This property is NOT like it is described or pictured! The light didn’t work when we walked in, the heat was unplugged, the tv was unplugged and so was the clock. There was stuff all over the shower. There was shaving cream with hairs in it on the faucet. Smears of who only knows what all over the walls in the entire room. It was very dusty. I would not have stayed but I was alone with my two daughters. It was dark and I felt safer locked in our room than leaving. I did not sleep the entire night. It was so loud in the hallway. Slamming doors, voices and cries from a baby. I looked through the door peep hole and the glass was busted on it. This place is deplorable!

The room wasn’t thoroughly clean the linen is turning yellow. There’s an abandoned vacant building right next-door. I asked the front desk to give me a 3 AM wake up call that never happened.

A one-time stay
It was a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. The wifi was very poor. TV selection was worst I’ve seen in hotels in many years.

Give this one a pass.
Ok but will not stay there again. The gang that hangs out on the benches out front watching us get in an out of our car was kind of unnerving. Not good for your hotel.

When I arrived with my son, the entryway was filled with people drinking, smoking cigarettes and weed. The receptionist made it seem like we were bothering her to check in. Asked why the deposit and a sign was shoved in my face. As for the room, the door would not shut unless slammed, the safety latch was barely hanging on, seemed to be a blood stain on the wall of the bathroom, vent in bathroom halfway hanging out, zero water pressure for the shower and controls were backwards, someone's shirt and empty beer can on window sill above ac unit. Very sketchy to go outside the hotel in the evenings. Seemed like these people were residents that lived at the hotel that would just party out front. Breakfast offered was very minimal. Worst hotel ever stayed at and safety for ones self was scary.

Ok for one night crash...
The Q-Inn was ok. Recent renovation helped out...
Breakfast was average, with some foods missing from the setup. The Breakfast area was clean.

Newly rennovated, there was still a sticker on my bathtub! Room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly. There were a handful of restaraunts and a gas station within walking distance as long as you don't mind crossing a road, and the location is very close to the highway. I wish I could have stayed here on my return trip.

Clean room but run down. We didn’t have a smoke detector in the room and told the front desk. The front desk said we were ok and it was part of the restoration. Coffee pot was dirty, hadHot/cold water on wrong sides. General cocking and general aesthetics messy or missing.

AC in lobby was broken, so lobby door was left open allowing anyone to enter hotel at any time of day. Gang activity in parking lot - vehicles parked and playing loud music, people around the vehicles drinking alcohol, yelling and loitering all around parking lot and near the front door to lobby.

Bathtub had not been cleaned. There was a dirty old label stuck to the bathtub. Also, the staff did not restock the breakfast food. I went down at 7:30a.m. and the juice was out, the cereal, muffins and bagels were sparce and not a single staff member in sight.

Great service and comfortable
The service was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Most everything was clean and in good condition. The carpet maybe could have been vacuumed better, but no real complaints. I was leaving before breakfast opened, but they turned on the juice and let me get some food early. They were so kind. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing fancy, but clean enough and very comfortable.

It was decent overall. Low cost and friendly staff. Main issue I had was my room's AC made a constant loud noise all through the night.

This facility is currently in the process of a remodel. There were construction products inside and out along with the general mess that comes with being in the process of a construction remodel. From what I could tell this will be a nice property when the remodel is complete but is a little on the messy side right now. The area around the property is more commercial than anything so not much in the way of food or entertainment. There were a couple of gas station/markets and a couple of fast food places. For a reasonably priced one night stay with no need for anything other than a place to sleep this was an okay stop that will ultimately be a fairly nice stop.

The Property was being renovated, the bed as as hard as a rock. I asked and received a second quilt which didn’t soften the bed. The bathroom was big and worked. The room was a good size as well. But the Bed if you could call it that was like a rock for me.

I liked that it served my need. I did not like that i was bothered 3 times the morning BEFORE my checkout asking when i was leaving. Reservation and the email confirmation clearly stated checkout Sunday morning. Did not like being bother 3 times saturday morning about checking out.

