Basic and extra dirty
Dirty. Almost everything (headboard, tables, desk, lamps, TV, walls) had a smear of something. Maybe it was mud, food, bodily fluids, I don't know. There was also a decent layer of dust behind the tables/desk. Phone in the room did not work. The shower would not stop dripping even with the handle turned fully off. The toilet would make some kind of noise occasionally. Something like after you flush and the sound it makes when the tank is just about done filling back up. Front staff at check in was nice though. Bed was okay. Microwave was convenient. Ample free parking in a Tuesday. If you don't mind the level of cleanliness, this place is fine.

Good part is at least first floor rooms didn't have much road or airport noise. Bit of mildew, we had to tighten loose toilet seat, carpet clean but dust on furniture. There was some apples/oranges as well as packaged pastry for breakfast. Don't know when those hours are because they have to leave the door locked when no one is there and didn't want to ring the bell just to get that. However, there is a good Mexican bakery Hijas del Gallo a few blocks away. No extra charge for parking.

The owners were very accommodating of my need to keep the room beyond the vacate hour. The property needs updating but is good value for San Francisco. The room was clean.

parking was very tight, especially since someone parked right in the middle of two spaces. the only other open space was unmaneuverable. luckily there was one spot on the street I was able to get into. the tv never worked; every day "someone will be here tomorrow." we didn't bother to ask about it the 4th night. we used a roll away bed for two nights; it was like two layers of fabric over the springs. it definitely needs a new mattress.

It would have been nice to be able to enter the lobby to get out of the traffic noise & to hear the person behind the dividers. I couldn't ask questions or hear them at all. Their only concern was that I wasn't sneaking any additional people into my room! I travel to SFO for medical care & am typically in a lot of pain. So the extra standing & inability to ask questions compounded my discomfort. I couldn't even ask for a copy of my final receipt.

The property isn't in the best of areas, there is not a lot of choice in the way of restaurants close, most things are less than appetizing looking and a decent walk away. i Found myself ordering doordash which is ok I guess. The room was not cleaned once while I was there. No one changed the sheets or asked if I needed additional linens or anything. I didn't feel secure, the lone door into the room area was open more often than it was closed, and it really wouldn't matter since the parking lot in the back was wide open anyway. On my First day, the police spent a significant amount of time questioning my next door room neighbor. Again none of this made me feel safe. Speaking of safes, the safes in none of the rooms work. I ended up carrying around all of my valuables for all three days of the conference I was attending. All in all I would not recommend this hotel, I understand why they are so adamant about not refunding people who prepaid for this hotel. DO NOT stay here.

For a same day reservation via Expedia, late night check after 10pm it went fairly well. Took the last tight fitting parking spot. The room is essentially clean but could use some new carpet and at least a good carpet edge cleaning as there is a considerable build up of dust. For the price Im not expecting Egyptian cotton sheets, just clean floors and bedding. It would've been nice to have at least two hangers instead of one.
Overall the price is what would have me coming back, cheapest with nice amenities for someone that is going to stay one night tops.

Bed was hard
Stains on the walls, mildew in the shower, microwave was ancient and dirty on the inside.
No elevator.
Toilet tank was leaky and kept making noise.
I'm amazed this has 8/10 stars, are NPCs making these reviews? DO NOT STAY HERE.

Overall, property was fine, especially for the price. It is in a mixed industrial / residential area, just off the freeway and near the airport, so it’s a few blocks to restaurants or services, but there are good food options if you don’t mind walking a few blocks. Would consider again considering the price advantage over nearby properties.

The manager was kind to check us in late. However, the room was the worst. There was a broken desk, broken sink fixtures, and the lamp above the sink blew out in the morning. The only positive was a comfortable bed, but it was a sleigh bed that took up half the room. When I went to check out, the lobby still wasn't open so I had to disturb the manager again. Overall I won't stay here again.

