Very nice place to stay, is quiet, and comfortable, I like the kitchen, it has plates, glasses, silverware for a good breakfast.

Comfortable stay, household necessities available, cleanliness 10/10, easy location, reasonable price, awesome management. Will be staying again. Only recommendation is be considered a 10 star hotel. Fabreeze plug ins for the win!

There was no person at the front desk. They left the key on a box, which was ok.
1. Once I entered the room, I tried to leave and the door never locked.
2. There was someone else singing very loud in another room, and there was nobody to complain with.
3. The bed was not a very good quality. It was a bit hard to get comfortable on the type of mattress..

Showed up after a ten hour drive to find out that they overbooked and had no room’s left. I spent the night in my car with my son. Called manager the next day only to be laughed at THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Nice kitchen, if a bit cramped. Window shades are nearly useless. Had to drape the bedspread over the window to block the light from street lights. And the room had two high-intensity wall lights. Weird. It was like trying to relax in an operating room.

The bed was comfortable. The pillow covers were old. The bathroom flor was warped and smelled of mold. The carpet felt dirty. Yikes

Apts that call them selves a hotel
I have never stayed at a hotel that the front desk closes at 3-6??? It was odd. Remote control needed batteries tv didn’t work had to go buy batteries for it to work? No one picks up phone if you need anything???? And people living there ? It was a welfare hotel!!! Not sure don’t stay here

Air conditioner was so noisy, it was hard to sleep. They need a curtain on their window to keep all their parking lot light out. The door was hung crooked and let in all the hallway light. No water pressure. I was disappointed to say the least. Honestly, I want my money back as I didnt sleep all night due to noise and brightness of room at night.

Overcharged and disappointed!
The place is shabby - went thru a slap dash renovation and smells of chemicals. Booked thru this site and was given price. When I arrived they asked for cc & drivers licence. I hesitated to give cc but figured I would check receipt when I left. Did not happen - no one around when I checked out so left figuring any problem I would resolve at home. They added a charge to my bill of $52+. When I called about it - they said Mass Lodging tax but I had already paid that with Hotels.com. My cc company is handling this now but the customer service was extremely lacking. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC.

The rooms are newly remodeled, and they updated most important elements, however, some elements of the remodel were short cuts, like painting of the shower and bathtub that isn’t holding up as well. It was clean am I stay was pleasant.

Beverly was fantastic calling me the nite I was to arrive which was good because I was very confused on where I was going. She advised there is NO breakfast. She did say there was Starbucks in lobby did not mention must pay. Got in room and there was no coffee pot. No pepper/salt/sugar. No real kitchen items but a few plates, cups, utensils. In the AM; I was able to get a clearer picture of hoe the Residence works now so no worries since I was only staying one nite. Overall; it was a good experience but will email Mgmt on signage suggestions.

The fact that the lobby is closed by 8pm without clear and upfront statement in Hotels.com was not a good experience.
The place itself is excellent with friendly and professional staff.

A perfectly fine business location
It was a good experience. Not the first time using the property. Have front desk help till around 8 PM after that all doors are locked there is a coffee machine I’m not sure about any other vending options. It is a very quiet and pristine hotel not much in the way of amenities but clean

Hard to say if this is a true residence hotel?
An extremely new property with some quirks. Exquisitely appointed residence with stove, refrigerator, work area, and daily cleaning. One would think this is the perfect stay for employees attending corporate training.
Corporate is the key here, for the residences appear to be managed by a private equity firm that knows nothing about hospitality. The property is mainly unattended. If your room lacks forks (you would think these are part of the package if your room has dishes and cookware...) text to a number, and maybe someone will reply. There is a welcome hotel coffee brewer in the kitchen, but, no hotel coffee pods (where do you get them, who knows?)
Go down to the office and, no one. Just a brochure with a long-term residency form to fill out.

The kitchen facilities were pristine and impressive, even though my stay didn't require the use of any of them. What was lacking: coffee maker, with coffee. Most rooms with far fewer amenities at least offered that. Otherwise it was nice.

Super friendly and helpful staff
We came to Worcester for college visits.
We arrived at 10pm, and the front desk first seemed to be empty. But there was a phone number which we called, and a gentleman arrived within a minute.
He checked us in, and brought us extra linens for the pull-out couch.
The next day we had an issue with our travel plans and the manager was extremely helpful accommodating and offering a solution, going the extra mile.
Overall, it is a reasonably priced, super clean and convenient facility that serves the purpose when you don't intend to spend a lot of time in your hotel but rather only go there to sleep. It also has the extra benefit of a kitchenette for two with a little table and two chairs where you for example could have breakfast in the room.

Smelled nice and clean throughout. Beds not very comfy or stable. While it did have a 3 electric burner stove, there was no oven, as advertised, only a small microwave. Overall, still a decent place to stay a night or two, if working in the area.

A/C was unusable due to fan squealing loudly entire 20 min tried. It was hot and uncomfortable stay. Also no screen on window which wouldn’t lock either. We left it on so people could hear and not rent again until fixed.

Very friendly staff. The room was the right size and came with a fridge stove and microwave….also plenty of cabinet/storage space. Was able to check in on time at 3pm. The parking lot was in desperate need of the plow truck coming and cleaning it up. There was piles of snow and ice everywhere. Other than that, property was good for the price and conveniently located near Worcester. Stayed to go to a show at the DCU. Drove in and parked for only $2. I would stay here again.

Terrible Manager Eric un professional rude . Did not accommodate a Disabled Adult with Autism & Epilepsy.
DISGRACEFUL NOT KIND OR HELPFUL actually I paid for 2 nights left said keep the $ .
I’d rather sleep in a motel 6 then this hell hole

Ask for a room away from the street
Beautiful place. Full studio with large fridge. Loved the room. Minor cosmetic issues. The real issues came at night. The lights outside were so bright the shade glowed. It was so bright in the room. The heater had a squeak. Not much sleep was able to be enjoyed, but the place is beautiful and clean.
