Ok room but several issues
The elevator needs serious work. It sounds decrepit and unstable.
Please don’t have the television in the room set to a spooky show when a woman is checking in alone and can’t find the switches by the bed. If you don’t KNOW where those tiny butterfly switches are it’s nerve wracking.
Very loud from music playing at the business across the street: “Rooms to Go”
And finally-the power went out the morning of my check out. Couldn’t shower or get ready.

Better than I expected from a Best Western. Room was clean and modern. Very hot water, though low pressure in the shower. Breakfast was average. Location to my venue was perfect. I would stay here again.

Clean room not far from anything. Only negative was you could hear doors slamming all night and morning, but I'll just say this was because of the weekend it was (a&m homecoming)

Clean, located in a good centralized area
Clean, well appointed. Did not use fitness room, but the pool was good-5 ft is deepest, so just right whether you want to swim laps or be with your little ones. Didn’t realize until we got to the pool that there were towels provided outside.
We only had breakfast once, and it was late, so I don’t think I can give a great review on that service.
We had daily housekeeping which I didn’t feel was necessary, but it was appreciated.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

We went to a concert at the Orion Ampitheater, and it was less than 3 minutes of a drive there after the concert. The staff was wonderful, and it was super clean! It is close to everything.

This hotel has been recently remodeled within the last 18 months. It looks amazing. It’s also very clean smells fresh, and the rooms are just spotless. The employees are very friendly and hard-working at best. Thank you thank you thank you thank you will be using this again.

I usually stay at Hilton properties and due to an event there were no rooms in the area. I booked the Best Western at the last minute and was very pleased with everything. The rooms were very clean, the staff was exceptionally pleasant, and the breakfast was on par with other Hiltons in the area. It is just down the street from REI, Top Golf, Dave and Busters, and 10 minutes from Red Stone. Great experience. I would definitely go back.

Upon arriving the property looked very manicured and neat. However, upon entering the room a smell of mold or must and a air purifier there on the floor. The shower bottom pan was really dirty. Very nice room in the way of decor. However, there is something in that place that bites you it is some kind of parasite is microscopic. I truly believe that there is mold there therefore there is something that bites because of that

Nice looking place with terrible management. Felt like I was being interviewed by the SS and given a lecture on the evils of marijuana - which I do not smoke. Room was the dirtiest and noisiest place I've stayed in HSV at a premium price. Breakfast only runs until 9, so after being woken up 10 times by slamming doors and drunk midweek fights - right next to the manager's office - you'll have to pay for breakfast at the nearby Waffle House. Don't bother checking out, just throw your card in the table, the attendants personal call can't wait. Stay somewhere else. There are far better places to stay for less money.

I love that the property has air purifiers through out the building in public spaces as well as each room. It smells so clean and refreshing all through out the common areas. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting and the bed was comfy with free Wi-Fi and alarm clocks in the room. There was also a mini fridge and walk in shower with no bathtub which I like when traveling

Terrible terrible terrible experience.
It was horrible and we ended up leaving the hotel and staying at a different one for the 2nd night. It was full of cigarette smoke and marajuana smoke. They were making an adult film just a few doors down from us. A gentleman was following my daughter and I from the entry way to the elevator. It was so unsafe. Every room had a purifier to "help clear the air from when they smoke in the room" yet it is a non smoking hotel. My daughter is asthmatic and actually allergic to cigarettes & their smoke. It was TERRIBLE!!! Pretty certain it's where ladies of the night bring their men. We saw a lot of stuff like that. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at...and it was just a mom and daughter staying. VERY UNSAFE

Comfortable, clean & convenient
Service was excellent. Both evening and morning front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy. Our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good. Choices included breads, pastries, yogurt, waffles, cereal, sausage & egg biscuits, milk, juices & coffee.The grounds & pool were clean and well-kept. We had a great stay!

Bad Customer service on Front Desk
Based on my horrible experience with one of the staff members yesterday I have to inform that I will not be staying in this hotel again.
The experience I had last night ( August 16 2022) was a complete disaster and I think it's worth sharing it.
1st of all the room had a bad smell I'm guessing it was humidity.
Then when I checked my bed I noticed there was some hair on the sheets meaning that they were not washed or were poorly washed, I went to the front desk and I kindly requested Scott to please move me to another room as I was not please with the condition of my bed.
Scott became extremely upset and blatantly rude, he was very unprofessional and started saying to me all kind of non sense such as: " You are just picky, probably you are one of those guys that stays at the marriot and expects the same service in a hotel like this" that is certainly not how you talk or treat a paying customer.
Scott was extremely bad-mannerd and unprofessional.

Hotel was recently renovated
The hotel was recently renovated and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The man at the desk who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. There were a few minor repair and housekeeping issues in our room but all in all, we would stay again.

First off the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The sink did not drain well. But biggest issue was the cockroaches!!!!! There were several I saw and only stayed one night. Got up in the middle of the night to use bathroom and one in the shower. Staff was friendly and said they would get that looked into. Overall not pleased with this BW!

Came in for the opening of the new amphitheater which is about a mile from this property. Checking in was fantastic, the room was clean, and there was plenty of parking. There is a breakfast included, but we misunderstood the times and missed it. BUT, the Waffle House right next door saved the bellies! Would come back here.

2.5 to 3 star hotel!
Best Western was a descent hotel. If you looking for a no frills, comfort, good night sleep I definitely recommend. You could tell that this hotel had been remodeled. Breakfast was pitiful, but overall not bad.

The pull out couch was not cleaned at all. Every time we walked in the room it shook. The tv froze and was choppy. I went to unplug my charger and wood panel pulled off the wall when i did that.

It did the trick. Baseboards in the bathroom were dirty, but who really cares about that? Comforter was stained, but I had a place to sleep and didn’t wake up dead.

Recommend stay
This hotel was off the main highway. It was surrounded by many businesses! The up keep of the hotel was clean on the outside and in. I like how Me and my family was able to checkin early. The bed was really comfortable with clean sheets cause I checked 😆. The only down fall was the pool wasn’t open yet due to COVID, However; they did serve a small selection of breakfast.(cereal, bananas, coffee etc) I passed on it! Overall I recommend this hotel.

It was quite and that we liked, but the beds were the problem. They were full of hair and there wasn’t anyone to bring fresh sheets. We were asked how did we just find out about the condition at the time. Like we had a certain time to get in the bed.

This hotel is brand new! The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. We had a king room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Inspite of Covid they had a good variety of food in the kitchen that was safe to eat. There were a bunch of construction workers staying there but they were all friendly, even offering to share food and made no noise. We will stay here again and have referred others that plan to visit the space center which is just a hop skip and jump away. Staff was very friendly and accomodating! Did I mention clean, clean, and extra clean!

Could've been worse
Up to date, didn't have a tub just a walk-in shower. Wished we had know the pool was broken be for hand. That was the highlight for our kids playing in the pool at the hotel. We did learn we could have used another choice hotel upon check out. Elevator was broken the day of check out. Thank goodness I was fit enough to carry all my luggage from the 3rd floor. Overall it was nice

We checked in at 1:30AM and received our key to room 101. Upon entering our room, there was a bare naked person on the bed, tv on, and a mess everywhere. We immediately went back to the front desk to tell them that someone was in our room. The front desk clerk then called the guest staying in room 101 and began to raise his voice and threatened to call the police. After about 30min they offered us a new room after telling us that they had no other rooms. We went up to that room and the tv was on and it appeared someone had already been laying on the bed previously. We felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave.
