Awful. First, the check in process is insanely long and it is the first time everyone staying had to show their ids. Never seen that anywhete. For a non smoking hotel the hallways reek of cigarette smoke. The first room we had had poop all over the toilet seat and they had no one to clean it so switched us to a new room that smells horrible. Thankflly only here one night and will bear through it. Definately do not reccomend

This property is very dated. As soon as you walk in there is an odor. The elevator, hallways and the room smelled awful. It made me nauseous the entire stay. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen dishwasher was falling apart. Everything was just gross.

Staff was great - super nice and helpful. No complaints there! But! Hotel was gross. The other guests are just filthy with too many loud people in one room, generating food trash they leave in the hallway, smoking in their rooms. Loud children running in the halls. Cigarette butts in the laundry machines. And then ROACHES. When I notified and provided proof on a FRIDAY, I was told no one would be coming to “inspect” until TUESDAY. Again, no fault of the staff - they don’t make the rules. But completely unacceptable that corporate doesn’t act faster. Or better yet, crack down on the guests. Would be an OK place if the guests didn’t bring in roaches and create such filth.

Was informed at checking in at 630 pm my room was canceled due to overbooked. There were many signs warning about not leaving valuables around and it was apparent there were many non-paying guests on the property. Upgrade to a Holiday Inn express and get the 2-3 star experience this place couldn't've provided based on the quality of the check in area.

Would not recommend this hotel. Bed is loud and not comfortable. Pull out couch is also loud and not comfortable and there was food on the floor once the bed was pulled out. Bathroom is not clean, needs major overhaul and has mildew. Faucet keeps falling off and toilet doesn’t flush properly. Smells like it used to be a hotel in which you could smoke. Grab and go breakfast is coffee, tea, hot chocolate, granola bars and packaged muffin.

The only thing I liked was the price. I guess you get what you pay for. I stayed 18 nights and I slept on the same bedding for 15 of those nights contrary to being told during check-in that I would be scheduled for housekeeping weekly. I finally requested a change in bedding, clean towels and bathroom cleaned. That took 3 days because first the housekeepers "have gone for the day" and then "a housekeeper called out". Carpeting is shabby, toilet seat is child-size, no coffee makers available ("on order"), child noisy. Will not stay again!

Staff was very nice at least, however every time you needed them they took multiple minutes to notice you at the desk even after being alerted. That was the best thing about it. Besides just being a grungy mess the carbon monoxide detector was chirping and needed the battery changed. Whole place smelled like rotten fish too.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. I booked it because it was a good value 5 years ago. Apparently it hasn't been cleaned since. The woman at the desk was friendly. That was the best part of the hotel. The kitchen area floor was actually sticky. The carpets were filthy. I tried to book somewhere else but its a holiday weekend. NEVER GO HERE. Trust me.

Location and Convenience was good.
Room I was assigned was not ready for me when I arrived at late afternoon.
Front desk was quick to assign me a new room.
When I came back from my meeting after 9:00 PM there was a person sitting in a car outside the entry door I was to use. Nothing bad happened but it was a little unsettling.
Could not find a remote control for the TV in the room.

My first room was disgusting. Finger clippings and hair were on my bed. Trash is piled next to elevators on both second and third floors. I did request a room change, I won’t go back. Second room clean. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Quick trip to Boston for the Marathon
It was a very quick trip to Boston for the Marathon! Got in late and left early! The room was clean spacious and comfy! Zero hassle! Perfect! Will do it again next year

Not a hotel that should be on the site
Immediately after checking in I checked out of the hotel. To begin with the hotel lobby, hallway, and elevator were messing and there was an odor. The lobby and hallway to my room had bags of trash lined up against the walls. The elevator and hallway to my room smelled like trash and dirty diapers. I booked an accessible room because my husband is disabled and the shower was not accessible and the room was small. He did not have enough room to comfortably get around. Overall, this was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Hotels.com was somewhat helpful but has not yet gotten me a refund for the room- especially since the room I booked was not the room I received.

Avoid this property.
MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE! 1: I forgot my key in my room when I had left for they day; when I return a person who I had not seen at the front desk just took my word that I was a guest and gave the correct room information - never asked for ID and gave me a key!!!! 2: the keys kept deactivating, very old school keys, but every time (5x) I went down to get my key reactivated not once did anyone ask for ID. I'm sorry people this is a major security issue!!!!
Other tenants were constantly propping the outside back door open so anyone could walk in the building. Another security issue.
My room's trash wasn't remove from the last tenant and the floors were dirty - when I removed my socks the bottom were brown - GROSS! There was what looked to be old drywall dust in the closest area from a patch job on the floor so that hadn't been cleaned for a long time.
The window curtain was installed approx 6" from the window on a straight bar so there was no way to block the morning light.
Very noisy. I think people are actual living here. I saw a room that was so packed for a stuff (hoarder) you couldn't see the room. Lots of doors slamming, kids running in the halls and screaming, stomping on the floor above me.
On a positive, the staff was very friendly.

