It was dirty very dirty the mattress to the sofa bed was diguesting it was all stain they told I couldn’t get a blackened for my mom because they was out I showed pictures to the girl in the around 730 and she even said it was gross and he tell her manager but it 6 pm an I still haven’t heard for her manager I won’t stay here ever again

The gentleman at check in was very nice. 1st room smelt and was not in very good shape. The next room he gave us was clean but outdated. The grounds were very nice. Not worth the money thats for sure.

Pungent odor greets you when you enter. Shady clientele. Rooms are clean but have the feel of being well used. Staff is very nice and refunded our 2nd night. Area surrounding is ok, but it feels like a hotel for the homeless.

Arrived late thanks to flight delays. Instantly questioned my decision to book this place. It smelled. Another guest I encountered off the elevator gave me the creeps (that awful gut feeling that you get). First room was not clean -- carpet was filthy, bugs on counter, no bedding. Back at reception they offered me another room. The room was a bit better -- but the A/C didn't work. Room was sweltering! And that's a feat given it was only in 50s outside. Difficult to sleep. By 1am I decided I'd check out when it was light (was supposed to stay three nights) and found availability at the Best Western further north on 16th. No hot water up on the 3rd floor when I tried to shower in the morning. I have rarely been so happy to leave a hotel. (The Best Western was MUCH better -- and they let me check in early!)

Non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray, shower head required a plastic bag to be stuffed around the pipe in the wall to remain stable, plastic utensils left in the bathtub (still trying to figure that out), blow dryer ripped out of the wall... this room was a complete mess. Not only was the condition of the room poor, but the efforts at cleaning were minimal.

I do not believe this was in the best part of the town. A lot of activity in the hallways throughout the night. People coming and going, doors opening and closing. You could hear everything that was going on down the hallway.

Walked into the bathroom just as a cockroach was crawling out of the drain. Had a queen plus pullout sofa room....the sofa pulled out to a filthy mattress, with blood on it a zero linens in the room. I gave my son the top sheet off of my bed so he wouldn't have to lay on the bare mattress. Luckily we had blankets in the car. We both "slept" in our clothes.

This was the worst and deceiving hotel I have ever seen . Once trying to check in they couldn’t find my reservation. Then they went to “quickly “ clean a room. As soon as we walked in the hallway it smelled like garbage or something dead. As soon as we stepped in our room smelled like animal urine alll over . So bad I was gagging we ended up trying to change rooms and when we were at the front desk someone had got into an altercation with the receptionist. At that point we just left and never went back

There were way too many pets for my preference. The corridors had signs of pet urine on the walls & carpets. Could hear dogs barking in rooms nearby late at night. I did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel. Will not stay here again. The place could use more attention in cleaning the doors, elevators & carpets in the stairwell.

Save your money!!!!
The check in area was small and dingy. No one at the check in desk with a line of people waiting. First room they put us in hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels and trash in the room. Trash in the hallway. Second room was at least cleaned. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart. AC didn’t work. Blow dryer was missing from the bathroom. There add states breakfast included…….we were lucky to get coffee but were told they were out of creamer. For as much as one night cost we would have been better off sleeping in our car and saving the money.

The lobby was dirty and cramped!
And unattended!! We had to wait upwards of 10 mins for someone to come to the desk!! This was not a one time thing but 6 times!!
The ‘breakfast’ is a joke - they had packaged muffins.
The room - was disgusting!!!!!
The nightstand had some sticky juice rings. The drawers had half eaten candy & used Kleenex!!!
The tub had rings on it - yuck!
The carpet was sticky as welll.
The microwave was disgusting - not cleaned out!!
The faucet in the kitchen was crusted with dirt!
Did not feel feel safe here! One night there were cops!
OVERALL TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!
PLEASE AVOID STAYING HERE!!!

The photo of the lobby was not this property. It smelled, was dirty, lobby was messy and dirty, needed repairs. People wandered the halls - many in their pajamas, could hear large groups in a single room as we walked down long dark corridor to the room. The room smelled, the furniture and kitchen cabinet were damaged, and the window was broken. We could not stay there.

I have been at this property for almost 2 months now. And it's become home for me. The staff are great, especially the main manager. Ashley should always be so kind and helpful. When needed and the assistant manager Vanessa, they're both very good at their jobs and their customer service skills sre Indefinitely on point. couldn't be anymore blessed to have such. A Convenient and relaxing time staying at this hotel

This property is very conveniently located near my bank and the places I prefer to shop and dine. I like the kitchenette and appreciate the cooking utensils and dishes. Staff are generally very helpful and quick to respond to requests for extra toiletries, etc. I was disappointed in the grab-and-go breakfast, only muffins and granola bars were available, no fruit or instant oatmeal, and for one whole week there was nothing at all.

