This was an amazing hotel, we loved the staff, specially the last at the front Ashley! You were awesome! 10/10 for sure. Great plazas around and Uber and transportation was super easy to get downtown or to Gillette for a game. I will be back next year for sure

Clean and Comfortable stay
Overall stay was enjoyable, only downside was our flight arrival we got in around 1am and the food selection at the hotel wasn't big. Yes snacks available but we wanted more then just chips, They did inform us of Uber eats luckily was able to find a pizza place still available for delivery.

The location is great! I love how everything was close by, walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable, staff was great! Housekeeping was the best, the ladies were fantastic! Overall, it was a great place to stay.

While on vacay here, my mom broke her hip. So this extended our stay. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Worst hotel stay experience for 25 years. Too noise. Staff did not take action for mote than 30 mins for the niose outside. Also worst hotel guest next to my room. banging the wall all night.
Had to get out of the hotel 7 in the morning. Could not stay at there any longer.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. What we did not like was the hard beds, The rugs and room smelled musty like mildew was present. The outlying area was not the best. There was a population of homeless people in shopping areas nearby. Fireworks noise was exceptionally loud except on the 4th which was weird. The front desk folks were nice and accommodating. We had a hard time understanding the food staff. If we come back to Boston we would probably stay elsewhere.

Front desk staff was professional and courteous, room was very worn. Sun blocking curtains were so old there were holes in the folds-doesn’t block much sun anymore…tv was about 30”, and the streaming service pixelated or buffered often. Breakfast took forever since only one person on staff.

The location was great. The parking was $20 a day versus $60 in the city. It’s got a lot of options for food nearby. Dorchester Brewing is a short walk away and has amazing bbq food and brews. The kitchen has good food (not included with your stay. However you have to get there early as they run out of food and close on the dot.

Hotel is nice, but dissapointed that we reserved 2 rooms in advance, yet the 2 rooms were on different floors when we checked in at 3pm. Should do a better job trying to keep parties together on same floor when possible.

Disappointing
Disappointing stay. The check in was botched and it took hours longer to get to a room. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. There were so many cut corners like the coffee maker and the bed covers, and the little service touches that make a good stay. It wasn't bad, just not what you'd expect when you pay full price for a Marriot.

Had a wonderful time, the reception was pleasant, the receptionist(s) were cordial and quite welcoming. The room was neatly organized. I think the wallpapers are little outdated though. Above all, my experience was spectacular 👌. Thank you Expedia for always proving the best in the world.

It's very convenient to a lot of places I needed to go like the mall and dining options. The digital key card didn't work that well but I'm not sure if it was my phone. I miss the lemon lotion they used to have but it's more eco-friendly not to have all those tiny bottles. I like that I could use my phone as a remote.

I am a regular Expedia client so before I booked this hotel I chose ‘breakfast included’ as my option. To my surprise I found out during check-in that breakfast wasn’t included. Paid $120 plus taxes. If I was aware I would have booked elsewhere. Hotel staff did not make an exception either. Disappointing.

This hotel has everything you could want or need for a trip to Dorchester. The check-in was simple, the rooms are amazing, spacious, clean, comfortable and make you not want to leave. The food and drinks at the hotel Bistro are so very delicious. The Hotel is located in a great part of the City. Overall this was a A experience and our family was very happy that we chose this luxury value ridden hotel. Simply amazing

My 14-year-old daughter and I enjoyed our two night stay. It is an attractive hotel, the rooms are set up nicely, the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows. The bathroom has nice smelling toiletries and I appreciate the free bottles of water. The staff is wonderful. Everyone we encountered was nice, courteous and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping staff.
I like that I was able to get Starbucks coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night without leaving the hotel. The parking lot is large, well lit and only $20 per day. In addition, it is connected to the Southbay shopping center which has a Target, Starbucks, etc.
We walked to the T station and went into Boston, and one night we walk to a local restaurant recommended by the front desk. We had a great stay.

