Average at best. Location was good and the balcony view was great, but overall, I expected better. Shower leaked (puddles, not just a leak), No vanity space, peeling ceilings, elevators key card was frustrating to operate.

Fabulous location on South Beach with gorgeous beach access which our family absolutely loved. The kids also loved the hotel's heated pool and the outside courtyard which was lovely for enjoying the beautiful Miami weather. The rooms are generously sized, clean and very comfortable. The mini kitchen includes a fridge and microwave, which were added bonuses. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We ate at the hotel restaurant on several occasions and loved all the options. Highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back again in the future.

BEWARE OF THE HILTON BENTLEY! This Hilton may be the worst constructed hotel I have EVER stayed in. I left a getaway EXHAUSTED! Not only could I hear the person next door to me simply ZIPPER HER BAG there are NO sound absorbing materials used anywhere in building this hotel. I requested a room "away from elevator" but the hotel floors are so small that you cannot help but be near the elevator. I could hear elevator bell RING every single time! I never knew how much traffic a small floor could receive until I experienced staying at the Hilton Bentley. I could not believe what I was experiencing! The rooms are so close together that the door frames leading in are just inches apart from each other. You can hear everything. Every time a door closes it SLAMS harder than I have ever heard a hotel room door close. I tried to sleep the next morning but the cleaning crew began their day using blaring walkie talkies and continued the slamming of every door on the floor multiple times as they went in and out of each room. I never received the call about trying a different room from the manager as promised so we wound up leaving after the first night with no refund available to me. I had a feeling and anticipated them ignoring that request since what difference would it make since changing rooms does not change the hotel. Clean? Yes. Good location? Yes. However, you will not sleep well at all. What's the price of that worth? We wound up paying to stay at another hotel! Waste of money!

Good location, close to the beach. “Resort fee” charged but they asked to pay for chairs and shade in the beach club ???
Housekeeping forgot to clean the rooms .
The hotel is nice but due to this 2 issues I doubt I will come back

The “view” was not worth the upgrade, the hotel/property were quite small and outdated (i.e. old/small pool), and they charged resort charges to my credit card when I already paid them.

Brilliant hotel.
Great hotel from check in to check out. Location good and quiet. Beach access easy.
Room spacious with large bathroom and good shower. King bed very comfy and sofa bed great for two boys aged 14 and 12 years. We will be back again soon!

General amenities and common areas spruced up, rooms with plumbing from the early sixties, inconsistently equipped. (Had to request a minibar that was part of the description of the room offer.) Almost no closet/storage in the room, few AC outlets.
The reason I fled prematurely a Friday to Sunday stay on Sunday without extending it to Wed as my younger companions did was mindless, mind-bludgeoning, mechanical beat, 98 decibel 'music' provided by a 'DJ' by the pool that would have driven Manuel Noriega out as it did in 1989.
Unless you enjoy no-conversation, no-thought pool environment, don't take the sun by the pool.

We love this hotel and have stayed here a few times .. this time we booked the room
With the living room /kitchen which was more expensive but that’s fine . The room smelled like mold..
There was no windows that opened and no balcony which if I would have know i would have never had rented a hotel room without a balcony .. but the hotel and the restaurant in the hotel are really nice ! But the smell of mold really made it bad !

Awesome Hotel! Strongly recommend
We had an absolute awesome experience at the Hilton in South Beach, Miami!! The room was big, clean and updated. It was quiet. Valet parking was fast and efficient. All of the employees we dealt with were super friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again next year!!

This hotel is on the beach with an excellent Restuarant on the main floor. The pool, spa and gym is amazing. My room with the extended balcony was amazing.I recommend this hotel highly! A 10 for sure.
I had a great extended weekend with family here and it was awesome.

Shards of glass everywhere by the pool on a daily basis. Our daughter slices her foot. Barely any towels for the pool, it was like hungers game trying to get one, even on the weekends. The housekeeping was so bad we had to complain 3 times to get the management to assist. We have been go here for years, we will NEVER come again

It is about 2.5 star to three stars hotel. The room is real small. Facility is old. Lobby is very crowded . The entrance to parking lot is very difficult for self parking. This is not the hotel for relaxation. The price is much higher than the value

Great location. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The small kitchenette isn’t very functional without some type of oven or stove but we were only there for a few days so it was enough for us. Beach service was a nice bonus although don’t expect much service for food and drink while out there. You’ll be lucky to get one order in for the entire day. All in all, loved it and highly recommend.

