ROOMS ARE OLD BUT FAIRLY CLEAN. RECEPTIONIST VERY NICE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
BEDCOVERS SHOULD BE REPLACED INSTEAD OF THOSE OLD BROWN ONES.
VERY NOISY WITH TRAINS, PEOPLE SHOUTING OUTSIDE AND CONSTANT FIREWORKS ON CHRISTMAS EVE.
WE WERE ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND WOULDN'T OPEN THE CURTAINS AS THE PARKING WAS LOOKING STRAIGHT INTO OUR ROOM.

Parking was rough Friday night as it is connected to a local bar & grill. We ran into someone Saturday morning peeing publicly in the parking lot and going through trash. Slept decent, smelled a little of mold. We passed on breakfast, no hot food,and pastries were stale.

Average at best
The breakfast bar hardly had anything other that waffle station and coffee and cereal. No hot items or protein. Stayed 2 nights, and maid came to tidy up and only made one bed. Kind of weird, like she halfway cleaned and was called away. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean except for the grungy tubmat and really old and moldy looking encasement around the tub. Apparently there had been a leak in the ceiling from the room above, and they patched it and spackled it, and it cracked and looked like it was coming down. We laughed because it looked like the owner himself did it because he did not want to call an expert to do it properly and replace the knockdown. Smelled a bit moldy in the hallways and in the room. They are apparently doing some construction because of the construction coverings on the hall rugs, so hopefully they are working on things. We stayed for a swim meet, and really needed the breakfast for the athlete, so we will be staying elsewhere from now on. 2 positives: comfy beds with lots of different pillows, and the hotel is connected to Flanigan's, so it was super easy to find a decent dinner.

The staff was great but that was about it. The ceiling was leaking, smelled like must and wet. Our toilet kept getting plugged. You get what you pay for!

Bad bad bad
Floors were greasy, counters were sticky. Sink filled with water and took all night to drain. Had to play with the toilet handle to get it to flush. The exterior door had a broken lock allowing anyone access inside and lots of shady people hanging in the parking lot. Parking lot would be full of trash in the mornings. It was very noisy over all. Do not stay here

Is this a luxury hotel? No. It’s an affordable, simple hotel that met all of my needs. The free breakfast was decent and the staff were very nice and helpful (especially Simone). I would absolutely stay here again.

It was disappointing. It wasn't cleaned as i would have liked, the shower rod was falling off the wall and hair from a previous guest (or cleaning lady) was in the sink. However, I told the front desk and maintenance was there quickly-- impressive. Unfortunately while fixing the rod, the mess that was made with the plaster, was not cleaned up leaving a mess in the shower and on the floor.
The second night the air conditioner didn't cool thru the night. Again, maintenance cans quickly but their "fix" didn't last. A/C quit cooling the 3rd night.
Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. The rooms need work.

The lady that checked us in was extremely nice. The process was quick. We went into the hotel and the hallways and the stair case smell like your stuffed in a room with hot stinky wet clothes. The roof is falling down and they have trash cans around the hallway for leaks. We walked into the room and it was less stinky but still a mildew smell. I immediately turned on A/C. I checked out the mini refrigerator and there was a roach inside. There were baby roaches in the microwave. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping in a hammock. The middle of the beds sunk in. Towels and sheets were clean. Bathroom was cleaned, only the faucet was rusted around the edges and moved out of place when you turned it on or off. The sliding glass doors don’t open. It would be nice to feel the breeze come through this mildew smelling room. All I kept thinking is what if there’s a fire? The outside pool was nice and clean. I didn’t get in but the kids did. They enjoyed the pool very much. They maid service lady was nice. I asked for fresh towels she gave him to me. She made sure I had everything. She kept asking if I needed anything. The breakfast options could be better. Bread, dried muffins, granola bars, yogurt and oatmeal. There’s not really any hot food. Overall is was not the people that were the problem it was strictly the upkeep of the building.

The property was clean. Flanigans Restaurant is next door so somtimes parking is hard to find when they are very busy.
Simone at the Check-In desk was awesome!!! She was friendly and made me feel welcome.
I would stay here again.

The property overall needs some work. The hallway had leaks and the air was turned off and musty smelling. The room was much better. Breakfast was not too good. No protein options available - just a bunch of fattening carbs.

Would not stay again
The room itself seemed in good condition, but there were a few issues. The AC did not work adequately and could not cool down the room to a comfortable temp, even set at 60 degrees the entire night. There was a very noticeable musty smell throughout. And there was zero hot water in the shower/bath, so i could not shower the morning before checkout, and i could only get warm water in the sink.

I stayed here when i first moved to Stuart. Quality Inn offered the convenience of what I needed, to shop around and also get nyself settled. Transportation was easy, convenience of food and important items were of no issue. I had a memorable stay because it offered quietness and privacy, and also comfort.

A little ruff at first, we were on the 2nd fl, and the hotel has no elevator, we had to carry all our stuff the stairs, a side from that the hotel was fine, good price nice restaurant and breakfast.

The phone in the room was broken and ripped out of the wall. The air conditioner did not work and it would not even get it below 75 degrees.
I killed three cockroaches and I'm not sure but there may have been bed bugs.
I'm furious about my stay and when I told the front desk about all these things they said they'd let the manager know.
I did not get any of the nights comped or even get an apology

The room is supposed to be non smoking but as you enter the room, a horrible smell of smoking takes over everything. I was able to smell it while asleep, I would wake up and smell it. The place was booked so couldn’t change rooms.
At night, it rained like crazy. We were on the second floor and it seems that the roof is metal withOUT any insulation. The sound of the rain was super loud, it woke me up from sleep.
The AC is not very functional, we had to put it on 68 to get cool, usually I have it on 74. So for people who likes it cooler, it wouldn’t have done the job, also there was water on the carpet around the AC, assuming AC is leaking.
I do not recommend the place. I have been to other quality inn and the experience was much better.

