Huge disappointment
The customer service was well below what i expect at a Hilton. The restaurant food was overpriced and terrible quality. We ordered room service and we did not get what we ordered and both burgers were completely raw in the middle. No one would answer the phone at the front desk or restaurant. We had to go downstairs to order and wait until the morning to let them know about our food. We even tried calling from our personal phones and no answer. Our room was smack in the middle of a large wedding party and across from a suite so we were awoken at 6 am by loud shouting outside our room and when I opened the door an entire camera crew was outside our door. To no surprise, the front desk did not answer the phone so I went downstairs and was treated rudely by the front desk clerk and told security would go up but they never did. The second night our entire room and bathroom was filled with the smooth pot. I attempted to speak to someone at the front desk in the morning but there we’re about 30 people in line and only one person working at the front desk.

Hilton view - Motel 6 bathroom
The staff of this hotel are fantastic! The room had clean sheets. Very disappointing for a Hilton, but I had a place to stay for the night. I will say the staff was attentive and sincere about my issues with mold/mildew and general grossness of the bathroom. Glad I pack wipes to clean for myself, which makes me sound a bit like a fruitcake.

I recently had an experience at this establishment where I was initially given incorrect information. However, I must commend the manager, Valerie, for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction. Valerie's professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue left a positive impression on me, and I greatly appreciate her efforts. This is my second stay at this hotel. The last time Valerie the manager set the standard. This time, the bar maintained it. The servers were so nice and accommodating, and the quesadilla didn't disappoint.
The property is in the middle of EVERYTHING fun and food. This might be my home away from home while in Houston.

Initially given wrong room as we we’re supposed to get two queen beds not two full beds with a Cityview and we got switched over immediately. Sheets had a large stain and had to call housekeeping to change. Hot water wouldn’t stay hot unless maintenance came to fix it. Rooms need a thorough cleaning around the baseboards. Valet and concierge needs some vamping up. No one is really there unless it’s peak hours. Our concierge guy…which was only 1 on duty was exceptional and attentive to help us clear the room situation up.

Cockroach hotel
We find a cockroach in the room and we let the reception know about it and clean the room they did not clean it that night and the exercise is there is no maid after 6 pm.
Next day we ask them to clean the room and no cleaning happens .
If you book your room from a third party the give you a room in the lowest floor possible and the worst view possible
I do not think I will recommend this hotel to anybody .

Overall a good stay. Hotel is located near shopping and easy access to highway . Valet and self park available . Front desk staff were prompt and polite completing check in quickly. The Lobby area is clean and welcoming. Room was nice but only issues were shower water temperature could have been better as didn’t get past a medium warm and some of the guests on floor were pretty loud late into evening with knocking on each other doors and arguing in hallway which isn’t really fault of staff .

The parking garage doesn’t lead directly to your floor you’re staying on. You have to park, get in the elevator and go to the first floor with all your luggage to get on another elevator to your room

Hilton hotels are usually really nice rooms, but not this location. The toilet paper dispenser was broken off wall, walls were dirty, light was out in bathroom, No options for breakfast other than $20 up, at least should offer a simple breakfast. Lobby looked run down, carpet looked like major flood happened and not cleaned. Site needs some good maintenance work.

40th Anniversary and it hasn’t been updated in 40
Very disappointed with the condition of the entire property. Furniture in the lobby is dirty and worn out. Bed in the room creaked and mattress was no telling how old. The smells throughout the floors except the lobby were those of musty, mold, mildew, and even an ammonia like urine smell. Large banner celebrating the 40th anniversary and the architect of record being I.M. Pei yet the condition would make Pei very sad. My room on the 11th floor was very dirty and worn out in places, not to mention the hot water never got hot. Needs a major overhaul or the flag to be pulled from Hilton. Will not stay again unless it’s completely redone.

The hotel was very nice. The only things we did not like were the pillows and the lighting in the bathroom. The pillows gave very little support. They were flat. The lighting in the bathroom, especially in the vanity area was too dim. Otherwise we liked the hotel and the location. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and courteous.

When i got there it was very busy bc there was an event. I wish i would've known that. They didn't have the top floor like i requested and paid for. I had to ask for my robe and slippers. There were cigarettes on the balcony which is extremely small.The included breakfast is continental breakfast which is not worth the extra money i paid at the time of bookin. I had a basic room for almost 100 more than theur nightly rate. A positive is that my parking was comp. This was my second and last time staying here bc both times have been disappointing. They should upgrade their tvs also. Basic 50inch with basic cable so i couldn't use prime netflix or anything. It would be ok if the price was a lot cheaper instead of 300+ a night.

It was a very nice hotel. The pool was excellent. The area I think could be improved was the complimentary shampoo conditioner and soap. Only one bar of soap for hand washing and for taking a shower. Other then that, I was happy with my room.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at this year. Immaculate to say the least. I did not get to experience the dinning they offered but I don’t have a single complaint about my stay. I will definitely be booking here again. The balcony view was breathtaking, the room was very clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole is beyond 5 star. Definitely made my Houston stay great.

I think the valet was excellent and the front desk service was good. The only flaw was the a/c unit in our room wasn’t cool at all. So me and my wife was burning up hot in our room the whole night. We only stayed one night so it wasnt worse moving rooms. And the bathroom was dirty as hell…
