Pleasantly surprising experience
I’m in the Austin area frequently on business and it’s been difficult to find a decent hotel at the rate that my agency allows but I’ve now found one here. Now, this is where I’ll be staying in the future.

Absolutely disgusting
Our initial room was dirty hadn’t been cleaned and smelly with cockroaches, mold and mildew. Asked to be moved to another but was still infested with cockroaches and mold nasty smell, spider webs. There was paint falling off the walls, bathroom tile on floor broken and falling apart.

I checked in to the hotel without any problems. The night clerk guy checked me in and even took my card for the incidentals charges and gave me my key cards without any problems. I than went to the gas station by the hotel to get some stuff and when I came back, I asked the night desk clerk for the WIFI password and instead he told me that my reservation had been canceled. He proceeded to argue with me about it and tell me that I made my reservation through a different company than what I really did and canceled out our key cards. When I told him that I had all my reservation confirmation emails and stuff on the app through the third party company I went through, he asked who it was because he had never heard of Orbitz and kept insisting I made my reservation with Expedia. So I made him call Expedia while I called Orbitz. Than once the person I was on the phone with said my reservation was not canceled and never was, he was told the same thing by whoever he was speaking to. He was rude and unprofessional. Than when I went back down to give him the other key card for the canceled cards, he was arguing with another person who was checking in. The night check in clerk guy was rude and unprofessional. But it was a nice place and stay. But I did check my bank account for any extra fees or payment for the hotel stay.

We had such a lovely stay. Staff members we're courteous, professional, down to earth. They helped make outmr stay comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. Hotel was clean fresh scent smell. Room was big and spacious, cool not hot or too warm. All appliances worked. Tvs worked. Bed was comfortable. Pull out bed not so bad either. Breakfest had good hearty options. Enough parking spaces. Friendly. Affordable rates. Thank you Country Inn & suites by Radission!

I made a three day reservation and end up staying one night only because the hotel looked great from the outside but once you got inside, smelled bad, so humid like the air wasn’t working, elevator dirty and smell bad, our room was “clean” but carpet stained, sheets smelled used, not enough towels and yellowish, mold in the shower. Not staying here again.

Accessible Excellence
I went to visit my daughter after I had knee surgery. Since she lives on the second floor of her apt complex, hotels are my choice. This has been the best hotel for meeting my needs! I was greeted cheerfully and escorted to check out the room. It was close to the front and met all my needs! I cannot tell you how many times I've been given a room on the 3rd floor and furthest from the elevator. This hotel truly was considerate of someone who has difficulty walking. The room was great. It was very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here each time I visit my daughter. Great front desk service bt William. Delicious breakfast food. The ladies kept area clean and food fresh. Good job by all.

The only reason that we rented here was because we had called and they told us that the pool was up and running open and they had free breakfast now they did have the free breakfast. And I am content. But I had a problem with the pool was closed. It wasn't until the 4th day that I got to jump in the pool. The staff not too friendly kind of quiet and creepy. Only this older white guy he was nice and friendly. And the ladies that helped with breakfast. Would I come back. Hmmm maybe not. Idk

I loved the way the room had a sitting room near the door and the sleeping area was separate with a door so we did not have to hear anyone in the hallway and the lights from the hallway did not shine under the door to disturb our sleep

So first off i booked this hotel with reading that there is a $75 deposit for incidental charges which is totally fine but when I went to check in the front desk brought out a calculator and asked for $125 which was the first thing that pissed me off because where did he get that number from? Then I get my keys to the room and there is a horrible odor in the room, yellowish stains on the bed and flying gnats in the bathroom so I go to the front desk ask to switch rooms and it is someone different on the overnight shift who was very nice and he switched the rooms and I went to the new one and I walk in and there is tons of little roaches crawling on the couch which I have never seen in my whole life and Roaches crawling over the furniture so I leave immediately and demand to leave and cancel and get a refund. I rather have slept in my car that night.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. SUPER SKETCHY!
The guy, who was irritated that we got in late, ( we had tried calling all day to say that we had a late flight but NOBODY answered, ever) asked us for a cash deposit, first requesting 25$ then saying he said 100$ and showing us to a cash machine… We thought this was a bit odd, to say the least.
The first room we went to, smelled horribly like rotten fish. With watery eyes we went down to request a new room. The same guy took us to a new room and asked if it was ok. He first knocked on the door, almost expecting someone to answer(?!). When the room smelled clean, we said it was fine and he left.
When we turned on the light, we saw stuff on the carpet, like it wasn’t vacuumed any time recently. There was stains all over the flooring, dirty bathroom and dirty bathtub. On further inspection there was mouse poop or dead bed bugs under the sink and under the sink table thing in the bedroom. We tried to turn on the light in the bedroom and there was none- the lamp didn’t work. I cleaned off the surfaces with a Clorox wipe and they were mostly filthy.
The toilet didn’t flush and the door lock did not seem super promising. I actually felt very scared to stay there. We had been dropped off and didn’t have a car so we piled up our luggage on the table and called Expedia. Expedia asked for photo and video evidence and then got us a new hotel right away. We went to the Marriot suites instead and it was SO GREAT. Thanks Expedia!

