LONG WAITE FOR A LAZY DRIVE IN PHEONIX
WE CALLED FOR THE SHUTTLE. AFTER 30 MINUTES STILL NO CAR. CALLED AGAIN THEN THEY SHOWED UP. WAITING 45 MINUTS IS NOT FUN.THE DRIVER IS NOT FRIENDLY. HE WOULD NOT TOUCH OUR BAGS. THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WAS SUPER NICE. KATHY AT THE BAR IS A WONDERFUL HOSTEST.ROOM WAS CLEAN .FOOD WAS GOOD.

Pros- very quiet, no street noise, good location, clean
Con- the bedding is not comfortable. The bed is too hard and their pillows are really small and too soft. I didn’t sleep well because it was not very comfortable.

Nice for quick stay
It was nice for what we needed. We needed a king bed and requested it but since we arrived late they did not have anymore. They gave us coupon for free breakfast to make up for it. Shuttle seemed convenient but we did not use it. We were there basically just to sleep so it was fine for that

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Convenient location close to the airport.
Dinner menu could use more vegetarian options in addition to cheese pizza and salad.
Breakfast could use improvement. Oatmeal was very watery with only raisins and sugar as topping. Eggs looked pretty watery, too. No waffles offered. Coffee was thin and tasted burnt. No decaf offered. If it's not included with the room, I'd recommend buying breakfast somewhere else.

My plane was delayed, the hotel shuttle service is not 24 hours a day, so i had to arrange for other pick up. The reason i chose this hotel was mostly for the shuttle.

This was sadly not a good trip a couple in the room next to us was screaming and having crazy loud sex for hours. We called the front desk but they were not notified they were keeping all surround rooms up. ill be asking for a refund as this was very inappropriate and unfair for the rest of us who wanted to enjoy our stay.

We were scheduled for a van side to the airport but the driver failed to show up for the 4 am shuttle to the airport. We were left on our own to get to the airport and we barely made our plan. Ideal airport location but zero recycling
Updated, clean hotel with very early complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Bed was comfortable, and rooms had laminate floors instead of carpet (preferred!). Taylor at the front desk was so helpful and cheerful. Recommend.

This place wasn’t staffed helpful. I was given information that wasn’t available for parking my vehicle. The staff at the front desk was horrible and rude the next day. She wasn’t able to be cordial or offer information to me. I was trying to ask her information and she ignored me and after and when I was leaving the property, she was rude and unprofessional to me in front of others. Manners in service we paid when it was a simple question or request it was not given friendly at all.

Rude restaurant manager, terrible breakfast, outdated room with scuffs on the walls. I spent a long time figuring out the lights, but the worst thing was the dust bunnies hanging from the bathroom vent. I had to ask them several times to clean it up and when they finally came, they left dust bunnies marks all over the sink counter and floor. No attention to detail! Their cleaning crew needs to be properly trained. Zero vegetarian/vegan options on their menu.

Quality mid-range hotel
This is a good quality mid-range hotel. Rooms were a good size, beds were clean, breakfast was good. The room was clean on arrival; however, it was impossible to get housekeeping during the stay. I was able to receive extra coffee/shampoo/etc. on asking from the front desk. The gym is small, but reasonable.

Horrible customer service
Spent the night there, left the next day and came back to my card not working. Front desk wanted to charge my card and I wasn’t willing to let them. So they gave me permission to get back in my room I apparently didn’t reserve and get my stuff out. Because of my frustrations I reached out to the manager, no answer. When I came back they said I couldn’t stay there. Absolutely terrible experience.

Not a bike friendly hotel.
The staff are unfriendly, no one was at the counter and we need to wait for 10 minutes or so before someone shows up at the check in counter. Being in Phoenix, which is a mountain biking destination, this hotel is not bike friendly. We are not allowed to bring our bikes inside the hotel.

Very clean, safe area, a bit isolated from shops and restaurants but close to the airport. Love their showers and hygiene products (weird, huh?) and the beds and couches are super comfy. Having two tvs and a nice door to separate the rooms was a lovely touch. A better floor plan than most. The climate control was on point. I wanted to pick up this property and move it next to the sports complex like in a game of monopoly.

Wrong room, HVAC not working right, No hot water..
Look, it was a nice hotel with a bar (bonus). The room was nice.
However, upon check-in I was given the wrong room (selected a king and got 2 queens beds - not a huge issue). I set the AC to 68 and it appears they do not allow it to go below 70 even thought it was 71 when I woke up that morning. I'm not a fan of this by any means and when mentioned at check out I was asked if I turned the thermostat off and back on. Yeah, who thinks to do that with a late night check-in and excuse...was there a sign next to the thermostat instructing that? NOPE. Then, I found a lonely sock sitting in the bathroom (wasn't mine...someone has an orphan sock now). Lastly, in the morning I was lucky enough to have lukewarm water, at best to take a shower. This was at 5 AM so I'm sure it wasn't an issue of everyone at the hotel showering at the same time. Would I stay here again? No, I would not with so many other options (and cheaper) ones nearby the Phoenix airport.

Stayed there for less than 24 hrs and the toilet didnt work twice. It flooded the bathroom and I got the maintenance guys and they barely got it working again. And then the following morning it did it again. Worst stay in a hotel ever. Instead of just moving us rooms they just half hazzardly fixed the toilet and let it flood again.

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Phoenix. All of the indicia at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room had all of the necessities and the hotel was quiet. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and made travel stress free. Would stay again.

Airport shuttle fiasco!
I checked in early and asked about the airport shuttle service. The employee asked what time I needed the service. He signed me up for the 7 am shuttle and it looked like I was the first signup for that slot. I was told to be the shuttle at least 5 minutes early. The next day I came down to the lobby to board the shuttle van. The driver asked for my room number and he checked his sign up list. He then told me I wasn’t on the list and the van was full. I might get on if there was an empty seat! Not what I expected having been signed up on my early check in. I was able to get a seat and to Sky Harbor on time. This was unacceptable and could have turned out badly. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. To be told my room number was not on the sign up list was a complete failure on the part of the Radisson Phoenix Airport! Thus my poor rating on my stay there.

Airport shuttle service was so inconvenient. Please do not rely on this service. I missed my flight because apparently the 1 driver/shuttle they offer only comes every half hour, i only found this out on the morning of my flight (which i missed).
No hair products available in the bathrooms, no batteries in tv remote either.
Pillows are so very small.
