Nice, Clean Hotel
This hotel was very clean and quiet. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. I like being within walking distance of a T stop so that getting into downtown Boston isn't too difficult.

this was OK i was disappointed with hallway carpets and hallway smelled the bedroom carpets were MEH the bed was clean the facilities were dated the staff were polite and helpful. glad it was one night.

It’s a great location with working. The rooms got wear and tear to them and I didn’t feel like the rug was clean. There rugs need to be seeped cleaned in the room. Overal for the money it’s great deal in Boston.

All around is under construction. You can't walk safely. But there's great shops really close and subway stop just a few minutes far.

All was to old, the heather was to loud and it was not easy to get sleep because of it. The front desk service was rude.

The shuttle bus is handy and economical. The coffee urn in the reception area tasted like it was made hours before.

We stayed at this hotel last year when we flew out of Boston. Our stay was fine. No real issues. We also really like that there is free parking while you’re away.
Fast forward to 2024. When we mentioned the free parking from last year the lady told us that there has always been a parking fee for extended stay for as long as she’s been here. It doesn’t state this on the website or Expedia and we did not pay for parking last year.
This year we booked a suite for a little extra room with the kids. We get to our suite and this is what we found:
It smelled dirty and moldy.
The carpet looked very dirty and grimy.
My daughter found a condom wrapper on the floor!!!!
Under the bed were facecloths, solo cups and all kinds of garbage!
We were disgusted and immediately asked for a new room, a suite, which was definitely better.
We had no offers for compensation of any sort.
How do people get away with being so terrible at cleaning a hotel room?
We’ve always liked staying here, we aren’t super fussy people, but I’m not sure if we’ll be back after this.

So this property is very convenient, tho hard to get to. You are within short walking distance to Assembly Square which has great shopping and dining. You are also like 5 minutes drive from downtown boston and the subway stations to ride in are close.
We have stayed here several times, BUT, its a very dated property. Comfortable enough to get by .Breakfast is there, but limited. We like to workout in the mornings before starting our day. Workout room is pretty awful. Each time we have gone most of the equipment is out of order. Super frustrating as this is very important to us. No dumbells, maybe one machine in operation at any given time. We have brought this up with the property many times, but it never changes.

Most of the breakfast trays were empty - no eggs, no milk for cereal, coffee gone at 8:30 am and there was a row of people waiting. It took forever to refill there was only one woman running the breakfast operation

Pros:
-Front desk attendant was pleasant and personable.
Cons:
-refrigerator was leaking leaving about a foot and a half of soaked carpet around it
-incredibly noisy bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The desk staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. The rooms were basic but clean. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay again. Transport to the beautiful city of Boston is 5 minutes walk away.

I didn’t actually stay the night. I had to cancel because of valid reasons and was told I would not get a refund because of la Quinta inns policies. So I will not be using these services again.

The hotel was very close to the highway and there was demolotion goong on all around. The dining area is very small compared to the number of rooms,people were sitting with people they didnt know to get a seat.or standing. The elevator had graffiti etched into the walls.

Convenient location and proper rates
Awesomely large King size beds (I think they were larger than our King bed). The rooms were comfortable and the included breakfast was a huge plus. I really liked the sausages and waffles. You're walking distance from a few restaurants. I believe a T stop on the orange line is nearby. Being outside of Boston proper the rates were better. Man driving around here and Boston is tough.
Will probably stay here again in the future.

Poor condition, dirty, shuttle not as advertised,
We booked this hotel for our family of four (two adults, two small kids) after a late night arrival into Boston airport before visiting family over the holidays. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a 24/7 airport shuttle. After our flight arrived at 2am, we called for a shuttle pickup at the airport and were told the shuttle stopped running at 10pm. When I pointed out their website advertised a 24/7 shuttle, the person at the front desk told us it was a new policy change and the website hadn’t yet been updated. It turned out almost impossible to get to the hotel at that time of night, as no Lyft or Uber driver would accept our ride request and there were no taxis available at Logan airport at all! Stuck at the airport with luggage and two small kids in the middle of the night after traveling across the country for the holidays, we tried to find another hotel but they were all booked. We finally managed to find a taxi to take us to the hotel after about an hour at 3am. Arriving at the hotel, we found the condition was very disappointing. It was run down, the hallways were filthy, and the room was only marginally better. Upon check out the next morning, the lobby was noisy and chaotic with no one at the front desk, and there was even an elderly gentleman wandering around the lobby with his pants around his ankles! It felt like we were in a weird movie. We don’t stay in luxury hotels but no thanks, never staying here again!!

When booking this stay it said there was a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. I even called to make sure the shuttle ran at Christmas. However, when we arrived we were told that the shuttle ran from 5am-10pm, which apparently changed after the booking. I paid for a room for 5 people that we stayed in for 5 hours and then my family had to spend the entire night in the airport for our 5:30am flight. Very disappointing. The staff was not terribly helpful.