The hotel had mold on the ceiling. Most concerning was the security. The outside doors that were supposed to be locked and opened with only an activated room key was broken (no mechanism was in the door) the staff was fully away of this. I would like to be contacted in regards to this matter

checked in on Monday and the lady checking us in told me that my reservation wasnt showing in the system,couldn't give me the price that I had booked through hotels.com. i told her i wld call and see what was going on. All of a sudden she found it. Apparently they rent out rooms at the hotel for people to actually live the residents that live. There were always standing outside congregating around the door around and the road passing joints around and i'm traveling with my daughter. It was noisy and the rooms were not very clean.the breakfast was horrible the fruit was rotten. I wouldnt stay there again. The website says that it's dog friendly but nowhere doesn't mention that there's a $20 fee per night costing me an extra hundred dollars.

We needed a quick overnight stay for a business trip. We required a late check in, but the front desk staff accommodated us by letting us check into a room a little early during the afternoon so we would have our keys later in the evening after midnight. Room was fine, comfortable bed. However, the property is a bit run down. TV only had sound, no picture and the hallways were a bit smelly. If you need a place to stay for a night, the hotel is convenient and economical for the area, but it's no "family vacation" spot.

The location was good for us. The hotel was very noisy during the night & early am. Sound carried throughout the walls & halls. We think there were workers for the area staying there.
We did not get the king bed we ordered & the lock was broken on the door so they put us in another room. It was not remodeled like some of the rooms.

Staff, very nice, helpful and accomodating.
Greeted very nicely, quick easy check-in room clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was skimpy, no protiens. Maybe should add hard boiled eggs. Waffles came out great! Biggest disappoint ment was the orange juice was so watered down it tasted nasty. Management seeing how cheap they can be. Common thing i expect in cheaper hotels. I have been at Quality inns before, first time i ever saw them being this cheap. Sink in room draining very slowly. Would fill up with water and eventally drain. Needs a new shower controller. It was old and has build up in it making it hard to operate. Water pressure was low in the shower also. Overall nice hotel and i would be happy to recommend it to others.

My husband had a little car trouble upon check in and we were called by front desk to move car. I explained we are letting car cool down we will be right out to move, but front desk guy seemed annoyed no empathy heard on phone. We of course were able to start the car . Thank you Jehovah! And took to dealer for service. But I was a bit annoyed at the lack of empathy by that employee at night for check in.

Good + Bad = Okay Stay
The hotel shows some wear, but the room, pool and breakfast area/lobby were clean and neat with the exception of a very small cockroach in our bathroom in the middle of the night twice. The staff were very kind and helpful at check-in and answering questions. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and the bath towels were nice - not your typical cheap hotel towel. Unfortunately, one of ours had many black, dirt or grease marks on it. But the staff replaced it right away. The hallways, especially around the exits smelled heavily of smoke and mold, but our room didn't at all. 2 disturbing things: First, the exterior door that said it required the key card was never locked - anyone could come in. Second, a man told staff that his key wasn't working and the staff person let him into our room! We were there at the time; both men apologized. The man in question said he must have forgotten which room was his. Later, when we were leaving, the man was sitting in his car in the parking lot and mentioned that he had the wrong room, asking us which ours was. It seemed suspicious. We told the front desk, and they claimed they had other similar complaints and would remove the man from the property. Later, when we returned and asked about it, they said they couldn't do anything about him since he hadn't done anything. That didn't sit well with us. Overall, it was adequate for the price, and had some good aspects, but I don't know if we would stay there again.

I’ll talk about my room first, the room itself was ok with a king bed. However, the phone didn’t work, the TV had a snowy picture for 15 minutes after turning it on. The remote only changed the channels and would not engage the channel guide, to change the volume the use of the button on the side of the TV was necessary. The refrigerator door was bent so the unit was solid ice inside on the cooling coils from air leakage. The bathroom sink drained slower than smoke which is disgusting while brushing your teeth. If you like numerous trains passing by at 3 or 4 in the morning, loud cars and motorcycles flying by, then this is a place for you.
On the plus side the hotel is adjoined to a restaurant which has decent food and only steps away. It’s a misnomer about the facility being in downtown Stuart, not so. Downtown is about a mile and a half away. The hotel is on US 1 a busy 6 lane divided highway. I just needed a place to sleep for two nights so I put up with it for the money, however earplugs are highly recommended!

Nice stay
Pool was nice in the morning before checkout. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good as well - we had waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like entering my room to find a big hole in the wall and carpet felt as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast muffins were stale and the coffee had a bitter taste to it as well.

The large room was clean, breakfast items were constantly replenished and the staff were friendly and helpful. The building is large with a few entry doors that weren't "locked", there isn't an elevator or luggage carts. Some rooms (like mine) face a parking lot that is very noisy (garbage pick-up) and the local train going thru (somewhere) at 3am is annoying.

This was probably the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Horrible stench, room not ready on arrival and we ended up not spending the night because there were literally red stains on the carpet and on the comforter. No idea how this was so highly rated.

Really nice hotel that allows dogs and doesn't smell like dogs! If you like a good shower, great water pressure! Nice front desk, small but good breakfast, right next to a great restaurant, Finnagins with 10% off if you stay at Quality Inn.

This hotel was so dirty and smelled, mold and cigarettes, so badly we could not stay here. In addition the exterior side doors were unlocked, and it appeared that they key card entry was broken so anyone would be able to walk in. There was an adequate restaurant attached to the hotel, but I felt like I was mislead by the pictures and the quality of the Inn.
