The women who checked us in was rude. There is 1 entry/exit to the hotel. You can't use any other door so it's very inconvenient to stay there with animals.

Run down in unsafe area. I booked this at a good amount of money per night to be close to airport. I would not call this an airport hotel. Dirty. Smelled and rundown. Slept on top of covers. In morning had bites due to bed bugs. Now have to fly home with a bed bug issue. Disappointed this hotel was even a choice on your website.

We enjoyed our stay, although there was a lot of activity around the building it was safe, we had a floor room and the room above was making so much noise that I was woken in middle of the night, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Place was a trap house. Smelled like weed soon as you step in the lobby. Room had ants crawling everywhere. Sketchy people hanging in parking lot. People blasting music in rooms. Weird security guard in parking lot following us. I will most definitely never stay here ever again. Me and my wife slept with our clothes on shoes and all. It was that nasty. I’m not saying I’m bougie. I’ve stayed at some pretty run down places. But this spot takes the cake, I mean the WHOLE BAKERY!!!

Never again will I stay there!!!
You charged me $50 more a night than the going rate at extended stay America you also did not put that the place was next to a homeless shelter and that they were all over the place also it was non smoking and people were right outside the door smoking cigarettes and dope and the night desk clerk would join them smoking cigarettes in front of the signs that say no smoking within 100 ft of the doors. We paid for 3 weeks as you know and they sleazed the room once after 15 days the only people that work there worth much are the ladies that work the 7 am shift they clean up the front area or it would be nothing but trash. Not a place to have kids specially teens.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at EVER!!! Shower was rusted and mold was on the ceiling. The bed was dirty and the floors were FILTHY. The desk chair was so disgusting to even look at. It’s in the ugly part of Vegas and full of tweakers. How this hotel has 11.5/10 stars is beyond me. Unless someone who’s friends with employees did reviews this place is a literal DUMP. FAIR WARNING. DO NOT STAY HERE.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I think motels have much better facilities. Smelled so bad inside the room, walls dirty, a/c equipment old, noisy and bad odor. People letting their pets piss in front of the rooms which made everything worse. Staff was horrible. When we checked in this guy named Steven was really rude making us wait a long time. Minding his own business doing who knows what. The whole building smells Terrible, didn’t shower because the bathroom was so dirty. The beds had so much dust that you could see the particulates floating around. Smoke detectors were disconnected. Kitchen and fridge old and smelly. Carpet on the floor was nasty hair everywhere. Amazed by how this building is still in business. Should be closed down for good. -10 stars.

Staff was really nice and helpful but the property was dirty and elevator was down. Saw a lot of bums hanging out in the parking lot. Pictures show it nice and clean but it’s an urban area. Looked like crimes were taking place in surrounding areas.

This place isnt bad. The cooperated when i asked for another room because the first room was dirty and it stink. The elevators did not work... the staff were smoking outside the doors while it says no smoking so others would smoke too. Over all if you want to save money then its okay but i wouldnt recommend here specially if you have kids.

To be clear, Jada and Steven were very helpful, friendly, pleasant, and professional.
But the place was a dive. The hard wired smoke detector was missing off the wall, window frames were chipped and pealing, microwave looked like someone cooked a cockroach too long, there was tape hanging from the ceiling, a stain on the very thin blanket, and the hide-a-bed was only slightly better than lying on gravel. Not to mention the drug users in the parking lot next door, and I was racially harassed by a “guest”.

It did not look like what was advertised AT ALL. And i didn't feel safe having my kids in that area of town. There were grown men spinning circles in their car next to the parking lot yelling "i cant wait to "cause problems" tonight lets do a drive by" the only good thing i can say it the man at the desk Mr. Ford was very kind, and understanding.

The room i had smelled like smoke really bad. Both stairwells had large piles of trash at the bottom and smelled awful. On the day of my check out I had housekeeping knock on my door twice 2 hours before check out time.

ABSOLUTELY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER IN LAS VEGAS! We arrived for our anniversary weekend from LA and they had NO ROOMS! EVEN THOUGH EXPEDIA and AMERICA SUITES CONFiRMED OUR SUITE 3X. WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA NOR STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN! Vegas was fully booked and we drove all the way home after our great dinner and concert. This place had poop in the parking lot, dirty bathroom, and staff were untrained. and rude.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN. The worst place I have ever stayed. I came all the way from Canada and all I could smell was garbage in the entire hotel. Garbage bags were pulled up in the hallway and stairways. We also got stuck in the elevator and had to use the emergency phone for help getting it reset, and then we had to take the rest of our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd.

Not too bad.
It was okay. The hallways without carpet were really dirty as was the stairs. Kinda imagin what the carpets were really like, wouldn't recommend going without shoes anywhere in the place. Would be nice if the no smoking within100 ft of the entrance would be nice. The staff and guest were all very friendly so overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Very dissapointing
A lot of people in front of the gate smoking. They charged us in the hotel eventhough we already paid at hotel.com. Our original room A/C was not working and only one was working. We need to move to other room. What a hassle and very dissapointing. We spent a lot of hours just to fix this situations. Not recommended.