It was a pleasant time to spent at La Quinta. I had to take an exam and it was convenient to stay there. The staff is polite, kind, approachable, friendly, and courteous. The rooms was clean and the floor was also in good condition.
The changes I would like is morning breakfast to have variety and not just eggs and sausage, waffles, bagels. Other options can be added like pancake, sandwiches with turkey ham, burger, pudding.
Please add more comforters on the bed. It was cold in the room at times and I wanted to cover with a big comforter for heat and I had to get up to adjust the heater, but it did not help because I was close to the window.
And a small feet bathroom doormat in the bathroom because after taking a shower I had to put my feet on the cold floor.
Fix your gym. It did not have a variety of working equipment.

It was definitely a little run down, and the breakfast was quaint. Everything was functional and clean. On the day of check out, housekeeping kept knocking on the door throughout the morning (starting at 8:45am) to tell us to leave even though check out wasn’t until 11am.

The location is perfect for my needs. However, the property is extremely 'TIRED' looking (stained and worn carpeting; room chair arms were damaged; TV didn't work - had to call maintenance (who WAS very responsive) but the sound crackled in/out, screen would freeze a little every few minutes...pretty bad; room entryway light blew; had 2 conditioners in the shower (no shampoo)

The daytime staff was not friendly at all but the night staff was amazing. The second day the (dirty) shower water from the floor above us was coming through the roof. We were told they would move us but there wasnt communication of that so the lady at the desk was difficult to deal with. We finally got a new room but it was a downgrade, much smaller, no fridge or microwave. The carpet was filthy. We also had a second room during this stay, there was a spider or two in the bathroom and the heater was broken. It was freezing cold but I was not about to move again so I went back to sleep in the first room. I will say that the bed was comfortable though in both rooms. The location was close to the mall and some larger shops which came in handy. Limited food choices but several none the less. The 1st morning we also had a weird, loud noise like someone trying to open our door but it may have been the room next to us as their door remained open often. We never felt unsafe walking around there day or night. Ohhh and theres a Starbucks you can walk to and the train station is within walking distance.

Boston weekend trip
Nice hotel. T station close by. Good restaurants behind hotel on assembly row. Not far from downtown. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Highly recommend this hotel
It was a very pleasant stay. I brought the room with the king size bed didn't even realize it had a desk in there and a chair it was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice and free breakfast the next morning which you could smell it from the 4th floor elevator. Everything was excellent. I was celebrating my 60th birthday. And the price couldn't beat it

If you don't have a local cell phone, do not live here, you need to spend a lot of time to figure out how to conect to the wifi. No hot water at 9am. Front desk staffs were kind and helpful.

We stayed in a room with our 3 kids after flying in from Orlando and our flight being delayed. By the time we landed in Boston it was very late and I figured we'd drive home in the morning. Our room was very obviously not cleaned before our arrival. There was dirty towels in the bathroom, stains on the sheets & worst of all the bedside table draw had a used condom & a rolled up receipt with a white powdery substance in it! Right in the draw my children were sleeping next to! My youngest son thought the condom was a balloon luckily i grabbed it from him before he put it to his mouth, then made him wash his hands thoroughly twice!

Rude manager shouted at me and intimidated me.
They kicked me out of the hotel and I was not able to stay there. Please refund me the room charges back on my card as I didn’t stay at the property. Property manager shouted at me when I asked to have my room changed beacuse room they gave me was in terrible condition and toilet clogged.

I did not like the fact that though I missed breakfast, people were in the dining room eating and they locked the door. I could have grabbed a muffin or something but could not. I hope they did not waste any uneaten food.

Been to this hotel many times, but only for the convenience. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast is acceptable, but less choices as time has passed. Overall cleanliness is still great. The machines in the fitness room needs attention. Staff does continue to be courteous and professional.

Considering the very reasonable rates and free parking, it was fine and thus 4 stars. If we were paying a higher rate it would be a three. The rooms were clean but some things didn’t work or didn’t work well. We had to visit and revisit the desk to have our room keys demagnetized and the breakfast was limited and the space to eat was insufficient to provide tables for all the guests. All in all, and for the price it was pretty good.

HORRIBLE NOT CLEAN
Itchy sheets. Not a comfortable stay I literally slept in my clothes on top of the bed sheets. I asked for other sheets and they had HAIR in them. Would not recommend I truly want my money back. Not happy at all I am glad I am finally back home because I can properly rest. I got 2-3 hours of sleep bc I was so uncomfortable

Great staff and great location
Shuttle had just left when we landed at the airport but came back for us, otherwise it would have been a 45min wait. Krissi was friendly checking us in as well as the overnight desk clerk who set up the returning shuttle for us and made sure we had everything we needed (like a toothbrush that we had forgotten). The room was the perfect temperature when we entered and the location was perfect!! It was about a 7 min walk to the orange line that took us straight into downtown Boston.

We booked this hotel for the location. It was walking distance to some great restaurants, shopping and more importantly, the T. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are dated but ok and pretty clean. Hallways could use some cleaning and updating. Breakfast was ok. Had better but also had worse.

Buen servicio pero necesita renovarse y mejor limpieza.
Las ropas de cama en mal estado (solicitamos cambio) y gentilmente la sustituyeron de inmediato.
Se ve viejo, un poco mas de iluminacion seria positivo.
Buena localizacion.
Si mejoran la higiene de la propiedad es una buena opcion.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20-$50 a night to stay at another hotel in the area. This place is falling apart. Could have just stayed at a motel for the same quality and cheaper price.
