Can I upload photos? Hole in wall, spiders in tub, trash near toilet, curtains don’t close all the way, slime in coffee pot. Expedia rated this hotel an 8. The issue is Expedia, not the hotel. A dumpy hotel can be a dumpy hotel, Expedia should rate it accordingly and not out families at risk. I paid for this hotel and did not stay, Expedia won’t refund because I called after the check-in time, and the hotel can’t refund because I booked and paid through Expedia .Expedia customer service agents don’t possess the comprehensive understanding of the American use of the English language, and are unable to understand that the Expedia rating is the issue, not the hotel; the agent’s attempt to resolve was to call the hotel and ask the clerk to clean the room, which clearly does not resolve holes in the wall, insects, or security needed at the sketchy location.

Check in/out was easy. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was decent. Nosie level was great. Location was good.
However, and I can't stress this enough. The room was filthy. Cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs on the counter, dirt and grime on every surface, wrappers in the corner of the floor, and the room smelt like dirty mop water. I took picks if you want them.
Also, the dresser drawer had a hole in it.
Overall, I wouldn't book here again despite the other aspects being okay. Its just too dirty.

I liked the added touch of the towel animal. Clean room. Has a coffee machine and fridge/microwave. Walkable to several restraunts and a grocery store. About 1 block from US1 and close to the entry to the Keys.

We liked the breakfast even though we the orange juice was empty, we have to ask to refill it, also, the room was very clean but there was not soap to wash yourself, thank God we bring one. but overall, is a nice place to stay.

There are hookers and crackheads outside at all times of the night. Gave our 2 year old a shower and his feet turned black after 2 minutes of walking around. They never mop the floors and the pillows are super lumpy not comfortable at all.

Nice property, we just used it for 2 nights as a stop-off for a day trip thru the Keys. Is a bit old, could use new caulking around the bathroom, but I guess is an environmental thing in such a hot, humid area. But is a laminate floor, and felt clean.
Was weird, they threw out my bar of soap after the first night and gave me a new one, but not a new shampoo.
Breakfast was fine, pancakes, cereal and toast, etc. Please offer some herbal tea options also!! Overall is a great place to stay, I would stay again.

Small area but close to plenty of shopping and food within 15-20 minutes. Check in staff was so kind and helpful she even called to check on us after we settled down and asked if we needed anything else. Haven’t been treated like this at a stay before. We’ll worth the stay and decent price.

До этого снимали отель от 50 до 145 долларов, а этот отель стоил нам 65 долларов и оказался таким чистым, уютным, никаких запахов, что очень удивило, персонал с большим уважением относятся к клиентам, даже лебедей делают из полотенца! Молодцы! Бассейн очень хороший, есть стандартный завтрак! Сейчас едем обратно из Key West, хотим опять остановится в этом отеле

Do not walk barefoot on the floors or in the shower. May want to bring your own towels... the place was filthy and worn down. Holes in the curtains and lamp shades, parts of walls chipping off, outlets didnt work, towels with hair on them, the phone and tv remote looked as though they had never been wiped down before (and phone also had hair on it), furniture worn, with tears and shedding, the counters/nightstands had some grease of some kind on them (they were clearly not cleaned after last guest), and the list could go on. Friendly staff but i couldnt wait to leave, to get home to take a shower and actually feel clean.

Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name here
I get it we paid for a cheap motel for a one night stay so we would not expect Hyatt standard but there is NO EXCUSE for not cleaning an old property and Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel.
The fridge was disgusting... much dirt that could so easily be cleaned off on the door seal. The fridge had a built in freezer (why!) it had not been defrosted in what looked like many years and the ice build up was brown and distustingly dirty. The dust on the heeadboard of the bed said it all as well.
As I said this was a cheap room for a one night stay so I was not expecting the Ritz! But there is no excuse for not cleaning a property...
Plus ponts: Breakfast was complimentary and fairly decent.

Registration was quick and easy and the clerk was very nice. I did not like that we had to pay a $100 deposit in case there was damage to the room, but I guess they had to implement that because of the many times it has happened. The room needed an update. It was clean, but yet felt not clean. The AC was loud in kicking on and off again during the night. I find it a little unsafe in the neighborhood. I would not stay there again.

Great spot, entrance to the keys, not too far from Miami, right in the mix of the Everglades. Got to experience lots of 1st. Only down side, pool was unfortunately out of order and only mentioned once I got there.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they even allowed us to check in early as our rooms were ready when we arrived 30 minutes prior to check-in.
The property itself is smaller and a bit outdated, but it's obvious they've tried to make improvements over the years. The air conditioner in our room was very loud but the filter was clean, as was the rest of the room. It's a no-frills property but that's what we expected and the price reflects that. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay which was a little disappointing, but the location was close to restaurants and shopping (plus the 7/11 next door was convenient for drinks and snacks!).
I can't comment on the complimentary breakfast as we had an early flight to catch before breakfast was available. But all in all our stay was good, the location was great, and we have no complaints.

Woke up to bathroom floor flooded by water dripping from the ceiling. Wasted an extra hour waiting for a fix/cleanup, to be ultimately given a key to another room so I could finally shower before checking out. Breakfast was a joke. Room was clean, yet smelly, and some furniture looked like it was salvaged from a junkyard. Overall, wouldn't be terrible for a cheap motel, except, at $90 per night, it wasn't cheap at all. At least, the staff wasn't rude or unpleasant.

The check in person and morning person were very friendly, informative. However, microwave did not work room needed touch ups, tub did not drain well, coffee maker was ridiculous, and the pool which was why we booked this site was closed for”renovations” although we saw no work. Breakfast in the morning was good, no decaf, but did not start till 7 AM and we would have been on the road earlier since no pool
