The pillows were so uncomfortable but what was more concerned was the mold in the bathroom. It wasn’t a little spot. It was a huge mold area.

On the website it stated a pet is $75 per stay when checking in i was told since i am staying 4 days instead of 3 day the dog would be $125 instead of $75. I was later charged a extra $100 in fees on top of the extra $50 for the dog. The trip was for Thanksgiving .I just didn't like the extra $150 in fees and i donot plan on staying at the hotel in the future. Great hotel but read the fine print on the fees by the time i check out i ended up pay a total $225 in fees. $75 extra for the dog was what i was expecting not a extra $150 on top of that.

It was conveniently located to I93 and I495 and in quiet location...Fan controls and climate controls not working properly and bathroom paper products not fully stocked and in-room channel guides to TV not accurate.

The desk staff Ana T. Was very helpful and welcoming! We had a great stay. It was clean, safe, very nice! Kitchen had dishes, pots, glasses and even dishwasher soap. Breakfast was wonderful! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The front desk lady “rouisa” was terrible. Yelled at our kids in the lobby because she was on the phone for 13 minutes with a line of people waiting to check in and then when our kids started to run around from Boredom, she continued to tell us to “keep our kids in line or I will not check you in”
After 10 minutes of attitude during our check in experience. We then proceeded to our room where the bathroom door handle broke and locked. So we could not get the bathroom door open. Tried to call the front desk for help and she refused to answer the phone 17 times from my room and another 5 times from our joining friend room.
The lady had a disgusting attitude and killed the happiness of the start of our mini vacation getaway.
HOWEVER that being said. The lady who runs breakfast every morning was amazing, wonderful, helpful and very sweet. That nice lady should be running the entire building !!!!
Traveling with 5 kids is a lot in its self. And customer service people are suppose to ease up on the stress. Being in the industry I know this and am disgusted by the first 24 hours on property!

Checking in was a painful process which took over an hour to sort out. We were told that the room that I reserved and paid for wasn’t available for my daughter. They couldn’t figure out how to cancel the room type that I reserved so that she could be downgraded. The manager came in to assist the new clerk and after my other daughter decided to rent a separate room, the room I reserved and was told not available was suddenly available. Needless to say, we had to cancel to additional room and wait another 20 mins, to get the original room. By far the most stressful check in that I have ever experienced and I take mini trips all the time. I wasn’t rude to the clerk, but that ruined and otherwise amazing day. I took my kids and grandkids to Canobie Lake Park for the day and everyone enjoyed themselves. We were hot and tired, so the delay was not a welcomed experience. The manager stated that the clerk shouldn’t have been left alone, but she was back at checkout and seem to have the same struggles. The support for her was lacking and the guests suffered as a result of that. The one positive is that I like the structure of the double king suites. The kitchen and living room area was homey and I would definitely look for Homewood Suites again.

I’ve stayed in this property several times over the years, and for some reason the past two times have not been great. I booked my stay through Expedia, I specifically requested a Suite, paid extra and when I got there, they didn’t even had my name, they downgraded my room to a studio when I booked a Suite, it was next to the elevator, really loud, the bathroom was not clean, not stocked and it smelled moldy. I had been traveling for over 10 hours and all I wanted was a bed, so I didn’t complain at the time, and was going to let it go, but they also charged me $25 extra in case I used anything , which I’ve never been charged before, I didn’t see them charging anyone else and it’s now been two weeks and the money is not back in my account. Ambar was ok, she was trying to help me get to a room but they need a better system to accommodate their guests.

Good hotel for business trip
Lady checking me in didn't seem to happy. Wasn't rude but didn't seem to care.
Hotel is in an odd location and not much around it.
Room was fairly clean but a few of the towels were not clean or stained.
Breakfast was not good at all and I stayed three nights.

I stayed the night before my wedding. I intended to stay 2 nights but I apparently hadn’t pre paid so I couldn’t afford the 2nd night. My bridesmaids and I were going to get ready in the room but now couldn’t so they let us use their meeting room which was so nice of them

We just stayed here for memorial day weekend, I found it very nice, clean, the staff superb! The lady at breakfast on Monday was sooo nice! Everyone was very friendly! We love it here. The location is good, you just need a car to move around.

Check in was at 4 pm. when we arrived at 3:50 pm no one was at the desk, when the person did arrive 15 minutes later we were told that our room was not ready, but they would give us a call when it was. The hotel texted us at 5:05 pm to let us know the room was ready for check in.

Comfortable Hotel
The hotel was nice. The front desk person was very friendly and informative. We only stayed for one night. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning had a good spread. Only complain is that someone in the room across from us was cooking and you could smell the food in the hall way. i guess you cant control that.

Check un was fast and easy. The room was very nice and clean. I wish there was an overhang by the door as we arrived when it was raining and there was no cover to unload our things under so evrything got wet.

Room was OK but lacked some amenities - no hair dryer, no suitcase stand. Breakfast was very disappointing. The hot food was cold and the danish was inedible. Location was good for us.

