This is a two star motel and I did stay here before and like then, it was not spectacular or anything but for the price, it was ok. My room was a decent size but it was a bit dated like motel as a whole. There is a Wendy’s next door but other than that, you have to drive a bit to find any real good food places. The room was not as clean as I would have liked; especially the comforter on the bed and shower/tub. The tub also had a very slow drain so it a took a while for it to empty after showering. Would I stay here an again, probably in a pinch but don’t expect a perfect room or anything.

Next to no sleep in 105 as the heating system was extremely loud. It re-started the fan every half hour so loudly it woke me up. I ended up turning the system off and woke up cold.
The shower did not work. Screws were missing from the shower head
Nobody at the desk on checkout to let them know.

This was a pleasant and clean hotel with friendly staff. The only negative is that the complex used to be a motel and the rooms on the first floor had a door to the outside as well as to the hall. Our room also had a door to an adjoining room. All of the doors needed upgrading or replacement. They worked fine but you wondered if they were safe.

The room was full of fruit flies and a bad odor, and the towels had hair on them. We didn’t ask for management to take care of it since we only stayed a couple nights, but this is below the standards I would expect for the price we paid. Staff were friendly enough though.

I appreciated the extremely comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was good and easy to get to. My room was a little beat up (very dented door and door knob to balcony, scraped up paint on wall). I was disappointed with hair and stubble on the floor and in the shower when I arrived. There was no elevator so we lugged our luggage up the stairs at 76 years old. The towels were scratchy and little. Much too expensive for room.

Filthy place that smells like smoke even do it’s not smoking. Rugs are dirty, leaking toilet, just uncomfortable to sleep with the different smells in and out of the room.

The manager who claims to have worked there for 5 years was very rude and disrespectful. Would not accept a valid state issued form of photo ID for check in. No regards to human needs to sleep in a bed. Place appeared very dirty and had alot of people loitering as well. She should spend time managing that instead of pushing away paying customers over a technicality and hiding in her office. Wont ever try staying here again.

The people were friendly and did a a very good job. Breakfast was very nice. The problem was the room (s).
The lighting was terrible. Older LED lights and it was very dark. But the worst part was the linens. We looked inside the pillow case to see the most stained, yellow filthy pillows. It is from drool, and other excretions. All of them. we slept on the bath towel rolled up. And the bath towels were white/gray. It made out trip very unpleasant.

We had a nice quick stay here. The staff was great and breakfast was good. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned but everything was tidy and comfortable for our family’s one night stay there. I would stay there again.

Only problem was the bathroom light did not work, was not a big issue. They were going to send somebody right away, but I told them we could wait till we left the next morning. Otherwise, a great place.

Good Stay - dogs - clean
No fuss hotel, that was clean and comfortable. Absolutely no hassle about our families two service dogs. And plenty of grass space. When just traveling for one night, we seem to like the outside access and, again this worked for our family.

Room was nice and clean. Wish we could get room service from sushi restaurant next door. Long walk from parking to rooms luckily they have carts free to use. No bathtub only shower, which sucks when you promised your child a bath. A little noisy outside of the hotel room but not to bad. Give it a B . Breakfast should be served until checkout.

The hotel was getting a bunch of upgrades and it is looking good. The staff was very respectful and accommodating. Heidi has a great sarcastic sense of humor that I really appreciated too!

The bed has a metal platform that makes noise when moving around. Our toilet ran all night with a hissing noise. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. The place was clean.

Ok but renovations occurring
Check in was smooth as could be. However, did not know there had been recent renovations, overpowering odor of glue was throughout the main hall and dissipated slightly in the rooms. Had to leave the patio door open and AC fan on high for ventilation.

It's location is in one of the most noisy areas I have ever stayed in! N O I S Y tons of trucks all day all night! No exaggeration!! NOISY NOISY NOISY Not one hour of sleep whatsoever. The signs of still working on refurbishing the rooms was nice, however, the smell of glue or whatever substance I was breathing was not healthy.

Doors directly on street were unecessary because interior doors were provided. Looked like a cheap and unsafe motel. Interior hallway smelled funny. Generally run-down. Not what I expected for the price charged. Disappointed and will never stay there again.

Worked for us close inconvenient to dance comp.
It was a convenient spot close to a dance competition. The room was recently renovated so everything was new with the exception of the bathroom. Receptionist was great when we arrived. And workers were tentative during breakfast times. Overall, it was a great day.

First the hotel looked like it was abandoned outside thought I went to the wrong place they were doing some renovations but instead of using a dumpster all the old hotel stuff was thrown all around the premises outside and then in the evening there were people outside doing drugs had to take my kids and leave to stay somewhere else but the boy working in the office was the only one that was level headed

Adequate and clean accommodation with comfortable bed and hood shower pressure located convenient to the Turnpike. However, room showed considerable wear and thermostat did not work correctly. Breakfast was disappointing with weak coffee, watery juice, and a limited selection of breakfast items.

I found bugs in my room and blanket was dirty , door have a hole ,I can hear the people from the room next Door in my room I am sorry but I told this to the person in the front and he don’t even Ofer me a different room . I am sorry but I left I can’t stay here and nobody call me o give a refund

"Quality" is a relative term here. The place is worn. The room was fairly clean, the spout in the tub pulled away from the wall. Their charge was about $82 for the room, Expedia charged me $124, a fat mark-up for a few clicks.