The room did have a good bed and full size fridge but nothing else comes to mind. It looked worn out, dirty and lacked amenities such as coffee maker or any dishes. Area had homeless people around and noisy area. They even checked us in to a room that already had occupants. To use the luggage carrier, the lady kept my ID until it was returned. Seemed full of people with dogs. Not recommended

Way below acceptable. Every portion of the hotel had a different repugnant smell… halls, elevator, stairwell the smell in the room would knock you over. No soap in bathroom, toilet, carpet was dirty including stains on the sheets. Expedia should remove this property from their portfolio. Three night booking and only stayed one miserable night.

Got allocated a room, we walked in and it was a MESS! It was not cleaned for sure but the toilet water was all the way till the bed, trash thrown all over the bed. It was horrible.
We were immediately told to change the room but that room too was not too different.
No room service.
Unclean towels.
No soap, shampoo.
Requested for extra blanket, never got it.
I had to cut short my visit and checked out early.
Please avoid even if you get to stay here for free.

Your paid reservation is NOT safe in any way or form. Came to visit family and when I arrived to check in am told they are sold out! Still confused I give them my reservation number. They did not call, email, or notify me that my paid reservation was cancelled. I was left to find another hotel at 6pm on a Saturday night. It’s truly a ridiculous business and an inconvenience. Don’t waste your time here

This place had some issues with the keys and had to keep going back and forth from our room to the front office, where our room was towards the end of the hallway on the second floor. Was decently clean, but a lot of the appliances were broken.

Had a reservation there and after a long day to driving was told they didn’t assign me a room and is sold out. Left me without accommodations at 11pm with nothing to say but we oversold, sorry. Lucky it’s Vegas and there are other options just expensive as a last minute thing. The surrounding area around this place is also sketchy with a lot of homeless around. Would not recommend or ever book there again.

I had a really bad experience that I never had before, I book a two beds room, the day I checked in the receptionist said she doesn’t have two double beds, she so rude, she tells me if I don’t want the one bad room I can go look for other places, I also saw she hug up the phone for others customers.

Once I arrived to this hotel to the moment I left, the entire staff was rude and answered my questions in a hostile way. There was no hospitality they didn’t care to make my stay enjoyable I had to bring all my towels downstairs to get new towels and also bring my trash downstairs and take my own trash out and when I asked an employee she said “I don’t know where the trash can is” and pretended to help and walked away while we searched the property and put it in the “bar code restaurant”trash next door. There is no free breakfast like stated on the amenities on the website and this is one reason I chose this hotel was for that being offered, the only thing they offer was free coffee, hot chocolate, tea and muffins that they hide behind the front desk and when asking to get one they have an attitude or hide away on the phone. Please take that off the website so we don’t expect a meal before the hotel guests start their day. I heard other guests walk fo the lobby and ask and they said “breakfast is across the street”. The customer service was so bad here I will not return and look elsewhere next time I’m in town. I’m surprised this place is still open.

When I arrived a woman was standing outside, apparently she was running the desk. As stood at the desk waiting patently to check into my room at 9pm, that I reserved around 10am. The woman tills me to wait longer because she was hanging a sign that said “Please use other for”. This simple task took her an additional 10 mins to write and hang. Then she stood in front of me texting on her phone. I still waited patiently while my family wait for me in my car.
The woman finally finish then started talking to another couple that came in after me. As she was answering the woman’s questions she walked away from her mid sentence with a mask on, walked around the corner behind the desk and then back out to the customer. Very rude then the associate has the audacity to get mad at the other customer when she told her, she didn’t hear a word, she said, because she walked away from her the associate, then proceeded to repeat what she had said, and again walked away from the woman to walk around the corner and behind the desk and back out to the customer again. The customer then said I can’t understand what she’s saying. I will come and get my key fixed tomorrow and went up to her room..
The associate finally hung up the sign on the door, came back to the desk and asked her if she could help me.
I kindly gave her my name and told her I was checking in. The woman told me that they did not have my room available that they had given it away. Leaving my family stranded. Not ok!!!

Not a good hotel for families.
You can only access the rooms through the front entrance (no back or side door) with the card key that most of the time don’t work. I had to ask the front desk to reactive both keys and after 11pm there is no one to help you if your key doesn’t work so you’ll be locked out. The rooms are ok but during the night there is bugs crawling the walls and on the hallways. There is no breakfast!!! Only coffee and oatmeal available. $25+ per night for pets added to your bill.

Got it last minute for EDC turned out to be pretty good. Full kitchen, living room, and bedroom, and close to all kinds of stores. The staff do their job great, and are friendly and helpful and Very professional.

