We enjoyed our stay very much! we stayed with our young kids in a double queen suite. It was really lovely! Nick, who was working at the Front Desk when we checked in, was very kind and helpful. We were a little disappointed when we heard there was no pool. A large part of booking at this location was so the kids could go in the pool. However, he pointed out that it was mentioned on their website. I booked through Expedia and it was not written on their site that there was no longer a pool. But regardless we all had a nice stay. Our room was VERY clean and we enjoyed the options at breakfast! Thank you for a very nice stay.

The property served the purpose for my stay, I had a business dinner near by and a meeting the following day so after a long day of being on the road, check in took less then 3 minutes , the room was clean and fresh, I was able to sleep comfortably, beds are comfy, sheets were clean and smelled freshly laundered . Most of all the staff was pleasent and efficiently. Just how I like it!

Comfy beds, restful sleep.
I booked a handicapped accessible room mainly for an accessible bathroom. As an older person with balance issues I need grab bars in the bathroom for safety. The room was accessible I think for hearing impaired not for mobility impaired. There were no grab bars by the toilet and in the shower only one grab bar that was positioned at the back corner rendering it useless. The sliding shower door did not latch causing it to slide open throughout my shower. I would close it it would slide open. This caused a minor flood on the bathroom floor so getting out was dangerous and again there wasn’t a grab bar for exiting the shower. Whoever the architect/engineer was who designed the shower needs to go back to the classroom to learn about ADA accessible design. Ridiculous. On the plus side the shower had excewater pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds were comfy, the room extremely quiet, on the first floor near a door that led to my car which was very convenient.

Only issue was our bottom sheet did not fit properly on the mattress and kept coming undone on all 4 sides while sleeping. Matress and pillows where a little to soft for me, but those are minor things. All and all nice place, clean, friendly and quiet.

The AC unit in the room makes it difficult to have a proper nights sleep. Its very noisy when it turns on and is like an alarm clock jolting you out if a deep sleep. Otherwise, the room is very clean and comfortable.

Don’t let this property fool you. It looks like it’s just a basic hotel but it has the comfiest beds, the best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel and a great breakfast!

Housekeeping ruined our sleep. The alarm was set to go off at 6:30am by someone who had used the room previously. They should have reset this. Also there was no shampoo left in the shower stall. They should have checked this as well. Then the hot water in the breakfast area was coffee, not hot water (tea drinkers unite, unacceptable!). Other than that, all good.

Property is fine and the free breakfast outstanding. 1 of 4 pieces of cardio equipment (the only elliptical) is inoperative and the indoor pool looks like it is permanently closed (need to update the Fairfield website and Expedia).

I never got to experience this hotel because they called me the day before I was supposed to check in telling me that they no longer had my reservation: they were completely booked and that I would have to get Expedia to place me in a nearby hotel ( which they did thankfully). Kudos to Expedia -Fairfield of Auburn- not impressed!

I loved how clean my room was and it was a pleasant time staying at this property. It was close to the highway and has a lot of stores around it if I ever needed to get extra clothes, gifts, or even food. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I travel to the Worcester area.

We were in room 317. There is a rooftop unit right above and all we heard was a loud rumbling and felt a slight vibration the entire time. We were also looking forward to the pool but it was closed. The people outside working were blowing the parking lot debris everywhere and all over vehicles. The breakfast was good. The employees in the hotel were friendly.

Last minute on the road reservation easily accomplished. Easy to find, clean, pleasant person behind the desk, simple check in and checkout. Second Fairfield Inn stayed at this trip. Both consistently what should be expected when making reservations sign unseen and depending upon the website.

Its ok..
My room had no fridge, no hairdryer, had a odor in the room. Website said they had a pool and hot tub when we arrived the pool and hot tub was closed due to town ordinance of covid/drought.. this was the end of winter. I advised the lady at checkout of my concerns she wrote that down on a list of other complaints from the looks of her notepad

Staff was very friendly, facility was neat and clean. Shampoo, conditioner, and bubble bath in the shower were unlike anything I’ve seen. They were big jars (compare to the dime-size other places provide) and smell pretty good too.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of the hotel. It looks like it was recently renovated and the lobby was very clean, as was our room. When we first arrived there was a guest already staying in our assigned room. And when we went back down to the front desk the gentleman working, Henry, was very kind and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite!! We traveled with our two young kids and they really enjoyed their stay. We do wish there was a pool though!! It was a very nice hotel.

I like that it was minutes from main highways to travel. The hotel entrance floor was dirty. I asked for cleaning of the room, turn the bed and clean towels and it was not done right!! The towels left were not good. There was no body wash so had to call front desk.

We were notified the morning of our check in that the pool and hot tub were not in service which is one of the only reasons we booked at this hotel. The place was under construction and there is no mention of that on their website. They said ours was a renovated room but the air conditioner was so loud because the vent was vibrating all night because the cover was not screwed on and we couldn't sleep. The room also didn't have a hair dryer. We asked for a refund of some of our money due to the lack of amenities we were there for but they would not do anything or even upgrade us because we booked through a 3rd party. I think we deserve at least half of our money back due to the fact the only reason we stayed there was for the pool and hot tub that we couldn't' even use.

A high level of quality, as expected.
Firm but soft and comfortable bed; great shower head with plenty of hot water and very good water pressure; roomy clean living space with small fridge and microwave; flat screen wall-mounter TV with quite a lot of channels; EZ wi-fi connection; a really very good breakfast for a "hotel breakfast;" coffee, tea & hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby; free daily newspapers; and fast elevators. Loved it.

Spencer was an amazing host! Give that man a raise! The rooms were mostly clean. There was some chewed gum stuck to the wall of our room. I enjoyed the whirlpool and the vegan/vegetarian friendly breakfast!

The property is under renovation -- half is done but other half is awful. My room was refurbished but the workmanship was poor--sink plumbing leaked and shower door didn't fit properly; TV thing on wall big open metal panel; No chair to sit and read--just a desk chair but it was directly in front of TV. Telephone in room didn't work so when I needed assistance I had to return from the last room on 3rd floor to lobby. My room wasn't cleaned until after 5:00 PM one day even though I had been gone since 9:00 AM. Friendly staff but...

I liked the room setup and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was not monitored and so when something ran out it took a while for someone to come and replenish it. Also, the dining area was not big enough to accommodate the number of guests for the breakfast rush.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff was great. When ever we had a question they were there to help in anyway they could. We stayed on the third floor. We didn't know part of the third floor was under construction at the time. However you never herd any noise. the hotel was very clean and the breakfast we had each morning was great.

The property is being renovated, but they’re still charging top dollar for rooms. I was nearly scalded by a bad shower faucet, had to jam paper into the faucet to take a safe shower. I mentioned to front desk and got an, oh sorry. A/C was very noisy.

THis Hotel is not worth the money. They are renovating and the renovations are horrific.. I dont know who they picked as their decorator..! Rooms are tiny.. you feel claustrophobic..The bathroom has mold in it.. from the showeer.. the windows sweat when you take a shower.. creating mold.. conditions..!

Overall even though the hotel is being renovated ( we didn't see any construction happening) the hotel was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and kind. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean and the am breakfast was very good!

There was mildew in the bathtub spicket. Tried to let my child take a bath and after letting the tub fill up noticed several large pieces of mold and mildew floating in the water. Let it run another few minutes and it kept coming. Needless to say that she did not take a bath there