Stay was not bad.
The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The lampshade in our suite was cracked, The fan in the front room of our suite was not working properly. The bedside table lamp that wasn't cracked was very dim and yellow. The pillows are like sleeping on paper. The bedsheet kept coming off and was put on inside out. Overall, the room needed detailed attention....not anything that hindered us staying there.

Wow horrible service, what kind of hotel only provides you with just one towel having two adults in the room. Carpet smelled disgusting not to mention the fact that they were wet. Bathroom downstairs was extremely slippery and no soap no paper towels. Front desk completely disregarded my complaint. Had to check out with an hour of staying there by far the worst hotel ever!

Disappointed.
It was a place to sleep and apparently freeze my fruits that were in the “refrigerator”. There were no trash receptacles, and though I reserved the room for 2, there was only a setup of towels and washcloths for 1 human. There was also a full few sentences of writing on the mirror, over the sink, from a possible previous stay. One good thing is that I was able to check in early. So thank you for that at least.

I will never come back here again! Don’t waste your time here I'ma Gold member $ have traveled to over 55 countries worldwide. Their staff are horrible! Came back from evening out & room key wouldn’t work. When I asked ti have it recoded the clerk would stop talking to his friends there and when I asked to get help he threatened to “kick me out of his hotel” “How would I like that?” Guess he needed to impress his friends. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

My girlfriend and I drove there from Houston for a valentine’s day trip and we were disappointed with our stay as a whole. The shower handle was loose and one of the door locks was broken. They didn’t have a smart TV and we had to flip through the cable channels. We didn’t even have a do not disturb sign. Housekeeping did not clean our room or change our sheets. So next time we drive to Austin, we’re staying somewhere else.

Horrible experience- can’t explain enough
Hi, hotel was booked through hotel.com and this wasn’t the first time we have taken their services. However, experience was truly horrible as I travel with family and reached at hotel around 11:00 PM. The guy was at counter was very rude and charged additional deposit money than listed in their policy, I was charged $125 instead of $75 as listed at their policy, I objected and asked to shared the details of the policy which he couldn’t but threatened me to cancel the booking if I don’t pay $125 deposit money, pls note that I had done my booking through hotel.com and room was fully paid already. He also pushed me to take degraded room and I declined. Finally, we went to our room but bedsheets and blankets were not there for sofa bed and we had to call reception, he declined to service and asked us to come down if we need bedsheets and blankets. Surprise element came in the morning when we were told not to take shower in this room instead use room as they had plumbing issues, overall the experience was very unpleasant and horrible. Awaiting to hear back from hotel.com on what action they are going to take against this hotel

Stay at your own risk. Fire alarm went off early AM, fire department came and left, staff had no idea what was going on. Fire alarm still going off hours later, was forced to switch hotels, and then they refused to refund our mo ey.

I had booked a queen bed for myself and was given an upgrade to a king for free! I also enjoyed all the space that the room had and it was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay. It was affordable and convenient location to where I needed to go.

The room was dirty there was hair on the floor and towels like someone had just showered. The staff came and brought us new towels. The cleaning staff needs to do better there is no reason the room should be dirty and we pre paid and did late check in so there was plenty of time to clean. I don’t recommend staying unless your ok with feeling like something is crawling on you.

