Clean Room and comfortable bed/pillows
I was greeted with a nice gentleman at the front desk and we enjoyed the room was clean and roomy; I slept well until I heard a man talk loudly outside or in another room at about 7:00 am after a long new year's night, but able to sleep a little more. I asked the same clerk Victor for the comfy pillows in the room, and he gave me information to look up, we will be returning in 2024
Hopefully next time we don't get a room by the elevator

We checked in around 2PM. Manager was nice. We dumped our bags and spent the rest of the day visiting family. When we returned we discovered COCKROACHES in the Room!!! It was too late to leave and find another Hotel. Told manage we would be leaving first thing in the morning. We did. Unfortunately in our haste to leave we forgot an expensive pair of boots. We returned and asked for the boots and were told Housekeeping had found NOTHING! Please. We were gone for maybe two hours. Horrible Hotel, horrible service. Do not stay here.

Staff gets 5 stars for friendliness and being accommodating as this was an unplanned stay due to flight delays. The place itself was descent in appearance and the breakfast was appreciated. What knocks down overall rating is the promised transportation from the airport. I had to call 3 times as waited 45 minutes with no call from a driver. I was promised multiple times will be soon. The turnaround should have been 15-20 minutes from my first call as promised. Then when the hotel reached out to the driver was told another 20 minutes delay. Unacceptable. I was forced to take a taxi but the hotel at least covered the cost of it. The morning ride to the hotel was better. I made sure to leave extra time just in case.

Victor was gracious and could accommodate our request to check in early after our overnight flight from Tahiti. He made sure all our needs were met: breakfast to transportation from and to the airport.

I arrived to check in and no one is around the front counter. I started looking at people who were outside and they notice me then asked me the reason I’m here?
We go up to the room and there is left over key card on the drawer and a box of donuts. Bad house keeping.

We stayed on arrival into US and the pickup airport transport was terrible- they use taxis service which appears slow and needed 3 phone calls and we ended up after waiting well over an hour - jumped in standard taxi - the hotel reimbursed which was fab they need to sort that end. Hotel end great. Their breakfast is not really breakfast as claimed and no coffee available in room which is a pain. Our room had a smell about it - bearable. We stayed a few nights later room heaps better and transport airport same problem from airport- hotel end great

The stay was good. The hotel room was big and spacious. We worked during the day and it had ample space for 2 people. The only issue was breakfast was just coffee and protein bars. Other than that good stay :)

The receptionist and the check in were excellent.
The room was fine but for the bathroom plumbing.
Had to ask for one more towel which was torn up.
The so called continental breakfast was devoid of any healthy food. Coffee is best avoidable.
No coffee pot in the bedroom.

Elevator room

I had to change 4 rooms because every one had a problem (one was the fire alarm, the others had broken faucets). Finally I decided it was too late to change again even if the room condition was not good.
It stank a lot but I was too tired after a long flight.
During breakfast even the milk wasn't available (they only had condensed milk) and no croissants or muffin or other fresh snacks.
Really a bad experience for the price paid

Loved how prompt the staff was in requesting a shuttle to take us to the airport. Beds were quite comfortable. Could not access the wireless network, and wish they had shuttle service from airport to the hotel until at least about 11:00 p.m. or so (we were told no drivers are available after around 9:00 p.m.).

I usually really like Ramadas but this one was not great by any means. The room had a collection of dust on most of the surfaces. The linens were itchy and in need of replacing. The AC/Heater was sub optimal.
There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the floor even though it was a non smoking floor.
My biggest gripe however is the lack of hot water. The shower water was luke warm at best. And was only like warm for a few minutes before becoming cold.
The breakfast was only coffee and a pastry. The rest of the items were buy only.

We did not stay the night. We had a room that smelled of stale cigarettes and it had mold above the bathroom door. There were several pieces of hair in the tub upon arrival. There were only 2 towels so we asked for additional since there were 4 of us. They only had one to give us. We were refunded quickly.

The front desk was very helpful as I came in pretty early before the check-in time and still let me in a room after an exhausting and defeating morning. The room was very spacious and clean and the area the hotel around was pretty good for walking, with lots of new joints and some construction going on. The only issue I had was the noise, you could hear the rooms next door. I could tell what song they were playing from their phone.

The continental breakfast was just a few Nutri-Grain bars, no milk, juice or creamers available. The windows were so thin there was constant noise from the highway.

