Decent place for price
Back rooms are located next to a very noisy street. Bathtub taps hot and cold were reversed and when shower was on, tub kept running water so a lot of wasted water. Room clean but felt like floors could have used a bit more cleaning.

Ice machine did not work, the night shift worker was friendly and accommodating. However the morning staff was quite rude and wouldn't even give me a single ice cube for my coffee.

Everything but one was great as always. Very convenient location and besides all the normal amenities there’s a microwave and refrigerator in each room. This trip the only problem was very weak internet, it kept going out and reverting my phone to 5G. I was there to do business and became a big problem!

Good for what it is.
This hotel is just fine for what it is. The one frustrating thing was that there was no electrical outlet at or near the desk area, so I had to go buy an extension cord.

Needs an upgrade. We stayed last year and rooms was good. Stayed again this year thinking it would be the same but no it was horrible. The room we were in needs a major update and safety check! I was very disappointed!

Not what I expected
There was definitely mixed reviews about this hotel. Hotel staff were friendly. The room was a bit disappointing. Our room was not cleaned very well; frig had drinks from previous occupant. There was an oily substance on the night stand. Our TV did not work, but that was rectified by the front staff. Our room was on the noisy side of the street and it was noisy; traffic all night. It was loud enough to disturb our sleep. If we would have stayed another night, would have definitely wanted a quieter room.

Very basic breakfast and the pool was freezing even though it was hot outside. Bathroom faucet was so full of calcium, barely any water came out. Noisy area.Nothing special about this property and I would probably be unlikely to stay here again.

Just what we needed
We came to stay for the weekend for YumaCon. It was our second stay at this hotel, and it's perfect for our needs.
This time we were facing 4th Avenue rather than the courtyard, and it was a little noisier, but I totally understand the hotel can't control the traffic. I sleep with earplugs anyway, so it wasn't bad.
I had a little trouble figuring out the shower control. It seems like every quarter-turn, it turns off the shower? And it doesn't have a natural stop, so you just keep turning and turning and turning... We did eventually figure out something that worked for us, and the water was nice and hot.
There was some overpaint on the ceilings and floor, some paint crazing on the bathroom door, and the main door didn't auto-close, you had to make sure it latched fully. But none of those little things affected us negatively, the keys worked perfectly every time, and overall, we had a wonderful stay and would probably choose to stay there again.

Wreaked or smoke. Got ill from the horrible smells had to check out 2 days early and they still charged me 4 nights. Worst experience ever and not worth even $20 a night. Very unsafe area people’s cars being broken into.

Missing Comfort
Checking in was very nice & uneventful. The room was clean but the wall paper in several areas of the room were peeling off the wall. There was a small pointed piece of wood under the leg of the chest of drawers to provide a level surface for the small flat screen TV. If a bare foot struck the wood it would cause a foot injury. For what ever reason the room was missing the ironing board & the luggage caddie??

Liked the outdoor area provided and the service. The rooms were nice but there was an abundance of sand outside the door on the lower floors. It ended up getting tracked into the rooms and making a mess. The shower head was also the worst I’ve seen.

the outside of the building was very duty, there are very limited stairs and were far from our room. the parking does not have much light and anybody can walk in because there in no fence. the ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN there were empty bottle boxes and razor package on top of a shelf. the toilet paper was half used. the sheet were clean the bed was comfortable, but the mattress had a big brown stain. the a/c was very cold and they have very good water presure and hot water.

A Good Nights Stay
The room was clean, the A/C was very good at keeping us cool during the very hot days. The only draw back was the inconvenience of a very dirty tv screen and a partially functioning tv remote and a very low water flow from the bathroom sink.

I reserved my room for the weekend and I came to check in and they denied me service because I didn’t have my debit card on me when I explained I was from out of town and that I would pay for my stay and the down payment up front they treated me like I was some kind of criminal. I ended up staying in the worst motel of all because everything was sold out

It was alright except the 2nd shift young girl was rude and she over exaggerated and went on and on and didn't quit and some other employees were quite snotty ,the washer and dryers used app and it was awful and tap pay didn't work.

For the price it was a decent stay, but there was vomit on the floor about 10 feet from our room. The lady at the reception made it clear that there was no smoking in the facility, but people were smoking weed in the pool area around my family and I and we ended up leaving.

Once you find it, a good place to stay.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was quite reasonable. The only complaint I would have is that there is no sign lit. After dark it is hard to determine which business this is.

I like that each room has a fridge and a microwave. They also have a desk for my computer and space to work, and also a chair and little table for eating or my laptop/tablet. Room was clean and spacious, A/C makes the room nice and cool.

The next door property was run down. The area seemed quiet. The location was okay since it was by a shopping center. There was signage to help you find your room. It definitely needs an upgrade with the decor.

Stayed for a week due to a family member having surgery. Room was decent, refrigerator that was in the room was nice and big. Parking on the back side of the hotel was hard to get at the end of the day. Breakfast could have some more options beside bread, packaged muffins and cereal. Restaurants, Starbucks and Dutch Bros within walking distance.

Stayed here four times now for work over the last two months. No complaints other than the second floor rooms can get warmer than the AC can handle. Request a ground floor room. I would recommend to superiors.

Was absolutely terrible, front desk was nice but not much help after a long hot day of driving i showed up to hotel with my six year old son to be told that because i dident have enough money for deposit that there was nothing and no exceptions that could be made. Last of my money and still havent gotten my refund been almost three weeks now

Pool, parking, nice small gymand lobby good. Rooms needed updates, fixes - patched ceiling not painted, broken shade on a lamp...convient on/off I-10, grocery store, Starbuck, Wells Fargo across the street. Good bang for the buck. Only 1 barking dog that quit as I was in the lobby-people likely out for dinner and came back. Breakfast wasnt much; limited and started at 7am on a Sat: instant oatmeal, breakfast bar, prefab muffins-no eggs, fruit, milk...24 hr coffee available.

Stay was fine but not great. I was just passing through on a road trip and needed a safe comfortable place to sleep. I arrived in the evening and room was sweltering hot. Air conditioner was available but not on so it took a long time to cool the room down. The hotel is a long way off the freeway so not very convenient. Also, breakfast was advertised as included and was supposed to open at 6am. The coffee machine was not working and the staff was still setting up the breakfast and wouldn’t allow me in when I hit the road at 6:20.
