Worst stay ever
Hotel out date no one was at the front desk you had to call a number on the paper taped to door someone came 40 minutes later drove up gave me my room key locked up and left again smh so unprofessional I had to call again to change the room the heat wasn’t working I will never come back here

False advertising on their website! @Expedia!
They still use the old hotel rooms pictures to lure guests into coming as the current hotel and rooms are rotten old rooms with smelly wet carpet floors.
So Warning Stay Away !!!!!

We checked in and tried to find our room. The receptionist failed to show us where our room was. As we were walking there, we were just not happy with the premises. We felt unsafe and the place is like abandoned. We were so irked that we cancelled our reservation and found another hotel. Hopefully, Expedia can refund our money for this place. It’s definitely not worth it.

Despite the fact I had talked to somebody to set up a late arrival , i found nobody there and the hotel was closed. The contact number was not picking up, nor could I leave a message. Pretty bad experience
The next morning I went back to the hotel and talked to the manager. She profusely apologized ,stating her grave shift staff member just was not there.
She promised to not charge my credit card since I had payed up front.

Smelly/Dirty Rooms & Crunching Beds
Our first rooms was smelling so bad we had to request another room. I guess the second room has beds from 90's and they were crunching and it was impossible to sleep as you turn to the other side it will wake up you and everyone else in the room. Thanks to you I slept 6 hours in 2 days total. Instead of making %30-%40 discounts, try to improve your rooms so that people can stay again once they came back for holidays. The room has dust everywhere and I was able to force myself to take a shower one time which I had to before new year celebrations.

Heater was broken, inadequate lighting especially over the desk, shower water was luke warm at best, ice dispenser didnt have ice, and they lost they have a gym, but when i got there, the guy at the front desk said they didnt have one. Pictures are a bit misleading. Im questioning if they had even changed the sheets i slept in being that there was a strand of hair on it. Was too tired to request a room change, so i stayed in it but definitely buyer beware.

I arrived at this property after 14hrs of work. I get to my room and the tv doesnt work, only 2 lights in the whole room worked. I went to call the front desk and well, my phone had no dial tone. The shower was disgusting, i had to run the water for close to 10mins to get warm water. Floors are stained, along with the one chair that was in the room. The snack machines, well they are just there for display, they are not stacked, all floors, every machine was "sold out", of EVERY product. Wont stay there again.

Was told at time of checking that I would need to run the water for 5-10 min to get hot water. Due to the maintenance person being on vacation. Did as suggested and the water never came out hot not even warm. Had to take a luke cold shower, glad I had the heater on so it wasn’t terribly cold. Carpet needed to be washed, bed replaced and they seem to have a big ant/ termite problem.

I booked 3 rooms with 2 beds. We checked in at 6pm and they sold all rooms with 2 beds. They said that we can look for other hotels nearby and they will refund my money. They didnt do a thing. I had to call expedia to get my refund.

This property is absolutely disgusting. I think a truckers bathroom is cleaner than this hotel honestly. Shower had hair, blanket had blood on it. Couldn’t get any blankets. Crumbs and old gum stuck on the carpet…. Totally hate that I spent so much money for this hotel.

A good rest spot...
It is what it is. A budget friendly, quiet hotel. No thrills. Just a bed and a shower and a TV. Decent people working. Keeping the place running. It's not going to impress anyone, but your pocket book will thank you.

Use to be a cool getaway spot for the a rew days and use to be able to rest peaceful now they're holding people's deposits and canceling their reservation to keep people's money this has happened to me on several different occasions I will not be returning

Never stay here! We got locked in our room. Locked out of another room. The staff was not at the front desk during the hours they were supposed to be open. The place is worn down and in bad condition. The staff did not know how to operate their own equipment. We almost missed our flight because they couldn't make a working key to our room. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Not a good place to stay for more than a few hours or overnight at most. No room amenities besides towels and beds that are made. After pulling back bedsheets mattress was stained(flipped it over to a better side).
Found a razor blade under the couch cushion and false fingernails behind the non-functioning tv.

Over all, the place is not bad. The only BAD thing was that the TV was terrible by todays standards. It felt like I was back in the late 80's. Limited viewing options and bad picture quality.

The property is older. It is a motel, not a hotel. The doors face outside, which is okay but you do not feel safe. The rooms were mostly clean and the beds are doubles, not queens and very springy. It is an okay place is you are staying 1 night or as a guy, but not for girls or families with small kids.

Dirty carpet, tv remote batteries are dead, iron but no ironing board, no coffee, no hangers. Nice bath towels! Overall not worth the $173 charged because of a convention in town. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

When i arrived, doors locked. Thought it was closed down. Other folks standing outside waiting and confused. 30 minutes later they reopen. Get checked in, girl rude, no shuttle as stated, the reason i picked hotel was for shuttle to airport. Looks like a motel not hotel. Room smells, scary, even two other men checking in stated they were nervous to leave bags in room. Scary. Carpets are old, smelly. I would never stay here again. I feel unsafe. Expedia has incorrect knowledge and pictures for this hotel. Do not stay here.

