Great stay!
The staff was terrific !
We had to leave early because of severe weather and the manager, Mr. Williams did not charge us for that night.

Stay somewhere else if you can.
They accidentally charged me for an additional room but realized it immediately. They said they would refund the bill but refused to give me a receipt or even tell me how much they charged. Then they gave me a first floor room with transparent curtains. So there were car lights to keep me up all night.

This hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in! And the staff was welcoming! If I had anything negative to say it is the bed was way too soft.

Sanitizing issues of bath towel and bathroom door
Everything is good. The only issue is my room is studio and the bathroom door is next to my bed, I have to close door to avoid possible Bacteria floating into bedroom. The other issue is the bath towels are hanging above the toilet. Do u know the bacteria and virus could spread up to 1 meter high to make the towel full of bacteria when u flush the toilet! The towel should hang on somewhere else. It’s unacceptable!

The meals provided Monday-Wednesday evenings! the security and privacy. The location to restraunts and shopping. the friendlyness of employees. Wish the evening dinners went from Monday - Thursday.

Disappointed... not the quality I expected.
In general I have found Hotels.com reviews very useful, but was surprised at this hotel rating... I believe it is too high. The hotel was decent and breakfast was decent, but it is not a 9 out of 10 hotel. The interior is dated, the room had signs of use, beds were ok, the floor I was on smelled odd, and the bathroom and vanity area had signs of wear including poor caulking, water damage that was painted over quickly, etc. I might give the room an 8, but that feels overly-generous.
Location had easy shopping and food around it and was very near the area I was working. It's a shame the hotel was a disappointment

We will be back here again it was that good.
Where to start...i can't. It was all excellent. I think the best thing i can say is we stayed elsewhere the previous night and when i compare that stsy to this, i feel i could eat my dinner off the bathroom floor here. Thats how good the overall feeling i got from the place. Bed, super comfy, lots of space, everything clean, neat, tidy, spotless. Great facilities, fantastic staff, delightful breakfast, lots of parking place, near the Dulles airport, but we never heard a plane. Good eateries near it too. Too be honest, the photos that the hotel has up for itself, really do not do it justice.

When I booked the room, I was not informed that it would cost me an additional $100.00 for our pet. So when the lady at the hotel informed me of that I was floored. If I had known that prior I would have booked another room. It cost more for a dog then it does a person.

The furniture in the room seemed like leftovers from my college days. The refrigerator was so loud we had to turn it off. Terrible coffee in the room. Towels were soft and plenty large. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent hotel in the vicinity of Dulles airport
Excellent hotel with a comfortably large room. The kitchen corner has everything, the staff is charming and everything is in perfect condition. Good hot breakfast (though lacking cheese). The only minus is the size of the bed which is a bit small for two.

Awesome staff!
This is a pet-friendly hotel. There was a dog somewhere on our floor that barked non-stop, clearly having been left alone by owners. The staff was super helpful in trying to locate the owner and providing compensation for our inconvenience.

Since I am handicapped. I asked for disabled room. The hotel was built years ago & the room is quite far from the exits & morning meal. It is set up fine otherwise for access but the distance was very difficult.

Great hotel, first time staying and I was greeted every time I walked through the front door. Breakfast was great and they even have a pool and basketball court!
The room was very cozy and felt like my very own apartment, which gave it the privacy everyone is looking for. Everything was very clean and I’d recommend the stay here.

This hotel was fantastic. We had a great stay. It is super convenient, close to the highway, restaurants and even a Costco. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great as well.

Soccer Camp Stay
Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Laundry facility was available on property which was nice. Only downside was front desk ran out of detergent. Fortunately someone left a bottle of Tide in the laundry room so we were able to do our laundry. Bus stops near hotel so were able to use bus and metro to visit D.C. area without having to drive.

The worst--NO ROOM even with paid reservation.
We reserved our room, and paid for in-full, more than two weeks in advance of our arrival. We get there in early evening and are told "they were over-booked and had no room for us." The guy at the desk acknowledged that he could see the reservation and that we had paid $180, but there was no room. We ended up at a Comfort Inn 10 miles away. What the heck?

Very pleased with the decor, location and hospitality of the staff. Very impressed with the breakfast choices you had but it was a little cramped, it was hard to move around but overall I was very with a brand like Marriott. I am a Marriott villa owner and so are my parents and we couldn't be more happier with you guys.
Keep up the good work and I will definitely spread the word to my friends and family.

This was a wonderful experience for us. It was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for an extended stay. The layout of the room was so comfortable with a small kitchen with all the amenities, plus a great sitting area. We plan to make this our place to stay each time we are I'm the DC area.

Clean room, uncomfortable bed
Pros: Friendly desk staff, clean and spacious room. Cons: room for 2 meant a double bed (not queen size bed) which is tight for 2 adults AND the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, which made for a poor nights sleep.

4th Anniversary Stay-Cation

Staff was very nice. Check in was a breeze. This seems to be a very new location and was very clean. A Target is located across the street. Withing literally 100 steps is a Dave's Famous BBQ and Red Robin. The Air and Space Museum is about 5 minutes away. Would recommend this location.

Professional and friendly staff, the best breakfast I had ever had at these kind of hotel. They serve free dinner, it was really nice because when we arrived at the hotel, we were too tired to go out to eat. The dinner included salad and pizza, not bad at all. The room was quiet, we had restful night. I definitely I would like to stay again and recommend others!

Great overnight stay!
Attended my work holiday party last weekend & decided to find a hotel close by to be able to stay the night. I'm an avid review writer & reader ... so of course I read all of the good reviews about this hotel before booking. The reviews did not disappoint!
Upon arriving, we were checked in with room keys in hand, in less than 10 minutes. Lobby was beautifully decorated & clean. Elevators were clean & worked well. Hallways were also clean (once you've stayed in some sketchy hotels...you learn to look for the little things!) Hotel room was immaculate! I found nothing at all to complain about, which is always a major plus! We had breakfast in the lobby the next morning, nice selection of food both hot and cold.
The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants & also a shopping center. Overall, was a nice overnight stay. We will be booking here next year!

Convenient to Dulles
Close to Dulles and a large shopping mall. Two restaurants within walking distance, also. Our one night stay was very pleasant. I would recommend to couples, business people, and families. Having a separate bedroom was very nice! Breakfast in the morning was more than a standard cereal bar with both eggs and waffles. Highly recommend staying here for the moderate price we paid.

I had a great experience it was also a huge plus that the room included a full kitchen which really cut down on my cost in terms of food. The area has a lot of great spas and nail salons so it served my purposes of being a relaxing staycation. The hotel is literally across the street from a red robin and several other eateries, in addition to a target and shopping plaza. So no complaints on my end.

Night Getaway
