Tolerable, but no.
Check in female was rude!!!! Not going into all the details, but she’s been there 11 years & has no hospitality skills.
Additionally, walking down the hallway to our room it reeked of urine! Room fortunately did not smell. Not enough outlets and key ones did not work. Won’t be back.

Father and Son Trip
The hotel wasn't quite what I expected from the pictures on the website. The website showed a lounge, it was closed. The area could use some more lighting, it was dark around the hotel.
The staff was great! Very helpful and very friendly. And the room was comfortable.

Good enough
The building is old, had repair patches in the walls and stains on the carpet. The room itself had a wall A/C unit which blew cold air but the hot water was in and out during showers. The carpet in the room was torn in multiple places. It was quiet and we were not disturbed for any reason which was nice. If your looking for a cheap place to stay near State Farm Stadium this is your place.

Deceiving photos - awful stay
This hotel looked much better in the photos. The premises is very old, peeling paint, and rotted wood. There is garbage all over and you are greeted with a very strong urine and mildew smell throughout the room corridors. Our room was designated non-smoking but reeked of stale cigarettes. The constant marijuana smoking nearby only added to the displeasure of our stay. The breakfast area is dark, dingy, and lacks many options. frozen jimmy dean sandwiches, yogurt cup, instant oatmeal packets, frozen waffles, and some packaged cereals. The shower cycled through hot and cold water making it difficult to rinse off the low quality soap provided. I will not be returning to this location even though it's proximity to local attractions was a positive.

Asked for extra pillow and staff informed us they didn't have any extra. Room was dirty. Electronic card continued to have problems. Asked for handicap room and putting bars up in bathroom doesn't count when toilet is very low and no shower. Bed very uncomfortable!

The whole wing of the building smelled like cigarettes, lots of stains on the rugs and carpets through the hotel, and it's all in a less than nice part of time, maybe avoid this one. The customer service was good though and they were nice.

The room was okay for a cheap hotel, but the bathroom was dirty. The shower looked like housekeeping didn’t even try. I am a housekeeping manager who was once a housekeeper and I would have fired someone over that work performance.

Sketchy people in and out at all hours, beds were absolutely awful, key cards take 10-15 tries to get in, the door was swollen shut so very hard to open, carpet, curtains, walls, were all nasty. Front desk staff were nice enough, the rest were definitely not. Possibly one of the worst places I’ve stayed at, maybe ever.

This is a $59.00 a nite hotel. Rooms dirty, carpet has holes in it, refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug, and Wifi password did not work. Wyndham should drop their association with this dump.

Our faucet in the bathroom was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. I big patch in the floor as you walk in. There were people going up and down the hall being noisy until about 4:00 am. I thought by registering with a Wyndham hotel I would get a quality room in a quality area. I will think twice moving forward.

Needed something cheaper and didn't have as much notice to book in Surprise for son and teen grandson. Was a quick trip. I didn't go in their room. Grandson said I wouldn't have liked it. Many things old and rickety. Won't book there again

There were diapers and vomit in the halls, the doors have holes in them. There is no elevator in the building, we left after one night and they side that there's nothing they could do. Awful hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bed was clean, but the bathroom and other areas in the room weren't clean to my standards. If you are looking for a cheap hotel with a breakfast, than this might be the place for you. The restaurant in the pictures which look nice is closed and dusty.

I gave this an overall 1 star because my wife and I enjoyed watching the antics of the many feral cats living on the property. This is an old and motel that serves as a check-in for the RV park in the back. I don't recall asking for an accessible room, but we were given one with easy 1st floor access. That is all that made it handicapped accessible. A shower/transfer chair was a stretch.The thing that got me was when I stepped into the shower, the dirt that came off my feet from walking on the carpet was as if I had just walked barefoot through the parking lot and RV park! We didn't stay for breakfast. Check-in folks were pleasant. If I was Wyndham I would look at this place to see if I really want my name on it.