Excellent place near San Francisco Airport
Property is clean and thank God not far from so many restaurants it’s a walking distance 🙌 Because supposedly my reservations was with full breakfast which I payed and it was only a coffee with one piece of bread! It’s ok not a big deal but don’t say full breakfast 😜

Horrible stay
It's a horrible one. The front desk is very nice, he offer to carry my luggage up for me which is on the 3rd floor for me because their elevator was broken.
I made a reservation for a non-smoking room, I end up with a room with very strong cigarette smell. I did let the front desk know, but they said they are fully book and cannot switch me to another room, he is nice enough to give me an air purifier and an air freshener (please see pic), but it didn't help, I keep coughing from the smoky smell, and the air purifier is noisy. The air fresher makes the cigarette smell even stronger and hard to bear. I called hotel.com for help, and they call the front desk, however, they said I already stay for a few hours, cannot refund or do anything. I waited till sun is up and just check out.

I like the reimbursement for the free shuttle service this place offers. I can’t believe the shuttle had a flat tire at the time. I had to wait long for Lyft and got lost. Then I finally took the taxi.

This is a no frills hotel and nothing, however it offers onsite parking, it felt safe and is affordable and budget friendly. The staff was extremely nice upon arrival and leaving.

When we checked in, we were informed we they did t have a rollaway bed even though it was on our reservation and the counter person knew it. Got stuck paying for another room. We had no choice. Check in person said airport shuttle started after we needed to be at the airport. In the morning others took a shuttle and the morning g guy said he could call on. Nice going guys. You cost us an extra $100. Won’t stay there ever again.

My daughter fell and hit her chin on the corner of the bed. They have the mattress on top of wood. The mattress moves and the corner was exposed. She hit her chin pretty hard on the wooden corner. Would not recommend for families with small children.

We decided to stay in this hotel because they offered free breakfast and there wasn’t any breakfast. Another thing is that there was suppose to have coffee machine in the room.. and nothing! Another thing is that we could hear the next room voices and the outside noises. The costumer service was really terrible, plus i normally leave tip to the person who clean the room and there was an envelope in which was written that we leave the envelope with the tip in the front desk so the money goes to the correct person… the room wasn’t cleaned in my stay.

Nitro grain bars for breakfast - when clearly when I booked - breakfast would be serviced. Still blaming it on Covid - I stayed at Embassy suites and they served breakfast. Disappointing / toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called front desk - I was told to walk to get a plunger at front desk and then fix it myself

Worst Stay
The service was not good. The man tending the front was not rude but did not provide the items as needed. My son needed a blanket and he said there were no more. That was not true, minutes later I went down to the front desk again for deodorizer and passed by a room that had a rolling bed with a blanket and sheets waiting for them. Why i was told that, who knows. The smell was horrific. The carpet stenches and the overall cleanliness is terrible. If it wasn’t that we flew in so late, we would not have stayed. We slept with the window open and the deodorizer was miraculously provided. Although I was asked to go get it. The only reason it was brought to my room is because the front desk couldn’t reach my room, the phone did not work.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room itself. It was listed and booked as a nonsmoking room but clearly was used as a smoking room at some recent time. The sheets were stained and had a musty smell and not recently laundered. I was totally unhappy about the misrepresentation rating of a 5 star hotel!! I will not stay there again!!!!

The Manager, Victor, was very helpfuland an extra-miler. Helped us with our TV issues and even replaced our microwave oven. We specifically did not want our towels changed as we are conscious of the environment and they respected that. Would return to stay

The rooms are so outdated . The bathtub paint was chipping as well as dirty walls all over the room. We asked for a nonsmoking room yet we could smell smoke throughout the night. We were so disappointed with our stay.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
One of the worst experience ever!!! Place was beyond filthy! Foundation make up on the walls, like if they put their whole side of their face on the wall, floor was nasty, who knows if they even vacuumed, room smelled terrible, towels beyond stained, comforters had old blood stain, i kept having to request towels every night because either they didn't give me enough or they didn't give me any at all. They advertised breakfast, coffee/tea maker, and safe in room of which it was not true. This is the last place I will ever stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Location was great. Next to many restaurants and gas stations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had issues with room keys, was fixed quickly by the front desk ( Pro tip: don’t have room keys near your cellular or inside a wallet). Room cleanliness was just ok, house keeping is done everyday. Only issue here was other quests who were slamming doors too loud especially at night. Will come back only as a backup option.

Mediocre stay.
We have stayed in Ramada's around the world. This one was dingy, did not have easy airport pickup as touted on the sight, no breakfast was incuded, and the bathroom was dingy and mouldy! Gross! The photos of the room on the website were a lie!
