Bed and linens were very good. Bathroom had only a light that included a fan that was annoying. Lighting in the room was too dark need more light options. Breakfast was good. Could not get a paper copy of the bill - they said because it was booked with Expedia. Stay was overpriced compared to other lodging nearby.

Horrible and disgusting
This is the most disgusting hotel that I’ve ever been in. It smells horrible the bathroom was dirty. And in poor condition. I ended up leaving and going to an other hotel. Nasty place.

Just not good
Computer problems to check ppl in but she was very nice. Got to our room and a lady was painting our room. It was just touch ups so fine but smelled like paint. We all have hives and spent the night itching. The bed looked clean but who knows we washing everything once we got home. Most uncomfortable bed and pillows by far. Regret booking this.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay. When we arrived, it looked decent from outside. The outside and lobby look and smell clean. The staff was pretty friendly. But when I got to my room I was a little disappointed because before I booked, I did read the reviews and they weren’t bad. The room smelled old and moldy. The bathroom wall clearly had mold too. Since we were only staying one night and I had brought a pillow and some blankets for the road trip, we slept on that. Definitely will not be staying here anymore.

We came into the lobby at about 2:45 having been told earlier no check-in until 3. Several others were there as well as a police officer talking to the clerk. The clerk had issues finding our reservation, but eventually gave us a key to a 5th floor room. We saw another policeman holding his rifle when we stepped into the hall as his team arrested the occupant of a nearby room. Our room was not a studio as we had requested but decided not to hassle the poor clerk. We unpacked and set up our items and dressed to go out to an anniversary dinner. We returned and had started to eat some dessert when we were called by the desk to ask us to move to the correct room on the 2nd floor. The clerk implied we were at fault for the mix-up! My wife was so distraught she had a panic attack while we packed up and moved rooms with no sincere apology or help from the staff. The next morning, we went down to breakfast and two of the hotline bins were empty. When I asked about getting some eggs and sausage, the attendant was upset that I had interrupted her conversation with the desk clerk. The staff was not helpful or courteous for the remainder of our three-night stay. Very dissatisfied, we will NOT stay in that hotel again.

Spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with my children. It was great having breakfast and so many options to choose from convenient laundry service right there if needed it little ones things happen super comfort family fun loved it.

This hotel is located in a convenient area near downtown Travares and Mount Dora. The breakfast was delicious and love the variety. The only suggestion for breakfast is to make the decaf coffee stronger.
The room was comfortable and cozy. The whole hotel was clean and safe. Parking was located near the entrance. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Room was not as clean as an 8 star rating would be expected. Found a lot of hair in beds and in bathroom, as well as the bed skirt had some stain markings on it. The air conditioning unit had a strong mildew smell that was unpleasant. Maybe other rooms are better than the one I had but I would not personally stay at this location again.

We got our Room key, when we get there it wasn’t clean so we had to go back and ask for a different room. Room stink so bad. It had a dog smell but a dog you have not washed in a long time. I had to ask the room attendant for women thing. She gave me a plug in, but that didn’t help at all. It was not her fault. Since the hallway smelled the same.

Stayed here 4 years ago and it seemed much cleaner then.
This time, both of our rooms had a “smell “. The first room reeked of urine so they moved us to a new room. That one smelled of mold or mildew. The chair in the room looked like they got it off the curb somewhere and in the morning there was water leaking from the bathroom floor, from either the shower or toilet. The bed linens were clean though!

A positive stay
The lady at the desk was super nice and super cool. The room was clean and smelled clean. Jacuzzi worked great and water was hot. The comforter was clean but lots of rips in it. I found an old contact lens in the sheets. The shower bar is rusted and needs to be changed out.

They need to take up them floors and clean them . It shouldn’t be no way it smell like at all ! That heavy water is very close to black mold . The room was so stuffy you couldn’t even breathe . They really need to replace them floors and the suites are falling apart

This hotel is below average. Only one elevator works and is incredibly slow. At night the woman working the desk was clearly either drunk or on some sort of drugs and slurring her words really bad and kept bringing people that didn’t appear to be staying there all over the hotel near the vending machines for some reason. There was a lot of drunk and what appeared to be either drug addicts or homeless people in the lobby in the middle of the night and just gave off a very very poor and unsafe atmosphere.

i chose this hotel because i have 2 small dogs. Turns out, i didnt bring them but Im happy with this hotel choice and would stay again. Great sleep, comfortable and quiet. Slept through the breakfast service so made coffee in the room.

We traveled a long way to get to an event for my son’s basketball camp. We got to our room we noticed a really bad smell. Then we realize the rug was soaked and wet. I called the front desk complained. They told me they shampooed the rugs and couldn’t move me to a different room. We were at the basketball camp all day for those two days and when we wanted to rest we had to stay in a smelly and wet floor room. The staff were nice but couldn’t do anything to help.The pool was also closed.

Hard bed, moist sheets and Pinesol Concentrate!
Room smelled of overpowering pinesol concentrate, hotel was in rough shape and beds were super hard on top of a literal metal box. We found the sheets to be moist after they cleaned the room which we only assumed was due to mold/mildew in the room. Hot water took atleaat 10 minutes to come on with the worst shower head/pressure Ive seen at a hotel. No TV remote was found in the room when we checked in, after a call to the front desk they found one and brought ut up quickly. Would not stay here again, especially not for the price per night!

It was okay the hotel seemed a bit dated. Staff was very friendly, they had a great breakfast Buffett. The door to the bathroom was too large for the space, had a hard time getting in and out but overall the room was okay. Maybe they should hold off on the fabuloso cleaner it was too strong and kept smelling it all over the place.

Our check in was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk was very cheerful and pleasant. Our room was definitely outdated and unfortunately we had 2 big Cockroaches or as people like to call them so they don’t sound so awful Palmetto Bugs in our Bathroom that my husband got rid of. It ruined me! We have travelled for years and stayed in the South at many Hotels including the Comfort Inn and never seen a one Palmetto Bug. The front desk Manager tried to tell us that we are in the South so we should expect to see them. No we do not need to expect them is my response.

Hotel was convenient to the family we were visiting and easy to find. The breakfast was okay with several options of cold and hot items.
Unfortunately, this room was not the cleanest, sheets did not fit the bed, small and uncomfortable pillows, bathroom shower had a horrible design.

When I arrived the window didn’t have any privacy curtains, the sheer curtain had black stained dots on it, the bathtub had pubic hairs in it, I had to go to the reception desk to get the privacy curtains which I did get, I stayed 2 nights and each day I was there I had to go get they room key reswiped because I got locked out each day
