Hotel is excellent, elevated experience for south beach area. Good pools, different temperatures, which makes up for no hot tub. Restaurants are both quite good, two of the better ones in south beach.
Only complaint is slow valet, but hotel was quite generous about the inconvenience and gave us a nice bottle of champagne as a sorry.
Will stay here again I’m sure. Very much enjoyed it.

Well, the room that I want it was a city view but I got a courtyard with just the route rooftop idea prefer looking out the windows at some sites and not just the rooftop overall the room was nice but I didn’t have a bathtub and I want to relax after a long trip in a tub soaking. My family always stay there was Latisha Flanigan in the residential suites she told me how she enjoy staying!

Stay was amazing. They service your room in the afternoon and evening every day. The chairs at the pool and the beach are free and really comfortable. Free waters and sunscreen as well. The master of time signature spa treatment at Valmont spa was amazing. Convenient location. Staff is super nice. The weight room was really nice and had free weights including bench press and also machine weights as well. Treadmills as well. Jaya has some cool shows in the evening during dinner. Ocean Grill restaurant has really nice views of the Ocean and beach.

Beautiful property! Everything about this place is 5 star! The rooms are beautiful and contemporary. You don’t hear your neighbors. The bathroom lightening is a little dim that was the only con. The beach and pool were amazing. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.

Great ambiance in the hotel dining area and a beautiful beach front restaurant. The three pools with different water temperatures are quite unique and the suite was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Nothing was missing. Beautiful hotel with the nicest and most helpful personnel.

If you stay on a Friday or Saturday night know that they have very loud performances going on in their open air dining area that most of the rooms face that goes until about 12pm and the windows do not block any of the noise. We were on the 7th floor and couldn’t sleep at all until it was done

Live in Florida and was looking for the perfect staycation spot, and this is it. Was hoping they had a family membership package but they don't. We will be back sooner versus later. Loved every minute of this trip back in July 2022 for my son's birthday. From start to exit, they made us feel like VIPs. Would highly recommend this place.

Only negative I was celebrating a birthday. the hotel which was excellent & a surprise sent a piece of chocolate cake, strawberries & champagne which was nice but sent it up a day early. I mentioned it they said they would which it out but didn’t.

Amazing stay at The Setai! From check in to departure my family was treated amazingly well. Isabel checked us in and was extremely helpful in arranging our dinner reservations, and upon finding out it was my daughter’s birthday she sent cake & champagne to our room. I’m so happy she suggested we dine at Jaya (we were booked at Ocean Grill but it was raining heavily) Jaya was amazing! We enjoyed everything we ate and the entertainment was wonderful! The service at the hotel was overall impeccable. Housekeeping does an amazingly detail job. They offered us late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful beach that morning as we lost a day on the beach due to a storm. Despite the weather, the hotel made up for it in every way and my family would definitely return to the Setai!!!

The property is located on a nice Miami Beach area. Nice restaurants and pool area. The rooms are outstanding and what makes this experience second to none is the staff service. Always looking for ways to make you feel special. Would look forward to stay there again.

The staff inside the hotel and in the restaurants were wonderful however the staff at the pool and the beach seemed only interested in selling food and drinks. Impossible to get someone to bring you water at both places. Mens bathroom by the bar and mens locker room at the spa were both dirty. Valet was horrible. We waited 45 minutes once for our car in the middle of the day. The food was good and the restaurant staff great. Hotel was visually pretty but for a 5 star property, we were disappointed.

I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels before. Ritz, St. Regis, etc… but this hotel collectively overall blows them out of the water. I stayed in a ocean view suite, one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I was only there for two nights. But honestly I wish I could’ve stayed longer because everything was super clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful with everything. They even gave me a free bottle of champagne and fresh fruit when I arrived. When I go to Miami again, I will definitely be staying at this hotel. 10/10.

Setai is absolutely superb!
The Setai hotel was such a fun place to stay for the adults and kids in our family. The staff are so courteous and helpful in every way. The food is amazing!! We would love to stay there again.

The Setai is a lovely property. My husband and I did not get an ocean/pool view because we typically are not in the room much. We did end up with the room right next to the elevator but it was quiet which is a plus. A few things in the room were worn (the table) but the room was very big. Bring your own toiletries; the shampoo and conditioner were not all that. Three beautiful pools - all 3 different temperatures. Good restaurant but the only way to get to the pool was through the restaurant which is very awkward. We did not use the spa. The gym was small but had bikes, ellipticals, a rower a few machines, free weights and items for conditioning/therapy. Beachfront yoga was offered in the morning which was cool although I did not have a chance to attend. From a recycling standpoint, the resort was a disaster. I hope they eventually get recycling bins in the rooms. There were also boutiques in the front of the building that were open to both the hotel and the street so the hotel was cooling the street. Not OK! On the plus side, the concierge, Maria M recommended an excellent restaurant, El Cielo, that had an outstanding tasting menu and a waterfront location where we watched the boats pass adorned with Miami's beautiful people (and some regulars too.)

We really liked the staff, all of whom were extremely courteous and attentive. The facilities were great, with a beautiful pool area and an ideal area of beach with plenty of chairs for the hotel's guests. Our suite was also amazing; it had a full kitchen, washer/dryer (have not seen that before), and gorgeous ocean views - well worth the extra cost to bump up to the suite. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the ocean-side restaurant. I did not love the Jaya restaurant that much, mostly based on personal taste: the food wasn't really fusion or anything original, it was more like a random assortment of Asian (primarily Chinese and Indian) dishes (as well as sushi), and the live entertainment was less of a charming background than a periodic interruption of conversation and the meal itself. The DJ music got progressively louder as the meal went on, which made it feel like the restaurant was gradually and less-than-subtly morphing into a nightclub. However, the cocktails (at Jaya and around the hotel) were fantastic. And let me end by saying again, we were extremely impressed with the staff.
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Pools are great. Concierge services one of the best. Everyone friendly, yoga on the beach with Roger is a must. The only disappointment ocean grill- expensive little salad but you can take the great hotel car service and go to soho house.

We had an amazing stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary, 5 stars in all aspects.. from the check in to the check out every was above and beyond the expectations.