The property is dirty, floors could only be walked on with shoes, no bare feet. The only one employee Christie was pleasant. The 3rd shift person sat in the break room socializing with a male person. When asked if the floors would be vacuumed and cleaned we were told talk to the manager. I would never recommend this place.

Don't Bother
This place was so bad that we left after an hour. Girls at front desk were nice however the hotel is run down. The room smelled. Dog feces all over the back lawn and walkway. Big signs in the parking lot hotel is not liable for theft. We were traveling with our camper and we worried about a break in. I am not sure why Hotels.com has this hotel listed.

Definitely not staying here again!
The first room we were given was as the previous occupants had left it! The second room we were given had stained sheets and hair on pillowcases! No blankets in room and no blankets given upon request.
The toilet was draining slowly and then got clogged. Instead of someone coming in to fix it we were given a plunger!
Coffee was terrible and breakfast was pathetic!

The property isn't well kept. They allow pets and there are multiple spots on the hallway rugs where animals have vomited. The rooms are below average in cleanliness. The rooms have vinyl flooring (probably so they can allow pets). The back doors were both held open by rocks after dark. It just wasn't a good experience.

Don't go. Water did not fully engage, no full shower. Drain did not drain, showered in 2 inches of water. Breakfast promised by only instant oat meal or muffins in cellophane. No glasses dishes or pots in kitchen, told later that I should haver requested a dish package. No personnel present at check out. Check in personnel was slow. Some other occupants were loud in morning. Each nigh 1-2 people hanging out in parking lot in their cars, motor running, lights on.

Don’t stay here!
I waited for a desk person for a long time. 1st room wasn’t made at 9pm. If I hadn’t just driven 10 hours, I’d have found another place. The 2nd room was filthy! The room smelled like fish. I wiped the toilet seat and my wipe was dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor, video taken. The sheets had hair and dirt. Moldy shower curtain, and possibly blood, smelled like urine. There was not a trash can in the room. Toilet failed to flush and tub didn’t drain.
I laid on my car blanket with my own pillow, too exhausted to wait for yet another room. And frankly, understaffed would not have been better.
I have asked for a manager’s email to write a formal complaint. I don’t have that, yet. I want a refund.

There were cigarettes burns on the sofa, cracks on the bathroom door and several other stuff. I think they were understaffed, because they definitely didn’t clean my room after the last person… I found sock and papers… I asked for clean sheets and a blanket that never came because they didn’t have them. There was supposed to be a “complimentary breakfast” but they were out.

Easy access off the highway. No check in parking, had to drive around to the back to get in. Once there, all doors were locked. We thought we’d have to walk all the way around to the front but someone held the door open for us. Room had no carpets, cold linoleum flooring. No bath towels. Smoke alarm on the ceiling was missing. One plastic drinking cup. Full kitchen, which is cabinets, range sink and microwave; you have to ask for everything else like utensils. Free breakfast consisted of coffee, lukewarm water for tea, individually wrapped granola packs and oatmeal which was all gone. Two run down vehicles and a trailer in the parking lot with flat tires. We won’t be back. Come on, ESA, you can do better.

The location is in the middle of no-where. There are folks who live in the hotel some noting they have been there for years. Each floor has huge trash bin where you drop trash, so as you exit the elevator you are greeted with piles of trash. The hallway floors are not mopped nor vacuumed. It is an extended stay, but you have to ask for plates, cups and pots to cook with. If you have pet allergies beware as there is pet hair throughout the property's carpets.

The hotel was booked to the max and they seemed under staffed.
The room smelled terrible even after febreeze. The room was VERY Dirty. The pull out couch had dirt and debris on the mattress and underneath. There was dirt and debris under the fitted sheet

Not as good expected
This was my first time to stay in the hotel chain in the States. I stayed in Extended Stay Canada several years ago in Toronto and was very satisfied with it. This one is below my expectations. There was a kitchenette in the room, but equipped with literally nothing, not even a coffee maker. There is no bed set for sofa bed. As with the items in the kitchenette, you have to ask the front desk for any items you need to get them. The front desk lady was helpful. She told me that no room is equipped with these except the basic because customers take them away with them when they check out. I was surprised to hear that but believe that must be true. In the one night stay in this location, the hallway was filled with curry smell because someone was cooking with room door open. The self-takeout breakfast was very simple but is ok considering the post pandemic situation. Will definitely try a different place if visit the area.

