Quiet new area. The internet was most non-existent. When I expressed disappointment about it the(very kind) manager explained that it was because of a full house. The breakfast was minimal but adequate and served in a very cramped area.

A nice place to spend the night.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was a little on the small side, but it was only me, so it didn’t matter. The breakfast selection is pretty limited, but there is always plenty of the items they do have.
All I wanted was a safe, clean, and comfortable place to sleep, without being too expensive. This hotel worked out perfectly.

Pleasant Surprise
The room was nice, comfortable and clean--the cleaning staff kept the property immaculate. This was my first stay at a Sleep Inn, and the experience exceeded my expectations. All I have to say potential guests is, don't sleep on Sleep Inn; they will, pleasantly, surprise you!

Mold in shower. Shower head didn't work properly with water flow. Took extended time to get shower to work 2nd time used. Freezer in refrigerator was frozen with ice block and was leaking into refrigerator. Microwave disgusting and didn't want to use. Some of the towels were stained.

Perfect for our needs! Close enough to the Jags game, and easy access to I-95 for us to come home easily. They also had a hot breakfast and a fitness center. We will definitely stay here again.

I Can Honestly Say Traveling From Savannah To Jacksonville Worst Experience Ever!!! Booked Through Expedia For 9th -11th Arrived To Hotel & Checked In. I Checked FOUR Different Rooms Before Deciding To Just Try For Another Hotel . Throughout All Checking Pee Stain On Bed , Blood Stains , Hairy Sheets , Bugs Crawling On Bed , Stains In Tub & As I Showed Them To The Front Desk She Didn’t Even Seem To Be Concerned. She Just Told Me To Contact Expedia For My Full Refund! Contacted Expedia And Only Got One Night Refund Back. Also Contacted Manager Of Property To Find Out That He Is Really A A**Hole And Dont Really Care That His Property Is A Hole In A Wall Of Bs . I Asked Whether If I Can Get The Rest Of The Of My Refund Because I Never Stayed At The Property & Was Told No & Thats Crazy To Me !! Rude NASTY & DIRTY

Best hotel ever to stay
This hotel is a 10. Staff are friendly. No homeless people in the parking lot. Smells good. And their breakfast is really amazing. Very safe. And the prize is really reasonable. Only 3 minutes from the airport.

We stayed here after a late flight into Jacksonville on our way to St. Augustine. It was OKAY. The lady at the front desk was nice and gave us an option of a room on the second or third floor, which was considerate (we didn’t care as it was past midnight upon our arrival). The room was small, but I knew that when I booked it. It had a strange odor, but that went away after a while. I feel like the room could have been cleaner. The shower also didn’t drain well and the water pressure was poor. The price we paid seemed a little steep for what we got, but of course I LOVED the proximity to the airport.

Honestly just pay few dollars more and get something better.. upstairs room had mold and roaches in bathroom .. carpet has not been vacuumed in the hallway looked like not been vacuumed for few months.. got a different room downstairs was better but still mold in shower ..

Comfortable stay
Stayed here overnight to break up a long road trip. It had everything I needed. The breakfast was better than I expected - eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal! The room was nice and comfortable. Some parts are little worn from use, but it was fine.

The shuttle was not running after 1 in the morning, so the manager paid the Uber cost! Good nights sleep, quiet, comfortable and good hot continental breakfast. Great friendly service.

Carpet smelled terrible, dirty, and sticky. So gross that I didn’t take my shoes off while walking around the room. Felt very unsafe. Furniture in room was inconvenient for room layout —big chair in front of AC and nowhere to relocate it. Caulking around toilet was not complete. Shower faucet was broken — completely in two pieces.

Loved the staff! The location was perfect! The room had all the amenities I needed (fridge/microwave) nice breakfast and clean eating areas. Plenty of parking. I loved the nice little pond outside of the hotel.. had little ducks. Definitely will stay here again

When we walked into the door to check in there was no greeting or acknowledgement at all whatsoever. The lady sitting behind the desk did not say anything until I said hello, then she said hello without looking, and then I said I was checking in and she still waited to be ready to help me until I had my
ID and card out. Once she checked us in she was great! Odd. The gentlemen the next morning was super friendly!!

I picked this place as a quick stay the night before and after our family cruise. I called the hotel 24 hours in advance to arrange airport transportation but was told to call when I land. I said I'm a single mom with 3 kids and we're landing at 930pm. I was nervous about calling when I got there. But I did and we were told a driver would pick up in 15 mins but they showed up 45 mins later. We got there and was giving room keys and went to "our" room but the when we tried to open, the inside latch was locked! She gave us a room that was not available. Went back down to the desk where she insisted the lock gets stuck and we need to try again. I explained the latch has to be locked from the inside. She was trying to escort me upstairs then changed her mind bc she realized it was not available. She gave us another room. Seemed ok until we saw the roaches. We did not unpack. The sheets were stained on 1 of the beds. We didn't get wash clothes and only 2 towels. The breakfast that's included was also nothing to brag about. Toast, watery scrambled eggs, and a waffle maker. Plan to eat somewhere else. I was so disappointed, I cancelled our 2nd day only to find out the "no cancellation fee" is bogus! I did not get a refund for the 2nd day.

The night prior to staying here at sleeping, I was in a really bad hotel with bugs and poor cleanliness. I didn’t get any rest there. My stay at Sleepin was really nice. I really appreciate the staff. They were very nice. I enjoyed being able to sleep in a nice clean bed with clean sheets. The room was clean and it really helped me get a good night sleep.

This is an excellent alternative, close to the airport, dinning and shopping centers. The customer service was awesome, a cozy environment, safe, clean and quite. Excellent breakfast options every morning!!!

I’ve stayed there a few times and had a good experience. I was suppose to stay Thursday but due to working in the medical field contacted Covid. I wanted to get a refund but they denied it. So I’ll take my business elsewhere and will never recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are very clean. I like the look of the hotel. I like there is a lot of lighting outside. I travel alone so safety is a major thing for me. I feel safe coming and going at all times of the night. I think it is important that the night clerk always look up to see who is coming in and leaving out. I received excellent customer service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. The housekeeper was very attentive to our needs each day. The breakfast was very good. I was able to really enjoy breakfast. The breakfast hours allowed me to sleep in and still get up and make fresh waffles and get back in bed. The management is always the best. The managers always show care and concern. The customer service is the reason I only book this location when I come to Jacksonville. I will stay at no other hotel or property.

The staff were very nice and quick to assist with any request. The room was very clean. Reasonable rates. Even though the airport was only a few miles away, we didn't hear them in our room. The only suggestion we have is to clean up the area around the dumpster / back door area to the back of the pond a little better (due to raccoon visitors dragging trash around). LOL. We would reccommend this hotel to others.

People are dramatic
The reviews definitely reflect the people that stay there . I got a last minute room here without seeing it and pulled it and was very pleased . Comfortable beds , good well lit parking . Very clean . TVs were small but for the price , I would give this 4 stars . Definitely a case of people expecting a Omni hotel room for $120 a night .

Nice stay
My husband and myself are travel nurses he works night as I days. We have stayed here a few times and so far the stay has been great. They are very accommodating and the front desk lady in the evening is very nice. I’m sure we will be staying more often during our contracts.
