Definitely on the low end of Hilton properties when it comes to quality of the facility. The whole building feels dated. The spa was out of service which was unfortunate and while the pool itself was pretty clean, the pool area was not so nice. They were also having major problems with the key cards which was a pain. The staff were quite helpful which helped make the stay better. Maggie in particular was VERY helpful! If it wasn't for the nice staff, I would have left pretty disappointed with my stay.

Booked 5 rooms for two nights, for myself and co-workers. Everyone seemed satisfied with the rooms, with the exception of mine. As you can see from the picture, around the AC unit was very dirty and the paint was peeling. The first bed appeared to have been slept from the condition of the sheets. Moved to the second one, was fine and comfortable.
Best thing going for this property is the staff, all were great.

The staff was great, clean, lots of amenities. At check in, it was shift change and my wife and I were waiting for a room. We were waiting for about 30 minutes after we checked in to get into a room. We also had to remind them that we were waiting. The staff did get us in a room quickly.

Hallways were very cold. Breakfast was very disappointing (way overpriced for sad quality/offering). Rooms were very meh. Location was weirdly remotely placed. Basically, the hotel was what I would expect at $99/night, not $300 or the ridiculous price I paid for this one. And I travel a LOT all over the country and the world - business and personal. This hotel needs help or a drop in price. Not very impressive.

Not clean in the room. Tissue with blood on it on floor by bed. Hair in sink and tub. Scum in tub. Please use some other cleaner. May have been different in other rooms. Did not say anything to front desk cause I did not want to deal with them again. The breakfast was not inclued. They want to charge 15 dollars for the same breakfat that is free in other lless expensive hotels.

The smelll of animal urine in our room was terrible. Pull out couch was not comfortable (I paid extra for 6 occupants. I would expect a suitable bed for guests 5&6.
The lobby and bar were nice looking and parking was super easy and free.

I never write reviews because we have had really good luck with Hiltons, but I couldn’t pass. This one up …
We are Hilton diamond members, and travel all over the world.. this is the first time we’ve had trouble with a Hilton hotel.
The air conditioning in the room was loud and took a very long time to cool the room… The refrigerator never got cold…our bedspreads were not the matching really soft comfortable bed spreads that you usually get when you stay in Hilton…the one bed spread was itchy so we didn’t use it. The bathroom door did not stay open and made the clicking noise… the toilet wouldn’t flush.
I would not stay at this hotel again..

We did not enjoy our breakfast. We ordered an omelet. The cook cooked the omelet with partially raw bacon. He inserted slices of bacon. Usually the bacon is broken into pieces! Not good at all!

Disappointing
We have stayed here before, but after this trip, I think we are done and won't return. Not only was the air conditioning unit not taking the humidity out of the air, but the walls are so paper thin that both nights we were woken up at 1 and 2 in the morning with people partying next to us and loud talking out in the hallway, with doors slamming every so often. They also don't come daily to refresh the room (giving new towels, more coffee, etc. UNLESS you ask them to. We just feel the service is not what it used to be

There was a very questionable stain on the wall that I would rather not say what it looked like.. The fridge didn’t work.. lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs and the bottom of the mattress was covered in stains.. unfortunately had no time to talk to staff about these problems with the schedule I was on. Overall would not stay there again.

Rooms were not serviced when I walked in for the first time. Didn’t have towels, no soap, no toiletries.
This led me to believe no one cleaned the room.
The front desk was new and couldn’t help. The manager was too busy staying in the office to help the new front desk person.

The property was very clean. Initial check in was quick and pleasant. Room fit our needs very pleasant.
When we went to get breakfast we were disappointed. We had 2 vouchers (our room purchase came with them) There was a “continental breakfast” buffet as well as a breakfast menu available.
There was one server on the floor. She was super busy (not her fault). The set up was a bit confusing.
I grabbed a menu to see what we were working with. The buffet had cold items like fruit, cereal, and muffins. The menu had hot breakfast available.
Long story short, this was gonna take some time. I understand they don’t have control over how busy they are. We ended up leaving and checking out before ordering.
-my son had an appoint with his specialist. We had about an hour to work with. We needed another option. He is on a high fat, high protein diet. Cold buffet wasn’t gonna cut it-
We checked out. I asked the front desk if we could get the breakfast refunded. She said that she needed to ask her manager. I left our room information and headed out.
I called to see if the refund had occurred. The manager I spoke to informed me she couldn’t give us the refund. One reason was that we purchased our room from a third party (Expedia). I told her I understood, but wish that there had been better clarification. She was very dismissive. I’m aggravated at yer lack of concern for my disappointment