When we first checked in we got our room key to the room but somebody else was already in the room. The toilet and the room will not stop running. The room had a bad odor. They pull out couch mattress was dirty. Worst hotel ever

Great hotel close to Pflugerville area
I've stayed here multiple times and all time I can rate the visit good to great. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. If there's something that's not cleaned, I've never had a problem with housekeeping showing up to clean it. Breakfast is decent. Nothing to get super excited about, but it's a hot breakfast and things are cooked properly so can't complain there. There are some questionable people that stay there from time to time, but that's to be expected in any big city. Overall, I've had a great experience everytime I've been here and it's been at least over 20+ nights over the course of a year.

The staff at the front desk is welcoming and nice, but the property was going through "renovations" and the rooms were super dirty, the sheets had stains , the carpet had a really horrible smell, the shower was dripping constantly, and the bed frame was really loose and very noisy, we ended up leaving the property due to how horrible the smell was and the due to how dirty it is.

Terrible place, dirty room and outside in the common areas. The stairs smell like there was a dead animal, the pictures advertised are definitely not what the place looks like. I was offered free bottle of water in the exchange of leaving a good review. The price is not that much different from something decent from a big chain. I had to stay in Austin last minute so I booked online w/o refund when I showed up to the place I immediately knew I had made a bad choice. Expedia needs to request updated pictures from this place.

Old, dirty, poorly maintained. Intermittent water disconnection for hours due to "leak repairs". Run down public areas. Breakfast very poor and orange juice was "out" for 2 out of 3 days. One day there was bacon, another there was sausage, another neither.
Barefoot children running around the eating area, unsupervised.
Lots of transient workers appear to be making this place home.

Overall I was extremely disappointed in this property. My biggest complaint is that the room was dirty. The first room we were assigned had a dirty washcloth hanging over the curtain rod, no shower curtain, and the water didn't work. There were no smoke detectors, the bed appeared to be on a plywood platform and the room smelled musty. The room we moved to was also dirty with a used bar of soap and shampoo in the shower. The outlets wouldn't hold our chargers (they just fell out), the towels didn't cover our bodies, and the bed was terribly squeaky (like old box springs). I had 4 nights booked and didn't want to stay. However, it was the weekend of the Austin Grand Prix so I was unable to move to another hotel (and probably wouldn't have gotten my money back if I could have moved) and we were paying a premium ($400 per night) for a hotel room that none of us wanted to stay in or even touch anything.
Two of the gentleman who worked the counter were pleasant, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would never entertain the thought of a Country Inn & Suites again.

We booked a suite that included a sofa bed. No linens were included for the sofa bed. When asked for linens, we were given linens that appeared to have blood stains. The shower had a dangling handle to turn on the shower. The room had a musty smell and never really got cool. It felt humid in the room and the air doesn’t seem sufficient to reach the living room area of the suite. We stayed a total of 3 nights. On our third night we arrived from a long day at a festival only to find our room access cards were deactivated. We had to wait for someone to come to the front desk to reactivate them. No explanation or apology for the inconvenience. In the 3 days that we stayed, our room was never attended to. There was no do not disturb signs provided in the room for use. The room lighting is uninviting and harsh. The pillows feel like a few cotton balls in a pillow case. The property is old and rooms are run down and in need of renovations. I never leave reviews but I feel prior reviews and pictures of the property are misleading. I definitely would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is super cute! The room and hotel was nice and clean. The pool was awesome. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good! No complaints, and honestly we will be staying there again hopefully soon. I read all the negative reviews and still chose to take a chance on this place.. I was not disappointed! Our four kids loved it as well.

It was ok. The bed was lumpy so you could they was old beds. And they only put one of each towel in the room which was weird because we had a 2 bed room so at the minimum put 2 of everything. But other than that it was do able.

The people there were really kind. The building style was cool inside and the rooms were set up nice. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The coffee and food was very tasty. The only things that I noticed as a downside was the cleanliness of the room we stayed in. The floor felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed. We found crumbs of old food on the ground. Also the base of the toilet in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. The tub and sink faucet was dripping water throughout the stay. These are things that we kinda expected with the price that we got it for. Overall the stay was wonderful. I felt safe, beds were comfy, breakfast was good and the people were kind. I would definitely go again next time I need a reasonably priced hotel.