Will Not Be Returning
We had stayed here in the past and although we felt the cleaning could
have been done better, we understood that they were understaffed and decided to try them again. When we went to check in we were told that there was a balance to be paid and that our card had been declined. I tried explaining that our room was already paid for and showed the receipt from hotels.com and told her the last four digits on file that she was stating, was not my card. She was very rude during the entire process. Did not want to hear what I had to say. After about an hour and her being rude to us and customer service at hotels.com, she realized she checked the wrong people in under our name. Mind you, the first thing she did when we got there was check my ID, obviously not very well. The GM apologized for the whole situation, but we will not be going back. There were wrappers and candy found on the floor in the room, coffee grinds and crumbs in the kitchen. On our second night there we started finding little ants everywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

The place is fine for a stop along the highway in which you don’t expect much. Mold in the bathroom and peeling paint. Dirty dishes left In the dishwasher. Bed was clean and comfortable. The setup worked well for being there with small children (five year olds with one parent in the bed; infant in a pack and play with the other parent on the pullout in the main room - nice to be able to close the doors to separate the two small spaces) Adequate in general, just hard to spend over $200 for it for the night when it is so mediocre.

Although originally, the front desk person check me in and was able to help me with some mistakes done with my booked room, after checking out my card was charged again. And now I am stuck with two charges amounting over $800 and no one on site is able to refund me or give me a time frame for when the money will be back on my account, because "the manager only works overnight". So, if you guys could please figure it out, it’ll be great. The entire relaxing weekend went down the drain because of this. One last thing, I am always booking this place because it’s convenient for me but every time there’s a problem. So let this be a lesson for me.

The rooms had a very funky smell there were no linens for the pull out couch and when I called I was told they would try to reach housekeeping and never heard back, our bed linens were old and Pilly and our "blanket" they put on the bed was a mattress cover ... hotel definitely needs a refresh! The good in this was the woman who ran the coffee and breakfast was super accommodating and kept that area spotless!

First and most importantly, I would like to give Praise to Sima in the breakfast dining room. Sima spoke to each guest individually and pampered us in the most loving and caring fashion. This is the reason I went from a 3 to a 4. The bad news is that it was clear no one had actually changed the bedding. The odor from the sheets and blankets was so bad, we took them off completely. Someone had spilled a bottle of perfume or the like, and it was very overwhelming. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and we found an earring in the dirty tub.

It has a shining type vibe to it. The rooms are ok, but a bit shoddy. The shower in my room was leaky and the room quite dirty when I arrived (the dishes not washed). The front staff are very nice and accommodating, but the hotel sits in an industrial park seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Look elsewhere.

Hotel Checked Me Out Before the Reservation Ended
The hotel offered a minimal hot breakfast during the week and no breakfast on the weekends. They did not offer their traditional evening refreshments,
They checked me out of the hotel before the end of my reservation and could not fix the problem. Hotels.com gave me a refund for the extra night. I then made a reservation for one more night. The hotel charged me a higher rate. I was too tired at this point to fight! This mistake cost me 2 hr. on the phone and complaining at the desk.
The staff at the hotel did not have the authority to fix the problem. They had to call a helpline. I do not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at Homewood Suites in different locations before. I can clearly say that this was the worst by far! The place itself is really dirty! They checked us in and gave a room to us but the room was smelling terrible and there was animal dirt around. Flies were all around! They changed our room after I complained but the second one they gave us was just okay! Very disappointing!

The property overall was very nice. They had a decent breakfast option considering all the limitations with COVID. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. I did find hair in the tub and on the toilet and the sink was not very clean. The AC was not working in our room and so our room did not smell great upon entering.

Smokey room/covered smoke detector
The room reeked of smoke as soon as we walked in. The smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag and a hair tie from the previous occupant. Not a single tissue in the room and toilet paper was low. When I took the towel off the rack it fell off the wall. Breakfast “buffet” consisted of pre package food and cold cereal. I feel bad for the manager as she was new and had just started a few days prior. It will be tough to right this ship.

The bed was so comfortable, one of the best sleeps I have ever had in a hotel. I normal don’t sleep well in hotels. Could have used more than 2 pillows. As we each only had 1 pillow. The exhaust fan in bathroom was terrible did not do a thing even for a warm shower. Completely foggy in the bathroom. Also the industrial park that it was in was a little odd. Front counter staff could have been more helpful they didn’t even tell where my room was, what the number was or how to get to it. I think the size of the room and bed is the only thing that saved this review. Also the price was very fair, especially because the comped was 2 to 3 times higher

Rooms were beautiful and well kept. Reserved a room with a roll in shower but none were available when we arrived. They put us in one the next day. Handicap accessible ramp was unsafe. Big chunks of concrete were missing in the only path the wheelchair could follow. Lost power for several hours one day-staff had no idea we had to tell them. Laundry room had water all over the floor

I’m not usually the one to write not great reviews about a place, specially during these times, but this is my second time staying here and I feel like I just couldn’t let it go. Front wis very condescending and fake nice. Last time I nicely asked for towels and an extra comforter, and after they reassured they’ll bring it up, it never came. This time same thing with towels and my room was missing the coffee maker, it never came. The sheets were stained, yellow and the room had a weird smell. I feel very sad because I need to stay here again many more times, it’s conveniently located for the things I need to go handle in town, but I’m not staying there for free, and that’s how the staff makes you feel. Please train your staff better.

OK but could improve.
Hotel was clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Toilet seat broke but was replaced. Shower was not set well and squeaked and was also very small. Guests were allowed to party outside well past 11:30 pm disrupting sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a very bare bones property. The room included a kitchen, but no dishwasher detergent, no dish rag, one set of silverware. There was one wash cloth in the bathroom & no room cleaning unless requested. The "breakfast" was all pre packaged items (partially frozen). On a more positive note, the bed was comfortable. We don't plan to stay there again.

Exceeded expectations!
The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The suite included a kitchen with full size fridge, electric stove, full sized microwave, and sink. Exceeded my expectations! Staff was friendly and accommodating.