The room was very noisy. There was no response to 3 requests to make the bed and clean up the room, and when they finally came on the fourth day, they left trash on the floor, did not empty the waste baskets, and did not clean the shower or the toilet. The ice machine was not working properly. The tv service was very limited and included no movie streaming services.

Loved how comfortable and clean the rooms were. The staff was wonderful. Only negative is Expedia said breakfast is free, you DO have to pay either fresh made to order or for the continental. It is pet friendly and they were very courteous about our animals. Overall 4/5!

We booked our stay for a simple relaxing night to ourselves for our anniversary. When we booked we were not notified that the pool and spa were not working. Also the tv did not work and the fridge did not keep our food cold.

Travelocity over booked the hotel. Spent hours on the phone with poor customer service reps. Got hung up on with no return call. Rebooked to another hotel that was full. Travelicity agent Refused to let me speak to a supervisor.
Finally rebooked me to a dirty hotel on the 4 th floor with no elevator.

Check In delays
Check-in was supposed to be anytime after 3:00. I arrived at 4. My room had not yet been cleaned. I was asked to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes, which I did. The room was still not ready. So they gave me a different room, which I did not get into until 4:30. This made me late for the event that was the whole purpose of my trip.
The room had a very heavy, perfumy smell from scented cleaning supplies. Luckily I was able to open the window.
Other than that, everything was fine.
The hotels.com website tells you if a hotel is "pet friendly," but there is no where to input that you are bringing a dog. This hotel had a $75 pet fee. Luckily I called ahead of time because I think only certain rooms allowed pets.

I would not recommend this hotel. I tried to make a reservation over the phone, they told me to call back in 45 min. Asked if we could check in early, basically said it wasn't likely. I would have been happy if they said they would do their best to get us in early, but can't guarantee anything. Since they obviously do not clean occupied rooms anymore, you'd think they would be able to have clean rooms available. No service to clean up room or refresh shampoo/soap/towels. I called the desk for towels and shampoo 3 times..no one ever answered. I will not be returning...sad because we've always had positive experiences previously with Hilton's hotels.

So was hard to check in. We asked for fresh towels on day 2 and never received them. Our bathroom fan was broken, the sheets had stains and pillow cases had makeup on them. When we went to the pool it was dirty, people had left socks, undies, jewelry, and hair weave extensions all over the pool deck. To be honest it was tired, not clean, the cleaning staff were rude, and the place needs sone attention. Desk staff were nice but never around when we tried to access them. We won’t be staying again.

Check in was a tiny bit delayed but worked out just fine! Front Desk Check in Clerk was super nice and easy to talk to. Late Evening Clerk was accommodating with snacks and kind. Pool was very relaxing! Enjoyed my stay!!! Close to Amphitheater!!!

I checked in around 6PM on a Sunday. I was surprised to get a wheelchair accessible room assigned to me. Two rooms, one for the bed, one for desk etc. The one with the desk is on the entry, it's a dungeon with no windows. I hauled downstairs to ask for a different room. The guy tells me its booked. No way, no way was the place booked..empty parking lot, and my co-worker arrived later and got a regular room. For some reason I don't understand, the guy decided to stick me with a room I didn't want, and he didn't need to assign. I ended up dragging the desk out of the dungeon and into the sleeping area with a window to work in the light by the window. If you get the disgruntled guy working the desk that I did, maybe you too will be the recipient of his puzzling anger at the world. Ironically, he thanked me for my Hilton Honors status. I would recommend finding another place to stay in Tinley Park.

The staff at this location was very helpful and friendly. That was the only good part of our experience. The hot water was not working, there were several mysterious stains on the bed, furniture and headboard. The fridge in the room kept nothing cold.

