Absolutely filthy. Everything about this property was disgusting. The room smelled like mold and smoke. There were literally people engaging in drug use in the parking lot. As soon as it got dark, the other occupants really started getting loud and wild. The field next door is a mini tent city. The door to my room could be pushed open, even when locked.
The staff at the front desk were pretty incompetent. They double charged me and had no clue how reverse the transaction. They said they would notify the manager to fix after a meeting. The next day, at check out, I found out that they had forgotten to alert the manager and I had to wait for their arrival to fix the double charge. This was one of the absolute worst experiences I have had at a hotel.

Terrible hitel
First of all, the door didn’t shut all the way. There was a gap and roaches in the bathroom and one o my wipers to get in didn’t work. There was no water on Wednesday. We didn’t like the hotel. Very dirty.

The cleanliness was questionable and there was a mold smell in the room I was in. The bed wasn’t great but it wasn’t the worst I’ve slept on. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. The staff were very nice and very helpful during all of my encounters with them.

Staff is great and understanding. But, the room I booked was horrible., dirty all over from the curtains to the sheets, tub, food crumbs on bed and floor and roaches crawling all over the room.

Buy some garbage cans. Wind blowing trash everywhere because they hang trashbags on a hook and they are full because there's no room service. Saw a few cockroaches. the first room I was in had no heat and the mattress looked a hundred years old stained and torn rm 269. 202 was in much better condition mattress was plastic and clean

The staff did everything they could to help us and make sure our stay was good. The front desk staff were awesome. And definitely deserve a raise. They were so patient and kind. However, the facility needs a lot of help. Our first room was awful. It had missing doors on cabinets, no handle on the faucet to even use the bathroom sink, cigarette burns in the bedding, moth holes in the curtains, etc. Our room was non smoking but wreaked of cigarettes and weed. And our license plate was stolen with security and cameras.

So we got there at 930pm from our long drive. We booked this hotel 2 weeks ago and they told us that there was no room left from what we chose. So they gave us a room with a broken door. The bathroom was so filthy and the door to the bathroom looked like it was eaten by rats. Also the room smelled like it was probably a smoking room in the past. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We booked for 3 night but left after we stayed for the night and left in the morning. Hopefully we get refunded for this stay as it was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Looks like an apartment someone just moved out of. Barely furnished, floors got cracks in it, the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Bathtub was a complete nightmare.

This hotel does false advertising. The picture of the room when I booked it was updated and nice but when we got there we got a room that was from a horror movie, dirty and hasn’t been updated since it was built.

After arriving to the hotel which was fully paid for the hotel said they didnt have anymore rooms requiring our family to find a new hotel for the night paying much more. Secondly when calling hotels.com and told them about it and staying on hold for over a hour because they couldnt get a hold of the property. Still havent received my refund

We were given a room that had cigarette burn holes in the comforter and slept like an ash tray. We informed the front desk and they gave us a second room. Which also had burn holes in the comforter and smelt like marijuana, as well as the lights not working. The front desk did nothing and said they could not refund. We took pictures of both rooms that had burn holes in the comforters. It was very gross, dirty, uncomfortable, unacceptable, and not a place anyone should have to stay. The hotel nor orbitz refunded the money. We did not stay there due to unsanitary conditions. Last minute had to get another hotel and ended up being late the a function. Worst experience and customer service, thus far. Absolutely horrible and horrendous!

Needs attention
The staff was really nice and professional. The environment was different story. There were crackheads everywhere and the rooms were also unsatisfactory. I was told that they were undergoing renovation and management so i will give them the benefit of the doubt. I checked out 45 mins after checking in and went to a more suitable hotel for my style.

