I do not recommend. The room is stale and outdated. Heating/cooling system is inefficient. Bed sheets were itchy and unclean. There’s no way anyone could sleep in that—for fear of Potential bed bugs had to leave in the middle of the night. The customer service response wasn’t any better. They don’t care and will not refund you your money offering instead to give you another room. When you express that bed bugs are not a risk you want to take, they will respond that’s your choice.
Do yourself a favor and don’t stay in this establishment.

My stay was for only one night before an upcoming early medical appointment. The 1st room I was given smelled like stale cigarettes. Staff was hesitant to give me another room and, instead, offered me a can of air freshener. When I insisted on another room, I was given one with stained carpeting and furniture.

Falsely Advertised
We arrived to our room, 1 queen bed and a sofa bed and initially thought ok its not bad but when I opened up the sofa bed it had pee stains all over it and smelled like a cat lady had been living there for years! Not good! I called down to the front desk and she said that she was new but that management was aware of all "damages" on the property. I also pointed out to her that one of the cabinet doors was broken and she said again that they were aware. When I asked for sheets later that night, the young lady at the desk said she could only give me flat sheets as they were doi g laundry and would not be able to provide me with fitted or pillows for at least another hour. It was already close to midnight. No one was apologetic or seemed concerned that they were falsely advertising nice rooms in good conditions. I've stayed at Motel 6s in better conditions that were clean. The shower had stains on the walls from IDK what and left over hair too. The room was definitely not worth the $250 for the night. The ONLY reason I stayed was because everything else nearby was sold out. If I was 750 miles away from home, I would have driven home before staying here!

Whats worse than horrible?
The odor in that room was horrible. Smelled like an overrused urinal that hadnt been cleaned....ever. The bathroom had drawers missing from the vanity. I would not recommend this room to anyone that is paying to stay. Should be free!!!

They gave away our room
Absolutely terrible. I called early I the week to let the office know we had a late arrival and I had special needs son in a wheelchair. They told me not to worry I could check in at any time. When we showed up they told us the system was down and they had given our room away hours before my expected arrival . We were kicked out into the street with no place to stay.

A bit scary and poor condition.
The condition of this place was terrible. Cracked tiles, broken cabinets, dirty stains on almost every surface. Only saving grace was mattress was ok. However sofa bed was ridiculously bad. Could only get in one door. Staff was nice, but clearly overworked and frequently no one was at the front desk.

No water for in the morning, then was just a trickle and this happened each morning we were there. Couldnt provide all bedding for sofa bed as they said non available.. Coffee always ran oyt & granolas, muffins very low.

The room has a desk, but no chair for the use of the desk. There are no plastic wrapped utensils for someone if they bring food to the room. The "breakfast" isn't really breakfast. There was no orange juice, no decaf coffee for someone who can't have regular coffee. The selection of food really isn't good.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The rooms though were heavily stained seats and carpets and have a smell to them. It is conveniently located directly across a supermarket if you'd like to get something to eat or cook but be aware the rooms come with no utensils, cookware or plates (i believe you can get those for an additional fee) Overall though cheap and friendly staff, rooms are def not desirable with the stained floors and seating.

informed front desk toilet was clogged and wanted to switch rooms and was told theyd send someone up to fix it so we didnt have to move our belongings and nobosy ever came so was out of a toilet for 24 hours

Horrible experience
My one night stay was terrible. The room smelled like a dirty ashtray, the television didn’t work and there wasn’t even a waste basket anywhere in the room. The chair at the desk was disgustingly dirty. Will never stay there again or any extended stay hotel.

Worst hotel stay of my life
Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Me and my wife arrived at 5pm and the hotel staff was just there cleaning so we had to wait in the hallway until they were done. The room seemed fine until after 30 minutes we saw a mouse crawl out from under the couch. I called the front desk and the only thing offered was a discount off my stay as all other rooms were booked. When i was refused we were sent to a different hotel with the same same. Upon arriving we were told we had to pay $300 more because we didnt have a reservation and that we would have to wait until a manager came in on a weekday for a refund. The hotel and room smelled weird and had mold on the shower curtain. I have since called the manager asking for my money back and have not received an answer despite him telling me he would get back to me. We also found that they charged me for BOTH rooms so over $1000 for a horrible stay and I have a dispute in with my credit card company. I would stay far away from this hotel chain unless you want have a very uncomfortable stay and maybe get money stolen from you.

