Fabuloso cleanliness
Staff was friendly and very professional and check in was fast. Room was extremly clean and the issue i did have was the Fabuloso used to clean was too strong so please dilute Fabuloso with more water.

My husband and me, stay one night and it was enough, our sheets was dirty and we need to call to the reception to ask for the staff for bring another bed comforter, because the one in the bed had dry blood.

Clean hotel and very nice. Staff was really friendly. But you guys need to put rubber mats in the shower because it's too slippery.

Not a pleasant experience.
No towels other than two hand towels. Carpet felt sticky/wet. Nightstand was sticky. Standing water when showering in tub, didn’t drain. Tissue box was in bad shape and dirty. Room had a strange smell.
Elevators had out of service signs taped but were being used. :-/

Great hotel and amenities
I love the amenities of the hotels as well as the quality of the bed. The breakfast buffet has a decent selection of food and the hotel also provided refreshing beverages for its guests. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I travel to Austin.

I needed a last minute flight and room. I got here late afternoon and left very early so I didn’t get to see much outside or around the area. Downstairs lobby seating area is nice, snacks/drinks/small food items available to purchase, atm in the lobby. The desk clerk was very nice and also helpful with airport information.

the room i was given has a non working tub. all the plumbing was open and had to request a room change. the changed room has weird smell through out and didn’t change the room again thinking if i change what horror i am up to. i found cockroaches in walkways.

Front desk staff member was amazing. He greeted me as soon as the doors opened. He was very hospitable, asked about my day, and provided courtesy water. When I walked into the room, it was very clean!

The room was dirty. The carpets had just been sprayed with something (deodorizer) and our socks stuck to it. The furniture (couch) had red stains on it.

This property was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It definitely doesn’t look like any of the pictures. The room was nasty filthy and run down, even though they say they are doing “renovations” The staff was friendly enough but the overall hotel seemed dingy, dirty, and super sketchy! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I’d probably would have felt safer at a gross motel 6!

We arrived at 2:30 pm expecting to check-in a little earlier. However, the front desk clerk told me they were renovating and we had to wait until 3:00 pm. We ended up checking-in until almost 4:00 pm and then they gave us a room on the third floor. No access to elevators! When we got to our room, it smelled bad. We requested another room and luckily the cleaning crew told us they just had finished cleaning another one. Finally, we were able to get in and rest after a long day driving.

The hotel was nice. We were not familiar with the area. There were a lot of homeless people in the area. We always felt safe. The parking lot was surround by an iron fence. We didn't have any negative issues.

Very gross and dirty carpets. Deodorizer smell was like they were trying to cover up something. Live bugs in bathroom. Reservation for king size bed and got 2 fulls. Hubs is 6’3 so we each got our own bed so there would be room to move. Front desk refused to get us a king size bed room because we reserved through a 3rd party. We make frequent trips to Austin but will not be staying here again. Yuck1

Great for the Price
I travel a lot for business and usually try to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses. Great service and the accommodations are nice for the price. They had a small workout room with everything I needed for a quick morning workout and free breakfast is always a nice bonus. The cleanliness and condition of the property, including my room, was fine.

Check before you go
Lift was not working, however it not bothered us as we stayed on 1st floor. The main concern was no bodylotion and toothpaste.

Great Hotel
This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. Super clean, great FREE breakfast. Everyone is super friendly. They have fresh coffee in the lobby most of the day into the night.. GREAT PLACE TO STAY
