This property appeared to be fairly new. It felt like a full-blown conference hotel on a smaller scale. Had all the amenities. Meeting area, restaurant, outdoor pool & hot tub, gym. Very impressive. Right on Las Vegas Blvd, far enough away from the hoopla of the main strip. Front desk staff were great. They even texted to make sure things were good for us. Highly recommend staying here.

First off the service from the staff was great. I am grateful for that. They accomadated us and went the extra mile with our room and attended us well during the breakfast buffet. With kids under 6. We prefer convince when its comes to dining options and getting in and out from the hotel. It was a great location! The only reason for less stars is the place is older. The hallways to our room had a smell. But evenso i think we would stay again. For the price, service and location. Can't beat that!

Lovely hotel. It was clean, good quality room and facilities, free airport shuttle and friendly staff. Christina on reception was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hotel not far from the strip, or if you need to stay close to the airport.

Pros:
The team was courteous, kind and helpful. I asked for a room in a quiet area and it was definitely the most quiet room we’ve ever had in a hotel which was great.
Cons:
The rooms are old and worn down and gross (quite clean but falling apart.)
What really grossed me out (buy may just be par for the course for Vegas) was that almost every time we came in or left, there were people smoking at the front entrance (cigarettes and/or weed.) Thats not the vibe I’m going for in a hotel with my two small kids so I won’t be back.

Overall its a good hotel, but for the price, they really should include the breakfast, rather than charge $15 per person. The pool was cold and filthy also when we went.

Not glitzy but very accommodating and pleasant
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially liked that they had a free airport shuttle. It's not ritzy and it's a bit away from the strip, nearer to the outlets. Also no dreaded "resort fee" made this more affordable. It's not a glitzy Vegas hotel but if you want a safe, comfortable, reasonable place to stay, this is it.

Overall good stay. Our flights got changed and we needed a place to stay for our last night in Vegas.
We had to wait 2 hours to check in because rooms weren't available. Front desk staff member apologized for the inconvenience and stored our luggage so we could kill time over by shopping centre. We got a phone call when room was ready.
I wanted to make a fuss and ask for a discount, but was too tired and i felt bad for the lone staff member who was doing her best.
What i really appreciated was that she offered to book a shuttle for 2 of our friends to the airport who were flying out that night.

We were woken in the night by the smoke alarm, and a funny smell in the room. We reported it, and no one came up for quite a while. There was only one person working the desk, and she had other people that were a bigger priority than perhaps a fire very disappointed looking to get my money back please.

We stayed two nights. The first night was great but the second night there was a wedding reception next to the hotel that had music blaring so loudly that it wasn't pleasant to be in our room. Given we had to be up at 4:00 am the next morning to fly home, this was irritating. I think if we had been on the other side of the hall we wouldn't have heard it.

Had a great stay here even though it just for a quick overnight stay. Staff checking in and out were very friendly. Had a suuuper spacious room. Loved the free parking and only 8mins from the airport to catch my flight the next morning. Great stay overall

Not an oasis
The pool and outdoor space was not as advertised. There was a small dirty pool. The “Hawaiian pool” was behind locked gates and did not appear to be in use.

Wonderful Hotel near our favorite restaurant! Hotel is bright and clean with all amenities. They could use more night people at the front desk but the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very dog friendly except in the bar. We will stay here again next year!

The 24 hour airport shuttle was exactly what we needed. The front desk and lobby area is attractive and modern. The room wasn’t the cleanest, specifically the bathroom. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off. Would stay there again though.

Kind of off the beaten path so you dont feel like you are right on the strip, so it's quieter and feels safer, but close enough so not a long drive to anything. Nice restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and very nice.

The property is very basic. I learned that you do not get Hilton points going thru third parties. I will not make that mistake again. I will go directly to Hilton - same price too.
There is an airport shuttle but you have to call to arrange. Shuttle never showed up I ended up taking a cab to the hotel. Also, calling the hotel front desk is a challenge. Plan on letting it ring for at least 5 minutes before someone picks up.
I would not stay there again.

We reserve thru this website and when we arrive the ask for a deposit and the charge is for the room again. They fix it but we wasted like one hour for the to fix the issue

Very disappointed with our stay. Bathroom light would not work, tub would not drain, wallpaper coming off walls, filthy carpet, dirty bathroom, inconvenient parking. Staff was helpful and fine but the overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel was sub-par, especially for the price we paid. Not up to Hilton standards. Would never stay here again.

Nice place to stay. But the staff are very rude. I got there a little late due to traffic. When I got there the host told me my check inn was check as "no show". there was a little awkward moment because we were just starring, so i told him so?? what can I do? He just replied " I just finish my inventory, let me see your ID. He proceeded and gave me a my keys to my room without saying anything, no apologies or even a goodnight or thanks you. I processed to my room to find out there was someone sleeping in the room he gave me the keys. Luckily, the couple didn't wake up lol. I went back and told him about the incident and he just got more frustrated :). I couldn't do anything but smile. hr just got more angry and gave me other card for another room, lucky enough it was a empty room. My apologies for checking in late but i cant control traffic/ accident driving to Las Vegas from San Bernardino, CA. Other wise my stay was pleasant and very good breakfast which i had to pay because apparently i dint pay for that service.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Our room had a small fridge and a microwave. Several fast food options, market, and gas stations nearby. Burger King is just several steps away. Front desk staff were friendly but the shining star employee was the hotel restaurant wait staff, Jenny. She was very welcoming, sweet, and funny. I also have to mention the families who helped my kids find a missing earring in the swimming pool. The search was a success and definitely a community effort. So why just 4 stars? Well ... both nights we stayed, there was a person above us who ran and jumped practically all night. Stopped for a bit when we reported it around midnight then started again around 2-3am. Next time, we will request for the top floor.

My family went for an extended weekend, and we didn't anticipate on eating at the hotel but we fell in love with Jenny from the Restaurant. She made the entire experience at the hotel that much more special.

Beds are very hard. Note: breakfast is not included with stay. $35.00 for 2 people for Buffett. If this was explained would have ordered hot from kitchen.

Not worth the nightly rate.
Perhaps we have to lower our expectations post pandemic. I wish we didn’t. The prices have jumped dramatically for a hotel room, with less perks and fewer staff. This hotel was a step above the low priced budget chains, with no free breakfast included. It was worn and used and in need of more than cosmetic updates. If we were paying 1/2 of the rate we paid, it may have been worth it. But as many times as I’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inns, this was the only time I was disappointed.

The manager checked us in and he was nice enough but his level of jokes really need improvement, especially for someone in a management position. After I tapped my credit card for payment, I didn't realize I also had to sign (as that's not the case for most credit card machines anymore) and he told me he also has "brunette moments" like me. I'm pretty sure this joke would have never been said to my husband so that got us off to a disappointing start. The beds and pillows were the worst out of about 12 hotels I've stayed in this past year. That certainly diminishes the level of comfort and lack of good sleep impedes the rest of the trip outside of the hotel.

We stayed on night passing through Vegas. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly. We did get into the (heated) pool but it was a chilly. It did have a shallow spot for my 18 month old to splash around. We ate dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant and it was great. Room was spascious and quiet. We would stay here again.

Great for large families
We loved our stay. Clean, friendly staff who were very helpful. We loved the location off the strip and away from casinos with our kids. The beds were comfortable and we loved being able to stay in a room that fit all 6 of us, with two queens and a pull out couch. We will make this our future family stay hotel!