This is a really old property in dire need of renovation. The beds were comfortable and linens clean but the carpet and chairs were grubby. Bathroom clean. A/C unit was noisy. The yard was full of what appeared to be feral cats. Phoenix is expensive so I tried to save money by staying here. Breakfast was pitiful

No one mentioned a train ran right next to the hotel ever hour or so (early to late). Check in was so slow. Breakfast was limited even for a grab and go. Beds were just ok.

Other than it took along time to check in. The stay was fine. Sad for no handicap accommodations as I was traveling with a family member in a wheelchair.

Check in was fine. Chose an upstairs room. We had no idea there WAS NO ELEVATOR. Had to drag our bags up the stairs. We were afraid to touch anything and we would not walk on the floor barefooted. I noticed the free conditioner bottle in the bathroom was almost empty but was placed in the folded up washcloth as if it had never been used. There were stains on the doors/walls of who knows what. This property needs to be bulldozed. The air conditioner sounded like a garbage disposal running. I sat on my side of the bed and it sounded like something broke. The shower curtain bar is installed incorrectly. My husband and I bolted out of that room the next morning and found another place to stay. Under NO circumstances should anyone stay here. Tear it down and start over.

Hotel is very outdated. Our room had an unpleasant odor. There was a lot of commotion outside and the front desk agents were not very helpful and they were rude. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend anyone there.

The hotel smelled completely nasty from the second I walked in. Parts of the walls falling off, stains in the carpet everywhere, and some parts of the carpet soaked even though no water looked to be present. The room was worse where the carpet was tore up in many places. Everything was stained from the floor to the ceiling. The beds smelled sweaty and unwashed. Overall disgusting experience. I left a day early cause it was that gross and uncomfortable.

This Hotel Needs An Emergency Remodel
The carpet in my room was worn out and had a foul dirty odor, by dirty I could tell it had not been cleaned in a while, worn out ad missing pieces by the doorway! Musty odor inside of the room, ugly patches in the bathroom ceiling & electric outlet in bathroom did not work, bed was not comfortable at all, it was old & worn out.

I asked for an extra key, only one was programmed. My son went back to front desk, and she still didn’t program it for him, even though he was also on reservation. TV didn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed the property. It’s big beautiful. Everybody is so nice and pleasant rooms were cleaned. They came and asked us if we needed anything even though we were just stay in two days it was awesome. I recommend it to anybody that needs to go in that area of Phoenix.

Property was close to the event we were attending. The beds, floors, fridge were clean. The chairs need a deep cleaning, bathroom smelled of urine, window screens were bent, torn.
Most of the staff were professional but some were rude. I don't think we will stay there again.

Extremely dirty. Carpet, floors and furniture was very dirty. Condition of hotel is very poor. In desperate need of repairs. Not very disabled friendly. No automatic doors. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee or shampoos. You get 2 towels. Restaurant closed. Not happy. Wanted a breakfast sandwich on a Monday. They only serve them Thursday through Sunday. Ridiculous absolutely horrible.

The front desk staff was wonderful. I loved that our room had laminate flooring rather than carpet. The carpet in the hallway left little to be desired it was pretty gross. Our shower was okay if you liked cold showers. You would run the water in tub to get it hot. And it did get hot. But as soon as you switched to the shower mode it would get cold and never warm up. I’m still confused about that. Also one night there was someone passed out snoring on the couch in the lobby. The desk clerks just went on about their business. So I’m wondering if it’s a regular occurrence? Not sure if it was a paying guest, transient, local addict don’t know. But was not a good look. Not many hotels that I could find in the area. So I will have to stay there again. I just hope they fix the issues and do some updating!

Never again.
Well there was no mention of a railroad across from the hotel or that the hotel is in sketchy area. The train blows a loud whistle when going past. The complimentary breakfast was crappy. Really bad. The ice machine on the first level was broke so if you needed ice you had to go to second floor. Wyndham needs to either clean this place up or start over. Just cannot recommend.

