The elevator was rickety and did not have a current inspection sticker, wifi was horrible could never get my firestick logged in had to use my phone hotspot. Room was clean, room was never cleaned over 6 days, price was good.

This was the first motel that is ACTUALLY pet friendly! I called 5 different ones that were listed online as “pet-friendly” but when I called they had a max weight of 25-30 pounds and they required proof of Service animals. This motel was just a small, very reasonable pet fee and no papers required. I am definitely going to be stopping here every trip I made from now on! Definitely recommend! Super friendly and welcoming staff, and very clean!

Even though the room was NON-SMOKING it stank cigarette. There was even cigarette ashes on the window sill. The only reason we stayed was because it was late in the night and we were too tired.

Short stay

Bathroom tub was filthy - we had to request a different room. The clerk did move us - after telling us that nothing else was available. The in-house free breakfast was a non-humorous joke - coffee and a dry granola bar - really?? Last time we will ever stay there.

Great location right off the interstate.
After a long drive, stopped into the Days Inn. I made the reservation on the drive. I'm glad I did because they were full. I see why. Associate at the desk was friendly. The room was clean and everything was wonderful. Thanks Days Inn by Wyndham.

They had a big pile of mattresses in the back of hotel you can see very clearly. I ask for about a couple of extra towels they brought me one! It took them an hour to get someone to fix the tTV and Internet! Not a good stay

A little scary

Well the room I stayed in was Roach infested rm 127.Three day stay..and so I changed my room to 308.. and it looked clean but chair was too old and dirty with a bad order and stains...the worst supper 8 I've stayed in..

Water dripping in tub for three days, very annoying. Toliet not flushing properly. Door knob to bathroom came off. No place to hang your clothes. Room not cleaned everyday as stated on advertisement. Someone took my meds while I was at work. I've killed a couple of roaches. Room not properly cleaned. Someone messed with my things in the room while I was gone. The towel and washcloth are filthy at times when switching out towels and wash clothes. Unbelievable, I don't use them!! Put them back in soiled for pick up the next day. Try to get to work with me because of issues, no compromising. Terrible!!

Check-in could have gone better. I accidently forgot to add a guest on the reservation. When I arrived, I was told I would be charged an additional $18 for my guest. I don't recall that I was ever charged extra for 1 guest upon arrival. The front desk person was not too pleasant on explaining the additional $18. I was a bit agitated from traveling and the conversation did not go well at first. I had to ask was I being charged $18 per night or just an initial $18. Needless to say I was charged an additional $18 just for my fiancé in which neither of us were too happy about. Had this been explained up front then we both would have understood. That left a bad taste in my finance's mouth and we will not be staying at the Super 8 again. This is in no way a reflection on Hotels.com and we will continue to use Hotels.com for future bookings.

I really enjoyed my stay. The parking was excellent! We had a very small issue but the staff jumped right on it and took care of it. That makes me want to come back again! Although we pay for the room, it’s the excellent service that made it a great experience. Thank you!

You get what you pay for. I stayed three days and came back to
1. No housekeeping
2. The AC unit had been removed from the wall leaving nothing but a giant grate and the hot humid air.
3. The tub/shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed clean in ages.
On the plus side the lady that checked me in was extremely nice amd helpful.

The first thing we noticed was a terrible odor in the room,“It was like a mixture of cigarette smoke, dust , marijuana and stale air.. it was wretched and nauseating to the point that we vomited.The walls were dirty, cracking, poorly patched and painted over.. place was uninhabitable and we ended up not staying there I will definitely be requesting a refund and we will not be returning to this hotel

I can’t believe Wyndham put its name on this property. It’s falling apart, disgusting. The rooms are basic with no amenities, hell you’re lucky if your bathtub has a drain stopper. Mine did not. Never again.

I was very dissatisfied with our room and the overall hotel. We had a king smoking room with our pet. Room was dirty, bare ft equaled dirty feet black mold in shower. Doors were gross. Toilet seat and lid covered in cig burns base of toilet where screw holes are nasty black. Neighbors smoking pot and the smell of dog crap coming thru our ac. Last night was horrible. I don’t know if this hotel has long stay and they are allowed to leave dog crap in there room. The hotel looked nothing like pictures. The stairwell next to our room was blocked by metal with caution tape. We were in room 229. Dated and dirty. The desk lap should be a fire hazard. The room had no hairdryer. Disappointing.

Friendly Hotel!!!
My tractor trailer broke down in the area and I was stranded in Fredericksburg. The staff and owners of this hotel where so very accommodating and friendly not only to me but everyone I saw them come into contact with. I can not thank you enough for all you did for me!!!

Many electrical outlets not working - had to keep moving around the room to find a working one for electronics charging -
Coffee maker supplied with 2 pkgs of coffee - no sugar- creamer - stir stix etc - Went to the desk and asked for more coffee - they gave me bags of grounds - The machine takes pods....

All the other hotels in the area were booked and this was the only hotel we could find. After checking in, I went to take a shower and when I opened the curtain there were dirty, soaking wet towels in the tub. It was gross. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. We got a few hours sleep and left before sunrise. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

What a dump
This place was filthy, the TV didn’t work, I went to the office & asked, I was told to unplug it & plug it back in, nope , no TV. Coffee packets were old, expired. Killed a cockroach, when I arrived at my room, the door was wide open, very scary. They also took a $50 deposit, I don’t know for what. I want a FULL refund. I still haven’t gotten the deposit back. Take the place off your listing, it should be shut down.

The property was not well maintained. Paint was chipped, wallpaper peeling. Bathroom fixtures tattered. I saw two bugs in the room. The stairwells were worn, and not well lit. Doors held open with balled up rags.

The room overall was very acceptable, I will say with most frequent come and go hotels the bathrooms are always a bit rough condition but everything works. We needed an extra towel and it was delivered by end of night. Only thing grossed me out was a contact lens on the bed…

Pass on this hotel
Property is old and is in desperate need of updating. We booked 2 rooms and one smelled like smoke and the heater was old and didn't warm the room. We asked for a different room and received one with dirty sheets with hair on them. The room also smelled like smoke. We told the desk clerk the next morning and simply received a "sorry to hear about that" as if she heard it all the time. While we were looking for cheap rooms to sleep for a few hours while on the road, we apparently got what we paid for. Pass on this property fast.

We checked in very late at night due to traveling. The next morning as we were gathering our few belongings we found a glass pipe tucked in the side of the chair cushion. When we checked out to inform the employee running the front desk they told us since it was found in the morning when we checked out all they could do was dispose of it for the next person. If it was that easy for us to find on accident, it should have been found by housekeeping. Totally unacceptable. An apology grom the employee would have been great rather than a shrug of the shoulders. Definitely never booking again.

Rudest hotel I've ever stayed in.
Staff running front desk was rude from the time that I checked in until it was time to check out absolutely rude will never stay there again. They wanted $50 cash security deposit no if ands and buts.

New deposit polices offensive
While I’ve stayed there frequently (over 100 times the last few years) while on business I’ve always been pleased. The rooms are always clean and comfortable they have an elevator which is mandatory as my knees are bad. However their new policy of a mandatory deposit I find offensive especially as I’ve been a guest so frequently. I will now have to find a new place to stay. I book online to prevent fraud and don’t carry cash as I travel daily on business and them requiring a deposit increases the likelihood of theft or fraud.

This is not India or Pakistan
The minute one walks into the reception area, you get the sense that you are no longer in the United States. The smell of Indian spices makes you feel you are walking in he slums of Delhi, Karachi or Islamabad. This is a very filthy place. Please avoid it and a few dollars more you can stay in a clean hotels in this same street.