Nothing. The night staff was upset I woke her up at 12am in Las Vegas. She could not findt reservation in the system and showed me on the screen that she did not have my reservation listed. She informed me if I made a reservation it would be considered an early check in and it wasn't worth the extra fee. I had a van full of kids so I was willing to pay as Expedia and VRBO had messed up my original reservations and I needed a place bad. After the woman's attitude and not really wanting to help me, I decided it was best to leave. Never again with Expedia, VRBO, or this hotel

One of my worst experiences at a hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was rude, unfriendly, not helpful, or all of the above. First impression at check in set the tone. Couldn't explain policies and charges, only learned about the amenities by listening to the person getting checked in next to me. Bathroom sink was clogged as soon as we walked in. Was told we'd have to wait until the next day. Nobody onsite to fix. No concern from the staff member. Didn't have enough towels to accomodate the people in the room, and then was questioned when I asked for more. Mutiple other interactions with staff, none pleasant and too many to list here. The bathroom was not clean and behind the door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Items from previous guest still in the room. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

Disgusting waste of money
Upon entry of the room we noticed that the furniture was shredded, the room was dirty and the ceiling was splattered with grease, additionally the room, as well as the hallways and elevator, stunk of marijuana and as if there were cats locked in.
Additionally, as we entered the bathroom there was a hole that was at least 24” across under the vinyl flooring. This hole was so large that a small child could fit through. When this area, directly in front of the bath tub, was stepped on it would collapse under your step. This was a safety issue as well as an issue of cleanliness.
There was a letter on the table to the “guest” that informed us that the hotel would not be cleaning the room at all during our five-day stay and we were responsible for taking out our own trash. In addition, upon return to the room mid-way through our stay, we stopped at the front desk and asked for clean towels, and were advised that we would only be allowed clean towels if we brought the towels currently in the room to the front desk, and exchanged them for clean towels.
Needless to say, I was very unhappy with this stay. When I realized the state of the room, I asked the front desk if there was a cleaner or nicer room and we were met with rudeness and flatly told there was nothing else available.

The hotel couldn't find my reservation so we had to sleep.in the car because of the holiday there were no available rooms at no local hotels. A very horrible experience after driving 10 hours just wantef to rest bit was unable to do that

I travel for business 15-20 nights a month and have to say this is one of the worst stays I’ve had. I have never written a bad review but this place warrants it. The smell in the room was absolutely unbearable. I was náuseas the entire time and the smell permeated my clothes and belongings. The bed was worn on one side so it slanted severely. The springs creaked when you moved. There were disgusting stains on the sofa and chairs. Undesirables hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. Constant honking and loud people in front and around the property. The staff was untrained and clearly needs it in the areas of professionalism and etiquette. The plan was to sleep in a couple hours on my last day after a long week in the area but I couldn’t stand being there another minute. Got up early and got the heck out of there.

This place has dirty carpets, glass doors, the room has a kitchen and there are no utensils or a spoon, it does not have a coffee maker, I think that because of the place where it is located, homeless people enter, in the corridors to the room there is a bad smell

Disgusting!
We checked into our room and it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. The beds were unmade and there was trash everywhere. It also had a very awful smell. When we went to our “new clean room” the room had awful stains all over the carpet and had throw up on the curtain in the room.

We liked that there was a sofa bed in the room, but the mattress in the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The toilet leaked when flushed and there was half a roll of toilet paper in the room for a family of 6. The lady working the counter on Friday morning seemed extremely angry and short with the customers. I will not stay here again

This hotel is in a sketchy part of town. The grab and go breakfast was the most pathetic we’ve seen. Beds were super uncomfortable. Only 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa-bed when our reservation was for 6. But more than anything, it wasn’t clean. The carpet is gross, there was hair and debris all over the bathroom, mildew all around the top of the bathroom, and the whole room stunk so bad. The front desk staff lets you stand at the desk for a long time before being bothered to come out and help.

nights there was a bugs on the sheet and bedspread. I requested a new clean linens . The person on the front desk said that there's no clean linens. I didn't tell that person that their was a bugs on linens on the bed. I think it might be bed bugs. I killed two of them.

We tried to check in at 3:20pm…was told our room was still being cleaned and it would take anywhere from 30mins to and hour for it to be ready because they were sold out and they were busy. Over an hour later at 4:50pm our room was still not ready and when we asked how much longer we were told “I don’t know” and that they’d let us know. I told the staff that wasn’t good enough and was looked at with disgust by the gentleman behind the counter. I asked the young lady to figure out how much longer it would be and when she called her coworker they all of a sudden decided they could move us to a “bigger” room. I asked if it would sleep the same as we had a total of three adults and three kids in total she said yes. She said the room came with a king bed and a pull out couch. When we got upstairs there was a king bed but only two small couches and neither was a pull out couch. The staff said they couldn’t do anything else to help us. Such a mess!