Birthday Blessing came in small package..
The registar agent was kind and professional. Rooms were kind of small but nicely done.The advertisment was a bit unclear as the room "last ròom", was quiet different from what I found upon arrival but the agent was willing to show us the room I thought we were getting. He then stated the price difference. We did get it but only because it was my birthday and my friend was kind enough to spring for the substantial increase. Tip: Request additional towels in advance. Best part was it was quite and parking was included~♡

Comfortable stay but,First day nobody clean the room,1 lightbulb not working,refrigerator dividers are made of thin glass like thin jalousie we r afraid to put some things in the fridge.For breakfast need to change the time as early as 6am,need to upgrade breakfast choices.

The stay was wonderful!!! The location is super convenient and the area was quiet and quaint. The only thing I'd like to point out is the restroom had cobwebs and we had a slight spider issue. Nothing too crazy just a little unsettling as we had to kill about 6 spiders in the shower!

Our room was dirty and several items didnt work. Its a cheaper hotel but not cheap enough to justify how dirty it was. However, the bed sheets and the bathroom did seem clean enough.
For more detail; the carpet was wet and spongy, the surfaces of all wooden furniture had a sticky grime coated in dust, the coffee machine was missing the tray where you insert grounds, the sink was clogged, the shower curtain rod was half broken off the wall, and the main light over the sink was burnt out.

Clean and well equipped but really not ‘by the SFO’ as the name implies. A taxi from the airport/SFO to the hotel costs $30 unless you can figure out the local buses. Area is not great, loads of highways, although there are some restaurants in walking distance.

Feel unsafe (neighborhood and people waiting/hanging outside and very close to the room) and room not isolated, could hear all the noise outside.
Staff comprehensive that we had 2 nights to spend there but prefered take another hotel for both of the nights.

The room was ok. The location was good. Parking and check-in were very easy. The guy at the counter was pleasant. I asked him for another room, because the first smelled of mold. He gave me another room no problem, but seemed surprised even though the room next to it appeared to have flooded. It has rained a lot! The rooms needed a little extra cleaning, but for the price, the rooms were decent

Nobody was present and the lobby was locked. There were two bells present and it was not clear which one to ring. I rang both multiple times and waited over 5 minutes before someone showed up. He asked me my last name and when iI stated it he reached into a planter box and presented me the key card with room number. Never checked my ID or credit card. Very much a lack of security! I would never send my wife or daughter to this hotel! Very concerning lack of security!

AWFUL!!!
This place was TERRIBLE. I booked the reservation online, and when I got there, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell…nothing. I called a phone number that was in the window and the guy that answered said he was “on his way” and would be there in about 20 minutes…already annoying as it was FREEZING outside. OVER AN HOUR later, he shows up. Gives me a mini water bottle “for the inconvenience.”. Before we go into the room, we get a soda from the vending machine…which was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, and spit out a COMPLETELY different item than what we wanted. Not only was the room filthy and run down, but there was a brand new refrigerator (in the box) being stored behind the door of the already very small room…so we couldn’t even open the door all the way to easily get our suitcases inside. If the rate was $20, I wouldn’t expect much more than this….but the rate was OVER $100 for one night. It was AWFUL. There was nothing positive about it. Even the parking sucks as the spaces are SO TIGHT you can barely open the door without almost hitting the car (or cement column) next to you. I would only recommend staying here if the only other option was sleeping outside….in a sea of insects…in the middle of winter (and if insects wasn’t one of those issues, it would be a very tough decision on which I’d recommend.).

Reasonable price, convenient to freeway and airport, spacious room, good bed. No one on duty when we arrived, had to call emergency number. Toilet seat loose, floor needed vacuuming, but otherwise all in good shape.