The property is nothing as it looks on the pictures. The sink was clog the pillows look dirty, the tub was leaking and the TV was not working at all. Additionally, it says it’s a non smoking and the room smell like cigarettes smoke. We ended up spending the night elsewhere because we felt uncomfortable being there.

From the photo the room looked nice, bright and clean. In fact the place is ugly, unpleasant. The main entrance, the check-in area, is beautiful. The rooms are outside… and mine smelled like cigarettes. I had an allergic crisis, I felt that the environment was infested with dust mites. It was disappointing. The photo does not match the reality of the room.

I hated everything. It didn’t look like the picture online and some of the lights didn’t work, No Fridge or microwave and slow customer service. Also smelt like smoke and tub was dirty. The water was cold/Luke warm, it never got hot.

Great stay once again.
It is a great stay when nothing grabs your attention. Clean looking, no smells, quiet, restful sleep, nothing to complain about. No complaints is a great way to begin the day.

The Park Pointe should not even be an option on Expedia, photos are very misleading. The check in was not very welcoming and concierge had no idea about mass transportation nearby. The building was in terrible condition, empty swimming pool, dead grass in courtyard and the room was was missing a mirror and refrigerator. Bed pillows were unacceptable.

There was no heating working in the room we were freezing in the room. Called front desk no one answer.
The front desk no one there after 10pm.
A horrible experience and will never stay here again.
Also water was not hot it was just warm.
A very poor hotel and I don’t understand why Expedia had them on their site.
Will not use Expedia again to book rooms ever.

Can’t get a hold of the front office through the displayed phone number, had to return to the hotel to remind front desk to release my 100$ deposit, smelled like someone had smoked in the room before my arrival, noisy and not really clean.

The webpage is misleading, the hotel lobby is not what is shown on the pictures, they show a very fancy lobby in the pictures well it's all false, they have the lobby close, and it's not for remodeling, it just shut-down.
I got there at 1:00 pm and I went in there to ask at what time I could get in the room, the guy tells me at 3pm. I said ok great can I use your bathroom.
He told me "we don't have a bathroom", I asked the guy how is it possible to not have a bathroom in the hotel, I was very upset at that, I had to go to a gas station to pee, I told him that, that was stu pid not having a bathroom in a hotel, He responded "I don't want to talk about it", I wanted to canceled the stay but I didn't only because I was just staying there one night. then later on the creepy guess. Question: do people live there, there were what seemed drugged people in different rooms with their doors open, one room had like 12 or 15 bottle of wine, a lady kept wanting to have a conversation with me, her hair all messed up and bare foot, it was not a good picture.

The cops had to be called almost every night at my stay due to other guests throwing parties or getting into fights. Dropped off the keys and a week after the stay they charged an extra 100 dollars to my credit card.

Exterior was dirty, nobody would be in the office after 10pm so if you get there after is difficult to check in. Plus if you go out after you are already in your room be careful sometimes your card key it won’t work.

The bathroom was so dirty with all kinds of hair in every corner and dust and such. I know it’s near SFO but the planes taking off at any moment are very loud. Although very near the airport, they do not offer a shuttle service which makes it very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is quite convenient.
The room does not look like the above gorgeous picture. My room does not have the window with a view. There is only 1 working, very dim light bulb out of all 6 of the lights by the beds.

They attempted to give us Room 300 again and every time we get that room it sounds like kitchenware from the restaurant there is being washed upstairs. This time we requested another room and the room we got was dirty and people living there at the motel were cinstantly knocking on our air-conditioning and window just to harass us. I saw a woman staying there who i recognized from another check in and shes just another one who lives there too! Some dude came and was banging on our rooms wall. The hotel is under new ownership and i believe the restaurant purchased the place and is letting the people who live there run the front desk because all of the friendly courteous and professional people are no longer there only rude miserable people work and stay here. Its gone WAY downhill. Ill never stay there again. Also someone deflated my tires when i was there. Awful

For the price is convenient, but you will not see any staff around or answering the phone. It's very lonely the place. The check in counter is only available some hours if you like to check out you must wait until they open because they don't have a box to put the rooms keys.

It was quiet and convenient to freeway access. Room needs a facelift (walls need painting, rug is old and dirty looking, no TV guide listing so you have to surf through all the channels, somewhat depressing) Found long black hair on the sheets, very uninviting to sleep in, but mattress was ok.Bring your own Kleenex tissues, not provided by the motel.

hotel was ok for the price. No refrigerator or microwave. No hot water for the shower, Luke warm at best. TV has to be the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. Sink drain was not working.

If you are looking for a place close to the airport and would like to spend 1 night this could be the place.
Note;
* There was no WiFi
* Shower post were a little rusted