Cockroaches and Cleanliness
This has to be one of the worst stays that I have ever had in Phoenix. Granted the front end staff was nice, the conditions of my room were so bad.
Upon entering the room, I noticed water instantly on the floor from the PTAC unit, dead cockroaches all over the floor, refrigerator very dirty and not even a working light inside. Then started opening the cupboards and found even more cockroaches and traps. Gross. Then the bathroom was just as bad. The light was so dark because it wasn’t meant for that fixture, so very hard to do anything in there. Then the bed on had 1 sheet and a sheet style blanket. Not very comfortable either. The remote for the TV didn’t work half the time, so gave up on that.
And the fact that I was there for this long, and not once was the room made up, or toiletries restocked. I actually went to the store to grab myself more soap and shampoo.
So all in all, I will never stay at this location ever again. I recommend that no one else either.

This place has rude staff except for tracy or Justin... the place is grimey and sketchy..nothing works properly and maintenance does not do anything . What are all these employees getting paid to do though honestly?

I like the fact that this property was next door to a very nice seafood restaurant. Once we checked into the property got our room went into our room we immediately realized that the photos on their website did not in any way shape or form represent the actual room what they look like. The rooms were run down there were actual knife holes into the drywall in the walls The floors were snap lock plank fake wood that looked as if it was installed by amateurs. The toilets were dirty and stained The bathtub had been painted and looked as if it had been used for any other use other than for general hygiene. We were so unsure we had to check the bedding and the mattress for bed bugs. We were glad we did not find a bed bugs I did find a roach in the kitchen The microwave plastic was broken and cracked there were missing panels in the kitchenette the refrigerator was worn down old and has dings and dents and there was no ice maker no water going to the ice maker and the kitchen sink was in rough shape. The bathroom sink at the vanity the faucet was very hard to turn off and looks as if people have been leaving the water running for a long time. I would never recommend this property until it goes to a complete remodel as is pretty close to being in a condemned condition as far as we were concerned. I would not feel safe or secure if I was a young man with a family having my children stay at this property as it did not feel safe it didn't feel secure. Just a waste of money.

Unsafe and unkempt
Jessica at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She tried her best to go out of her way to accommodate us. But in the end was unable to. She was helpful and willing to issue a full refund. The room we received smelled grossly of smoke, cigarette butts in the windows and dryer sheets stuffed in the ac unit. The deadbolt did not lock and the extra security lock was installed wrong and didn't even catch the door. Burn spots in the bed spreads. Nasty buildup in the bathtub and on the shower head. Just horrible!

Cockroach (have picture), shower head sticking out of wall, tub is stained, stove didn’t work, light broken in fridge, missing cabinets, no tv remote, air conditioner hardly worked on a 110 degree night, we had to use a screwdriver to manipulate the door lock to work, clueless receptionist upon check-out.

Shower was cold. Desk clerk demanded $100 deposit, wouldnt except cash. Now its 7:30am and they are not at the desk, front is locked, the bathtub was almost rusted through, and painted, cold, tub didnt work and the shower water didnt warm up. Sheets appeared dirty. Woman in the parking lot tried to buy fentanal from me several other guests where fighting in the parking lot all night. Place smells like mold and the trim is pealing off the walls in the bathroom.

Inconsiderate of guests&negligent
Several issues, had to change rooms on arrival due to infestation (was told ahead) moved to room that had several termit holes and at least 2-3 cochroaches a day. The walls were disgusting, unclean sheets, shower curtain... the noise outside was so loud because the doors had huge gaps in them. My first 4 mornings i woke up to construction at 5 am through the afternoon, which i requested an upstairs room due to ptsd and difficulties with stomping/noise above. I ended up contacting the company directly because of all the things going wrong and not being able to think to do school work.. i did request some compensation and was only given a partial apology with statements that i was given an upstairs that was available.they wouldnt compromise me using the meeting room for a couples a day in the am because of the construction.. the laundry room was disgusting and the machines didnt work (were not found when attempting to get a refund). They were changing out beds in some rooms and left the doors to the rooms open all day and night. There was a safety concern with this and found out sometime with the roof replacement, something was dropped and left a 3 ft wide hole in a room 2 doors down... this would have been dropped on my head had it been in my room.
The security was amazing and the other guests were pretty friendly, slightly rougher but friendly

when tried to ck in asked for a $100 deposit, offered cash would not accept, wanted a cc. had paid in full for my room the day before most hateful rude desk clerk. expedia told me they would refund me. email the next day told me to pound salt-liars. I waited almost an hour in the lobby to be checked in. When I got into my room, it was shabby. The bed spreads looked clean but there were black fingerprint smudges on the sheets. It looked like the room had not been cleaned. The toilet was full of toilet paper and poop that hadn't flushed down properly and was just left. If I wasn't exhausted, I would have complained and asked to be moved to another room!