Room had stains on carpet/carpet was torn. Popcorn ceilings. Mini fridge didn’t work. AC worked but made a really loud revving sound when it would run. Window sill was gross. Not the worst place to stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. We only stayed one night, and I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

our check in was 45 minutes. one clerk Catherine, was perhaps the rudest I have ever encountered. With each of the at least 20 people who checked in prior to us we were astonished by her extreme rudeness and dour attitude. The next morning, I had an equally unpleasant experience checking out. She seems encapable of any professional conduct. No thank you, hope you had a pleasant stay, nothing but nastiness. The other two employees we watched for the 45 minutes the night before, did their best to cover for her extreme negative attitude.

Room was clean and quiet. The room showed its age and lack of overall maintenance. The carpet was stained and ripped in several places, the shower faucet was difficult to operate (probably due to a buildup of minerals), the room furniture worked fine but was scuffed, chipped and badly worn. The front desk staff was great and very helpful. Room rate was reasonable.

Don’t stay here!
The hotel has a train that runs by it and blasts its horn throughout the night. The beds are sagging and uncomfortable. It’s dated and dirty.

You're not staying here because of the luxury, more out of utility.
The carpeting throughout the place is a mess of stains and frayed edges. Foreshadowing. The bed springs will bounce and poke out at you, and you can plan on hearing them do it. Speaking of hearing things, plan on hearing your neighbor converse on her phone in the next room, which she keeps on speakerphone. Wait, did I mention the train? Well, boy-howdy, is there a train that runs by this place! BUT there is a pool, and who doesn't like a pool in Phoenix?

The property was very old and run down. TV worked sometimes. No elevator for people that need one. air condition had some mold that looked like it had been cleaned off. The outside doors were very hard to open with the key card. The bottom half would open and the top wouldn't. It's a very old building that needs a good renovation.
The guy that helped us was very nice and so was the guy housekeeer. He did a pretty good job.

Needs updating and freshening

It was quiet. Check-in staff was very nice, as was the breakfast host.
We were there for four night, and our sheets were never changed, even after I asked for them to clean our room on the third day there.
They cleaned the bathroom, gave us fresh towels and coffee, and emptied the garbage. We were not notified, nor was there any public notice, to inform us that housekeeping services were not available.

The property looks nothing like the pictures posted. It's old and rundown with no restaurant. The area is blotted although it was less than 6 miles from State Farm Stadium. Needs a total makeover!

Clean and spacious room
Room was clean and spacious. Nice microwave, fridge. Pet friendly. Set back a bit from busy road, other motels in area were much closer to the road. Nicer for walking pets. Plenty of parking. Good security. Room had nice little patio too (some first floor rooms only).

The sink drain was slow, the security door to the outside would not close, no grab bars in the shower/tub in the "accessible" bathroom. Staff were pleasant, room was clean. Breakfast was not really a breakfast. There were "grab and go" snack items that were high sugar and low nutrition.

The hotel was run down. The receptionist was rude. When I arrived in the room there a sliding glass door that had been left ajar and was difficult to close. The beds were nicely made but there was a lot of dirt in the corners and the carpet was filthy.

The room was so so. I didn't look under my mattress but the other bed had blood stains under the mattress and unknown splatter on the wall between the mattress and headboard. We refused to walk around without at least socks on. The place is very old/dated and could use some serious renovations.

Terrible hotel don't recommend.
The room was dirty, the blankets look like that they were use, the drape on the bed was rippe, I couldn't lock the sliding window, the room look run down.
I didn't stay because of that, I ask for my money back and they said that it wasn't refundable so I'm still 260.00 dollars out of my packet.

Microwave & fridge is great... no handle inside or out for patio door. No restaurant or bar anymore. No continental breakfast anymore... description of hotel is VERY misleading now. Won't be staying there again.