I arrived to check in to my room at almost 11pm, and the bed had dirty rolled up bloody linens on it. Bathroom not fully cleaned. No plates, silverware, cups, or coffee pot to use to eat our late dinner despite having a kitchenette in our room. There were no other rooms available per the half-dressed woman at the desk. When asking for clean bed linens, her answer was to come to the desk myself and get a garbage bag of clean ones: which consisted of 2 flat sheets and a thin fleece blanket. No pillows available. I had to peel off the nasty dirty sheets myself and toss them to corner of the room to just get to sleep on a late night. I tried to address these issues with the morning staff when I was checking out around 9:30am, and there was no one to be found. I waited at the desk about 15 minutes and no one ever showed up.

Our room was given away we were offered a much smaller room. The attendant was not at desk waited 10 min for her to show them she was high, she offered us a handicapped room either of us are. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling shelves in the kitchenettes were hanging off no coffee which stated would be provided in room. No hot water to shower with ask at front desk for a room clean while we would be gone did not get done with more towels which were also not provided. We made reservation 2 months in advanced and she advised that a visitor had requested an extended stay in the room we requested and the room was not cleaned in time for our check in. I’m am completed disgusted with the quality of stay we had.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. What I didn't like a lot was the sofa bed. I have slept in lots of hotel sofa beds and this one was the worst. Also, the plates were not in the rrom so they could be provided clean and sanitized but when I went to get our set and opened it in the room, some of the plates were dirty like the dishwasher didn’t fully clean them.

The place smells like smoke. Front desk staff was not present...at one point there was a walkie talkie on the counter with a handwritten note giving directions on how to work it to call staff. Lots of shady characters both in the building and around the property. We were worried about leaving our stuff in our room when we left for a couple hours. Luckily everything was okay. We were unable to identify staff..no name tags or uniforms or anything. One guy we talked to for a few minutes, and then at the end he says well let me know if you need anything, I work here. We were floored! He looked like he'd just walked in off the street. The location is great, but we wouldnt stay here again. It didnt feel safe.

The dining area was filthy with no places to sit, literally no chairs. Not a single dish, cup, or fork in the room’s “kitchen” staff had none left to offer. Shower head would not stay on the wall, has to hold it above you and it was angled to spray all over the bathroom floor.

Entire place smelled like weed. Tried to find vending machine — called front desk for 30 minutes with no answer. Called corporate headquarters. They, too, could not locate anyone. Gave us ideas for where to look for vending machine based on other properties, but no luck. Told them the place stunk like cigarettes and marijuana. They didn’t seem to care.

This was such a bizarre situation. I checked in at 10pm and was told they MAY have a room available. I booked through expedia, they should've had it available. Guy at the front desk says they overbook every night and it's first come first serve before 9pm. Doesn't a reservation mean you have a room? So, he ends up saying there's a room available BUT that the system is down so I need to book directly with them, instead of expedia (sketchy). I needed a room. I had two small sleeping kids with me. So the guy behind the counter says "here's your room key. hopefully the room is empty. the system down has meant we can't tell when rooms are empty so good luck" and handed me the key. So I said "can you go check?". He went and checked, luckily it was empty. we went up. room was fine overall. tv didn't work but that's nothing compared to all the other things. We decided to leave and stay elsewhere since we couldn't be sure someone wouldn't accidentally come into our room while there or not there. Was our stuff even safe? The manager in the morning was very reasonable about refunding me the nights we didn't stay, especially after I explained why we were leaving. Overall, I do not recommend staying here. There are better places in a similar price range.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The room also had a funny smell. There were no extra sheets or pillow stored in the room for the pullout couch. When we called the front desk no one answered and went down there no one was on duty even after waiting several minutes and knocking on the employee only door. No staff was present.