It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had! The door had been broke due to someone breaking in. We had to put dressers against the door because we were afraid. My husband didn’t sleep at all. They had no extra clean towels, no blow dryer, or coffeemaker. The manager Paula Hudson was so rude and did not think the broken door was a problem. This hotel was absolutely horrible!

DO NOT GO! This property was disgusting, there were stains on the blankets and towels, holes in the cabinets, a lose nail on the floor, and mold in the bathroom. There was also police roaming the perimeter. We had paid for a non smoking room, but someone had clearly been smoking in the room, we tried three other rooms, but decided we would be better off sleeping in our car. The receptionist was very nice and understanding, but that was the only good thing.

Parking was convenient. However, the room was not clean. There was at least an inch of dirt caked on the outside corners of the bathtub. The toilet was not attached properly to the floor and lurched forward when sitting on it. Also, the toilet ran constantly after flushing and I had to take off the lid and lift the flap to get it to stop running. The walls were scratched and marked and the floor was dirty. The beds were fairly comfortable but the pillows were hard. Would not stay here again.

This place literally looked like a crack house. The paint was peeling off the walls, the cabinets fell off as soon as you touched them, there were mystery stains everywhere. We got the non-smoking room & my pillow smelled like cigarettes. This place looked NOTHING like the pictures.

I stayed in room 155 and I did not have a way to lock my door and my door was able to be opened from the outside without a key so we had to barricade the door with heavy objects and ended up being up all night cause we didn’t feel safe to fall asleep. When I had asked to change rooms the dude told me sorry there was no available rooms that I could change too. The next day a lady was working and she was very rude towards me and did not have good customer service and she just had a disgusting look on her face. I would never recommend this place to anyone never again will I stay there!

WORST HOTEL EVER

Room was in terrible condition, Hole and crack in bathroom door, dents and cracks in walls, loose bathroom faucet, old appliances, not enough towels, some of the parking was blocked off. Hopefully the room was in the process of renovating, but the staff could not answer that question.

Absolutely horrendous. Do not stay here. Smelled heavily of weed and cigarette smoke. You could hear every car passing by on the freeway. There were vagrants everywhere and vomit on the stairs. Not safe.

Very disappointing that I showed up before midnight and they would not check me into the room after I had already prepaid!!!!! I want a refund immediately. What hotel lobby isn’t open 24 hours. My flight didn’t get in until 10:30pm and I had to spend a hour looking for another hotel after they wouldn’t check me in. Refund please!!!!!

Do not stay here ever keep driving
I have never been so disappointed. The top of refrigerator had bread crumbs. The ceiling paint was peeling. The tub was rusted bad enough we chose not to shower . 1 set of towels reservations was for 2 people. No coffee in rooms. No dishes .not even plastic toget a drink if water. It was a kitchenette. Lots if sjady people we could here security guard talking all night to many of the inhabitants. My husband. Smokes and encountered several hookers who were working out of hotel . The most uncomfortable bed ever . The property really isnt cared for as u can see in the photos. Whatever you do dont stay here . We stayed because its next door to resteraunt we were dining at for my bday. Never again. We also got to here a lady calling her dog to get it to go in a room near us . She chatted with security guard for an hour in the middle of noght roght outside our room . Grafitti and gang tags on everything and there wasnt even a trash can in the room red roof end should be ashamed they allow their name here

Hotel is a disaster & front desk even worse!
At check-in was told the room's bathroom sink was broken/leak and was told this was the last room. Front desk agreed to cancel reservation through 3rd party and offered an additional discount. Room was uninhabitable with unknown wet substance on the floor, reeked of urine and smoke. Returned to front desk immediately to advise the condition was unacceptable. Ms. Fernanda then advised she could not cancel the reservation despite her previous claim and proceeded to charge for the 3 nights. We immediately rebooked a different hotel.
When confronted after the fact, she claimed that she could not alter the reservation as it was the 3rd party's contract. Hotels.com claims that its up to the discretion of the hotel. We are currently in dispute over the charges as the only room available was uninhabitable.