The staff was very rude, I asked for room service and staff ignored me, I requested through front desk and all I received was towels and a dirty room. I had to stay there because there no refunds what so ever. I continued to ask for room service but no one would answer the phone, never got room service. The room reaked and was very dusty. They never had breakfast either or let me know that the room was closed and were addressing my concern,the front desk didn’t seem to care but to see if I was leaving. I’ve never had such a horrible experience before and this place is one of those and I would never recommend this stay at this hotel. The staff was asking me to throw the trash my self as if I work there. This is ridiculous.

You can tell right away that this hotel/motel wasn't the cleanest one in town but I was wrong, When I arrive to check in the front desk guy I guess was asleep because I had to wait for some time for him, Next, he gave a room that was dusty, the forgot to vacuum and with a nonworking tv. I call the front desk and then they gave a another room with a working tv but still dirty. the patio was dirty as well. I had to go to target to get cleaning supplies in order to clean the bathroom myself because the bathroom was dirty too. Nasty place, Thanks Expedia for make waste almost $500 in this nasty place. By the way, I do have pictures to back up my story.

We reserved two rooms with two beds each, when we got there, one of the room only had 1 bed. He gave us an extra room after 15 minutes of back and forth conversation when I indicated we needed the extra bed per our reservation. Additionally, we had a toddler with us and two of the rooms smelled like cigarette and marijuana. The bathrooms had spiders and bugs as well.

We searched specifically for a hotel with a breakfast so we wouldn’t have to find somewhere to eat on our long overnight layover before heading to the airport in the morning. Expedia said this hotel included a free continental breakfast, but there was no breakfast. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We realize this may be due to miscommunication from Expedia rather than the hotel itself. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, there was no one at the front desk when we went to check out.

I especially liked the outdoors courtyard with tables and chairs. My room was a little stuffy- only window was street side and didn’t open, so it was nice to sit in courtyard each evening.

We purchased a stay for 2 nights. But only stayed for 1 night. It was absolutely dirty and disgusting everywhere. The moment we walked in, it was clear that it has been smoked before (Even though it was a non smoke place). Looking around and wiping the tables, it wipes became extremely dirty with a yellow layer to it. The beds had stains and the sheets had black dots on it. There were dead ants on the wall and the restroom toilet seat was broken.

We booked this property several months in advance of our stay. When we arrived, there was nobody at the desk. We waited for greater than 15 minutes. It is not a good neighborhood and there were multiple men who stopped as they walked by to stare at us intently within a close distance for several minutes. Finally we called the service number listed for emergencies at the desk and the innkeeper showed up. He then told us that our room was “broken” and he could not accommodate us at all. He made no effort to contact us sooner to let us know about this. Very disappointed in the customer service but ultimately thankful we found a safer area for our stay. Pictures were deceiving.

Old, dirty, disrepair
This hotel is truly disgusting! The wall to wall rug was stained & smelt like mold, there was spackle in several areas of ceiling &!walls that were not painted, the bathroom was so bad that I did not feel comfortable standing in bare feet. The windows were dirty,falling apart & they wedged a piece of wood and a rock so they could not be openned.
It’s a run down, old dilapidated hotel that hotels.com should not have available on their site!

The stuff of nightmares.
So disgusting we did not even sit on any of the stained furniture or take our shoes off on the sticky carpet. Check in is through a section 8 housing style hole in a wall with security glass with no speaker to hear the lady behind it. One room had its door open to show the clean room you see on the pictures, but it is not used. Stained black marks on all bedding. Body fluid stains on all furniture. Fridge plugged in but non working. Black mold in shower and all around the upper walls. Left within 10 minutes after securing another room just minutes away but a 1000 times safer cleaner and actually quite luxurious for about the same price. The Aluxor, turned a nightmare into a very pleasant evening.