Staff was fantastic, check in and check out was easy. Bed and room were clean. Overall the hotel is on the older side, the furniture and rooms are dated. If you’re price conscious and need a basic accommodation this does the trick.

I booked this hotel two months ago for college visit, at a higher price than it is worth because everything was already booked. Unfortunately, we ended cutting our trip a day early because I did not want to stay one more night in this hotel. The bathroom was not clean when we checked in late at night, the shower drain was extremely slow and disgusting. Couldn't even take a shower.
The staff was not much caring when I reported the conditions. Not worth!

Check in staff were super friendly and nice. Breakfast was good. Room was not good. Leak somewhere in bathroom or room above us? Floor in front of main entrance door and bathroom were soaked. The room smelled very bad, wet, moldy. No other rooms to replace so we had to stay. Didn’t offer any assistance or to clean or discount. Will most likely not stay here again. We were just stuck.

No USB plug ins at all in room, heater/ac made carpet wet before we were there, balcony door had large gap under it, coil bed springs hard, continental breakfast out of things (no sausage, coffee out, cereal out, no yogurt), no elevator for handicapped, carpeted stairs- hard for handicapped walking on

Horrible sewer line backup into the tub. We arrived late. Hotel was sold out and all area hotels sold out.
Housekeeping was prompt to clean the mess. Needless to say we did not use the shower and left promptly in the morning.
Front desk was extremely apologetic and explained that they shared sewer lines with the restaurant next-door and have experienced these troubles in the past.

Really enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn Westfield. Nothing fancy about the room but that’s not important to me. The room was clean, comfortable bed & quiet surroundings. The attendant on duty when I arrived was Lisa, she was pleasant & helpful.

All of the staff was very friendly. The building is outdated. If you want a hot shower do it before the rest of the guests shower because you will run out of hot water. The shower drain in our room backed up badly. This problem was brought up to the staff on our first day and they listened intently to us and did nothing. There was an old chair in our room with a piece of sharp wire sticking out of the front about where your left calf would be. This was brought to the attention on the first day of our two day stay. Nothing was done about it. Hopefully the owners/management will read this review and make some fixes. As I said the staff was very nice and I’d like to see this become a better hotel.

The person who checked us in was very pleasant. We were so tired upon entering the room, we fell into bed within 5 minutes. In the morning, we noticed many disturbing issues. The room itself had stains on the toilet seat. It also had stains on the rug. The lamp bases all had rust marks. The bathroom door knob was corroded. We have pictures of all the room issues. The pictures were shown to the person at the desk in the morning. There was no apology or reason for the room being so unacceptable. That will be the last time we stay at a Quality Inn. The hotel looked like it was built in the 70’s and has not been renovated since then.

Check-in staff was friendly. The overall conditions of our room was just ok. Hotel def needs updating! unfortunately our stay was less than ideal…Fire alarm went off before 8am (appeared to have been caused by housekeeping/maintenance) it was shut off but then housekeeping was vacuuming hallway and kept hitting our door. Vacuuming finally stopped but then Housekeeping staff was outside our door chitchatting very loudly for over 15 min.

I literally just needed a place for the night from a long drive. While gone for most of the day, I came back to my bed being made and fresh towels. Sounds decent right? Well someone I guess need a phone charger real bad so they decided to take mine. Like wth who does that? First and last! They claim they are going to investigate which I highly doubt. Just imagine if I had something something more valuable smh.

Very disappointed.
Check in was not welcoming, when I asked about a venue we were going to, the person in charge said he'd never heard of it. The room was very small and dirty, candy wrappers were on the nightstand, there was spilled coffee on the tray that held the ice bucket. The tub was filthy, mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The clock/alarm didn't work so there was no clock in the room. The pool was closed for repairs. The one positive was the breakfast, which was very well stocked and delicious. Basically, the entire hotel needs updating, wish I had booked the Hampton Inn across the street.

We have stayed several times at this hotel over the years, but never again. There was a lot of water coming down from the floor above into our bathroom after we had gone to bed. In the morning we found that everything we had in the bathroom was soaked when part of the ceiling collapsed. When I reported it to the office they offered us a new room even though we were checking out! I asked for compensation, but was told no one had the authority and to call back after 1p. When I called back I was informed it was only the bathroom that was damaged and things happen, and no one there was able to help me, but call back again. When I called back, that person at least took my phone number and assured me the owner would give me a call. I am still waiting for that phone call. No concern was shown for us or our items that were soaked. I would have been happy with a discounted rate for the night, but now nothing short of a FULL REFUND for the inconsideration shown to us would be acceptable.

The hotel is very old and run down. It does not smell good, and everything is pretty dirty. Our room was dusty and bedding had stains. Pool was empty, and it was overall unpleasant.

Room was shabby -- barely clean (found old food behind nightstand - Yuch!)-- moldy smelling. Were there for three nights. On second day, came back to room in late afternoon and it had not been cleaned. (Called the front desk and worker brought up towels.) Rooms have small balconies but no chairs to sit on balcony. Next time will try a different hotel.

This is not fit for a individual paying $175 per night. There were homeless people residing in this place. The light switch in the room did not work, the room was filthy, there was urine in the walkway. And when we complained nothing was done. And I was charged for one night. I will never use Expedia again. Sorry

It was a fair value for the price. Unfortunately the hotel has become surrounded by a very busy intersection, being seconds from a busy turnpike ramp, so it can be noisy (trucks) and exiting can be difficult.
