Travelocity card would not send payment to the hotel for me to check in. Although this was very inconvenient the receptionist was very nice and also the manager in the morning to get my reimbursement setup.

Units facing Hiway 327 (even numbers) get constant noise from heavy truck traffic. Units facing to the rear (odd numbers) might be better. Nothing but fast food in immediate vicinity. If you go into Florence (15 minutes ) many good food options.

Upon check in we were given a room that was not clean and made up. Next room had a do not disturb on the door. The manager opened it and as we settled in found more dirty towels, floor was filthy, bathroom was filthy with hair everywhere, found toenail cutting on floor. We finished cleaning the room only to find bed sheets dirty. The manager did change the sheets. Breakfast was awful and picked up well before the posted time.

The noise from the road was awful. I heard every semi, loud car, tire squeal, etc.
But the hotel is very clean, staff was nice, & breakfast was better than most.

Check in very slow room not very clean. At breakfast there was no hot coffee when I arrived and LIMITED food when my wife came down later, there was no food. Staff very slow. Had trouble operating the computer.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair on the sheets and on the bathroom counter. The rack which held the soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower was broken and falling apart. The kitchen staff was exceptionally nice, but there was no microwave out where I could heat my food after it cooled, and they were out of pancakes and oatmeal. The biscuits were fantastic and the cinnamon buns were delicious .

Overall ok hotel
Overall this hotel is ok for what it is and that is a quiet, safe and comfortable place to stay right off I-95.
The good is the rooms are clean, the parking is convenient and it's right by a number of places to eat some within walking distance.
The hotel offered breakfast is a little sparse though and the check in is a little disorganized but nothing major. Overall would recommend if traveling to or through Florence

Nice property, convenient to I -95. Not much nearby for dining. Absolutely horrible experience at breakfast. Went to breakfast at 815, hours are until 930. There were only a few omelets left and some gravy. No other hot food! I notified the staff. Very slow reaction. I over heard another guest ask and the answer was it will be about 15 minutes. Unacceptable Holiday Inn!

In the first room assigned to us, the bathroom plumbing was lying on the floor and there was a bad stench. A second room was provided. It was considerable street noise from large trucks. Going to a nearby very large building all night long. Also, the toilet ran continuously although that did not bother us as the noise did not come into the bedroom. The breakfast was have abominable. The dining area was filthy, the tables had not been cleaned and were sticky from syrup and other food items and the floor had not been cleaned up where items had been spilled. There was no milk, no hot water for tea, the oatmeal cooker was empty except for water. There were lesser items that needed attention, but those already mentioned should give you a good idea of what you can expect and my suggestion not to stay at this hotel.

Have stayed here every December for the last 4 years while traveling to see family. This year our room was not very clean: stains and sticky spills on carpet, hair and dirt on bathroom floors and shower walls. Breakfast options were limited compared to last year. Hope this is just a one time occurrence because we enjoyed staying here in the past.

We just stated for one night after driving all day. It was good enough for one night. Room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress and it squicked whenever you moved.

Property was nice. Our room was good but a little noisy and the bed squeaked terribly. Every time one of us rolled over loud squeaks. Breakfast was questionable. No large plates, butter or eggs. No type of fruit. Staff was very apologetic about not having items. Overall it was a good. We would stay again.

The room was nice and the beds fairly comfortable. The reservation was for 3 adults and we were only provided with 4 washcloths, 3 hand towels, and 1 bath mat…no towels. It was supposed to be a handicap room (that I booked), but the only handicap accessory was a hand bar in the shower; the toilet was standard and not easy to use for a handicap person. The continental breakfast was a “no show”. Apparently their delivery didn’t come in. I had to ask the desk to put up a sign because other guests were getting really upset. The staff were friendly. The available food options around the hotel were poor.
Since this was a one night stay to simply meet up with my sister to pass along our mother, we didn’t make a fuss. I doubt we’ll stay again on our next Mom transport from one sister to the other.

This one was one of the most expensive hotels off of I-95 in the Florence area and the pictures of the pool looked amazing. However, the pictures were misleading, the pool was like any other indoor hotel pool and it was not heated. It was extremely chilly.
I have a bad back and floating in an indoor pool after a long day’s drive is something I look forward to for pain relief. Unfortunately this indoor pool was too cold to use.
The staff was friendly, and the property and rooms were clean. There are several fast food options nearby as well. However, there are more affordable options in this area that offer the exact same thing.

Checked in with Expedia showed 1 room left and when went to the front desk to check in was told that the hotel was sold out why would the accept this check in give me an itinerary and be told it was sold out very disappointed I am a truck driver traveling on the road and just needed a good night sleep and nice shower

Found dirty cup in first room. Went to front desk girl asked what i wanted to do. I suggested another room. She huffed and move me to 306 from 403. Go to 306 find dirty cup with old coffe in it. Went to desk she said the maid probably left it. Rest of room appeared clean. I know stuff happens but that nite front desk girl was rude. The morning staff was great. Stilll 2 rooms with dirty drinking cups ,come on !

