Close to “The Groves” — shopping, restaurants etc. Close to I-75 too, but not too close as to be noisy.

Staff discussing a personal altercation of a family member at front desk. Very unprofessional. Later on they where i lobby area with a lady crying. Not a good look for place of business. Also 2 front desk clerks laughing and cutting up not professional. When i needed ice all 3 machines broken and when i asked at front desk if they had other ice machine somewhere she said no. When she was asked if complaining to someone in management she also replied no. There where ants in room. The room had not been cleaned well at all. There was garbage in the night stands. $127. A NIGHT room was worth $80 at best. Only good thing i can say housekeeping was nice and pleasant. The guy who did breakfast was very friendly and nice.

There was a man laying in the first floor hall with a phone connection to the room, talking on the phone for well over an hour. It was near the laundry room which I attempted several times to use. When I alerted the desk clerk, she said he was a guest. The situation made me feel unsafe

Comfortable stay
This was our second stay at this hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. The location is a very good one, near many stores and restaurants. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The worker who supervised the breakfast was very pleasant and attentive. He kept the breakfast area clean and kept up the supplies. We also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies and coffee kept in the lobby area, for guests.

The property is dated but with that said … it was relatively clean and reasonably priced . Close to lots of shopping , restaurants etc . Close to 75 . Appreciated the breakfast which started at 6:30 and coffee which was available 24/7.
Relatively quiet and safe . Breakfast person was very friendly and helpful .

Overall the place is nice and the room was pretty clean. Didnt smell funky or muggy. Bathroom was very clean but needs some upgrading as vanity and shower had sone rust. Only professional staff was the one attending breakfast room. He was very friendly and attentive not like the fron desk staff were so dry and didnt give the warm welcoming the front desk should give. Lastly breakfast was no good. There were ants all over the food set up area and where the food sat!!!

When I first walked in the room it had a nasty musty smell. I went to desk and they sent someone down to spray the whole area. It helped somewhat. In my room the shower curtain was about 6 inches too short and water got all over the floor. There was also a large crack near the bottom that looked like someone kicked it in. Would I stay here again? Only if I had no where else to go.

Awesome choice
Very friendly and convenient. Close to everything you could need. Nice walking deck very close, great area. Convenient office space. Great breakfast with an attendant on hand at all times making sure everything is stocked and fresh. Very pleased!

Hazard sign hazardous
Nice little motel with a convenient location by I-75 and 54. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The mattress was too a bit too soft for us on the king bed. In the lobby by the check-in counter, they keep a yellow floor sign that my partner tripped over carrying water and other items as we entered. They mopped up the spilled water but kept the sign on the floor for the duration of our two day stay. Not sure why.

I had little to no staff contact other than check-in, I stayed for five nights and only had wifi access for the last two nights. My room was infested with ants, and the housekeeping only cleaned my room twice during my stay.

The entire room was damp and all bedding as well as surfaces felt wet. When inquiring at front desk about changing rooms, was told they are all that way.
All metal fixtures in the room including the refrigerator were rusted due to the wet conditions. Unhealthy and unsanitary. Will not return to this location.

The property had a run down appearance, the fixtures in the room were rusted, the towels old & worn. The hinges on the door into the room were loose, which made the door stick in the jamb. The smoke alarm in the first room I was given wouldn’t stop chirping, even after replacement of the battery, and while the front desk person was very attentive and entertaining, that only goes so far. It’s obvious that management doesn’t want to spend much on updates or maintenance & it really shows in the overall appearance of the facility.

This hotel got knocked down two stars for one reason. The juice machine was dispensing hot juice. Management was aware of the problem and is having a replacement next week. But out of food safety rules, it should have been taken out of service. having a carafe of juice on ice would have been much safer.

Honestly.. the carpet wasn’t very clean.. I just had to walk in slippers..the ice machine on my floor was out of order..the refrigerator was unstable and difficult to open..the lamps were so tarnished with rust I was a afraid to turn them on.. they were very disgusting at the way they looked…

Do not stay in this hotel not worse a penny
The hotel room wasn’t clean at all also the second day power when off at night . Try to talked to the manager to get a refund for that day they weren’t cooperating at all so I left because I have two kids and I was in a hotel with no power at all .

My room smelled like mildew as soon as I walked in. The sheets on the bed were damp and also smelled bad. I had to change the sheets and clean the room before I could sit down. I ended up sleeping in my clothes.
Because I needed a handicap room, there were no others available.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. This hotel appeared to be in need of updating - beds were uncomfortable, door to the room rubbed on the floor, the A/C front looked like it was ready to fall off. Carpet in the room was torn and there were patch marks on the ceiling.
For one night it was ok - but for any longer would not have been comfortable.

Exceeded my expectations. We didn’t spend much time there besides sleeping and breakfast meals. Nevertheless, my family and I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend. Clean, quiet environment not to mention polite staff. Will stay he again if need be and recommend you do as well. Til we met again BW Wesley Chapel!!

First room smelt like smoke so we asked to move room. Desk attendant was not the friendliest about it. Second room smelt like body odor. Stayed anyway and the place was gross. Floors dirty, wall stains, lamp stains, fridge didn’t work, towels had stains, tile looked dirty. Ice machine was broken. The entire place was gross. Would never ever go back or recommend.

The room was more than disappointing,
1. Ants running around on the desk, and around the window
2. Only two towels and the were damp. Usually you get three
3. The rug was dirty and had chunk of the carpet missing
4. The little shampoo bottle they give you was opened and almost empty, I bring my own but still,

I booked this property a couple weeks before because of price, convenience and availability during holidays. The hotel staff is awesome. The hotel itself is basic. My only personal gripe is they didn’t have any OJ or cranberry juices all week (I was there 5 days) not sure why it’s so hard to keep stocked. The hotel itself was fine other than a musty smell. It happened every time the AC went on so I assume the system has stale water in it somewhere. It wasn’t annoying enough to be a huge concern and I didn’t ask to switch rooms as I assumed it was a system issue and not the particular room.
I would stay here again if needed.
