SUPER CLEAN!
I am an International Event Manager/Travel Director. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been in. The only thing I wish they’d do is offer water at the front desk for IHG members. The thermostat wouldn’t cooperate either and it was quite warm in my room.

Clean and quiet.
Clean and quiet. Good location. Staff at desk and breakfast were friendly. Breakfast ready at 6am. Furnace wasn't sending warm air upon my arrival but staff came quickly to fix it and were willing to move me if he couldn't.

Clean rooms. Free breakfast wasn't as great as they used to be for Holiday Inn since everything is pre-packaged. Staff greeting us wasn't the most friendly when arriving but the person there checking out was. Lot of parking. Very close to downtown Naperville.

NOTHING TO WRITE HOME TO MOM
Was not impressed - aging hotel with pealing wallpaper in the elevator. Elevator was kinda "scary", staff was nice enough, but I won't be running back there at no stretch of the imagination.

Beware! We were put in a room with visibly dirty floor and broken door lock. We were transferred to another room and that room was also had dirty floor and sheets looked like they were not changed. They gave us another room and there was a BIG YELLow STAIN on the bedsheet annd what seemed like a shoe mark on the blanket and we found an insect cockroach body on the floor! By this time we were so tired and just wanted to sleep. We were told by person by the lobby that floor dirt was paint from door. Yup they are trying to make an excuse. Floor was sticky dirty. Will never stay here.

We needed to use the pull out couch and discovered that there were no extra sheets, pillows, or blankets. We called the front desk and were informed that we need to go to the front desk to pick up these items ourselves. We checked in with three people and were provided with three card keys so it just makes sense to me that all three of us would not sleep in one bed so why wouldn’t we be offered bedding if it was not automatically provided in the room. Then we ordered room service but received no forks. And the bathtub was not very clean. There was mildew in the tub.

Felt nice, clean and safe. Breakfast was great. Our room was a little dated and had some quirks like a missing doorknob to the adjoining room, which doesn't make or break anything, just felt odd! Overall I would stay here again. Beds had both soft and firm pillow options which were labeled which we thought were cool. Sheets were super soft too!

There was a situation a reception where we had to wait awhile to check in after being out all morning but we got upgraded to king suite because of the wait and had an amazing night of sleep

The hotel was nice and room clean. Our A/C wasn’t working, which we really didn’t realize til we woke up in the morning. We turned it down at night and fell asleep, only to wake up realizing it wasn’t cooling down and it was very muggy and warm in the room. We let the front desk know in the morning, but by then it didn’t really matter since we were checking out.

The holiday inn express Naperville has been newly renovated wih a clean fresh look. We enjoyed the breakfast/meeting area and especially the inviting outdoor court yard areathat we thought is quite unique. Above and beyond friendly staff made for fond memories

Cute hotel and nice staff
This was a mini "staycation" during spring break for my two kids and I. We are local, so it was nice to be able to stay close and still enjoy the things that the Naperville/Warrenville area has to offer.
It was our first time at this very clean, up-to-date establishment. So I was happy with the service provided. From the front desk attendants to the housekeeping team, they were all friendly. The hotel room was clean, roomy enough for a family of four, and had all the necessary amenities one needs. Our main reasons for choosing this hotel were the indoor pool, the free
buffet style breakfast offered, and the proximity to local restaurants and entertainment venues. Overall we were pleased and do look forward staying here in the future.

It was COLD! Hallways were freezing, bathroom was almost unbearably cold due to what felt like air coming in from the roof. Pool room was cold and water was not warm, kids went swimming once and no desire to go again with how cold it was to be in there. Elevator was broken by our room (4th floor), had to use the stairs or go to opposite end of hotel to use.

130am Fire Alarm goes off, no apologies given. Pool outdated, patio area looks nice from a far, cigarette butts all over. Bathroom light/vent didnt work. Minimal lighting in the whole room.

Terrible, dirty place - do not stay here!
The entire hotel was really dirty. The hallway carpets had visible trash on every floor. We saw the guy using the sweeper and it just further scattered the dirt and bits of trash it didn’t pick up and he didn’t care. The room had stains everywhere - the window shade, chairs, carpet, even a blood stain on the sheets! Chair fabric was torn. Mold and ripped wallpaper in the bathroom. Toilet ran non-stop. Hair dryer missing. We paid for a suite (more expensive) and it was a very bad experience. Told everyone we knew how bad it was. Very surprised since we’ve had good experiences with Holiday Inn Express hotels elsewhere.

Not worth the cost
Check in was super easy. There were bo towles by the pool so we used our own. When we called asking for new towels, they made us go get them ourselves. There was a party on the main floow about 100ft from where we stayed. They had the doors open and music extremely loud and we could hear it until very late. By loud I mean it shook the walls loud. The water pressure is non existing. Worst I have ever seen for a shower. The room had cracks in the ceiling and walls. The towel.rod was falling out of the wall. Breakfast was good though. No low places to sit more than 2 people at which is hard with toddlers.

Not a 3 Star hotel. Room size great. Parking was no problem. Friendly courteous staff.
Lotion in room used. Breakfast: OJ funky after taste and water in machine empty. No ine around to inform. No better than 2 star Hampton Inn. Hampton provides 2 water bottles when checking in too.

Checking in was easy, got a great room - it looks like they are updating the hotel but some things were incomplete. The bathroom floor was dirty, the sprinkler system in the ceiling had a large hole around it and a smoke alarm was replaced but the old one was still there without the cover. The breakfast was just what we like, excellent coffee.

Dirty and out of everything
The room was dirty: walls, floors, baseboards. Ran out of Kleenex almost toilet paper and no extra was in the room and not conditioner. I was very disappointed! One of these things is understandable but all these things was not acceptable.

Great room
My stay was awesome. The room was very comfy. The one little thing that bothered me was the temperature. I like it to be about 67 degrees to sleep comfortably so I turned on what I thought was the thermostat. I set it to 67 and cool. I went to sleep and about an hour later I was drenched in sweat and the blower was kicking out hot air. I messed with it for a bit but I ended up turning the darn thing off. It didn't seem to be working properly. Other than that which I didn't think was a big deal it was an awesome room. Thank you.