Front desk attendant wasnt very welcoming but the man in charge of breakfast was! Our sheets had several stains on them and the pillowcases also had stains. Hairs on the bathroom floor that werent ours. Probably wouldnt be my top choice for my next hotel stay but with some better cleaning it would have been a fine stay.

This hotel was exactly what i needed after 700 miles of driving that day. Easy on/off from the highway, fully-staffed front desk, immaculate bathroom and a really comfortable bed! Complimentary bkfst began at 6:30 and included good coffee, pastries, fruit, cereal, pancakes, eggs & bkfst meats. Wouldcdefinitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We reserved late in the day through Travelocity, booking 1 of 4 remaining similar rooms. Within 30 minutes, hotel staff called to say the room we required was no longer availability; they would provide another room, their last one. Unfortunately this room did not meet our needs but was unrefundable through Travelocity.
We asked the staff member if there were rooms at their sister hotel, that we could transfer our reservation to; she was unable / unwilling to assist us. While the property is nice, it did not meet our needs and booking through Travelocity limited our options at the time.

We've enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly. And, the entire hotel is neat and clean.
We needed a place to stay overnight while traveling and easily made a reservation online. Check-in was a breeze. Meghan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Our king room (303) was on the back of the hotel and provided a quiet place to relax and sleep. The room was spacious, well-appointed and smelled very fresh and clean. Our only issue was the squeakiness of the bed. Any little movement was met with high-pitched squeaks. Aside from that, the bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance are some fast food places and Buc-ee's is nearby. We opted to drive back to the main part of Florence for dinner. (We highly recommend Stefano's for a tasty Italian meal.) After dinner, we took a dip in the indoor pool. The pool was very clean and we appreciated that it is heated. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast. The attendant, Alexander, was cheerful and friendly and kept the buffet well stocked. Offerings included oatmeal, yogurt, single-egg omelets, biscuits, gravy, sausage, pancakes, toast and bagels, a variety of juices (the passionfruit orange guava is delicious!), coffee, and more. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and it was conveniently stocked with Dove toiletries. Checkout was quick and easy. If we're ever back in the area, we'll stay here again.

Hotel was clean, but sheets on the bed had dirt stains on them. They should never have put them on a bed. It was too late to have them changed as I didn’t check in till 11pm.
They should be a little more attentive to their bed linens.

Good location for travel
Excellent service, clean room, quiet. There weren’t many restaurant choices nearby other than fast food, but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault. But it had the advantage of being north of the city so in the morning we could continue our journey without having to deal with rush hour.

Great break stop on long trips
We stopped here as a halfway point coming home from DC. We stayed here 5 nights ago on the way there. Our room was ready when we checked in around 4 and the air was crisp, not musty as some hotel rooms can be. The front desk called our room about 15 minutes after check in to see how our room was and ensure it was clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. You can’t hear the highway traffic which is a plus. We will continue to use this as our break stop when traveling up north. Breakfast was still hot at 9 am.

We had reservations for check-in @3. We arrived at 5:50. Waited in line to check in and our room was not ready. No apology. Asked to wait 15 minutes. Went to Buc-ees and returned 35 minutes lates. Told room still not ready. The 2 clerks were rude and unapologetic. I was DONE! It had been a long day and the purples hair and tall lady were not helpful! They finally found us a room. Also breakfast room poorly stocked. We had to wait 30 minutes for eggs! PS: NO SMILES OR PLEASANTRIES ANYWHERE 😔 We won’t be returning.

We arrived at 5:45 and there were a few others checking in ahead of us. We were politely asked to wait about 20 minutes for our room with queen beds to be ready. This upset many guests since check in is earlier, but the lady was pleasant none the less. Our room was a bit stuffy and we quickly turned the air on low and put our cleaning wipes and spray to work as we always do when at a hotel. The room appeared fairly clean and the bed wasn’t bad for someone with low back pain. We would stay here again as it’s a good halfway point fir our travels.

Nice visit

We arrived late around 10 pm. The staff was wonderful, friendly, fast and efficient. The location is very convenient right of I95. Did not have an opportunity to really check out the area, but all that we experienced was good and breakfast was nice.

Convenient off i95. Greeted by staff and checked in promptly without issue. Dead roaches by the entry door, along hall wall edges and one in our room near the window. Nothing alive was seen during stay. Filthy shower, so gross I cleaned it myself so we could use it. Towels clean and smelled good. Shareable soap in the bathroom was empty, no one use disposable. Door didn’t seal around edges so sound and light came in easily. New comfortable bed and nice linens.
We pulled the beds apart to inspect - clean. Nice tv and finishing in our room. Pool is nice but cold.