Owner was very nice and helpful, and overall property was clean and comfortable.
It was a bit dated, couch in lobby with ripped cushions and some boxes stacked in the corner of the lobby didn’t add to the decor.
The breakfast was sparse, waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc. was about it.
But among the cheapest and served its purpose.
You get what you pay for.

Room had multiple living bugs crawling/flying. Dead bugs by the window.
Old hamburger buns behind the night stand
Ice bucket was dirty with a yelow sticky residue.
Ice machine on the first floor was close to dead bugs.
Thus place was disgusting.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok but could use new carpet. The bathroom was a little dirty and had hair in the floor, tub and sink. It was an inexpensive place to stay and overall it was ok.

My stay was horrible. The room had hair on the coffee pots , filthy light switches where you put your hands. Tubs was dirty. I had to request another room because they refused a refund My family and I slept ontop of the sheets and wouldn’t even dream of using the tub. In the morning there was little to no breakfast with tons of people pouring into a 2ft space. The lady never cleaned the area after a ton of people using a dirty waffle iron. When I asked her for more silverware and told her there was no food she brought out a box of hostess coffee cakes and through them on the counter. That’s all we got. This was a truly nightmarish stay.

The Attentant was very sweet and helpful
The room was vert comfortable and it was a very peaceful get away for my boyfriend and I. We will definitely be back!!! The attendant went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She even suggested a restaurant called The Flounder and the food was amazing!!!!

Our first room 110 need the TV reprogramed.
So they moved us to a second room 114. Everything was fine and clean, but I think the carpet needs cleaning. The room has a musty smell to it.

First room I went to had hair in the shower and shaved hair on sink and on the toilet. When I looked in the room by the AC unit it had a switch blade stuck in the wall. Second room was ok or let’s say I put up with it since it was late.

Great to have smoking rooms, but they definitely lacked in cleanliness and upkeep. Floors were dirty. Hallway wreaked of weed. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken and dirty. Bed slept nice though. Probably won’t stay here again unless out of necessity. For $20-$30 more, we can get a much nicer place.

This is one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The toilet had urine and blood on the seat. There was something dripping down the wall of the shower and hairs all over the tub. I wrote NASTY in the dirt on the bottom shelf of the bathroom.
The staff were super nice and helpful, but the entire place was just disgusting

Reasonably Priced; Near Luke Volleyball Center
A reasonably priced option if you want to be close to the LUKE Upward Star Volleyball center. The staff was polite. The hotel and our room were generally clean, although old and run down. Try to avoid a room near the end of the hall/ice maker as folks start getting ice as early as 3am and it's very loud. Breakfast was simple and limited, but included. We'll likely try to a different option next time we're Spartanburg, but you could certainly do worse.

My first room smelled terrible. The bed looked like someone was sleeping in it & threw it together last second couldn't believe housekeeping, (If there is any) would think it was acceptable. They gave me another room where I found strange fluids on countertops & a used mask.

A Last Resort
It was a one night stay so I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant. However, their was a stale Oder in the room. Bathroom was outdated and I didn’t like the fact that I can see between the toilet and wall (seems like the toilet was brought out the wall). The bed was comfortable; I was able to get good sleep. This would be my last resort for a one night stay.

I liked everything about this property. It was very clean, the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and very clean and the front desk clerk on duty was very informative and accommodating. She was a great help and very friendly. She handled the check-in easily and with a smile. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Rooms were nice. However I had requested a King and when we got to our room we got two queens. Also I am short and hotels all seem to have these tall beds. . .very hard to get up on. They need to”offer” a small step stool at check in.

Definitely a nice getaway spot.
Very quiet and convenient. Not normally a place I'd choose but do to last minute get away, it was a nice place to go. I'd use them again to just get away for a night or two.

There was a musky smell in the hallways. The rooms ooked cleaned, just didnt smell clean. The stairway was dirty and smelled like marajuna.