The highlight is/was the staff. Very friendly, genuine smiles, and seemed to actually care. Not an easy task in the post Covid world.
Negatives were largely associated with the property. No cutlery in the room or cooking pots/pans. No ice machine (????), cabinets were clean but bare and beat to heck. No dishwasher soap, no packets of dish soap, AC unit was very weak and loud. Pool filled in with concrete? Looked that way.
Staff saves this property in my experience.

I never got to check in and had to sleep in my car, because their where no rooms at any of their branches or any other hotel. As you can see I never checked in. I expect full reimbursement. Very upsetting end to my night. I don’t understand how I can have money taken from me and not be guaranteed a room.

The breakfast was “ grab and go” a few snack bars , coffee tea or hot chocolate. I’ve had much better grab and go breakfasts.
No coffee mugs in room so we couldn’t even make our own tea in evening.

Lack of proper communication with the hotel
My reservation was canceled upon my arrival at the hotel because there were no rooms available after driving over 600 miles and I have to fetch another nearby hotel (Red Roof inn). So it was a terrible night.

I was charged twice. I paid on Hotels.com for two rooms, I got one room assigned to me and family because the Hotel was full. I was also charged on site even after paying on Hotels.com. This double billing appears on my credit card. I have launched a complaint with the credit card issuer. Hotels.com online support failed me as I wanted to submit my complaint.

The elevator was out of service for the entire 4 days we were there. We were placed on the 3rd floor, and with the elevator being out it made it very difficult for my wife who is scheduled to get a knee replacement done.
Also. When we checked in we tried to get pots, pans, plates and utensils. The girl said that we would have to wait a 1/2 hour. There was not anyone else checking in, so what was the delay for?

First time at Computer Drive location
Not a big fan of this Extended Stay hotel. The hallways had a slight scent and there was a stain on the couch. Don’t like the setup of the room. I will stay at another Extended Stay, but most likely not at this location.

Horrible hotel! The rooms smell disgusting, bathroom and sink are rusted and you only get 3 square shaped pillows per room. If you book a room with a "queen" bed, you will most likely get a smaller (full size) bed. The doors are also very hard to open, took us a while to get in the room. If your looking forward to a warm breakfast unfortunately, they only have a granola and a coffee bar. I don't recommend staying here!

Very disappointing. The clientele there is very low class, and many of the ‘visitors’ lived there with their shoes, coolers, and children’s toys outside their hotel door. There were people living in their cars in the parking lot. 13 people in one room across from us with their 10 bunnies/cages under a tent in the parking lot. With children running the halls screaming, adults arguing at 10:30pm. Asked the front desk for 4 plates for dinner, only 3 were clean. Also asked for an extra blanket, and was told they had no clean blankets available. Our floors were dirty, kids feet were black from walking. And the bathroom door was not on the hinges. Do not recommend

Checked in with no issues, noticed the property was a bit lax on cleanliness, but didn’t think anything of it. Room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Slept through one night but ended up being sick from the condition of the whole hotel. Checked out early and went to a different hotel. Hotel manager said they found a crack pipe in my room after I checked out and I wouldn’t be getting a refund. Fun fact I don’t smoke crack or any drugs for that matter. I’m a respectable business owner and was here for work. I chose to stay here because of the kitchenette they have in their rooms but stay away from this place with a 10’ pole. Half the cars in the back parking lot are missing license plates or are broken into. There’s a trailer of rabbits in the back. Everyone smokes and the majority look like they actually do smoke crack. Overall a bad experience and I will never stay at another extended stay again.

Door wouldn’t open to room, went back down to check in desk and they said “it sticks” but it works. Finally got into room and the non smoking room smelled of smoke so bad it made us feel sick. Room was in terrible shape. Ended up leaving to find another place. I have never had to leave a place before but the smoke smell was unbearable.

Good staff but crowed hotel
Stay was good only complaint the place was very crowded and at one point a random guest knocked on my door looking for someone else’s room also you could hear people running around upstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

The pictures are definitely better than in person. It was a pretty outdated hotel, old appliances, old cheap furniture etc. There were a bunch of dead bugs in the light fixture of the bathroom which was kind of gross to look at and the bed was wildly uncomfortable. Overall, not the best Or cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at