Clean upscale room with single cup coffee maker, mini fridge. Very comfortable bed with A/C or heat. Must take car to eat, the breakfast in a bag was not up to par with rest of hotel. Good amount of on site parking, however there was mold in the bathroom

Don't Expect Too Much/Decent Stay+Safe Feeling
The title pretty much sums up this entire hotel/motel. It's an OK stay. TLDR; Don't expect too much, this is a no frills hotel/motel. It's semi-small, semi-clean, no continental breakfast (its small brown bags w/ granola bar, apple, cheese danish), no daily house cleaning, and apparently no front desk? lol...
Me and my girlfriend stayed here after comparing some relatively similar price ranged hotels and this one "won." It only really won because it SEEMED like it had everything else all the other hotels had. We thought it would have a continental breakfast and daily house keeping..all of which it did not have. So here's the breakdown..
Namely the continental breakfast...it did not have that, it only had bags of an apple, danish, and granola bar. Better than nothing, but still something to note.
Front Lobby, has no real front desk. For my duration we stayed 3 nights, of those 3 nights I never saw the front desk. Night upon arrival, called the number posted at the front since no one was there and I find out our room key just sitting out in the open on the window sill next to the front door (which is locked no one there), check out...call desk and they say just leave the key there?
No house keeping at all within those 3 nights of stay. Nothing more to elaborate.
The room was clean-ish...if you expect super clean don't stay. It had dust/rubbish under the bed, tables, desk. Walls definitely needed TLC.
Bathroom, the light kept turning off every 5 secs..lol

You could do better. Overpriced.
The air conditioner did not work. And the room had a sort of smell to it. There was no breakfast. Also, I ended up paying an extra $50 to check out late. I would not recommend this hotel there are a lot of other hotels in that area that are much more accommodating.

When trying to check-in, the lobby was locked and there was a sign stating "Be right back in 15 min, if emergency please call X number". I stood there waiting for 30 minutes in the cold and sprinkling weather before realizing this person wasn't coming back. There were two other people also waiting to check-in. When I called the given phone number, they said they were 10 minutes away. I ended up standing outside for a total 45 minutes waiting for them. When I finally got helped, they gave me an obviously dirty room! I went to the front desk and they had no other rooms ready and said I could upgrade for $230.. Definitely wasn't going to do that since I only paid $80 for my stay. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my room.
Here's the real kicker, after he checked us in, he put the "be back in 15 min" sign up and left again!!

In advertisement before i booked the daily price was including breakfast, but when you got there no breakfast, no water to drink and no tea thank you. In addition to these Expedia doesn't have the right contact numbers to get easily for help thank you.

Though we didn't use it, the interior courtyard pictured was a nice feature. Loved the parking included. Only issue was lack of blanket for the pull out sofa bed. The phone didn't work, so I walked down to the front desk to ask for a blanket, and was promised one in "10 minutes," but it was never brought to us. The following night, I asked again and the woman at the front desk was extremely apologetic, and brought one directly to our room.

We scheduled the room. Got to facility and no one was at desk or lobby. It was locked. Waited for an hour and rang doorbell 25 times. Called phone numbers listed and no one answered. After standing out in cold for an hour we went to another facility

Old coffee bags left in coffee machine, couch stained. A few ants and a leak onto bathroom floor. Night clerk was responsive but the day guy would not answer buzzes or rings. Had to go back to room to call and get an answer. No do not disturb tag in room.

In one room the radio didn't work, phone wasn't working, and the room was cleaned around. But there was dust and dirt. In the other room there was a condom wrapper, jewelry, and other garbage in and around the room. Also, it was obvious they barely clean under the beds and furniture.

Comfortable and convenient
I was looking for somewhere comfortable, not too expensive, and close to the airport to catch an early flight. This place fit the bill on all counts. Nothing frilly or extravagant, but it was clean and only about 10 minutes from the terminal.

Arrived at 7:30-8:00pm on a Saturday evening with reservations. Had to wait 20 minutes for front desk help that was "back in 15 minutes". No frills room. Due to covid there was no breakfast, but there was also no coffee in the room. If you need a place to just sleep with parking, go here. If you want decent service and any amenities, go elsewhere.
