Noise from other rooms. It may be no smoking but people were smoking in rooms anyway.
Outside condition was dirty and run down.
Building is due for a make over.

Terrible place. Bathroom smell like a dirty mop. Very noisy from the cleaning lady all afternoon. Early night it was very noisy with people yelling and fighting. Late night to early morning music was playing and zero staff to address the issue. Expedia rates seem very inaccurate as this was rated almost 8.0 (good) when it should have been 3.0 (bad). Never booking here again

COCKROACH Infested!
We had horrible Roaches, took one to the service desk and they said yes we have had a problem with them!
We are now waiting for some what of a discount refund because of it, the manager Krista told us they’d take one evening off. They did move us to a cleaner side of the motel, but we definitely didn’t get what we ordered. We traveled from Michigan to visit my sister and the reason we went to that hotel is because it was close to her. I guess I should have read all reviews first because I see now where more people have complained about roaches!!! I wish we could get 100% of our money back because we did loose sleep after knowing about the infestation! YUCK! They need to shut the doors until the creatures are 100% removed.
This was our first time visiting Arizona, that hotel puts a bad name on the town. Just so sad, so sad.
The staff was great there though!!

I saw roaches in restroom every time I went in there… it had a oily substance in every corner of the restroom, and all along the tile floors which I later found out, was insect spray…. I’m still trying to get rid of a rash that I got on my belly from something in that room…… the room cost over $110 a night

Exp3dia can KMA. As far as Amazing motel... For truckers. Free marijuana! Allegedly. This motel (not hotel) has got amazing benefits! A 4 inch gap under all doors! This can allow your pets to come and go as they wish. Your safety is paramount to us.... So keep your wife close. Even tho some of our clinets might be eye-balling her dont you worry because most people here are most likely armed! So that's cool. Just because the lobby smells of weed dont you worry. Our staff is tip-top! And most likely sober. Can't say the same for the marijuana smell down the hall. And that wafting into your room is compliments from the motel. That is extra charges at Motel six down the road. If our dirty rooms are not up to speed our manager will quickly call you at nine PM on a Saturday night! and verify what she can change about her dirty motel. Dont plan on quiet sleep here. You will be up! Slamming doors and thumping all night is just part of our trucker stop motel charm!

Not what I wanted wasn’t anything like the picture put me in a handicapped room wasn’t feeling comfortable at all went to get some food at surrounding restaurants oh and also made me put down a 100 dollar deposit for that dump of a hotel upon returning I just checked out I didn’t stay so I paid for a room not to stay in

The motel is infested with roaches. They moved us to another room-still roaches. The baseboard of the first room has a “gaping” hole where it meets the floor. The free breakfast should be advertised as snacks. The only good thing was we were given a discount. We’ll never stay there again

Hall ways for hotel rooms are clean. However as soon as checked into my room I was greeted by a cockroach on the wall. I didn’t call front desk be used of the time after reading reviews of other guests encountering cockroaches I figured it was just guests who don’t have anything positive to say but reviews are correct. Bed was comfortable. Room is comfortable except the cockroaches. Fan in bathroom didn’t work either. And $100 deposit is needed upon check in fyi.

I liked the flowers in bathroom made out of tissue, very clean, no bugs! I felt a little disappointed that room did not have chair like in photos(the green one), but didn't ruin my stay, desk chair I couldn't get it to go higher, and was looking forward to the breakfast, but wasn't able to eat at that times do to other agendas, would been nice if it had been open for another hour and been an option with cost wise if I hadn't wanted it. Overall experience very good, employees were courteous and helpful, Have a nice DAY!❤️❤️🙂

Price was very high just cause it was NASCAR weekend. The breakfast was not acceptable Frozen Eggo waffles, stale packaged muffins. We will not stay there again

Once again, Expedia screwed up my reservation. I had to call them at midnight, trying to get through to an agent who knows where they were. I’m done with Expedia. The front desk was not very helpful either. The property itself is clean, but sits back a little further to make it really dark. I did not feel safe.

The staff are very friendly but the bathroom had a roach problem. They were only in the bathroom though. Housekeeping was also very loud. I like to sleep in, so they kept waking me up by banging doors and yelling across the hallway

Clean enough. Sheets didn’t fit bed properly. Two pieces of trim in bathroom would have made it look new instead of having caulk thrown at it.

Did not work with us
Family from out of town typically stay at this hotel because it’s the closest to our home. I booked two rooms (for 2 nights) for both of my brothers to stay but unfortunately one of their flights got cancelled and we didn’t need the second room anymore. While I understand that we did check into both rooms, I was disappointed they weren’t willing to work with us at all to help refund for the one unoccupied room or even help with refunding since we also checked out early. Policy is policy, and I’m not going to throw a fit but this is more of an FYI to anyone that they will not work with you

Staff were all really nice, clean rooms and updated. Nice lobby, house keeping daily, free breakfast. Clean pool area. Overall money well spend and definitely will book a stay with them again. Happy and very satisfied costumer!! Highly recommend this property. And also very affordable.