Management was great. Sergio took care me. I always stay there on the holidays. Welcome pets friendly. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It's convenience to restaurant and stores.

Ok stay for the rates and area
I appreciate the effort the staff put into our stay. However the first room we were assigned had some pest issues the positive was we were reassigned another room in a timely manner however the room we got was not what i paid for initially. There wasn't a sofa pull out for my extra guest. They did however provide a roll away bed for us. There was a strange smell on the floor were on so we provided our own air freshener that alliviated that. Thankfully we were only there to sleep. The area and locals were also a bit sketchy in my honest opinion. However what brought peace of mind was the lighting in the area and local police presence. The biggest plus was the staff and they were attentitive to our needs. Our request were met with out any issues. If the pest situation and maybe some attention to the cleanliness of the property in general would bring me back to the property. In the end you get what you pay for and i am greatful and humbled for the experience.

Very basic hotel, large fridge and micro in room, bathroom and room very outdated, area a bit sketchy , but found a Cava , Starbucks just a block up on Camelback
They serve a very limited breakfast until 9:30am

It was DISGUSTING!! So filthy! I feel it’s probably where the drug dealers and users congregate. The room was absolutely filthy. Bugs on the walls, hair on the shower walls, wticky, dirty floors, old stained couch. It was absolutely horrid. Never will stay at this chain or this particular hotel again.

It was meh…
It was a place to sleep. It wasn’t great and could’ve been worse but wouldn’t recommend. The pull out couch was severely stained with possibly blood or urine. When you walk in it smelled of weed. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked that there was plenty of parking. And overall, it was pretty clean. What I didn't like? I reserved a room for 4 ppl. One queen bed and a pull out couch. The pull out was a TWIN SIZE! I went to the front desk stating this was not a room for 4 adults. Her only response was" this is the room you picked. " I NEVER would have requested this room if all 4 of us could not fit. And the do not offer roll bed. Also, trying to call the front desk is horrible. No one is there at check in.n

Very dirty. stains everywhere. We could not stay a second night. No one at the bell desk to even tell we were not returning. The Biltmore area is very nice. Using this word in the location title is very misleading to the quality of this hotel.

We spent 1 night of our trip in your hotel. The hallways were perfumed with the odor of marijuana. There were cigarette butts all over the ground outside. The room was clean and the shower was a roll-in which was fantastic. Hot water was hot cold water was cold. Beds were comfy. Our dogs were accepted and staff were very friendly for the most part. You do need more luggage carts.

Very poor property.
Check in person was rude and not helpful. There was no grab and go breakfast as advertised. Front desk told us they did not receive their order, Sorry. This property failed in every way.

The hotel room was filthy and disgusting. We did not feel comfortable or safe here as there did not seem to be very many security measures. The entire building smelled like cigarettes even though is was non smoking. I do not recommend this hotel and we will not be staying here again.

No go if you might arive late
I had a very poor experience with this hotel. I was flying into Phoenix late on a Friday to pick up a vehicle first thing on Saturday morning, with a 1200 mile drive to be split over the next 2 days. I had a reservation, but as sometimes happens, my flight was delayed. I called the hotel to inform them that I’d be arriving late, only to be told they don’t allow check-ins after midnight. So, rather than me being able to get a somewhat shorter night of sleep, I had to settle for what little sleep I could get between the plane and a chair in the airport since I had no place to stay. Do not book if there’s any chance you may arrive late!

Everything felt dirty, the shower had grime streaks, there was hair in my sheets, on the walls, and on the floor, and the building smelt like Marijuana. Overall, it was hard to sleep at night. The building should either be cleaned up, or advertised for what it is: dirty.

Carpet in room had marker all over. Carpet in halls very worn and soiled. Could smell weed walking to my room. Room was nice but bed not super comfortable. Homeless around near pool. For the price it's not bad and does the job. I'd remodel. Especially all the carpets. Shower pressure was great.

Mixed bag
We arrived early and friendly desk clerk said they were behind getting rooms ready so we'd need to come back a little later. Upon doing so, the new desk clerk was not friendly at all and definitely not helpful with any information (like where the room was or best place to park or access to the hotel).
Room conditions were fine.
Didn't get to make it to pool but not sure it was kept debris free when observing the next morning.

