude and unfriendly. The cockroaches were everywhere in the room. A terrible of food smell was in the room during my stay.
Overall, this was a horrible stay.

First I was greeted by gentleman, with a “what do you want attitude”. Then given a room that smelled like death warmed over. So, thankfully they gave me another room. All good …. Except the rooms with “kitchens” don’t have plates, bowls, cups, spoons, knives, or forks. Nothing.

Terrible experience
I had a gig Saturday night in a different city, so I got in late at night and needed to get some sleep before the gig the next morning. When I got in there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign at the desk that said the front desk clerk was away and to use the house phone to dial 0000 for help. Well the house phone was not working, no dial tone, no ringing, nothing. So I stood around for 10 minutes waiting. About 5 minutes in I dialed the main hotel number from my cell and just let it ring and ring while I waited. Eventually I had to start yelling and opening all the "employee" and "maintenance" doors trying to find someone. Eventually a young man came to the desk, who had clearly just been sleeping. I finally got my room. The guy at the front desk could have taken a lesson from the roach in the bathroom who managed to greet me right away. There was hair in the shower. And the ring around the shower knob that tells you hot/cold was reversed. I managed to get a little sleep at night, until I was awoken to sound of some lady yelling in the next room in the morning. I got out of there as soon as I could and I will not be back. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Hated my few hours there . I immediately left that place after seeing roaches . They didnt even bother to pay me my money back .

For an extended stay they had no pots pans or utensils we had to go buy our own, and the toilet wouldn’t flush and never got fixed even after asking several times, I would not recommend this place to anyone

Room was clean, bed was comfy. No hot water in bathroom basin. Older building which they are maintaining probably as well as they can (door jams are crooked, lots of caulk around fixtures). Easy to find location near lots of restaurants and shopping, which was good because “Breakfast included” was a barely stocked coffee counter with stale muffins, instant oatmeal, and soft granola bars.

Sizeable, comfortable rooms. Walls and carpets could use a refresh. Smell of smoke in hallways but not room. Neighbor’s TV is right across from your headboard—you’re at their mercy to get to sleep

The front desk was rude and stood in the back for about 5 minutes before he walked up. He was very short with me and you could tell he was just very put out by having to check me in. This was not late at night it was around 5 pm in the afternoon.

They gave away our room even though we had a reservation. The front desk person called the owner but the owner did not care and told us to find somewhere else to stay. At that time of night, there were not rooms available close by.

Terrible and dirty
The room was filthy! Crumbs on all of the tables and the floor. The bed was really made on top of dirty sheets. The bathroom smelled horribly of mold. Would never ever recommend someone stay here.

At checkin, attendant was unsure of what he was doing, took forever to check in, no coffee in rooms, light in bathroom did not work, front desk said no maintenance guy there till next day so i shaved and showered in dark, i asked for a credit, didnt get wont stay there again

My night was horrible, because the people next room had a party all night long until 05:00am. In the morning. So , my girlfriend and I we couldn’t sleep. I call the from desk no one answer the phone, until I personally when to the from desk and complain about the people next room have the music so loud. That is no consideration to others guess in the hotel. I am so disappointed.

Terrible experience, awful service
The night clerk, George Lanayan, would not let me check in. I had called earlier in the evening and spoken to him, asking if it would be ok that I arrived after midnight. He told me yes. When we arrived, he would not let us check in, saying it was too late, and I would have to re-purchase the room at a higher rate. When I told him this was unacceptable, to check me in anyway and I would sort it out with the manager in the morning, he refused. He then started insulting me, said he would call the cops if I didnt leave. So not only was I refused my room, already paid for, but I had to then deal with Herndon police for half an hour, then still find other accomodations at 230 in the morning. Worst hotel experience I have had to date. The police told him to refund my money, he said he would, it has been 6 days and I still have not seen a dime. I will be contacting their corporate management next. 0/10 will never even try to stay here again.

When we first got our room on the third floor, we could hear a banging noise. We did not care to stay after that and asked for a refund which could not be given because we booked through Expedia. Instead they changed our room. There was no noise but the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, red stains on the carpet, and drain plug for the bathtub was broken. The door to the reception area also needs to be fixed as it bangs even if you try to slowly close it. It was also sad to see they had their receptionist doing laundry while there were no guests present. That should be housekeeping unless you are willing to pay them more for added duties.

Pros and cons
The best thing is it was walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The clientele was everything from construction workers to escorts and who I suspected were drug dealers. Look the other way and the place was quiet. Although it was corona times.

The stay was alright. I just didn’t enjoy the constant knocks at the door because they were having an audit and when I asked for a new clean fitted sheet, I was told I couldn’t have one because of the audit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the nicest places to stay if you have a pet. Very pet friendly and very clean and neat rooms. Absolutely loved my stay. Would recommend this place too everyone.

Room wasn’t clean. The staff wasn’t trained. For example, the message light was flashing on the phone but the front desk had no idea how to turn it off. The staff didn’t have the key to open the storage for the breakfast items. We won’t stay here again.

The front desk was very friendly at check in and check out. Bed was pretty comfortable and it was easy to get settled and get going with my trip as it was a very quick stop for me. Good value and friendly service. Nice location too.

I made a reservation online and paid, when I arrived there were couple people ahead of me and a Spanish lady at the counter, she looks she had a problem with reservation and payments and the language to communicate so the receptionist had to speak to the phone and made her listen to the translation and she writes on spanish and made him listen to the translation, it took her problem 45 minutes to be solved and we were waiting that period, I was so so so tired from a 8 hours international flight and I had another flight the next noon, the person could easily give me a room as well as another lady before me because she also already had s reservation which it took only couple minutes to confirm for both of us, the guy gave me a room but I had to push the cart with my three luggages all way down the hallway passing through unpleasant smell and smoking weed smell from some room, plus the smell of my room was not nice which push me to immediately open the windows, also once I turned on the bathroom light the sound of the vent fan was so noisy, I was on another hotel before of the same company and it was nice experience, but this one was shockingly disappointing.

The location was fine, but my room smelled like someone had smoked in it. I informed the front desk and stepped out for some time to get the issue resolved. When I returned the room still smelled, so I took my body spray to get the smell to go away for awhile. Unfortunately, the smell was in the sheets. I couldn't sleep at all, with the windows open and AC on. I will never return.

Layover respite
I had a nice clean apartment type suite to layover one night before I started my drive home to NC and the price was reasonable.