It took a while for the room to be ready but the hotel did store our bags. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, room service was prompt. The room was as expected with beautiful beach views and a balcony. The hotel was quiet for it to have been spring break which was great. The room could have been dusted a little better but over all I would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Sunpass device stollen in the vallet parking
The hotel is amazing, clean, comfortable, wonderfull bedroom. I arrived on friday night and left sunday morning i did not get my car for nothing. I just got a big problem when i was travelling back to home in Orlando when i passed a toll and realized that my sunpass transponder was stollen by the guys of the vallet

Perfect location right on the beach. Chairs and beach front food/drink service available. Property is very clean and well maintained. Food at Santorini's is delicious. The staff was wonderful. Only complaint is our room was tiny. Because of location on Ocean Drive, often noisy at night, but that's to be expected in South Beach. It's also noisy in the morning from the garbage trucks that seem to run every day at 6:00a.m. sharp.

For the price per night of this hotel I expected to have better service, Hilton staff were great but don't expect to eat or be served in a timely manner from the attached Santorini restaurant. It wasn't a fluke either, we were there for multiple days and everyone was experiencing massive service delays for orders, 45 min to get a beer?!? The "spa" was ridiculous and very over priced as well! Online photos are misleading, buyer beware

It was my first time staying at the hotel and I loved it. There was a mixup with my reservation and then with my room, but after a few phone calls and conversations everything was fixed. The location is amazing and I look forward to visiting in the future.

The staff treated us very well. We had a medical issue upon arrival. The manager saw to it that we were accommodated quickly, found us an urgent care center and gave us an upgraded room. They went out of their way to make sure the rest of our stay was enjoyable.

This hotel was well worth the money. Customer service was great, rooms were clean, big and very nice. Room came with a balcony. Pool is a bit small and not really inviting, with all the space in the back, they could invest on building a waaaay bigger one. Customer service was great. Hotel location is great, not far from all the restaurants in Miami beach. Totally recommend this hotel.

Overall the service was nice. But my initial interaction with the the first hostess that greeted me at the front desk was a nightmare. She was rude, and presented with a negative attitude. She gave short one word answers to my questions about when our room would be ready and was added stress to my overall initial experience. Thankfully, a coworker stepped in and assisted us with our bags and informed us of accomodations that could be taken advantage of until our room was ready. The room was clean with excellent room service. The beach service was also great. A few areas of the hotel needed a fresh coat of paint, but over all everything was well put together. The pool was small, and the hotel was family/kid friendly. If you don’t have kids or are looking to have time away from kids, I would chose a different hotel. But if you are looking for a family friendly environment, this is the place to be. The location was a great because it was a bit removed from the party scene of south beach and had great restaurants within walking distance.

Front desk was exceptional when they didn't have the room we reserved they bent over backwards with perks that made it all better including a great room upgrade on 2nd and 3rd day of our long weekend. Santorini Restaurant out did itself and Dimitris the waiter is amazing, full of energy and had us ooing and ahhing with the amazing food coming out of the kitchen, The belly dancer was another great touch. Highly Recommended.

Absolutely Wonderful
My stay was marvelous! Cree the front of house manager was so accommodating! I will never stay at another hotel when I visit Miami! Excellent service from the front desk to the valet workers. Absolutely loved Rueben who assisted in ANY way needed! Thank you for the wonderful stay and birthday surprise!

Our partial ocean view suite had a very generous sized deck, appropriately furnished. Our request to make the bed in the pull out sofa was immediately accommodated. Linens were refreshed nightly. Santorini’s Greek restaurant has a very generous, warm and welcoming owner. Buffet breakfast made omelets by request... delicious! The wait staff was extremely attentive. At the pool, Albert handled all our food/drink service expeditiously, what a terrific staff member! He was very efficient and professional. It rained one day and without asking, Tassaina took it upon herself to bring over an additional umbrella to create a tent for me to shield me from the rain on my pool lounge! SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION WAS SPECTACULAR, we were even served Prosecco at the beach daily! Thank you Hilton

One and done...
Great location but the hotel is very much average. We spent 4 nights in the Presidential suite which had great views and lots of space but was in need of considerable maintenance. We will stay elsewhere on our next visit to Miami.

The only thing I like about the property was the Santorini by Georgios Restaurant authentic Greek Food and simply delicious. The staff in the hotel was Unwelcoming and was unorganized when it came to checking in the new customers in hotel. In addition, the hotel charged me for the stay when I prepaid the vacation through Expedia.