Great time great rooms
This hotel is very well taken of. The cleanliness, the upkeep, the landscaping were all top notch.
There was an attention to detail that shows great care and desire to be the best. Clean, well maintained, everything worked like it was supposed to. Local sports on the TV in the lobby. It was a comfortable Place to stay and a fun place to hang out.

Wonderful stay!
The hotel was clean and well-appointed. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and accomodating. I also appreciated the laundry facility. I was a little disappointed that the bar was not open longer but as said before, the staff was very accomodating. I didn't rent a car and used Uber or Lyft everywhere I went. Prices weren't outrageous.

The rooms and common areas are very clean. The rooms are being cleaned every day. The hotel is located 10 mns away from the Andrew T Station (Red Line), which is really convenient.
The staff was really friendly, as well. This is only 1.7 miles away from our daughter's college. We will definitely try and book there when we come back.
A few cons, though:
* Parking is an extra $ 20.00 per night. This is the first time we see a hotel charging parking, especially when they have already their own parking
* The reception area and the Starbucks Cafe (for breakfast) are clearly understaffed. We arrived during Labor Day Weekend, when thousands of students are moving back. There was a line of people waiting to check-in, but only one person (very friendly lady) to check the guests in. The Starbucks during the weekend mornings was also understaffed.
This will not keep us from coming back to this nice hotel, though, but I just wanted to mention it.

We stayed here one night for a music festival in Quincy. The staff was very friendly. We took a chance and asked to check in early so we could get situated before the show. They were quick to accommodate us. It’s a short walk to Andrew Square T stop which was convenient. The room was very clean too! Though it was a brief stay, it was a pleasant one.

Getting to the property was very difficult. The area around it had LOTS of one way streets.
Also upon arriving you are required to pay $20 for parking AND $20 for “ incidentals“ which they don’t actually tell you what they are and the fact that you may get it back if you don’t use them. So we had no idea what we should and should not use in order to get that money back. The “restaurant” they have downstairs was sad & crazy expensive. $12 for eggs?! We had to walk a few blocks away to find a restaurant because we didn’t want to move our car and loose our spot.
Beds were hard as rocks and so were the pillows.
Nothing to really do, no amenities but a gym.
Not a bit impressed for the price.
Won’t be back.
Plus…Expedia makes things 1,000 times harder…so call the hotel to book not through a 3rd party. Your welcome.

I think it’s absolutely crazy to make your guests pay for parking! Our stay with you was already overprices for a mediocre hotel and then to pay for parking? This alone will make me choose another hotel. Secondly your location was unsafe. The amount of strung out and homeless that approached us, and you had no security? At least if you had onsite security, I’d understand paying for parking. Rooms were outdated, pillows extremely hard - worst sleep I’ve had.

The only complaint I have is that house keeping knocked on the door at 9:30 to clean the room when check out is 11. I was sleeping still since I went to a concert the night before. Everything else was average for a hotel stay.

Paid Parking?
My wife and I were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Everyone was so nice and the service was great. Here was my only complaint.
We had on site parking with a big open parking lot where we could see our car from the room. Much like the Marriott that I have stayed at in the past. I didn't understand why they charged for parking. If we were in downtown Boston in a parking garage I get it but, this was a big open lot.
Other that that this place was great. The people are so nice there that the lady at the front desk offered to pay for my parking the next time I come.

Hotel is Beautiful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Check in was super slow and she accidentally authorized my card multiple times. I had terrible experience in the restaurant. One of my rooms had a breakfast package however the bistro manager wasn’t willing to listen or serve us. She told us we can only get muffins. Then I asked her if we can we buy breakfast and where we can find the menu. She pointed to the menu on the counter with a sad face. Then we placed our orders paid with tips. Then she came to our table with a complete deferent attitude. A couple of days later I contacted the hotel addressed my concerns.

The hotel was nice for what we needed. If you want breakfast, they offer a limited complementary selection, including frozen eggs (you microwave them), yogurts, bagels, fruits, etc. I recommend going offsite.
The fitness center was massive.
While there were local homeless people sleeping in their cars and hanging out in the parking lot, they didn’t harass us.