Filthy. Right when you walk in, the dirty musty odor hits you. The room smelled as well. We boiled some water for tea and the steam loosened grease on the hood above the stove and it dripped all over the stove and into the pot of water. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, i could only stay the one. I went to TJ Maxx and bought a sheet set and pillow and slept on the couch after i wiped it down with a Lysol wipe. Never anyone at the front desk. When we were leaving we said "hello, we would like to check out" and a woman screamed at us "i hear you, I'm on the phone" very angrily. Waited 30 mins for someone to show up Thursday night at the desk. A guy came in from outside, didn't apologize for keeping us waiting, helped the guy in front of me and didn't acknowledge me. I had to say hello I need a pan please as he was walking away from me. The board of health needs to shut this place down.

The first room they tried to give me wasn’t cleaned at all. The bed had been slept in and there was even pee in the toilet. The lady at the front desk was nice and tried finding me a room. More then three of the other rooms were in the same quality as the first I walked in to or the people hadn’t even left yet.

Awful cleanliness.
It must of been because of the pandemic but if not the lack of cleanliness was terrible. There was garbage and worst of all old food on the floor and behind the bed that was still there from who knows when. So the smell of the room was disgusting. Also the bathroom amenities did not work the toilet was broken and the rod for the shower curtain was broken so it flooded the bathroom when I went to take a shower

Mice in the rooms. Ongoing problem and they know about it. Several reviews state seeing a mouse. They either don't know how to solve this problem or don't care enough to. Very argumentative staff when guests just want to sleep in a mouse-free environment.

We had a hard time getting staff attention--very nice when they finally showed up, but still a problem that happened more than once. Was kept awake by someone running up and down the hall at night; woken up by someone screaming "help!!" and running up and down the hallway. Police and ambulance finally arrived; trash barrel full in our room. Definitely not worth the more than $400 I paid.

Time for a revamp..
The hotel location is good i think it's time for a renovation.. The hotel smells of weed and smoke ... I stayed here before things have changed since covid19. Also the bed if it could've been any harder i might have been on the floor. The shower is pre historic as well..

Good location but your site stated it had a pool which is why I booked and it was cemented in, there was no breakfast as represented. The blow dryer did not work, halls smelled liked smoke.
Full Bed not a queen, mis representative, Staff was super, it was the accomdations that are not stated correctly on the site.

It could’ve been better
It is supposed to be smoke free but my room smelled like smoke. I stayed for 3 nights and two of those nights I woke up in the middle of the night to hear of a couple violently fighting. It was scary. The cops came the second night but nothing was done.
The room itself is a good sized room and was clean. The bed was comfortable and I asked for extra towels when I booked but never received any. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

I checked in the hotel on May 30th around 7:30 Pm. When I walked into the hotel, no one was sitting at the front desk. I was waiting for minutes and said Hello a couple of times to see if anybody can show up. Eventually a female employee came over. She was very upset, "We don't have people sitting here; you have to pick up the phone and dial 0 to reach us.... ". She pointed to one of the notes that holding up on the window of front desk, "You need to read this .... ", and then she started to point to the word one by one read loudly for me. There were at least over ten different notes or papers hanging around the window, wall and door, the light in that tiny room is dark (it actually is not a lobby, just an entrance). How many guests could easily figure it out the right note for dial 0 for check in??? She was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have ever had such experience on the hotels check in, no matter is 4-5 star or 2 stars.

Jimmy needs to go
Jimmy at the front desk on Sunday morning should be fired. He's attitude and nose ring are poor customer service behavior. He is against older people with a handicap.Was attempting to re-book at this hotel for a second night via Hotels.com however Jimmy shut off my internet while at church Sunday morning. He told me to "bring your bags down to lobby" Jimmy is a jerk with a bad attitude. Its not my fault he has to work Sundays.

I did like the location. What I didn't like was The tub wasn't clean, hair in the bottom. I saw a mouse in my room they didn't put anything down to catch it. I checked out right after. They didnt even refund part of my money.

The staff were not very welcoming both in person and on the phone. The room did not seem maintained. The remote was wrapped in tape, and the furniture was noticeably worn and damaged. The room did not have sheets for the pull out couch as I was told. The continental breakfast was nothing more than prepackaged muffins. This room worked for the one single night I needed a quick place for my dad and I to stay but had I needed an "extended stay" I would have looked elsewhere.