Worse than a dorm room.
The towels and bedding were clean, but the room was in disrepair and needed a deep cleaning. Two lights didn’t work, fan broken, outlet hanging out of the wall.

The hotel was filthy dirty. The stairs and hallways were never vacuumed in the three days I was there. The carpets were horrible and stunk to high heaven. I wouldn't call it breakfast, more like snack time. There was no fruit as shown in the pictures. People smoking outside the front door and their night gowns.

Room was terrible! Bugs in the bath tub and wife found a cockroach in the kitchen! When I brought it to the front desk there was no apology or anything. Front desk lied said she issued a refund but that was not true! We ended up staying at a different hotel such an inconvenience for me and my family.

While the Room was OK, the common areas are filthy. Hasn't been cleaned in months. Nothing in the room to use in the kitchen. They say it is available at the front desk for a price. We were told if you want hose keeping it is also an extra charge. Folks were smoking weed everyday out back.

The a/c could not be adjusted, no matter where you set it the temperature never changed.

When I arrived at property, there were 5 cops talking to 2 other guests which made me a little concerned. The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed and done with the day but was polite. When I got to the room, the bathtub still had long strands of hair on the shower wall.

Don’t stay here
I would not recommend anyone stay at this extended stay location, especially if you have young children. This place was disgusting. The hallways looked like something from a horror movie, and smelled horrible. The room was even worse . My room was supposed to be a non smoking room, however my room smelled straight like cigarettes. The sofa had nasty stains on it. The bathroom smelled horrible like cigarettes as well. The bathtub had dirty stains. There was a flying bug in my room, not too sure what kind. This place was so disgusting I just left within 2 hours because I couldn’t take it anymore. My infant daughter kept coughing from the smell of the room . I give this hotel a 1 star rating.

We had a very long day of traveling. I asked my daughter to check us in because this hotel doesn’t let you check in after a certain time. When we arrived the woman behind the counter was rude and almost didn’t give us the key. The reservation was in my name but they put it in my daughters since she checked us in but didn’t give her a key. That is how this stay started off. Toilet barely flushed. Things looked somewhat clean but it gave me the feeling I should be wearing flip flops in the shower . The last straw was we where packing up and I check everywhere and looked under the beds. BIG mistake, it was so disgusting, someone had shoved and left cat and dog food tins trash etc under the bed. When we got there we thought we smelled something off. The window was cracked next to the hotel’s utilities. I never expected to see what I saw. I would never have thought to check under the beds before then. I have never experienced this ever.

The room we checked in to was not clean, there was still food in the fridge and there was no sheets on the sofa bed nor extra sheets in the room for the sofa bed. We had booked this for 4 nights and checked out after the first night mainly because of cleaniness. The food being left in the fridge from previous people was the main turn off. We went somewhere else after the first night.

Found some roaches, friendly staff
The closest hotel to a temporary work site. The staff is friendly, rooms appear to be clean, as well as surfaces and bed.
Woke up in the morning and found a roach in the bathtub and two on the kitchen counter next to my sealed food. Carpets could use a cleaning.
Pool area seems nice from the window as no one was using it at 7pm.

Disappointed experience
Our suite had small bugs in the restroom and we had a cockroach on our kitchen counter. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the curtains were damaged and they didn’t provide bed sheets for the pull out bed In The sofa couch. Plus the jacuzzi was broken and said the Plummer wouldn’t be able to come on Monday and this was on a Friday when we checked in. Overall the hotel wasn’t clean and the staff wasn’t pleasant either. This was my first and Definitely last time I would be staying here, especially my friends were disappointed that I had made reservations at this hotel for us.

Bad and ugly place please book somewhere else
I will never stay here again the carpets were dirty, no extra sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. No cooking pans or silverware to cook with. The swimming pool was dirty and jacuzzi was dirty and didn't work. My husband got locked in the pool area had to call me so I could get some to let him out of the pool area. Had to go down Stairs to ask for extra towels. We just had a horrible experience at this hotel. Not worth what I paid for it....would like an refund or a free night stay somewhere I could enjoy the pool area and my room.

Filthy with roaches.
Filthy! Smelled like a mixture of body odor and smoke covered in bad air freshener. Hairs on the sheet, but was told there was no extra linen. Didn’t realize until the morning that the place was infested with cockroaches!! Every time I opened a door or a drawer a cockroach would skitter by! That’s when we got the hell out. Don’t do it!
