5 star staff and hotel! :)
We stopped after being on the road with the kids all day. It had been very stressful and we were SO HAPPY to have found this hotel. The staff was the most welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Pool was open late and they had milk and cookies out in the evening. The kids loved it! Even though we only stayed a few hours we were so grateful to have chosen to stop. A perfect experience!! Thank you wonderful staff!!

Overnight “Awesome”
Our overnight stay was delightful. We had traveled for 10 hours and needed a quiet, convenient and safe place to stay. This hotel met all our needs plus a breakfast before traveling the next morning. Employees were over the top gracious and friendly.

This property was great, we felt safe, felt safe leaving my car parked there. The property was nice and clean, they also had a nice indoor heated pool that was open until 11pm. The staff were also very friendly. They also had the best free breakfast in the morning, and also put out fresh cookies at night.

This is a beautiful property. Very clean and welcoming outside and in the lobby as well. Check in was easy, our room was great. Very comfortable beds & clean spacious room. The pool was nice and warm & our son made good use of the fitness room. The cookies in the evening were great. It was a great stay.

We have family here and love staying at this hotel. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in!! Walls are solid, quiet and not much noise even on first floor. Love complimentary breakfast and fresh baked cookies at night!! Highly recommend staying here.

We checked in and were happily greeted by staff and taken care of with smiles and respect. Our stay was one of the best stays at Holiday Inn Express. There were 4 of us and we were comfortable, 2 queen beds, a sitting area and roomy bathroom. Breakfast, as always was wonderful and filling. It's so convienent to have breakfast on site, a hot breakfast at that. We try our best to stay at HIE, and will continue to do so. Excellent service and beautiful property.

Property under renovation, Front desk staff inattentive at check-in. Then when I tried to call front desk the phone was taken off the hook but never answered.
Bathroom shower was disgusting.

We absolutely loved this hotel it was so nice and clean. We had so much room in our king sized suite. It was amazing a jacuzzi tub inside our room. Simply amazing it was located right in the middle of everything. We definitely loved it here. Breakfast was great. They even served cookies around 8pm at night. This would definitely be our place to stay when we are in the Missouri area.

Fantastic hotel! Everything was on par to make our stay the best!! Everything was clean to the littlest detail, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful! Cannot say one bad thing. Thanks to the hotel staff for making the hotel superior, and believe me, we stay in hotels quite a bit so we see a lot. This is by far one of the best.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, nice shower with toiletries in large bottles instead of the tiny ones we used to see. Fridge and extra bar sink in the room, multiple electrical outlets, and a space to lay our suitcases to get them off the floor. Comfortable bed, free hot breakfast, fresh-baked cookies at night. All of this for much less than we would have paid at other places.

Used this hotel as a staycation option. Stayed in a suite with a king size bed. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, but not updated with more stylish decor (which is not a problem for me as cleanliness and comfort are a top priority). Everything I needed was readily available and the check in/out process was fast and easy.

Bathroom needed cleaned.
The staff was very friendly and the property is nice. The room appeared clean but when we went to shower someone previously had squirted conditioner and shampoo out of the bottles on the wall all down the wall of the shower so we knew it hadn’t been cleaned. And we found a hair brush on the floor so it couldn’t have been vacuumed. The sheets were clean though and the breakfast was good. More details need to be taken to make sure the rooms are clean.
Also when five people are staying in a room, five towels and wash cloths are needed.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were soft but the pancake machine was down and only one kind of cream cheese, need blueberry and strawberry