Great service, Not a great value
Decent clean room. The floors in the majority of the hotel and room feel like they laid carpet on top of busted and broken cement with large holes in it. The pool and spa are so overly chlorinated it would burn your eyes just walking in to the pool area.
Breakfast was cheap and bland for the (almost)$10 fee.

Little getaway
I love staying at this hotel. Whether its a couples stay or alone its a wonderful property, smack in the middle of tons of stores, restaurants etc. My only complaint was cleanliness of bathroom, specifically sink. It was not draining properly and I dont know last time it was rodded but tons of hair was in drain(gross). Other than that awesome weekend.

Amazing staff but the room was not very clean.
We stayed 1 night and my room was dirty. I didn't know the full extent until the morning of check out.
It had red stains (lipstick probably) on the underside of the comforter with lots of body hair. (EWW) I did talk the man at night and he gave me a different blanket and told me to toss the comforter into the hallway. The shower didn't drain and with the shower pan so thin my shower only last about 3 mins before I had to turn water off, wait for it to drain, and then finish. When I opened up the blinds, I noticed nail clippings by the window on the floor. I'm not a person to complain or cause a scene. So I let the front desk lady know when we checked out that the room would need more TLC before the next guest checked in. She tried to make it right with us, but since we used 3rd party (Hotels.com) she couldn't refund us anything. We had a good time with family and the lady really did try her very best to offer us other things like breakfast. But we only wanted her to know so the housekeeping/maintenance team can fix those areas. Overall, it was a great time, just left us feeling dirty.

The hotel was nice and clean. The guy at the counter when we checked in was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and helpful. The pool area was okay...wish it was heated. The breakfast was nice and the lady working it was fabulous. I wasn't crazy with how thin the walls are. I could hear the neighbors tv all night. There was a man at the counter a couple of times while my family and I walked thru that didn't say anything to us...not terribly friendly. I do wish the front desk would have told me that housekeeping was on a request basis as I didn't know that. The breakfast is a little pricey and they don't offer children discounts. Overall, I would stay again. It was close to so much and the price was pretty reasonable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but poorly lit, could definitely use some additional lamps. Exterior flags torn and tattered, key cards stopped working had to have them re-set. Breakfast was $7.95 and what was offered most hotels give for free.

After booking this property - two rooms over $500 for a concert, the concert was canceled three hours before showtime. Hotel purchased for no reason. The management wpuld not work with me on any types of credits, etc. The hotel was not even close to being "all that!"

A bit disappointed!
We were there for 4 Days n nights and we couldn’t get our room serviced not once. I was told that I had to ask at the front desk a day ahead of time, but I was told that I couldn’t get service. The card in the room said every three days, but that turned out to be a lie. Some of front desk personnel was not warm at all.

When we arrived there was a piece of plastic in our shower drain, so I know they didn’t clean all that well. I understand breakfast being shut down because of covid, but they’re still (over)charging you for little prepackaged stuff. Masks are required but i didn’t see other guest wearing one. They were not enforcing it at all.

Nice and relaxing.
Our stay was nice, relaxing and comfortable. All of the staff members were nice and accommodating. Very neat and clean hotel. Due to COVID-19, the restaurant was closed, but they do have a little store to purchase sealed snacks and refreshments. We brought our in snacks and refreshments, and utilized the in-room refrigerator to store perishable items.

The room was clean and relatively comfortable. The front desk personnel was very helpful. The lobby was not very welcoming,as there was a large plastic covering hanging from the ceiling over the front desk. It appeared to be protection from a water leak that had been there awhile. Location worked out very well for the purpose of my visit to the area.

Rundown property. Black mold in shower area. Antiquated door lock and misaligned entry door led to excessive noise. Ripped bed sheet. I know it’s COVID time but this place failed to meet Hilton standards in my opinion.

This property was run down, the 1st room they gave us the bathroom was dirty and the bedding was dirty, no covid cleaning or signs of extra precautions. The man at the front desk changed the room for us and the 2nd room was also dirty. Do not book here, very unsanitary!

The app lock for the door but I was unable to get my confirmation number to work so couldn’t use it. I didn’t like that you only get a bar of soap for showering and the heat thermostat didn’t work well. We would have it set at 72 and would get back to the he would I’m and it was 66
