I booked 2 nights, but I had to rent another place to sleep on the second night because right in front of my entrance were some drugheads and two guys with pittbull. Also, breakfast suck. And we had blood stains on our sheet

The property was average for the pricing. The heating was noisy and had an odor (on top of the cleaner smell). The room and bed were ok and comfortable. The people in the rooms around me were so noisy I got up & left at 0500, just get away from it.

It was obvious that there is no protocol to clean the rooms. I know when I stay at a budget hotel. It is not going to be fancy but I do expect it to be clean. It was the worst I’ve ever seen. We should’ve walked out. We were traveling alll day and was not sure we could find another room in the area. Embarrassing!!! Also, there was no remote control for the TV

This is the second Red Roof Inn I stayed at during a trip to Kentucky. I expected Bowing Green location to be just as nice as the Calhoun, Ga location but sadly it was not. This location was very dated and was not well kept. It looked and felt like a motel 6. Felt like a motel you would see in the movies where people go to hide out.

Nice people, but not clean
We have stayed at this property before without a problem. Never again. Gentleman at the front desk for check in was nice, but it went downhill from there. We went to our room and the previous guest key envelope was left behind. How did housekeeping not see that it was on the desk? What else was not cleaned? First thing we always check for bugs. We found none. Ok we will stay. The place is getting run down. In the middle of the night you hear people coming and going.
In the morning we found an ant and a grasshopper in the bathroom. I never did go down for breakfast so I can't say if that area is clean or not. We were staying here because we travel with our dog, but now we will find another place.

Rooms are clean from top to bottom staff was really kind n easy simple service. The only down fall was no wifi but no big deal. I will definitely come back to this one again.

I will never stay there again!!! It had bugs, sheets were dirty with female hair and blood on chair and cover. This is the most horrible place I have ever stayed at. Just nasty!

Don't try to use vending machine in the lobby. Keeps your money and no product. Bed is one of the most lumpy mattress I have ever slept in. TV so small can't even read the guide if laying in bed. Breakfast is an insult. Only 3 tables with 2 chairs at each table for entire hotel. Place is a joke. Looks like just being bleed dry and then will abandon.

Arrived and room definitely had been smoked in. Went to the front desk and she only changed the room once I insisted. At first she told me no other king rooms available but I insisted. She left with a spray can, came back and we had another room. It also had a funny smell as I think she covered up that smoke smell too. After walking in the room for only a few steps my feet were black. I noticed when I walked into the bathroom where my foot print was left on the tile. We will never stay at Red Roof again

There was blood in the bathroom dried up around the toilet and there was roaches in the room and the floors are gross. The tv has a lot of static and the covers have burn holes in them.

Pleasant stay while on the road
This is a simple inexpensive hotel for a night on the road. We stay as we drive to and from Philly - Dallas. Location is great with 3-4 good restaurants to which we can walk. The rooms are clean, the WiFi works well, beds are comfortable. People in the office are friendly and efficient.

Close proxemity to our event. Room had roaches. Room key did not work 2nd night and after arriving at 1am then having ro go to office was frustrating. Checkout is not til 11am however hosekeeping tried to enter out room at 730am. Housekeeping knocked 1 time and immediately tried opening door thankfully we had lock on and it only openeing minimally. When staff notified of these issues they were very nonchalant and "ok" was their response to all of our concerns!

This was a good place for a quick stop right off the interstate for one night. Clean, but no frills. However, the mattress was incredibly firm to the point of uncomfortable. I understand that it's impossible to please everyone i.e. yoo soft, to firm etc.... But, there has to be a happy medium....

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to find and easy parking. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Microwave fridge and coffee maker in the room. Some of the better hotel coffee I've tasted.
Lady checking us in didn't seem very friendly. Some traffic noise but this place is pretty close to a busy highway . Got woke up in the middle of the night by loud talking outside. A woman in a car was conducting "business" from her car. Not the hotels fault i guess.
But overall a good stay.

I wouldn't recommend Red Roof in!
The day l went to checkout, l tried to get 2 extra days. Hotels.com sent me the confirmation. I showed them the confirm. letter. They told me,they never did receive anything for me. Hotels.com told me after calling them twice it went through and told me what amount. With the dates that l needed to stay. After 1 hr. of trying to get it worked out, l left. I went to the next hotel without a problem! So, l filed a dispute!

We reserved a room with a hot tub. When we went to check in, we were told that a cash deposit was required for that room so we had to go across town to find an ATM. This could have been disclosed before room was booked. Uncomfortable bed. Nice hot tub and shower.

You can tell when they clean these rooms they cut corners they do just enough to flip the room so the next guest can occupy it. Dingy sheets and shower curtain. Dust ruffle had not been changed out in quite some time. Cigarette holes in the bed comforter. They had not been cleaning behind the bed. There were cobwebs and dust on the light fixtures. The upholstered furniture had not been steam cleaned. And I found bed bugs.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it had obviously been smoked in. The room had been wiped down however there was hair and an unsmoked cigarette in the bed. The location was convenient and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Reserved a room online with a jetted tub a week before our stay. Got to the hotel to check in and was told the room with the jetted tub was under maintenance and we could not have it. They told us we could have a standard room. I ask if I could get the difference in pay back since the jetted tub room cost more and I was told no since I prepaid, I would not get any money back. They had plenty of time to call me and let me know of the issue and they choose not to. I will not be staying at a Red Roof Inn again, and I will be telling my family and friends all the same.

Overall good stay was good. Clean room, okay for traveling with 2 kids under 2. The second room in our booking was clean, but room was very loud due to locatiib being close to stair case. A lot of noise from guest going up and down. Just ask for a room away feom stair well. Floors are non carpeted which is nice.
Continental breakfast was lackluster so we ended up eating at McDonald's.