Not worth the money
This hotel was aweful the front desk lady wouldnt get off the phone while pretty much having an argument with her boyfriend, there was drug transactions going on on our way to our room,my wife was getting cat called and the room was absolutely horrendous with piss smell everywhere the bed was nasty no couch like the it had said stains all over the place as well as just hair found all over.

Legit Hotel
Great staff and very clean place… Breakfast was great and plenty of food to go around… The rooms were clean and filth-free. However the bathtub was not in the best condition and needs immediately attention. Overall fantastic place to stay for a few nights and great location.

The place is a disaster. It's more like a weekly then it is a hotel/motel. There's trash everywhere. They have abandoned buses and a truck trailer in the parking lot. The doors looked like they've been kicked in before. The second you walk into the room it smells old and dungy. I couldn't stay in the room for more than 30 seconds. The bed had blankets that were ripped up. Was not comfortable. We didn't even end up staying. We went somewhere else within 5 minutes of arriving. Do not recommend.

The room had roaches in it. I saw one within an hour of check-in and went to the front to inform them i would not be staying. The lady at the desk told that because booked though Expedia that one one of 2 nights stay world be refunded per policy. I stated unacceptable since i will not stay a single night in a roach infested hotel/motel. Now i have to reach out to management/corporate as well as Expedia to resolve this. Not happy at all.

Front desk person was very unaware and distracted. I don’t remember her name, but it was unsatisfactory at check in. I had to go back a few times because I noticed certain things (parking permit) that was not told to me and then had to wait for her because she was smoking.

Realistic
First impression of the staff wasn’t the best, after reading my reservation and seeing that the deposit was $50. Then speaking to the receptionist and it being $100( not a big issue). The inside of the room looked extremely better than the outside. There is a lot of homeless people around but they’re not constantly bothering you. Now to issues the bathroom floor was uneven. Like the floor felt like it was going to give at one point. Secondly I requested that housekeeping come and sweep and mop. After speaking to the receptionist and she said I’ll be put on the list. Nothing!! I even waited until I seen the housekeepers outside when they in my opinion pretended like they didn’t speak English. Which was extremely rude. I even went as far as pulling up the translate app on my phone so I could use the broom but they still brushed me off. My stay was for 14 nights and in those 14 days the only roaches I seen were in the shower which sucks but really says again that they need work in there. Overall if you have an better option use it but if this the last place, it wouldn’t kill you. Price is okay. But again I say shouldn’t be 1st choice more like last option

Drug addicts live in this hotel. Cars coming in and out all day and night long. Rooms have broken walls, broken doors, bugs all over. This hotel should not be listed in Expedia.

Worst ever
This was the worse stay ever. There was. Hole in the door to where everyone can see in. Window was cracked in 3 places with a hole ready to fall out. Was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Walls where yellow. Roaches everywhere. Mold every falling from ceiling. Workers rude and refused to help. They would not answer phone. Had a tv in there but no power cord or cable cord.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
I reserved my room two days before the trip, double beds for three people staying. When I got there, she said she didn't have double beds available only one bedrooms so i canceled it and looked somewhere else. The lady up front was snotty the whole time and didn't even apologize afterwards. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at a hotel and hope i never deal with this again

Worst experience ever.
Placed a paid for in advance reservation days in advance - showed up and they were out of rooms. Basically told me tough luck, no rooms, for me to contact who I placed my reservation with and ask them for a refund. It was Saturday, 10PM, ended up having to sleep in my rented car.
